descriptionI've been enjoying this series quite a lot and RAFE has intrigued me since the moment he was introduced so I was very much looking forward to his book(s). Alas, this one was just OK for me. I'm not a big fan of secret revenge plots to begin with and this one drags out the entire book. On top of that I did not find Diana likable in any way. Maybe it is because I adore Rafe. Maybe it was because I thought she was a bit of an idiot. Maybe it was because her lies almost got an innocent man killed. I don't know. I wanted Rafe to use his brain and figure out she was playing him and toss her out on her lying ass. Hopefully she will make a better impression in book two...

description

Those issues aside, the writing was still fantastic. It was nicely paced. The plot was engaging (if a bit frustrating) and kept me turning the pages. There wasn't any OW/OM drama. The sex scenes were suitably hot. I love all the secondary characters. I always love getting glimpses of previous couples and the guys that work for BLAKE SECURITIES. I loved Rafe. I wanted him to catch a clue SOOO badly. Diana as I have already mentioned, I could not stand. I hated her lying to Rafe and everyone. I hated that she seemed so clueless about her father and brothers. I found nothing remotely likable about her. I am hoping I will warm up to her in book two (fingers crossed). I also had a hard time connecting with them as a couple. This is where my dislike for "secret" plots comes in. I just can't buy into a couple when one or both are lying about EVERYTHING. Especially when the relationship becomes intimate in nature. Trust is a HUGE part of a lasting relationship so I always have a hard time believing in an HEA for a couple when that plot device is used. Last, it's all wrapped up in a cliffy that is leading us (hopefully) into less deceit and a more honest relationship. So this one was a bit of a mixed bag and my least favorite of the series so far. That said, I am still onboard for book two.description

I was absolutely captivated by this story. It may be absurd but my love for this story had nothing to do with Diana’s revenge plan, which dominated the plot. My utter devotion to this story had everything to do with Rafe. He was a phenomenal character to get to know. I’m sorry that I haven’t read the books that preceded this one because I found all of the characters of great interest and I’ll definitely be getting to those shortly. However, Rafe has completely snagged my attention and he’s not letting go of it any time soon.

I thought it was funny that although Diana was intent on seeking revenge on Rafe, his sexiness kept distracting her. Their connection was intense right from the start and I was happy to watch them slowly develop into something that could be really special. Unfortunately, with all of her lies, I can’t see this being an easy road. Despite the fact that I can’t stand Diana (and I’m hoping this changes in the next book), I couldn’t help but enjoy this story. I’m not sure if it was Rafe’s vulnerability, his understanding, his compassion, his fierce protective streak, his honorability, or his total awesomeness, but I’m definitely enamored with him.

It always upsets me when a heroine is deceitful and this one was beyond that. Her lies and deceptions can only hurt Rafe and her absolute blindness and ignorance in the face of his greatness irritated me. Obviously he wasn’t the man she thought he was. When confronted by the contradictions to her belief, why didn’t she question what she thought was the truth? In all her investigations, why didn’t she ever turn her binoculars on herself or her family?

That ending has left me anxious. I need Rafe to get his happy ending and I hope he gets all of the answers he deserves. And I’m really freaking hoping that Diana woman’s up and becomes deserving of a man as fantastic as he is. If you love a book full of hot sex, insane chemistry, subterfuge, and mystery, you’re definitely going to want to start this duet today!

🌟🌟🌟1/2 STARS .
So never having read anything by this author before, I was going in totally blind.
So First impressions from me, well yep they be good folks, this is definitely an author I can gel with.
A very easy writing style that initially pulled me right in and made me want to delve deeper into the whole story.
I didn't realise originally that this was part of an on-going series, but I found that really didn't matter at all.
The backstory was cleverly woven in. without the need to have read previous material to get up to speed.
So this can totally be read as a stand-alone Folks.
And I will definitely be checking out some more of this author's superb offerings when I get a spare hour or two.
Now down the nitty gritty what's this about?
Well, this is basically Dianna's and Rafe's tale.
Rafe all-round bad-ass, former Orus operative, now semi-retired and working for his brother in law at Blake security.
So trying to lead a semi-normal life and put his government sanctioned killing day's behind him.
And then enter Dianna, she has made it her life's mission to bring to justice her fathers killer.
The killer she looked straight in the eyes and also lived to tell the tale.
That killer that is Rafe!!
So, This is one of those stories that the pages just keep turning by themselves and you can't help but be drawn right in.
Deep is fabulously well written and I finished this in record time.
So, Why not a higher rating then?
Well, I am not a big fan of the revenge trope and it did seem to drag on just a tad too long for my liking.
I also I wasn't that fond of Dianna either, She came across as extremely conniving and quite frankly sneaky little bitch.

