Give me the real, ugly love of two people battling their demons to make it work.
Two people like us.

After all, it's our favorite sins that always do us in.
But even in the midst of my blackout, there she is.
The beacon of light I don't deserve.
As strong as she is, though, she's fighting the darkness too.

Anyone who has met Blackie and Lacey knows that their story isn't as easy as it looks. She constantly fights against her own mind and he's struggling with addiction. When they're apart and hit rock bottom, is their love enough?

A tragic love story disguised as one of the greatest fairytales.

I've loved these characters for so long that their pain was my pain. I felt every moment of conflict and it hurt whenever I thought they might not make it through together. I also feel like every small amount of joy that burst through the darkness was written just to put a smile on my face. These characters worked hard for their forever. The road was full of pitfalls and obstacles and they tended to stand in their own way, but their love was so strong. Strong enough to defeat the odds. Strong in the face of mental illness and addiction. Strong in ways neither of them could have imagined.

But I think love is only hard when you love hard. It hurts when you have too much to lose.

I love Blackie. He's such a beautiful soul. He never really handled life in the most 'normal' of ways and his fight against his habits was torturous, but his heart was so magnificent. The way he loved Lacey, the amount of love he felt for his family... We all would be blessed to be loved like that!

I enjoyed getting a ton of Nico in this story and I cannot wait until he gets a book of his own. This young man is suffering and I want to get to the heart of it. Bosco writes stories full of so much heart. They're raw and real and painful, but she makes us appreciate her happy endings even more. Life isn't easy or perfect and allowing her characters to fall and pick themselves back up gives us the chance to relate to them. They're fake people with real people problems and the author does an amazing job of bringing them to life. I will always be a fan and I'm so excited to see what comes next. As for Leather and Lace, I hope I get to see more of them and their beauty in the future.

Not every fairy tale is a tragic love story. But sometimes you have to navigate Hell to find Heaven.

Blackie is an addict. Lacey is bipolar. They're constantly trying to find ways to hold each other up. Their love knows no bounds and they accept the darkness that lives in the other. They have learned to watch for the signs and bolster each other so they don't fall. But Blackie can't fight his demons and Lacey can't fight what she can't see. When the lives of all Satan's Knights comes under pressure, can Blackie keep his ish together?

My 16 year old daughter asked me how I could possibly enjoy a story that I've read before. When I explained that although I've read it before, it's being told from a different perspective, she gave me 'the look'. The 'mom, you're nuts' look. Because some people can't understand how full a story becomes when told from multiple points of view. It's like getting to see every side of it, with a unique twist you can only get from seeing it through the eyes of different people. So yes, I pretty much already know what's going to happen, but getting to see each situation through the eyes of Blackie and Lacey made the experience that much more real.

It sure didn't hurt that this story was written by Janine Infante Bosco. There ain't ever gonna be a time I'll stop reading from this woman. She writes characters who are raw and gritty and real and her stories are full of so much heart. As the reader, you get to experience every nail biting moment and the heartache of the characters and the situations they find themselves in, but you also get to watch them redeem themselves, claw their way out of utter despair, and triumph over their obstacles. I can't get enough of these people!

This book may end on a cliffy, but I'm reassured that part two will be following quickly. I have to know how Blackie and Lacey survive their latest ordeal and I need to bathe a bit more in their unorthodox lives. Oh yeah, and swim in their unconditional love.

This was a pretty good read and my first time reading this author. Blackie has struggled for years with problems with drugs and alcohol he got clean. Lacey Parrish Lacey Parrish, the daughter of his Club’s President she is also a diagnosed manic depressive and she is struggling. This was an emotional read and I felt bad for Lacey when she gets pregnant she has to choose taking the meds or her baby. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.

Publish date 4.1.19 Blackout, Book One

A raw and honest depiction of the struggles faced by addicts and people with mental illness.

If you have never read any of Janine's books this is a great one to start with, you will definitely fall in love with these two character. You will so want to go back and find out how everyone else got their HEA.

