One night in Vegas.
That’s all it took.
One glance stole my breath. One touch lit me on fire.
We live on opposite sides of the country, so one night of fun should be okay, right?

What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas, and now it’s time to move on.
But our chemistry was unforgettable.
And erasing Jackson from my mind is impossible.

But then my Vegas fling suddenly flashes before my eyes.
Not from a memory, but because my new university professor is none other than Jackson West.

Our connection is still as strong as the night we met. The air changes whenever we’re near. So there’s only one of two things I can do…
Ignore my new professor, keep it strictly professional.
Or, find out if we can keep this a secret.

I don’t know which path to take.
But I also don’t know if I can stay away...

Super cringe and unrealistic. Neither characters acted their age. The only thing I did like was how devoted the hero was and how against cheating/sharing he was. But otherwise, the rest was meh.

I'm really enjoying this one, I just love Professor West.

I loved this sweet romance, everything was great from start to finish. I was waiting for the bad parts, but nothing major. Everything worked out perfectly for Mia and Jackson. Great read.

Mia's such a good friend that she's taken her bestie, Audrey, to Vegas so Audrey can find her boyfriend after their huge fight. While there, she spies a hot silver fox and is immediately attracted. Unfortunately she's got to help her friend, so she chalks it up to a chance sighting. But fortunately, he's in Vegas for his friend's wedding, and that wedding party is in the same chapel as her friend's ends up being. Thank God because it gives her and the hottie a chance to spend the hottest night of her life with him. Will he call her once they part or will she have to take the memory of him with her and never see him again?

What will she do, what will Jackson do, though, when lo and behold but who ends up standing in front of her classroom as her new professor, but her hot one night stand himself? They have to agree, it will never happen again, no matter how attracted they are to each other. At least that's the plan, but sometimes what happens in Vegas does not always STAY in Vegas... Will they be able to keep it on the down low or will an angry friend ruin everything for them?

This is a very sweet, but seriously sexy professor story. I loved Mia and Jackson together. The fact that he's older means he's more mature than the average professor, and acts accordingly. I also love the fact that he's not a manwhore and a ridiculously ott alpha, though he is down and dirty in the bedroom, whew! All in all, he and Mia are a great couple, and if you like your forbidden professor romances high on heat and sweet, I highly recommend you download your own silver fox in Professor Perfect.

What a delight! This was my first book by Alana Jade and it certainly won’t be my last.

What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas, right?

Not so much.

Mia thought she was having a one-night stand with a HOT AF man she’d just met. Little did she know, her life would change.

Back home, things were back to regular programming—work and law school. That is, until Mia comes face to face with her new law professor.

Helloooo Professor West!!!!!

But also, helloooo biggest shock ever for both Mia and Jackson.

Despite having felt a strong connection when they met, Jackson and Mia didn’t think they’d see each other again, especially not under these circumstances. Their connection and chemistry only got stronger and stronger and it was clear they could not ignore their feelings.

I absolutely loved this book! The writing was easy to follow and the characters were easy to fall in love with. Like I said, what a delight!

If you love the professor-student romance trope, you definitely need to check out Professor Perfect. Sexy and witty, this book will have you swooning and smiling the entire time. Five stars!

This novel stole my heart from the first chapter itself. The story is all about a young sweet girl Mia who intends to become a lawyer helping her broken hearted friend , but in the process gives her heart to a older person Jackson . This was not my regular story but still I picked it up and boy I was surprised. It has passion, drama and tons of sequences that one can dig. I received an ARC from HEA and I am providing my review here.

Who wouldn't fall in love with sizzling hot Professor Jackson West he had my blood pressure raising from the start. Jackson is Mia's Silver Fox she 26 he 39 - both in Vegas with friends. Jackson for his friends wedding before he starts a new chapter in his life while his divorce is finalised and Mia to help her best friend track down her boyfriend.

One night to forget one night to have fun, both knowing that there is no danger of them seeing each other again!!!! Well they are both in for a shock when Jackson's new jobs is as Mia's professor at Law School!

Oh what to do.... the chemistry is still as strong but Jackson is now her teacher so they can't be together can they? As the pair try and navigate their feelings while keeping it a secret is not easy add in the unstable brother of her best friends partner things are about to get even messier.

A great sizzling hot story that will keep you nice and warm!

This is the first book I've ever read by the author. It is a different twist to the usual forbidden and taboo story of student/professor romance. The story of Jackson and Mia is definitely more light-hearted. It is still a fun and entertaining read. I think this is something you'll want to read if you want the trope, but low on drama.