So yeh Dianna, really not a fan here people.
But Rafe, well tickle my funny bone, he was one super hot man-toy.
Totally fan-Girling here.
I really hated the way Dianna played him, using her feminine wiles to ensnare him in her web.
but I still felt there was a missing connection here slightly, I just wasn't quite feeling it and I'm not sure exactly why.
But that aside I'm still fairly optimistic for take two, hopefully, everybody will be more aware of the score and I'm extremely intrigued to see where this is going to head next.
So, in conclusion, I found Deep to be a good solid read with a few teensy teething issues those aside I'm still looking forward very much to the next read.
Thank You to the Author for proving me with an ARC of Deep of which I have reviewed voluntary.
All opinions expressed are entirely my own.

That moment before you were to take a leap off a cliff, the moment before your foot picks up, the adrenaline rush you feel… that’s the feeling you get when reading Deep by M. Malone & Nana Malone. The first book in the Deep Duet is powerful, gritty, filled with suspense and mystery. That is the best way to best describe this raw and fresh story.

I don't want to give you too much, I feel that it's better that way. Just know that this a story about revenge and retribution. Rafe and Diana are forces that when they collide make a beautiful explosion, just don't get to close to the flames.

The dynamic writing is beyond talented. The flow was fluid making the transition from chapter to chapter forgetful; being completely submerged in the context of the book. Both writers coming together delivering a quality storyline on a woman hell bent on revenge and the subcontext of ‘nothing is as ever as it seems’. As the reader, I was enamored, consumed and shocked throughout.

At times this book may leave you frustrated with the hidden elements, but believe me when I say this is one roller coaster you want to ride. I can’t wait to see what’s in store with Deeper to finish off this exciting thrill ride.

This was my first Malone book and I LOVED it! It’s sexy, smart, mysterious, and funny at times. Yes, it’s third person which sometimes drives me nuts, but it works here. You kinda forget that it’s in third person after awhile. Deep is Part 1, so there’s much more to come and I don’t want to give anything away, so just read it! Highly recommend!

This is the first book I have ever read by these authors and I think I need to go back and read the rest to fully appreciate the intricacies of their relationships. This is about a woman who’s life changed the moment she was saved by the killer in her one. Unable to move on she seeks the truth no matter what the cost. Determined to find out why her father was killed she is unprepared for the journey her quest will take her on. Ignoring the warnings he falls for the woman who has suddenly appeared in his life, despite his training he desperately wants her and is willing to forgo his paranoia to attempt to keep her. But the past won’t stay buried...

This was a suspenseful and intriguing read. Ending on a cliffhanger I need to know how their story ends. I did feel frustrated as a couple times all they had to do was communicate and they could have been on the same page but their mistrust and apprehension keeps a chasm of lies between them. They are an undeniably smouldering couple and I hope the truth sets them free.

A four star action packed read.

"I have yet to read anything so great by these authors. Yes! Blake Security's bursting with Alpha men and DEEP is waiting for you to meet the new one."

.............And the cover of DEEP ROCKS!!!!!.............

"I received a complimentary copy of this book and have volunteered to leave a review."

How deep a woman can go to find out the truth behind her father's murder? M. Malone & Nana Malone want her to be really really deep. While I have read couple of books from these two authors collaboration and got familiar with their writing style, I found that DEEP is a lever above the others. I feel extremely happy when I see improvements in author's narration and plot. It means that the author is versatile which means that a reader can expect anything but ordinariness in their stories. M. & Nana Malone story is the prove of what I'm saying.

Rafe DeMarco has finally retired from the deep secrecy his job had been and is back to the rest of his family; his sister Lucia, his cousin JJ and Nonna. His presence at Blake Security as an associate is highly important and valuable, as he and Noah Blake have strong bonds from the past. The new route his life is taking now is an every day strangle. He has been split between the assassin he was and the caring brother and uncle he is now. His story starts with what he knows to do best. Save the innocent and put the bad guy behind bars. Easy as pie! However, when his route takes him in front of an accident and a helpless woman; he unreasonably stops listening his instincts and takes her under his wings and his apartment roof; complitely unaware of what is to come between them.