Ms. Bosco does an amazing job telling the story of two damaged souls working to heal each other as they try to move past their own demons.

Blackie is a recovering addict, his wife Lacey a manic depressive. Together their love is explosive and beautiful. Life just keeps throwing them curves and as long as they work together they can weather any storm. But when an unexpected twist changes the course of their future will their love survive.

I've always loved the Blackie character from the Tempted Series and then the Satan's Knights novels. As the years went on for the Satan's Knight Blackie was always at Jack Parrish's right. They have been through it all as brothers of their MC. They even managed to come to an understanding when Blackie fell in love with Jack's daughter Lacey ten years or so Blackie's junior. Their relationship flourish but there have always been demons banging on their door. I love the progression of both characters but Lacey's maturity really stands out. Now Lacey's pregnant and off her meds, Blackie fell off the wagon and is facing a possible prison sentence. They have always been better when they are at each others side, can their love survive being apart? Can't wait to find out in book two. I laughed, I sighed, I cried and I screamed no way! There is a little cliffhanger, but don't worry Janine won't make us wait too long the next book is coming soon. Blackout, Book Two5.6.19
Great read, packed love, steamy sex and tortured souls from the first page. You won't be able to put it down trust me.

OMG WTF did I just READ is what I said after I finished this book. Aside from the cliff hanger I was at the edge of my seat the entire time I was reading this story. We get two lost souls that come together as one and make a life together. Lacey is a manic depressive and Blackie is a recovering drug and alcohol addict. These two are tow messed up souls that find love in the mist of their wrongs.

They get together and get married and the two help each other out. Lacey keeps Blackie clean while Blackie helps Lacey take her medication and keeps her happy and safe. Then Lacey gets some news and she is not so sure if it is good or bad news for her and Blackie. And if that is not enough for her Blackie lands himself in some trouble as well. SO know Lacey is stressing about her news and Blackie's news. What is she going to do? Will she leave Blackie or will she stay by his side? I have no idea because I need book two to find out!

INTERVIEW WITH JANINE INFANTE BOSCO
As a lover of contemporary romance, I have found myself emersed in virtually every trope, except Motorcycle Clubs. When Author Janine Infante Bosco announced the Leather & Lace Duet, I jumped on the ARC bandwagon!

Blackout is a sinful, sexy book about a married couple in their post-honeymoon haze. He’s an addict, and second in line to take over the club’s gavel. She’s the daughter of the current President. While Blackie and Lacey should be looking toward their future together, they’re pulled back to their pasts. I loved every scene and can’t wait for part two. That’s why I’m excited to chat with Author Janine Infante Bosco on her new book Blackout!

I've been following this series from the start and I loved Blackie and Lacey's story from Lethal Temptations so I was so excited to read this novel. Blackout was an emotional, engrossing story that held my interest until the very end. It's a story that shows the daily struggles an addict faces as well as the ones a person with manic depression faces and its impact on their loved ones. Its a story about two people whose love for each other binds them together as they try to support each other through the ups and downs.
Told in dual POV, this novel will evoke a range of emotions out of you, yet throughout you will be rooting for this couple. Your heart will break for Blackie struggling with his addiction and for Lacey dealing with the Maker as she struggles with her mental illness. Both these characters are flawed yet so well-developed. You will see a level of strength even in their weakness and the love that they share knows no bounds as that love is tested throughout this story.
The familiar faces from the Satan Knights all make an appearance in the story providing balance and support the this couple and again show the meaning of the word family.
With non-stop action, unconditional love, steamy scenes and heart-breaking struggles the story was another fantastic continuation to this series and I would highly recommend it to all lovers of MC romances.

It had a surprise trope that im not a fan honestly but weirdly enough i like it, ngl as a daddy issues girl there were lots of painful parts to read 👀😩 but i was rooting for them since the start! An emotional rollercoaster for sure I scream, cry, laugh but the way you could feel their pain was palpable, the mental health representation pretty spot on, same w the addiction, a dark raw journey (you had pain, love, strength, lies, growth)but the way my blackie & Lacey overcome everything life throw their way was 🤌🏼🤌🏼 side characters were there! Like they make you wanna go read their books, the lawyer was such a vibeee! 😬

“We’ll always be the girl who battles depression and the older man who struggles with addiction, but we’re Leather and Lace and we’ve got hope.