I love both Jackson and Mia's characters. They are mature and level-headed individuals, knows how to handle their relationship sensibly. They communicated really well too. They have amazing chemistry and attraction towards each other. You will not doubt their relationship whatsoever, you know that they're into each other especially Jackson. Even though he got burned by his ex-wife, he wasn't jaded. It makes him treat Mia with more love and care even.

Overall, it was an enjoyable read. I'm hoping to read more of Alana's books.

Alana Jade is a brand new author, well for me anyway and y'all, what a way to be introduced to her. I'm a huge, huge age gap AND professor-student lover and Alana delivered in the spades with this steamy, swoony romance.

Professor Perfect was crazy good.. an easy read that was unputdownable in sooooo many moments and these two? Well they kept me glued to all the words.

Jackson and Mia... *whew all the feels with these two!* when they meet it's an instant connection that neither can deny. It was just one night, that is until fate intervenes and gives them perhaps another chance. Problem is? It's a whole lot of complicated now.

Alana promises steam, fun, undeniable chemistry, and all the feels and she totally delivered.

I definitely recommend this book.

Well written and the characters are interesting but it lacks flow (specially on the 'sexy' bits).
Some bits of the plot should've been explored more in depth while others have been described to their almost death to the detriment of the flow of the story, in my opinionat least.

I love an easy to read romance. The student professor first meeting is outside the university which makes it cute and romantic not creepy. The only thing I really disliked was the FMC best friend. That character really brought down the novel and was immature and annoying in a way that, yes made the lead look mature and adult but, detracted from the storyline. Will read others from the author as the main character romance was like a warm hug.

I’ve never read any of Alana Jade’s work before, but after looking at the cover and blurb, I was intrigued by this book. I love taboo romances and this one definitely fitted the criteria of what to look for in a taboo romance. I have to say that it was an interesting read, some of the things I wasn’t expecting to happen but at the same time it was quite predictable. I’d be up for reading more of Alana’s work as she has got me hooked, but to me I thought that there was something missing a little as at times I found myself wanting to take a break from the book, other times I couldn’t get enough. Don’t get me wrong, the idea for this story was great, the characters were interesting but it didn’t have that WOW factor that I usually like to see in a book.
I thought that both Jackson and Mia were great characters who had great chemistry but I hated how Mia would just basically let her best friend walk all over her, pus I found her best friend to be quite demanding and that tends to put me off people. I love it when characters are much more down to earth and Mia was, just not her best friend.
Both Jackson and Mia go through a lot in this story and it’s quite a journey for them both, but I do like them.
Other than it being a little basic and too predictable I can’t think of anything else that stood out to me.
I would highly encourage to give this book a try, especially if you’ve not read her work before you never know you may discover a new author whose work you may fall in love with.

Mia is an only child, and whilst she may have had everything given to her, she is still a down to earth girl, she doesn’t take anything for granted and is doing what she can to help herself get through law school.
It’s currently the summer and she’s got time off before the new school year starts, and whilst she could be doing anything to relax, instead she’s on her way to Las Vegas to go and help her best friend get her boyfriend back.
They both have 24 hours in Vegas and whilst her parents don’t approve of the purchase, they know she’s doing it for a reason… so she should spend it however she chooses to and of course have fun.
When she happens to walk into the chest of this amazing man, her body can’t but feel the pull between them. But later on things take a turn in ways she never expected…
When she ends up hooking up with the mysterious man she bumped into earlier in the day, she knows it can only be the one time and that everything that happened here is to stay in Vegas. Well that’s what she thought until the first day of term…
What will happen when Mia’s mystery man ends up becoming her professor for the semester??? Will they recognise each other or will Jackson have forgotten about her????

Holy crap, y'all. This was my first Alana Jade book and I could not put it down for the life of me. Once I started I knew this was going to be an incredible way to kick off 2021. Jackson and Mia's story is nothing short of fantastic. Are you a fan of student-professor romances? Vegas one night stands? Age gap? Suspense? This is the book for you. SO GOOD.

Story Line: Mia and Jackson meet in Vegas. They have a hot AF night together and that's that. HA. Or so we think. Their story has so many twists, turns and holy crap moments, you won't be able to put it down either.

Interaction: You know me, I gotta have some good chemistry or my heart just isn't in it. And with these two characters, you never have to guess if they're into each other. Their chemistry had my kindle overheating it was so hot. Jackson may be a silver fox, but that only means he's that much better at allllll the details, if you know what I'm saying. If we were having this discussion in person I would be awkwardly winking at you, so be grateful we're not. Anyways, the dynamic between Jackson and Mia is complex and perfectly laid out for our eyes to gobble up.

Laundry: When I'm reading a new to me author, I try like crazy to go into the book with zero laundry expectations. I'm sure y'all know, no two romance authors write their naughty stuff the same. All I hope is for some good build up and not to be left high and dry. And oh mama, I was not disappointed. This book has some seriously HOT scenes. It may be 20 degrees and frosty here in Ohio, but I assure you, it is most certainly not DRY.