Diana Vandergraff has any reason to change her last name to Renquist. She has a dangerous mission to complete and any alias is necessary for this task. She found out who was her father's assassin and now is after him. The plan is finally settled; Diana succeed to get inside her enemy's home playing the damsel in distress. Rafe is nothing but a link to why her father is murdered. However, he becomes step by step something more, something deeper for what she ever expected to feel for him; Until, anything she knew so far crashed down in one night.

The authors of angst strike again with an unbelievable intense story that is split in two parts. Fortunately, we are going to read the second part really soon. Thank them for that! While I am so desperate to see what is going to happen to Rafe and Diana in the end I can't forget what has happened to them in Deep. The plot M. & Nana Malone have created for these two heroes is nothing to be forgotten about. The intensity both characters deliver is palpable to the core; not to mention how formidable matched they are. I could see Diana's dilemma about Rafe; Just like Rafe's inexperience to relationships. Their story unfolds fast, letting me get to know both of them without misleading; a beautiful combination of Diana's and Rafe's POVs that intrigued my interest because the one's view is the same with the other's but in other perspective. Interesting huh? Nothing seems to be the way it looks like. Secrets, secret agents, assassins and an unsolved mystery, where what kept me on the hook of this story; and I won't forget how steamy hot their intimate moments were. Nope I won't! Can't wait to see what is waiting Diana and Rafe in the end of their journey. What is going to be written for them...

I hope I intrigue your imagination a little and make you grab the book, finding out what's really happening to them because there is no way to tell you myself.

Until next time, enjoy your free time reading great books with the most unforgettable stories.

Black, white and gray collide to create a hodge podge the likes I've yet seen. Rafe and Diana are strangers with a history. He's her bogeyman and she's his retribution. Or could it be that their about to become each other's downfall? In a world where nothing is as it seems and danger runs rampant, emotions run high and secrets run deep. Malone squared lays the groundwork for an enticing, yet complicated battle of wills. Deep plays peekaboo with the mind while setting the senses ablaze.

I love when I am introduced to new authors. I always have the mentality that I am finding a new world filled with new characters and that can be so exciting. Imagine all the new possibilities you can discover. M. Malone and Nana Malone are new to me authors who have created a thrilling world of filled with drama and chaos in Deep.

When I started this book, I could not get into the first 15% of the book. I could not connect well with the setting. It started to pick up 20% of the book and that's when the brilliant chaos began. There were parts I loved and they were parts I did not like. The writing was superb. Let me tell, it was fiery, captivating and sensational. Well paced and well written, M. Malone and Nana Malone took me to a place of secrets, betrayal, assassins and danger. Deep was simple a big explosion of thriller and suspense that will grip you. I would have wanted more grittiness and I think that was it lacked. But the pace of the book was nail biting. I am truly intrigued by the second book.

Rafe was a dark and an interesting alpha male. Yes, he may had a dark past but he cared for women and helped women in need. That could be saving grace and his downfall. He was someone ready to protect and slay all your dragons. That is very attractive. I found I could connect with him and his protective side. Plus I kind of swooned a bit. Diana was someone for the life of me, could not connect. In a way her quest for revenge left a bitter taste in my mouth. Plus she did not score points for her lies and deceit. You will find out what they are. I do not want to say more but Deep is really interesting book.

I definitely interested in reading Deeper. I am curious to see how it ends. I know it is going to be a roller coaster filled with mayhem.

I really enjoy the Orus series by Nana and Minx Malone. I've loved it since Shameless and it has only grown from there. In Deep we finally get Rafe Demarco's story and boy was it fantastic. I really enjoyed Rafe and Diana's connection and attraction. It kept me glued to my seat and consumed by the story.

Diana Vandergraff is on a quest for vengeance for the death of her father and Rafe Demarco has a target on his back ever since. After finding out he was responsible for her father's murder, Diana figures out the best way to take down your enemy is to befriend him in the process. But what happens when lines are crossed and things aren't always as they seem?

While I enjoyed this novel, the action and the underlying suspense, hidden identity tropes are my least favorite in stories. It gets a little frustrating always waiting for the proverbial ax to fall. While I did enjoy this story it wasn't my favorite from this duo. But I look forward to Deeper and the conclusion of this story! Bravo! 4 stars! ~Ratula

***ARC Provided by the Author and Give Me Books***

Diana and Rafe are interesting, and I really liked the idea of the story, that she wants him dead for killing her father, but that there is a lot more going on than initially meets the eye, and that nothing is ever simple.

I loved that we are getting Rafe's story after learning about him, and his past, a little in Noah's story.