OMG, talk about amazing, I couldn't put it down. I didn't know whether to scream or cry. I was drawn in from the first word. I fell in love with Blackie & Lacey all over again. They will always be my favorite couple. You can't help but feel all the pain they feel. It was ripping my heart out. This story hits home a bit with Blackie's addiction issue. Each book I read gets better & better. I am sad to see this generation of the Satan's Knights I grew to love end. This is for the second part to an already amazing story. If you think your heart was broken in part one just wait. What a roller coaster of emotions I felt throughout this whole book. It hit close to home with Blackie for me as I have experienced dealing with addiction and family members. This was pretty was pretty much spot on. You feel their emotions as they both deal with their personal issues. This story delves into the deepest part of the darkness of their pain and suffering. It was so beautifully written, raw & you feel how they push through to try to get back to each other where they so deserve. They are strong characters will an amazing will to fight to get that happy ending they should have. So sad to see this generation of the Satan's Knights end, Blackie & Lacey will always be my favorite. It's so hard not to get sucked into these characters. Once again you have out done yourself Janine.

This book tackles some hard issues, living with any kind of depression is tough, not only on the person suffering but also friends and family. I liked that Janine didn't try and sugar coat it, it's tough I know I live with a depressive. Given Black's addiction problem I thought he tried so hard for Lacey and when times get rough an addict will look for a way to ease the pain, not by conscious thought but as a reaction. I felt that everything about this story was beautiful, even the ugly, so good it could have been real. In amongst the angst and the struggle though there was humour, it's one of the things that makes this series so easy to read and get hooked into.

I think I'm in love with Blackie (don't tell Lacey), I am thoroughly enjoying this series.

Janine has again written a story that grabs you on page one and keeps you engaged all the way to the very end! So hang on because Blackout is such an emotional ride, I know you will not want to miss out!
If you have read Parrish than you are familiar will the events that have played out in this story, but we are getting it from Blackie and Lacy’s point of view. Their relationship has been beautiful and heartbreaking all at the same time and I simply can’t get enough of this couple!
This story takes us on a rollercoaster ride through the ups and downs of their struggles, but in the end it ripped my heart out. I can’t wait to get my hands on book two in this duet to find out if they find their happy ending.

Blackout by Janine Infante Bosco is book One in The Leather & Lace Duet. This starts the story of Blackie and Lacey.
Blackie is a recovering drug addict who loves Lacey. Lacey has her issues dealing with mental illness. Both work everyday to try to keep their issue handled but then a surprise comes into to their lives that will add changes to them. This book only starts their story and we get to read more of it in the next book called 'Blackout Book 2'.
This is a dark romance I felt since it deal with the dark subject of mental illness and drugs. Overall enjoying their emotional story and need book two.

Blackout is part one of the Leather and Lace Duet. This book will have your hand on your heart from start to finish as Blackie and Lacey try and work their way through all the trials and tribulations and come out the other side in intact. Is love enough? Do they believe in each other’s love, that it will all be ok. Go on the ride to find out you won’t be sorry. Can’t wait to read part 2.

BLACKOUT: BOOK ONE is the beginning of the The Leather and Lace Duet. It is a cliffhanger! If you haven't yet read anything about the Satan's Knights MC saga, this is probably a great place to start because although the characters are interconnected, Ms. Bosco does a fabulous job of explaining the storyline.

Lacey Parrish is the princess of the MC. She's the daughter of the president, Jack "The Bulldog" Parrish and she was raised in the club. In a previous book, Lacey found the love of her life, Blackie. This is the continuation of their romance. They each have demons tearing them apart, Lacey is manic depressive, just like her dad. Blackie is a seasoned biker who is also an addict and an alcoholic. Can their marriage survive the club drama that constantly bombards them?

