Twisted Little Games is the second book in the   Wicked Little Games series by Dee Palmer. The previous installment left us off on a cliffhanger, but luckily, I was able to dive right into this book after I finished the first one. I have to say that I was nervous going into it, because I had mixed feelings about who I wanted Tia end up with. I shouldn't have worried at all though, because pretty much everything turned out the way I wanted it to!
 photo bf89fcf87446c9f35c3dd17a998d8e84_zpst16g14ag.gif

That doesn't mean this book didn't test my patience, because it did. I wanted to strangle Tia more often than not. Atticus infuriated me to the point where I was ready to throw his ass out the window. Logan almost got away without pissing me off, but then he had to go and mess it up! Lol

 photo 8422653_zpsilv9jc9f.gif

Though Logan was the character I liked the most, I didn't hate Tia and Atticus. I just thought they handled most situations incorrectly and their decision making skills left much to be desired. Despite that, I couldn't help, but still want them both to be happy. The love between both guys and Tia was evident, and I think Tia could have been satisfied with either guy.

 photo 570-pacino_zpsapwtjsb9.gif

Though the characters made me crazy, and I had to suspend my disbelief a few times, I still really enjoyed this story. The writing is fantastic. The triangle the author created didn't have an obvious winner which to me are the very best ones. She weaved the past in with the present perfectly. I never became confused about anything or aggravated with that aspect of the story. I felt like all of the flashbacks served a purpose. I also have to give bonus points to Dee for doing something I constantly wish authors would do in regards to love triangles. I can't say what that is specifically without spoil the ending. To say I was pleasantly surprised though would be an understatement. That alone made me enjoy this installment more than anything else combined. I know not everyone will agree with me based on their personal feelings on the subject, but as far as I'm concerned, A+!

Twisted Little Games is mysterious, suspenseful, and unpredictable! The romance is hot and unconventional, and even though I didn't always understand the characters choices, I was always rooting for them to have a happy ending. If you are a fan of love triangles, complicated romance, flawed characters, and untraditional happy endings, this one's for you!

Twisted Little Games was just as fantastically written as Wicked Little Games. I was immediately drawn in to the dynamic that played out between Tia, Atticus and Logan. I didn't envy her her position, but I also didn't agree with her actions, choices, or logic. I was eager to see her finally come into her own and for those that truly wronged her to reap their just rewards. I was glad to get the perspectives of the other main characters because it allowed me to clearly see their motives and to get a real feel for the authenticity of their feelings for Tia. I wasn't the hugest fan of where things ended up, but this story was most definitely entertaining.

⚡️⚡️MEGA SPOILERS!!!⚡️⚡️

Please continue reading only if you either have already read this book or are not planning to.

Although the first book was so thrilling, full of twists, secrets, suspense and romance, this one let me down.

The first half of the book was an interesting reading, but I was struggling to tolerate the other half due to the following:

- The heroine (Tia) found it impossible to finally choose one of the two men she loved (Atticus and Logan), so she stayed with both of them.
- Tia gave birth to twins and after DNA test we were informed that Atticus was the father of the son and Logan the father of the daughter.
- None of the two arrogant Alpha males seemed to bother sharing the same woman, in all aspects!!!

And all five of them lived happily ever after..... but not me.....

This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

Twisted Little Games by Dee Palmer is a fabulous follow-up to Wicked Little Games. The dynamic that flowed between Tia, Atticus and Logan was at times intense and what is different about this book is that it didn’t automatically pick up right where book 1 left off but instead we get more background on Logan which is most needed to the storyline. In this book, we see the anger and despair from Logan while he deals with his loss with Tia going back to Atticus. He goes thru a range of emotions; one of those that are top of the list is betrayal. Then we get to see more of Atticus. I will say I didn’t like him much at first but several twists in this story will have the reader changing their opinion. And as for Tia, wow, this young woman is ready to show her two men that she isn’t to be messed with especially with Tia having her own agenda. There are so many things that happen in this story that I don’t want to go too much more into the plot for fears of spoilers. This is one story that literally had me on the edge of my seat because there are twists and turns all thru the book until practically the final page. What can I say about this read that does it for me- it’s all the manipulation, deceit, intrigue, secrets, passion and love which made for an fabulous read. I hope maybe we will get a novella on how everyone from this book is doing. Ms Palmer has done a brill job and I will definitely make sure to get her next story , especially after reading this phenomenal romance story.