Depth: All I ask of my romance reads is a) good chemistry and b) some meat on the story line's bones. And Professor Perfect checked both of those boxes. In red ink. Sharpie ink. This book is so much more than just a story about how two people met by chance and somehow fell in love and built a beautiful life. It's about going after your dreams regardless of the cost. It's about trusting your instincts. And it's about prioritizing the ones you love most. But along with all of those great themes, there is also a huge element of suspense I was not expecting. It added some seriously heart thumping moments that had nothing to do with laundry and everything to do with nutjobs. That's all I'm going to say, so I don't give away any spoilers.

Bottom line? Professor Perfect passes my final exam with flying colors. 5 giant hearts from this uber satisfied reader.

This is my first read by Alana Jade. Her writing style intrigues me. Although, Mia and Jackson’s initial hookup is hot and fast, the book takes us slowly thru the buildup and growth of their relationship.

Mia is headed to Vegas to help her best friend, Audrey. Jackson is there to celebrate his best friends wedding. When Jackson comes to Mia’s aid, they spend time talking . Each feeling instantly drawn to one another. Their connection is off the charts, as is the night they spend together.

Fast forward a couple of weeks and it’s the morning of the first day classes for Mia, who is attending law school in Chicago. A new professor has caused quite the commotion and is being called Professor Perfect. When the realization that Jackson is indeed her professor, they know they have things to discuss.

Although, they both agree putting that night in the past and moving forward professor/student relationship only, they cannot deny the incredible chemistry they have. The book will take you thru the next year, as Mia and Jackson navigate their secret relationship, grow closer, deal with crazy exes, best friend drama, families, and the possibility of being caught.

We watch their relationship grow and develop slowly over time despite the fast and frenzied beginnings. This is a low angst, older man/younger woman, professor/student, forbidden relationship and we go along for the sweet, sexy ride. As I read, I felt like I was falling in love along with them, going thru the ups and downs of a secret relationship, and being unable to let go of the best thing to happen to you.

This was a sweet and breezy romance. Going by the blurb and trope, I expected more of a taboo romance that was high on drama. Though this wasn’t what I was expecting, it was different and more light hearted. A different twist to the trope, but definitely a fun and entertaining read.

What I loved the most about the book are the characters - especially the protagonists - Jackson and Mia. They are mature and level headed individuals, who are equally sensible when it comes to handling their relationship without giving leeway for immaturity or too much drama. They were one of those mature couples who communicated really well. What started out as an unexpected one night stand in Vegas turned out to be a slowly building relationship despite the new predicament they found themselves with Jackson as Mia’s lecturer in university. They made a plan and stuck to it without giving into temptations and risking their careers, and yet they gave relationship a chance. I wish there was more drama to make the more book was more intriguing. The whole Adrian plot that held a lot of potential to lead to some nail biting action fell flat and as a character he seemed wasted without influencing the plot all that much. Carl and Audrey were interested characters and were worth investing on. The ending was also too smooth without much hiccups.

Overall it was a nice read but more obstacles would have added to the entertainment quotient.

Mia Taylor a 26 year law student finds herself booking a flight from Chicago across country to Vegas helping her friend Audrey track down her boyfriend Carl in Vegas. What Mia wasn't expecting was to be lost in the casino and literally running into an older looking gorgeous man.
Jackson West 39year travels to Vegas for his best friend Bill's Vegas wedding.
After having a stunning looking young woman crash into him. He is quit taken back with the instant attraction.
Mia who after seeing Jackson again by chance since, steps out of her comfort zone. "What happens in Vegas stays in Vegas"
Theirs was a night to remember especially knowing that she would never see Jackson again brought out her adventurous side. Parting ways after giving him her number and returning home back ready to start her next.

Imagine both their suprise to discuss that Jackson is Mia's new law professor.
Steamy funny age gap romance highly recommended.

Perfect Professor is a standalone novel that had me hooked with just the title!

Jackson is witnessing his best friend get married in Vegas he continues to run into a gorgeous auburn-haired woman; his divorce is almost final and while he is 39 years old he is starting over. Mia is a mature aged law student on mission to help her BFF fix her relationship. One moment she finds herself having the best 1-night stand of her life with Jackson, next looking up at her new professor wondering how she got herself into this position.

Sometimes going after what you want is the best thing that can happen to you regardless of how it happens.

I personally enjoyed this story; Jade is a new to me author and I enjoyed the teacher/student and age gap romance. I look forward to reading more from Jade in the future.