That said, I wasn't thrilled with the way the story developed. It seemed erratic and jumpy to me, like there was so much going on, the authors weren't quite sure the direction to go with the story. It did settle out about 45% into the story, and I was really engaged from that point on.

As it says in the blurb, and in the beginning of the book, this is a cliffhanger...and it is a good one. In the best, most OMG cliff-hanger-y way.

I recommend this title and I am looking forward to the next in the series.

I liked the premise of Deep by M. Malone, but the storyline was all over the place. I had a difficult time in the beginning understanding what was going on. You have a young woman hell bent on getting revenge for the murder of her father.

But all may not be as it seems....

I don't want to give too much away, without spoiling the whole story. But I will say it was an suspenseful thriller with a building romance as the background to the story.

After the 25% mark, the flow of the story did balance out. And it was overall a good thriller. I'm intrigued to see what happens in book 2.

My god what a book, right from the beginning I was in so deep I didn’t know who to root for. I loved Rafe even if was killer because that’s all you know about him at first. Then you see things from Diana’s point of view.
I thought she was crazy at first, but she had done her homework and it worked better than  she hoped. Except they are dynamite together both falling for each very quickly. It was hot and passionate relationship, and neither of them expected it. Also there is something shadowy  going on in the background that neither of them know about.
This is crazy hot sexy adventure and I have to wait weeks to read the rest. I can’t recommend this enough, I knew it was a Duet going in but I so glad I read it even if I am still twitching waiting for Deeper.

I have been dying for Rafe's story and I was not disappointed!! His was a story based on revenge and deception, and this time, it wasn't his doing. Does Rafe have any chance at starting over when his past is never very far behind?
Diana knows loss and she isn't about to let the man responsible get away with it. The more she digs, the more she uncovers, and the more she questions everything she thought she knew. I was so wrapped up in the mystery and suspense of this story! Would Rafe find out what she was up to? Would she find what she was looking for? What really happened?! After the first couple chapters, I knew I wasn't getting any sleep until this book was finished.
The connection between Rafe and Diana was undeniable and wicked sexy. The Malones can write some steamy scenes, that's for sure! In addition to that, I was constantly on edge. I kept waiting for something to happen, for the other shoe to fall. And then they do what they always do...they leave us hanging!! I say that like I'm annoyed but it totally love it!! I love that feeling of anticipation and excitement for what's to come. They set things up perfectly for the next book. We are left with so many questions and I can't wait to find out what they have in store for these characters.

Deep by M. Malone

****4 Crazy Stars****

This is my first read from M. Malone and good; this book kept me wanting more so much suspence and so many secrets, revenge. Rafe not a good man and he not sure he ever will be. Diana wants revenge on the man who took everything away from her and she wants him to hurt in the wrose way. But Diana is a women full of lies and the are starting to blur what her goal is. Rafe doing something good by saving a women on the side of the road from her death is what any man would do but that good deed is about be his punishment for his past life. Diana thought this would be an easy mission but soon learn everything is not what it seems and what she thought she knew was lies. Rafe opens up to Diana and he never thought he could ever do that; the more Diana around Rafe the more she questions is she doing the right thing should she just come clean. But would Rafe kill her? Can Rafe except her reasons for what she doing and look past it? Will Rafe figure out who Diana really is?

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

Deep is the first book in M Malone's The Deep Duet. Do not be surprised when this book ends in a cliffhanger. The good news however is that the second book Deeper isn't far behind Deep. There is also a prequel to this duet that I didn't know about until I had finished Deep but I will be going back to read In Deep.

Rafe is the ghost that haunts your dreams. He is a liar, a protector...a killer...he is death. You think you know his story, but you have no idea. His death was just the beginning. In the years she he escaped the show organization that owned him, his vow to protect his family is the only thing that kept him alive. Until he meet Diana. To bad he needs the monster to protect her from the demons of her past. Too Bad she is not that innocent.

The first thought I had after closing this book was WOW the second was why have I never read a M. Malone book before. I have just discovered an author that I am sure I will read many more books by in the future. I loved this book. This book will keep you on your toes and on the edge of your seat through most of it. Oh an guessing, you will be trying to figure out just exactly what is going on. This book is told in the dual points of view of Rafe and Diana. I will tell you that Diana has spent her entire life waiting on the moment that she can get revenge against the man who killed her father when she was just a little girl. However she has no idea what is really going on or who Rafe really is or why her father was killed. That is all your getting out of me except that you need to read this book. There is just no way that you will not love this book and close it wanting Deeper right away. So put on your big girl pants, grab this book, hold on to your kindle, and be ready for all the smoking hot goodness that is Deep.