Twisted Little Games is the concluding part of the duo of Wicked Little Games by Dee Palmer. I literally consumed Wicked Little Games and was so excited to finally read this book. I fell in love with Atticus in the other book and was really hoping that Tia would make the right choice when it came to Logan and Atticus.

Wow, where to even start with this book. Twisted Little Games ties up all those loose ends that you were left with in the other book. Some things I was a little shocked about (Sorry no spoilers here), some things I saw coming and some just plain made me smile. Dee has woven a great story together here of romance and suspense. I love books with a good story line and Twisted Little Games really did drag me right in.

Its hard talking about the characters without giving things away. I will say even through the first book I didn't love Logan. I wanted Tia to end up with Atticus and just felt their connection more. I can't say who she ends up with, I won't spoil that for you. I will say that Dee has wrote the best ending though, its right, it worked and wow that last chapter was HOT!

I'm a little sad that the Wicked Little Games duo has come to an end, but what a ride it was. I give Twisted Little Games 4 stars, but also the duo of book as a series 4 stars too. There's love, romance, back stabbing, freaky stuff and also some VERY hot scenes. I highly recommend both books, plus if you are a Kindle Unlimited subscriber they are both free reads!

Wow, l don't think l have ever been this eager to come to the end of any book.
l had been in perpetual anticipation since the end of book 1, Wicked Little Games.
l was in total shock, with so many questions left hanging, and no near to the answers.

loose ends, so many loose ends to tie up, but no idea how it possibly could.
Each time l thought l had an idea of what to expect, another revelation would leave me stunned.
There were so many OMG, how could he/she moments, that kept the anticipation constant.

In Tia, Atticus and Logan, the author created such strong, yet vulnerable and loving characters.
At times l was angry with them all, hated what was happening,
but in the end, as the story unravelled l fell in love with them all.
All the manipulation, deceit, intrigue and revealed secrets made for an awesome read.

All the tender and intimate moments, and off the chart hot passion
is guaranteed to leave you gasping for more.
l can honestly say that l could not have predicted such a finale.
l would recommend this duology to anyone that enjoys anticipation and hot sex in equal measure.

l wonder what Dee Palmer has up her sleeve for her next book?
She just keeps suprising us time after time...

The first book blew me away, this last book kept me going to the very end. I LOVED these characters. All of them have their own problems, have a reason for what they are doing what they are doing. And they all love Tia, and Tia loves Logan and Atticus. BUT can love be enough? That is the question in this last book.

This second book has more mystery and intrigue. But it also brings us to the relationship of Tia, Logan, and Atticus. Where the first one gave us their story of past and now of how they got together. This book is how they just might be able to come together. There is no cheating in this book. Everyone knows everyone is having sex. Even when the men may not like that she is with the other. But because they love her so much, they understand that she needs her past and future. I loved that. I love that there is no push and pull.

This is a complicated love story with lots of different levels. But I couldn't put it down. I will be reading more of Dee Palmer~

This is book two in the Wicked Little Games Duet. Book one was brilliant and left me on a cliffhanger so I couldn’t wait to read this book.

The three main characters Tia, Logan and Atticus had my head in a spin. Anytime I thought the story was going to go one way there’d be a twist and it went in a completely different direction. Amazing.

I really don’t want to say anything about the story but I will say I thoroughly enjoyed this duet. A really great read with plenty of twists and turns to keek me on the edge of my seat. I loved it and am looking forward to reading more from this author.

BRILLANT CONCLUSION! I was blown away by the conclusion to thus series!. I was so ticked off that I was left in a cliff hangar from book #1, but the author made up for it with this book. This story very much involves Atticus, Tia and Logan. I was not sure how things would resolve with the three of them, by Dee Palmer chose a solution I was very happy with. As with the first book there were twists and turns and more secrets revealed that threw me over the edge. It was hard to believe so much h angst continues for all three characters. I absolutely loved this book!

Wow!! Dee has really outdone herself with this final instalment of the wicked little games duet. I was eagerly waiting this second book after the way she left us hanging with the first. She has been extremely sneaky with this one, I wasn’t expecting anything that happened at all, and I loved guessing what was coming next throughout the whole book.
I can’t believe this duet is over, I want more!! All the surprises and twists and turns in this book were just phenomenal. Amazing book. Amazing author. Amazing duet.

