    Wow, where do I start my review after reading this incredible book? Derailed is the 2nd book in the Off Track Records series. If I thought Detour was an excellent book, Derailed is even better! This was such an emotional packed read, i needed a few tissues to get me through this one.

    Jess is such a beautiful broken girl. Her story is so incredibly heartbreaking, I teared up more than once during her story. Sean is such a sweetheart! I loved his character so much, he is swoon worthy. The love he has for people is outstanding and he isn’t afraid to show it. He isn’t your usual arrogant rockstar, always drunk and out with women. I adore Sean and Jess together! Their feelings for each other are seen right from the start, I loved the anticipation of wondering what might happen next between them. Every character in this novel was so beautifully written, In fact this whole story was so well written. However, I disliked Coy VERY much! I loved that the storyline contained real life issues, a lot of these issues are usually swept under the rug or hidden from us. These issues should be talked about, and I loved that Kacey has included them in her story. The book brought so much emotion out of me, I cried more than once. Tissues were definitely needed after chapter 26!! I seriously can not wait for Austin’s story, in fact I need it right now! If you haven’t read a book from Kacey as yet, or if you haven’t read this series, you need to go out and grab them now! You need Kacey’s incredible writing in your life, you NEED this series! I can not wait for more!

    Derailed by Kacey Shea is Book 2 in the Off Track Records series. It's a forbidden rockstar romance with plenty of hotness and drama.
    I do have to make special mention of this books cover. I love it so much, the more I look at it the more I love it.
    I reserve 5 star ratings for those books that I personally wouldn't change any part of, and that's exactly what this book does for me. I wouldn't change anything about this book at all. It has perfect characters from Sean and Jess as the leads to the other band members as supports and it tells such a great story of longing for what you can't have.
    I'm so glad that Sean got his own book even though finding his perfect person was not an easy one but one that was worth it in the end.

    I love a series that just gets better with each book and Shea has proven that in both series’ that I’ve read. The “trigger” of the book wasn’t overwhelming for me but bled with emotion.

    I’d read Detour last year (and loved it) and then kicked myself realising I’d missed the release of Derailed! (Gah!!)
    There was only one thing for it, I cleared my day ignoring housework etc and dove straight in.
    Oh Sean and Jess!! My heart hurt for Jess, she certainly had it rough but I’m so pleased she found her HEA with Sean. (I’ve always had a soft spot for him!)
    Their story had it all and I loved every word of it!
    Can’t wait for Hinder! I need it!!

    I came across this book by accident and after reading the first page I was hooked. I loved Jess and Sean. Jess was such a courageous character who didn’t realise her own strength. Sean was kind and considerate and truly the perfect book boyfriend. Their story took me on a roller coaster of emotions and I spent the whole book rooting for them and especially for Jess. I would highly recommend this book.

    I truly enjoyed Shawn and Jess’s story. I love how she keeps the rest of the characters in the story and allows them to continue to grow as well as the main characters. I can’t wait to see what happens in the next book