Deep is my first from authors M Malone and Nana Malone.
When I first read the blurb I was excited to get to read this book, but it did take me until 17% to get into the story. At first the storyline seemed to be a little all over the place, but as I read on I got hooked on all the drama, suspense and intrigue.
Loved Rafe and all of his Badassness, trying to live as normal as a life that he can and put his past behind him. He was the kind of man you want in your corner.
Diana is out for revenge and will stop at nothing to get it.
I can honestly say as much as I tried, I really couldn’t connect with Diana. I found her hard to like, to me she was just way too deceitful.
Definitely glad I powered thru and even though I got a little frustrated at times, this story is a nail biter and one hell of a roller coaster ride. I can’t wait to see what happens next!

Wow! This is the book that has gotten me out of my reading slump!

The suspense, the action and the epic ending! I must say...I could really use book two. Like YESTERDAY! Holy crap.

I seriously couldn't put this down, I'm not joking one bit either. I somehow made cookies and took care of things. All while having my nose stuck in the book. Totally felt like Belle for a while. Though....I could never walk and read at the same times that's just an accident waiting to happen.

This is a fast paced easy read that will keep you wanting more. The characters are fully developed and the world building is phenomenal. Even with this going along with another series, it didn't hinder what you're reading at all. I actually didn't realize there was a prior series before this. But you can believe that while I'm waiting to read the next book I will be checking out the Shameless Series and the Force Duet.

Deep by M. Malone & Nana Malone. Is book  one in the Deep Duet. I found it powerful, gritty, it's a suspense filled journey, surrounded by a mystery. Now I haven't read the other books in the series, but Deep was a complete standalone. I had no problems following all the mystery, suspense, and drama.

Deep is a story about revenge. Diana wants revenge on Rafe. He murdered her father. We do see pieces throughout the story that she may not completely understand what kind of man her father was. But she's focused on revenge. She wants him to pay. What she doesn't expect is how attracted to him she is. The chemistry between them is HOT!!

I loved the writing style of these two authors. The flow of the story was beautifully told. I was captivated by this story. From start to finish I couldn't put it down. From the storyline, to the chemistry of the characters, it's absolute PERFECTION!!! I found Deep one hell of a thrill ride, I'm looking forward to Deeper!!

Deep is the story of former FBI operative Rafe and heiress Diana. Diana is seeking revenge on the man who killed her father when she was a teen while Rafe is trying to adapt to civilian life as part of a security detail. Their paths cross and everything begins to change for both of them. This book was engaging, entertaining, filled with action and hot sexy times. I couldn't help hoping these two would work out. I love Rafe's character while Diana's obsession with revenge grated on my nerves after awhile. Deep does end on a cliffhanger however the conclusion will be released soon.
I read an arc of Deep and willingly posted my review.

** 4 In too Deep Stars **

One look at that smoking hot cover and I'm falling deep under the spell.

New-to-me author, M & Nana Malone has completely lured me into the world of Deep, from vengeance to love and throw in a mix of humor and scorching hot scenes, MSquared had me wrapped around Rafe & Diana's finger!

"And this is why we don't bring a vajayjay to a gunfight."

The cliffhanger ending was definitely the most frustrating aspect of the book, but with the release date so near for Deeper, I can't wait to see how the story ends!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I voluntarily read and reviewed an ARC of this book generously provided by LWoodsPR and the author. Thank you for the reviewing opportunity!

Suspense at its best. Diana's convinced he murdered her father, now she's out for revenge. Her plan is fool proof or so she thinks. The suspense and tension is palpable and I was riveted to my reader, finding it hard to put down. It's so hard to review a story like this with out revealing any spoilers. So this is short and sweet. Amazing writing, intense, and exciting. I really enjoyed this first part of the duet. And I'm desperate for the next.

I not only read books by authors I already know, but I also love to discover a new author. Or in this case, and author duo. Especially with new-for-me authors the blurb (or the synopsis) really has to draw me in. The blurb for Deep intrigued me, and I’m glad I picked it up. It wasn’t what I thought it would be, but I really like this story and I need to know how it ends.
“Now was not the time. He didn’t have room in his life for a relationship. Nor was he that guy. As much as he wanted her, he wasn’t an idiot.”