OMG! These revelations! I was blown by the craziness that kept coming my way from the characters. Some were a lot crazier than I gave them credit for in the first book and I can only say what a psycho! I did not see that coming!

A lot of my questions were answered early on in the story which was mostly from the men's POVs and which also gave a lot more insight into their thoughts and about what's been going on with all the secrets.
'”I'm going to make you remember.”'

I was so excited to read this book due to how the first one ended but I couldn't help to be a little bit let down on why Atticus did certain things because I didn't see any reasons. It's not the lack of explanations and it's not even a huge deal because I still loved the book but I just think why go to whatever length to do something when it had no meaning or effect in the end?! Let me tell you, I was pretty pissed at him.

The Story:
Tia is torn between two men and all the mess that comes with it. But that’s by far not all of it. The secrets, the lies, the games being played will eventually blow up and cause irrevocable damage to all of them for sure. Because once you’re caught up in this game, there’s only one way out – with battle scars.
'”It's funny how keeping me safe seems to result in breaking my fucking heart.”'

Thoughts:
The book was well written like the first though it couldn’t always hold the tension because some scenes and thoughts were drawn out a bit too long and lost the needed speed for a constant thrill. I wouldn't say that it was dragging but with just a little pep and a few less details it could have been even better and more gripping.

Also, I would have liked a bit less of the ping pong that's been going on and more of how they got out of the mess, especially Atticus, because it was there at one point and vanished seemingly without much of any effort. Why was it such a huge problem that's been going for so long when everything was handled so easily at the end anyway? Why wait that long then?

Can one person love two people at the same time?! Everyone has to answer this question for themselves, but in my case I like books that have a HAE for all of the main characters which is almost impossible with love triangles. So, I was not happy with how Tia jumped from one bed into another without second thought and loved both men as if they were the one and only while there was another one. She was selfish in lots of ways and I wasn't much of a fan of her in this book. The ending took me by surprise though.
'”There's no point mourning the loss of something that was never mine, not when my life depends upon winning back the only person who was ever truly mine.”'

I'm sure that this book will start a lot of discussions especially about the ending. Don't worry, I won't spoil you the story but I just want to point out that there will be people who'll love it and people that won't. So, just try to be open-minded and find out for yourself what everyone will be talking about. =P

I was torn about a few things myself especially about stuff I really did not see coming. All in all, I still loved it and this book was a really close call between 4 and 5 stars. Love triangles will never please everybody and I was anxious about how this one was going to turn out but the author showed me that I can count on her for doing her best and I was very satisfied with how this duet ended. It was very hot, to say the least. =P

After the WHAT THE FUCK JUST HAPPENED?! Cliffhanger that ended Twisted Little Game, I couldn't wait to get my hands on this - book two, of the Twisted Little Games duo.

And what a ride this story was.

My mind was shook, troubled, outraged, annoyed, aroused and BLOWN! I know I'll remember this series for a long while.

The Story

Following directly on from the shocking end to book one...

Tia wakes up a prisoner, held against her will by her former love, Atticus. The man she loves, Logan, hates her. In a moment of desperation and heartbreak she made a terrible mistake. She's confused, angry, ashamed but most important, she's no longer winning her little game of revenge.

Atticus is a man on a mission; to save his family business, recover the hundred millions dollars stolen from him, and to keep his family safe from vengeful Russians. Tia is the key to solving all his problems - or so he thinks. Too bad he can't seem to resist his former love, and his need for her keeps getting in the way of his plans.

Logan can't believe Tia lied! He hates liars. But how could their love have been anything but real? On a pursuit to find the truth, Logan discovers evidence that not only did Tia truly love him, but his crazy sister may be behind all the trouble recently happening in his life. Two things he knows for sure: He has to get Tia back, and he has to keep her safe from his sister. But first he has to overcome his extreme agoraphobia and actually leave the house...

Tia, Atticus and Logan are all in a world of trouble.

My Thoughts

What a ride! This story made me feel all the emotions. I was incredulous over the MULTIPLE crazy things Atticus did (that FUCKER!), and don't get me started on Tia's self proclaimed 'slutty' behaviour, because I was appalled. Then there was Logan, struggling to overcome his agoraphobia and stumbling at the first hurdle. It was shocking, my heart was racing, I was enraged! And then... I was pleased.