Mia is on a break and is convinced by her best friend to go with her to Vegas, and since they are only there for 24-hours, she just wants to have fun. When Mia walks into a sexy Jackson there is an instant connection between them, but what happens in Vegas does not always stay there. On the first day at law school Mia comes face to face with her new professor which is Jackson. The chemistry between them is undeniable, but can they keep denying and avoiding the attractive even though it is a taboo student / professor scenario? This is a well written tale which has drama and leads to a sweet and steamy story. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend for all.

I’ve never read this author before, I love taboo books and was very intrigued by this one!
I very much enjoyed how the characters met and who they were as individuals. I even liked the secondary characters! While the friend was borderline annoying I like how she progressed throughout the story.
But, After the whole plot came out in the first 40%, I felt the rest was fairly predictable. It’s like the author touched on certain twists and wow factors, but didn’t want to commit 100% to them, leaving things feeling flat and innocent.
I felt like this story needed a big punch of a twist, and was dejected every chapter that passed in bliss. The ending wrapped up way too neatly for me making this a 3 star read.

Having a one-night stand in Vegas should be harmless. Famous last words, right? Jackson and Mia were the sweetest and their story was hot AF, the chemistry was amazing, and I could not put my Kindle down. Jackson was sexy and I love a good age gap and student-teacher romance, so he was like a perfect double whammy for me. Mia was adorably sweet, I loved her so much. I do wish she stood her ground against her best friend but that’s ok.

This is my first read from Alana Jade and it will not be my last. I really enjoyed her story-telling abilities and her character development. The story was romantic, I loved the leads so much, and there was even a little suspense in the mix. It was so enjoyable!

This was the first book I've read by this author.
I love a taboo story, and student/Professor is high up on my list of favourites, however I didn't love this story but I didn't hate it either. I liked Professor Jackson West enough but I did think he was pretty weak when it came to Mia, I would have loved a bit more of a push and pull in regards to them trying to fight it more. I felt at times the story was a little predictable and I was hoping at times I'd be wrong with my predictions. I loved Mia, she was a great character and an amazing friend to Audrey even if I felt like Audrey didn't deserve her friendship.

Student-teacher-romances are usually pretty scandalous, catty and dramatic. But this was extremly well written, heavy on the relationship, light on the drama and with a bit of suspense too.

Mia and Jackson are so sweet together, and they have that forever kind of relationship. All their friends are constantly around, making keeping their relationship a secret hard whiledealing with all the crazyness going on around them.

No real OW/OM drama. Age gap.

This is a new author for me, so I can’t wait to read more by her.

Alana Jade is quickly becoming one of my new favourite authors and Professor Perfect definitely didn't disappoint.
Drama, action, intrigue and suspense are all the great makings of this book.
This absorbing story has a combustible and fiery connection between two people who are fighting their true feelings due to the frowned upon professor/student relationship, which makes for a scorching and emotional romance with underlying grittiness.
Professor Perfect is the perfect mix of sweet and sexy with mystery, intensity and emotion in between – I highly recommend it!

Professor perfect is an age gap/ forbidden love story that is sweet and satisfying. I loved Jackson. He really does deserve his nickname professor perfect. He’s hot and dreamy and one hell of a nice guy. It’s no wonder why Mia falls for him after their encounter in Las Vegas. Even though what happens in Vegas should stay in Vegas Jackson and Mia are unable to let go of one another after their connection as teacher/student is discovered by each other.
I enjoyed Alana Jade’s writing style and found the book to be an easy and entertaining read. Highly recommended

Professor Perfect by Alana Jade is the story of Jackson West and Mia Taylor.
Mia although well off is very down to earth and always wanting to help. But she is also going to school to Law School. When her friend needs her she runs off to Vegas to help but ends up having a hot encounter with a older man. Know that it happened in Vegas and it will stay there she moves forward to attend school...only to look up and find that her hot encounter is her Professor Jackson West. This was my first book by this author and won't be my last.

I have to say that this book is hots as hell!!!!!!!!!!! I mean what one night of fun and pleasure could a girl turn down. Mia is set to have a one night stand but this is different because she actually feels like there could be more than a one night but all she is looking for is one night of pleasure and then back to her everyday life.

Only when she goes back to her everyday life it is about to change because her one night stand just walked into the doors of her life. Now Mia will either control herself and her urges or she will go out on a limb and give in to her desires.

Jackson and Mia are two strangers with killer chemistry. It’s one night in Vegas and that’s it. They move on with their individual lives. Unfortunately that’s not the case when Professor Perfect shows up in Mia’s class and it happens to be Jackson.

There is no fighting it as much as they would want to or try to. They are going down a slippery slope and have to figure out how to get their HEA.

This book will give you a feel good read with lots of steam during a much crazy time in our world right now. Unplug and pick this book up and just forget about the troubles for a little while.