Rafe and Diane meet by accident – literally – and hit it off, but do they really know each other? Rafe has left his old shadowy life behind, and is working currently working for a private security firm. He likes his job, but he can’t shake his past actions and the man he used to be. Diane wasn’t close to her dad, but she loved the man and was devastated about his murder. Tracking down his assassin leads her to Rafe, and it’s difficult for her to see the murderer in him. Rafe shouldn’t fall for a woman he hardly knows, and Diane should know better as well, too bad attraction doesn’t care one bit.
“Are you sure you want to? Tears pricked her lids. This was so fucked. What did she have if she didn’t have this? She’d made a mistake, and now she needed to live with it.”

Deep is written by author duo M. Malone and Nana Malone, and it’s my first book by these authors. The story is written in a third-person narrative, from both Rafe and Diane’s POV. It took me a few chapters to get into the story, but once I was in, I was hooked. Besides the main couple, the side characters all add to the story, making it more real. I’m very curious about Noah and Lucia, and luckily they have their own books available.

I have to be honest. When I started Deep, I thought I was getting a dark story. Kidnapping, abuse, you know what I mean. I was a bit disappointed it wasn’t anything like that, but once I stepped away from the ‘ugh, I want a dark read’, I started to enjoy Rafe and Diane’s story very much. It’s fast-paced with a lot is going on; ‘jobs’, secrets and hidden agendas. I love Diane and Rafe together, their attraction is off the charts and they just make sense, even with the secrets between them. How it ends? Their story continues in Deeper, I can’t wait to read it.

I gave this book 4.5 stars!

This is the first book of 2 and does leave you on a cliff hanger, but don't worry we get the second one Deeper on the 29th of this month...so we don't have to wait to long!!!!

I was hooked from the first word to the last and I didn't want to put it down. The beginning of this story is kind of all over the place, but that what makes it so unique. We have to get through this to understand what the storyline is and how this is going down. You will find that these authors have put a little of everything in this book from Hot Alpha males to humor to suspense.

Rafe works for Blake Security but he hasn't always worked for them. He has been a "Ghost" for the government and had to do things that others wouldn't or couldn't and that might just come back to bite him in the A$$.

Diane is the daughter of a man who was murdered in front of her when she was younger. She knows who is responsible and has been plotting out her revenge. When she finally gets where she wants to be she cant help to see a different side of this person.

Rafe has changed his life completely now and with Diane he feels something for her. Will she seek revenge or will they be able to work together and have HEA?

I have read several stories from these authors and each one keeps getting better and better. Cant wait to read Deeper to see what happens!!!

Deep is book one in The Deep Duet series. I’ve not read anything by these authors before apart from In Deep, the novella to read before this book. This series is a great introduction to these authors for me.

Rafe wants to leave his past life behind him and lead a normal life. I loved the dynamics between Rafe and Diana.

I really enjoyed this story. I thought it was a great start to the duet and I read it pretty quickly. I believe the characters we meet are in previous books so I’m looking forward to going back and reading them.
Am really looking forward to reading Deeper.

This is a great start to a new duet. This is Rafe's story and I will say it is a stand alone. I have not read the Shameless Trilogy and don't feel like I missed a lot. I will read it later though.

Rafe is is a civilian now and working for his brother in laws security company. He is laying low and making the most of his 'retirement' when he meets Diana.

Diana has been hunting Rafe for a better part of a year. She is convinced that he killed her innocent father and she is going to make him pay for it. So when she sets herself that she needs help, and he goes beyond that and offers his home to her. They are now stuck with each other and the very real and hot chemistry they feel for each other is too much for either to ignore.

Loved this book, and can't wait to see how it ends. Although there is no real threat in this one, I feel the next book will have some in it. I voluntarily read an advance reader copy for my honest review.💓

Oh my goodness I need to know what happens next!
What a cliff hanger!
Loved Deep. Diana is convinced Rafe is a killer, and not just any killer but the one who murdered her father, that however doesn’t stop her falling for him. Diane is plotting to bring him down, but the more she is with him the more she realises she loves him. Lots of steamy sex scenes and plenty of intrigue keep you on your toes. Rafe is trying to leave that world behind but is starting to get drawn back into it. So wanted them to live happily every after. But I have a whole other book to go before I find that out.
Great plot twists
It works as a stand alone book, although I’m now interested in the rest of the series. Thoroughly enjoyed the writing, kept me interested and turning pages from the very start.

I am going to keep it short and simple by saying that I really enjoyed this book. It was a good read. I can’t wait to read more about Rafe and Diana. I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.