I've read several of the books in the Satan's Knights MC world and each time I dig in, I have to brace myself because I know that Ms. Bosco will Tear. Me. Up. Her books aren't easy to read, they're stained with anguish, violence, sorrow. But I also know that when I come out the other side, I'll feel cleansed and filled with hope. The choices that Blackie and Lacey face are hard. And yet, Lacey was steadfast in her decision, strong for her unborn child. I admired the hell out of her! Blackie broke my heart repeatedly, I cried real tears for his tumultuous journey. By the end, though, I started to feel a bit of hope for him and I can't wait for the next book. I need to see Blackie and Lacey find their HEA!!

Need an angsty, sexy read? Pick this one up! Told from dual POVs with a cliffy that will leave you on the edge. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book.

Blackie has always been there for his club even while he has suffered his addiction. Trying to juggle the club business, his wife who is bipolar and pregnant has caused him to make some bad judgement calls. But his club has his back and the President and mentor has a plan and will take the fall until another disaster strikes and Blackie is convicted. He has now broken all his promises to Lacey, can she survive this blow at the same time as being pregnant. Blackie is determined to try right as much as he can and hires the best attorney he can, but things in prison are never easy and Blackie finds this out the hard way. The judge decides that Blackie needs to go to rehab and it becomes a lifesaver for Blackie, but will it be enough for his wife to forgive him or has she just become fed up of him relapsing. Lacey struggles daily with her own mind and her pregnancy. She is still angry with Blackie but knows he is the only one who truly sees her. Will Blackie become the person he needs to be and will Lacey survive while being left to fend for herself? Once again Ms Bosco has given us an explosive story, an emotional story that tears you apart and puts you back together again. Two tragic and beautiful souls. While the subject matter, in general, is harsh, there were a few comical banters here and there and some very sweet moments. Overall this was a great read and I fell in love with Black just a little bit more.

Part 2 of Blackout had me laughing and crying within the first chapter. Blackie and Lacey took me to the darkest depths with their pain and at times I felt like I was drowning, but it took just a sliver of light to bring me to the surface. Their story was the perfect combination of leather and lace, soft and hard and judgement and understanding. Blackout was a story not of empty promises but of sincere actions. These two at times broke me like no other couple has, but as they both stripped their emotions raw and finally showed us behind the masks, the healing began. You made me laugh, cry, scream and shout as Property Of Parrish but you owned my heart and soul with Property Of Blackie.

Blackout by Janine Infante Bosco is book Two in the Leather & Lace Duet. This continues the story of story of Blackie and Lacey, so you really should read the first book to fully enjoy their story in this one. Lacey is trying to deal with her mental illness, Blackie being gone and of course her pregnancy. Blackie is dealing with being away from Lacey, dealing with where he is at and how he failed to stay clean. This book pulls at your emotions with so much going on with them and you wanting them to get themselves together. Both are imperfect but you want them to get some peace along with a happy ending.

This book it’s everything I was hoping for and more! I cried my eyes out many times reading it. Janine truly made you feel every word in your heart and soul. Janine ripped my heart into pieces but made it beat even more in the end. How she showed us how Blackie and Lacey were fighting addiction and mental illness. I hate to see them go they both are so strong characters that speak volumes to many people. This is definitely two characters I’ll never forget! 5/5 stars but deserves more

Having just finished reading this book I must admit to feeling drained. I feel lost and heartbroken for these characters as they’ve fought for each other through the years and just as HEA seems in reach things again get upended. It’s a reflection of the talent that Ms. Bosco has in spades that has so deeply rooted these characters into my being and that has me now waiting with bated breath to see what happens next.