Then perplexed.

Then heartbroken.

Then pissed off.

Then I was heating up.

Then I was anxious!

And over and over my emotions continued to swing.

Final Thoughts

Though this story DEFINITELY didn't turn out how I expected, I can say for sure that it's a series I won't soon forget. It wasn't perfect. I personally found that some things worked out a little too conveniently, and predictably, which I don't like. I also didn't particularly like the direction the romance went (there was only one man I was feelin'). But all in all I found it to be an engaging, exciting story, and it was impossible to put down once I started.

One mega spectacular crush and burn for me this series was. Not even mediocre the book two is.

There may be potential spoilers as I cannot comment on this book without giving few facts away.

This author successfully managed to turn suspenseful, mysterious, hot romantic and potentially exciting story into predictable, unimaginative and at the end boring piece of work.

How on earth Tia has chosen both of them is beyond any crazy expectations. Really??!! After what Atticus put her through? Her choices as well as the choices of the rest of the trio just ridiculous and so so poor, just unbelievable. Somebody stabs you and you share a girl with them as if nothing happened?! WTF?!Really?! Really?!

How on earth she became pregnant after having hysterectomy (as the reader remembers from book one she was sexually assaulted while in prison, unless the author forgets what she writes) and telling both of the men in book one she cannot have children is beyond any comprehension, maybe a medical miracle.

Overall this author wasted, literally, an exciting opportunity to create well thought out storyline with characters full of exciting possibilities with all their flaws and positive potentials explored. The characters are unbelievable in their actions and choices, the plot loses its excitement, its boring and predictable. The ending chapter is distasteful, after so many hot scenes there is just one more between the three of them that drags for ever and adds absolutely nothing apart from increasing the page count.

I’m sorry to be so harsh but when I trust the author to deliver a story I expect creative imagination, out of ordinary heroes’ decisions (ménage is just absolutely boring/unimaginative/lazy solution in this story), emotional challenges and depth of emotions that makes the reader think about the story for days.

As it is now I felt I wasted my time and I don’t want to remember that and most importantly I felt cheated as I was promised exciting story that turned out to be one of the hundreds similar of its kind boring books.

So, I have start with the fact that I didn’t get into book 1 right away and again this one was also a bit hard to get into since we start with Logan and I was waiting to see what was happening with Tia and Cass based on how book 1 ended.

But Oh My at 2% my mind was blown and again at 5%. Like completely rocked my world! All the questions and more that you didn’t even know you had in book 1 are answered. In this book Cass is going to do everything to protect Tia and Logan is going to fight his demons so he can do the same. But what happens when Tia is forced to choose between her feelings for these two alpha heroes.

This story is a bit of a twisted love triangle and I don’t want to spoil any of it. Tia’s first love was ripped away from her and now she has a connection with Logan, but it is not anything traditional either. Cass at times is arrogant and other times so regretful about what happened to Tia. In book 1 we learned that Tia has stolen money from Cass’s company and he has taken her into his personal custody till she tells him where it is. We also know that she wasn’t fully honest with how she came to find Logan and when he finds out that she lied to him, he pushes her away. There are so many secrets and manipulation between these characters, but it is so amazing. I absolutely loved the way things were resolved. A few things seemed to tie up too quickly, but nothing is left unexplained.

I feel like my review is cryptic, but that is how I feel about the story. I tried carefully to not spoil the story, but there are so many tidbits and underlying twists it's hard to describe how good it is. You are definitely in for an experience with this one!

Hero 5 | Heroine 5 | Steam 4 | Plot 4 | Overall 4.5 Stars

This author has outdone herself with this romantic suspenseful duet... It is so different to anything she has written previouly. It's so difficult to write a review as I am left speechless. All I want to say is you NEED to read this series.

The games and lies continue as Atticus, Logan and Tia try to unravel the Kraus family secrets whilst trying to work out their feelings for each other. The intensity between these three characters just oozes off every page. All the while you are questioning which one is she going to choose...? The plot is unpredicable... with culminates in one final explosive twist at the end. I loved all of the characters; I really had a hard time choosing between Atticus and Logan. Two strong, dominant alpha's they had it all... Charm, wit, sex appeal, charisma ... everything you need to make your heart beat faster. The sex scenes were off the charts hot and the dynamic and sexual tension between these characters was tangible.