Dominic “Blackie” Petra’s life has never been easy as the Vice President of the Satan’s Knights MC. It’s been an emotional rollercoaster ride full of blood, danger, feelings of unworthiness, along with trying to deal with an addiction to drugs and alcohol. The moment his story took center stage I knew it would be hard to read, and it was, as none of his low points were sugarcoated. It was a tense read, but well worth it as it gave him his soul mate...Lacey Parrish, daughter of his Club’s president. Theirs was a romance meant to be and since they got together the glimpses we’ve seen of them have been happy. Chinks in their armor started to appear though in Ms. Bosco’s previous release Parrish and that’s where this story takes place. It runs parallel to the action in that story, giving us deeper insight into all of Blackie’s fears in taking over the club and becoming a father. These insights were raw and had me aching for him. For so long he’s tried to feel worthy of Lacey’s love and this story shows just how low his self-esteem is as his thoughts got quite dark at times. With these dark feelings also came great feelings of joy with his impending fatherhood that brought a smile to my face while I rooted for him to overcome his demons and allow himself to be happy. Blackie’s a compelling hero, rough around the edges, but with a big heart. He’s devoted to his club, throws himself in front of a bullet for each brother, and this often puts him at war with his love for Lacey as he’s slowly starting to realize how hard it is to balance the roles of club VP and husband. Everything comes to a head by the final page as Blackie once again sacrifices himself, leaving readers with their jaw on the floor and screaming right along with Lacey.

Lacey Parrish knows how hard it can be living with someone part of an MC. Her father, the president of the Satan’s Knights MC, has taken her on an emotional ride full of worry and fear and despite that their bond couldn’t be any stronger. Suffering from the same mental illness as him has taken her to some very dark places, bonded her and her father in a sad yet supportive way, and taken her places where only Blackie has been able to bring her back from. She’s been in love with him since she was young and with their marriage all her dreams seemed to be coming true, but recent events within the club has marred her happiness and with recently becoming pregnant she’s also putting her own health in danger. She’s battling her own demons, just like her father’s current losing battle, and it has her questioning Blackie’s devotion to her and left her struggling to keep those thoughts at bay. Through it all though Lacey’s remains a strong-willed heroine, trying to be strong and supportive to the clearly hurting Blackie. She’s a forgiving soul too with his relapses, but impending motherhood forces her to be even stronger as her and Blackie’s future takes an even more dramatic turn that ends this story with a heart-pounding conclusion.

Ms. Bosco’s again left me in awe as she took me on a raw and unvarnished journey into the darkness of addiction and the struggle of having a mental illness. It’s a journey that pulled no punches and pulled me into the lives of Blackie and Lacey wholeheartedly where each hurt and each happiness felt like my own. Having read Parrish I knew where things were going regarding the club and their legal troubles, but told from this different viewpoint took things in an even more emotional direction. Alongside all the intense issues surrounding Blackie and Lacey was a sizzling connection that made for numerous erotically-charged encounters that deepened their bond each time things got tough. While these interludes were scorching they were also a reaffirmation that pulled at my heartstrings, a desperation to keep the outside world at bay. Along with this unforgettable main couple came an equally entertaining cast of secondary characters, the men and women who inhabit this gritty world. Blackie’s bond with his MC brothers gave us moments of humor, especially in parenting discussions with Riggs, along with blows to his self-esteem as he felt like he was disappointing them by not rising to the heights Jack Parrish planned for him. From the first page to the last readers will find this an epic love story, one just starting to be told, that takes us from the lowest of lows to moments of true joy. It’s a romance full of heart and soul and I applaud Ms. Bosco for her gritty storytelling that left me utterly captivated and rooting for Blackie and Lacey to find their true HEA.

I received a copy of this book from the author/publisher to review for Stephanie's Book Reports.

After years of struggling with alcoholism and drug abuse, I got clean and put my best foot forward. I became the man worthy of Lacey Parrish's love and made the girl with the sad brown eyes my wife. But I'm not the only one in our marriage with demons. Diagnosed a manic depressive, Lacey struggles daily with her mind, never willing to succumb to the stigma of mental illness. The odds have always been stacked against us, but the stakes have never been this high. Pregnant with out child, Lacey is forced to choose between her mind and the baby we wished for. I can take the pain, but I can't take hers. Helpless and at the mercy of all the things that plague us, I turn to my past. It's always our favorite sins that do us in. Leather. Lace. Me. Her. Suffering through hell, hoping love is enough for us to survive one more blackout.