Told from a multipl POV; the book continues at a steady to fast pace. The plot unravels and all questions are answered... with some extra surprise reveals along the way. It whole book tied up nicely at the end and I think the author has given us enough of an insight into the 'after' for the story to feel complete and we can walk away knowing that all the characters got their long overdue HEA.

5 Well deserved stars!

A GREAT CONCLUSION TO A BRILLIANT DUOLOGY

At the end of the first book of this duology I hated Cass for what he had done to Tia. He had always told her that she was his forever, but was he?
The author left us with a great cliffhanger and lots of unanswered questions, I didn't know how they could be all answered in the second book. The Kraus family had secrets and it seemed that Atticus, his mother and his grandfather were all intertwined in a web of deceit. In the first book Tia made friends with the grandfather and would meet him to read and then he became ill. Tia thought what he told her was the ramblings of a dying man, but could he have been telling her the truth?
Tia, Logan and Attacus' lives where wound around each others and I spent most of my time trying to work out who would be the better one for Tia to choose. They both had so much going for them, and they were both off the chart sexy, dominant alpha males, full of sexual chemistry that was DAMN hot!!!
The author managed to keep me involved in the story through the whole book and I loved the multiple point of view style of the books, it helped you to understand the depth of the characters. All of the questions from the first book were answered plus some new questions that came up in this book.
I enjoyed the twists and turns and the fact that it all ended on a HEA was what made me enjoy it so much.

I need to start off by saying 'Twisted little games' is the 2nd book in the series and that you must read the first book in the series 'wicked little games' before you read this one.

The first book left finished with a massive cliffhanger and left me wanting more. so naturally when book 2 was released I had to dive straight in..... Book 2 focuses on the three main character Atticus, Logan and Tia. it doesn't pick straight up where it left off but this is not a bad thing, in my eyes its actually a good thing as you find out a little more on Logan that is essential to the storyline. Dee has done another fantastic job of writing this book. Everything from the plot to the characters and their background is amazing. It Totally blew me away. It is full of twist and turns and includes the dropping of a few bombshells that you totally won't expect ..we'll I i didn't. These are definately important to the storyline. I am not going to write anymore because I'll give things away that will spoil it but go one click it because it's amazing just like the rest of Dee's book are 😆. would love there to be more to this series.....

FABULOUS READ!
This is part 2 of the little games duet by Dee Palmer. I LOVED this story from the beginning in “Wicked little games”-(book 1) and I couldn’t wait to read the conclusion.
I was definitely NOT disappointed one bit, as this story only got better from here. (didn't even think that was possible) I mean, its a love triangle right? We just need to find out who Tia chooses, Logan or Atticus right? OH HELL NO... its deliciously Sooo much more!! There is even more mystery and intrigue here in part 2, that turns to anger and confusion and then finally just when you think you've figured out what’s going on... BOOM! Another genius plot twist. I honestly COULDN'T put this book down.
The Author takes you on the most THRILLING ride of your life, through twists and turns that you could NEVER see coming.. but finally reveals every last “what the?” with absolute MASTERY!! This story was 100% “on the edge of your seat-captivating” and is very well written - with great character development, great flow, very hot sex/love scenes and a perfect ending for this tale (in my opinion) A MUST READ!! 5+ stars all the way.

I couldn’t wait to dive into Twisted Little Games, book 2 of this amazing duet and it was everything I hoped for and more. It’s action packed, with lots of twists and surprises which keep on coming. I’m going to be vague with my review because to be anything else would spoil the storyline. The plot is so cleverly written and thought out, so unpredictable, there was no way I could foresee what was coming. The anticipation had me on the edge of my seat waiting to see what bombshell was about to be dropped next. There were times when I equally loved and hated Tia, Atticus (Cass) and Logan, as secrets and lies were revealed and decisions were made. Ms Palmer did an excellent job of explaining everyone’s motives, even if I didn’t agree with them at the time. I changed my mind more than once over who I thought was in the right.

With Cass and Logan both vying for Tia’s attention, there’s definitely a love triangle in this story but I really enjoyed it and for me it worked well. Each man has something different to offer and Tia’s attraction to both of them made sense.