Blackout is Part One of the Leather and Lace duet. Blackout Part Two will come out soon so we will not have long to wait. If you have ever read on of my reviews I am always quick to point out that Blackie is mine. That Janine gave him to me a long time ago and he has remained my favorite book character ever for years now. If you know his backstory then you know why I love him so much and I really love him with Lacey. These two just complete each other. I would be lying if I didn't say that these two books scare me to death. I know what the past was for Blackie and I so so so didn't want him to go that route again and I sure didn't want for Lacey to get worse in fighting her mental illness. Well, we do not always get what we want. Blackie is a addict. Always will be but he was in recovery and I was so happy and proud of him. So many things have happened to him that it would be super easy for him at any point to turn back to his love of drugs. Then you have Lacey who is pregnant and fighting the same maker her dad Jack fought for years and year. She has so much invested in her live with Blackie and now their baby. If you love these two, heck even if you don't have a clue who they are there is no way this book can not affect you!!! Janine Infante Bosco has poured her heart and soul into these characters and now I need Part Two like yesterday.

boring book

I was reading another book Charon MC losing bash and because bash because of what he was going through he needed a new start so he move to Satan knight mc so I had to finish his story it was a cross over. I can read a book in a day are less if I’m invested in it but it took me a month or more to read this book. So I got into reading this author books all the books are the same they just tell the same story from a different point of view. This book was plain nothing happened it was just told from blackie point of view it would have been better if lace and blackie story was told from the end of jack book Parrish where lace when in to labour at the end of his book Because if you read all the previous book you already know the story if not you only have to read Parrish and you know what blackie and lace book is because it all happened in that book. It was like the author just copy and paste and that how all her book are in this collection. No moving forward it like all the books are stuck on amber. This book could have been told in one chapter to summarise suff it didn’t need a whole book then start the future story after lace when into labour. The other thing I find with this author she make all these women strong then she let them change for a man it like they don’t got there own mind anymore a women don’t need to change for a man why should they. A women don’t need to give her all to a man and then lose their identity really. It like what she did to Maria in book Maria was a strong women and she had to change herself for a man. As a women I work hard to get into the position I’m in I have to fight. I’m sick of reading book where the female lead start off good then she weak to a man. Good thing these book are free.

This book was an emotional rollercoaster of a read that I was not prepared for. I own a couple of Janine’s books but this is the first I’ve had the pleasure to dive into and boy was it a good one to start with. This book is the reason I was teary eyed on the train this morning and the reason I didn’t want to sleep. It was a raw page turner and the author did so well with enticing her readers into wanting more, and feel more for Blackie and Lacey.

. I feel in love with Blackie and Lacey. Their relationships, although riddled with so many events, emotions and chaos, felt real. We knew Blackie and Lacey loved each other and would fight anyone trying to bring them apart. Lacey was the woman who would take Blackie form his darkest points and bring that bit of light and hope he always needs, the light that makes him rethink relapsing. We know that Blackie’s life is not perfect, which is something I really enjoyed. The author did not spare any expense to not tell his most vulnerable story. I felt it was the only way I was able to see him as a flawed human. Lacey’s character development was amazing. She had so much on her and still continued to gain strength through each obstacle. She shined throughout the story.

The story was enticing, heartbreaking and full of twists and turns that took you on a ride yearning for more. I cannot wait until the next one comes out in may!