Twisted Little Games is passionate, sexy, and unconventional. A fantastic ride, just sit back and enjoy.

What a rollercoaster, think I went through every emotion possible while sat on the edge of my seat! With great suspense, twists and turns!
I’m not going to divulge anything about the story, this is a book in which you need to dive into and discover for yourself to fully be entrapped.

Loved all the characters... even though at times I didn’t know who could be trusted? But I’ve got to say, the two male leads, yes that’s two ...Are super hot, I couldn’t decide who I favoured more, Atticus or Logan. Both gorgeous alphas! The heroine Tia, was very likeable. A strong character that has found herself in a position that she’s had no power over. In love with two men, and had her heart broken by two men. There are some steamy well written erotic scenes, but by no means takes over the book. There’s an amazing story unfolding.
The ending really took me by surprise, didn’t see that coming.

Every time I read a book by this author, I say the same... I love her work! A wonderfully talented writer and story teller, who brings something different with every read. Gets a massive thumbs up from me!

Well done!! 5 huge stars!

OMG! What a GREAT read.. This is part 2 of the little games duet by Dee Palmer. I ultimately LOVED this story from the start, beginning with “Wicked little games”-(book 1 of the little games duet) and I couldn’t WAIT to read this conclusion.
I was Not disappointed one bit as this story only got better from there. (didn't even think that was possible) I mean, its a love triangle right? Just need to finally find out who Tia chooses, Logan or Atticus, right? OH HELL NO...its surprisingly Sooo much more! Including even more mystery and intrigue that quickly turns to anger and confusion and then finally just when you think you’ve figure out what’s going on... BOOM! Another genius plot twist. I honestly COULDN'T put this book down.

I am sorry to write this review as it is because I really liked the first book. If I were really to rate it it would be just one star. I actually struggled to finish this one. It was a little bit chaotic and I had the impression ( more than once) that the author just wanted to get the writing quickly done. Found the quality of the writing a poorer then in the first book. That doesn't mean I will stop reading books by this author( new to me).
I really found the h annoying and totally s....ty, I mean I understand she loves both of them but she jumps from one to the other in a matter of hours. She also has a few than more TSTL moments ( see the conversations with Logan's sister and the whole 'I don't have an uterus but I get my period anyway'-pls pls get your medical facts right before you write smth like this). Plus as a medical professional it is impossible to believe that someone remains pregnant after so many physically traumatic experiences.
I LOVED Logan in both books ( talk about a nice guy). I disliked Atticus though, especially his 'it does not matter what I do to you, you still love me anyway' attitude.
Sorry for the long rant.

WOW!!! This author has clearly outdone herself with this book. After the cliffhanger we were left with at the end of the first book I knew there would be revelations in this one and I couldn't wait to find out what happened. I just didn't take into account how big or how many there would be.

From the very first page we are sucked right back into the world of Logan, Tia & Atticus and that's where the WHAT THE moments start and they just keep coming the whole way through. I loved and hated these 3 characters at times during the book, even wanting to give them a slap now and then for doing something stupid. That aside, they give you all the feels as the story progresses and you can't help but immerse yourself in their story.
Told from the POV of Logan, Tia & Atticus we dive even deeper into who they were and who they are now.
The twists and turns this book takes will leave your head spinning in the best possible way. And you won't see the end coming. This was another brilliant story by a brilliant author and I can't wait to see what she has in store for us next.

Twisted Little Games is book two in the Wicked Little Games duet and book one does need to be read first.

After the ending from Wicked Little Games I went into this book thinking I was going to get all the answers straight away. And I did get some...I also got a load more new questions I needed answering. This is another unpredictable, twisty story that definitely kept me guessing as to what was going to happen next.

I really disliked Atticus in the previous book but that’s nothing to the absolute hatred I felt for him in this one. He did start to win me over a bit towards the end of book one, but he ruined all that with his actions in Twisted Little Games. However the more I found out about his background, the more I begrudgingly started to understand him. While I’ll never love him like I do Logan, I’ve definitely come to see more of the Cass that Tia loves.

I’ve loved both books in this duet. Full of manipulation, lies, deceit, secrets and betrayals, the twists keep coming in these books and definitely had me guessing all the way through.