Blackout (Book one) by Janine Infante Bosco
Blackie is a recovering addict and his wife is bipolar. Their love is tragically beautiful. Blackie is the Vice President of the Satan’s Knight Mc. He has had a rollercoaster of a ride all while being a recovering addict. He loves his wife, Lacey Parrish, the daughter of his Club’s President, as much as he loves his MC. His best friend and mentor is his father in law, also the president of the MC. But the president is starting to falter with his own manic depression and it is putting the club at risk. Lacey is over the moon at being pregnant but is now faced with a choice that will be the deciding factor between her sanity and that of the health of her baby. The club is called to do a job with their President, but not all goes to plan. Can the club come up with a plan to save everyone or is their more at stake than they realise. Can Blackie be the man he promised Lacey he would be or will his demons come back to haunt him? This story is explosive, addictive, and direct. Nothing is sugar-coated. The author has shown us how difficult life can be for people suffering from addiction and depression. It was a tense read but one I thoroughly enjoyed. The story is packed with plot twists, dramatic turns and above all two tragic souls trying to be the best they can be for each other. If you are a fan of MC books, then this one is definitely one to grab.

The brilliant Janine Infante Bosco has written another story again which has wrecked me. I know, shocker right? Blackie is an addict, while Lacey is bipolar with her very own maker just like her father. They've been stronger lately, but with all the crap hitting the fan at the club, and her father, not to mention now there's a baby on board, things are starting to slide backwards quicker than they can battle them. Yeah, nothing will mess with my emotions like a big dose of reality, and Ms. Bosco has always given us just that with characters that could be any one of us. Nothing is ever perfect, but I love them flaws & all, and boy, Blackie is definitely making a mess of things. But what's even harder for me is the inner monologues, as they're so full of pain, that I physically feel it like it's my own, so my eyes stay on the verge of leaking throughout. And there's so much going on, that with all the twists that I already knew were coming as far as this part goes, it didn't change the fact of seeing it from Blackie & Lacey's POV, so I was still dropping f-bombs right & left. Now, I already knew I would be left hanging, (though it didn't upset me any less) and I'm dying inside for the conclusion at this point. Anyway, it really goes without saying at this point, but I'll say it anyway, I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Blackie and Lacey, Leather and Lace destined to be together... or not. Blackie is her father's right hand man. He's done the President of the Satan's Knights, Jack Parrish's, bidding for as long as Lacey can remember. Can she be the one to get him to finally commit?
Will his addictions take him away from the only woman he every loved? You need to delve into their world and experience for yourself. The journey is worth it. Both characters come alive in this new upcoming duet from Janine Infante Bosco. Ms. Bosco's ability to create a world of pain and sorrow, mistakes and tragedies surrounded by times of indecision and finally understanding is inspiring to read. These two characters will give you chills. They're real and will bleed.

"Bad things happen to good people. It doesn't make them any less deserving of love. In fact, I've come to believe the broken people are the ones who deserve the most love. They're the ones who tend to have the biggest hearts."

Lacey is dealing with her own demons. Her mental illness may just be the one thing that can take away her ultimate happiness. The way Ms. Bosco develops this story line will have you gripped and engaged to turn each page till the end.

Praying for their HEA.

Janine Janine Janine. There are no words I could write that could do this book justice. I have been waiting for Lacey and Blackie. This couple grabbed my attention and I have been dying to know their story. And Lord what a story it is. Lacey is dealing with a disease that a lot of people deal with. She has overcome that disease even with everything that she had gone through. Blackie is dealing with an addiction. But he doesn't deal with it so well. Bring these two together and hold on. This was so very well written. Two amazing characters that are so well written that you feel everything they are going through. I love Janine and her books because she brings out every little emotion. But she does it with grace. This is the first in this duet and may can't come soon enough. I have to know what goes down between these two. Will they get their happy ever after? Will Lacey be able to survive the pregnancy and her disease she deals with every day. Will Blackie become a better person? Just a book that grips you from the beginning and has you turning every page to see and feel what is going on between these two. I freaking loved it and want more.

Told in dual POV, this novel will evoke a range of emotions out of you yet throughout you will be rooting for this couple. The familiar faces from the Satan Knights all make an appearance in the story. With non-stop action, unconditional love, steamy scenes and heart-breaking struggles, the story ends with a cliff hanger that will have you anxious for more. I can't wait for book 2 in this duet. Blackout was another fantastic continuation to this series and I would highly recommend it to all lovers of MC romances.
