    Triple POV. Good amount of sexy scenes with a tiny bit of humor. Dev’s crisis is a focal point but that didn’t bother me as much as Rod’s complete lack of empathy and his desire to force Dev to a realization before Dev was ready.

    I haven't read the first book (though I know both these were standalones), but there were times I really questioned whether I was starting in the middle of a story. The beginning confused me a lot with the 3 leads having just finished their sexy times and then one of them runs off due to some vague reason that's divulged in the last 10% of the book.

    I thought the pacing was a little weird, and I struggled to finish the book because I found lots of it boring. Some of the steamy scenes were heated, but they just seemed too similar? A lot of it was also pretty cheesy and over the top in a way I couldn't relate to. It was amusing like watching a soap drama, but I couldn't really see myself in their positions.

    Sky's involvement seemed a little wishy-washy, but by far Dev and Rod were the stars of the show. Literally. Some interesting ideas were introduced and emphasized, such as what does it mean to be loyal in polyamorous relationships and the consequences of being out in a conservative society.

    Did not regret reading it but struggled unenthusiastically to finish it.

    After reading Cayne and Delamar’s first book, Her Two Men in London, I knew I wanted to read this next book. I’ve been intrigued with the MMF romance trope. Honestly, in my mind, I’m never sure if it will work, and there are plenty of books who do not do it justice. That is not the case with this second offering from these two authors. In fact, I liked this book better than their first book, and here is why:
    1. The characters are so much more likeable. Out of the three, Rod would be the one who you might not love because he is described as arrogant and he uses Sky, the female character, to connect with Dev. However, Delamar and Cayne humanize him fairly quick by showing his devotion to his family and his hurt over Dev’s spurn. Dev is my favorite of the three. He is also the one who must come the furthest, as he is unwilling to acknowledge his love for Rod due to cultural restraints. However, his devotion to his band and Sky (and later Rod) show his huge heart. Sky is a strong woman caught in a terrible predicament. While I question her immediate love for the guys after spending a week with them, her willingness to sacrifice her happiness for the guys’ relationship is honorable. These characters were much more interesting than the characters from the first book, so I was instantly connected.
    2. The setting for this book and its ancillary characters make it stronger. I am a fan of Damon, and I am hoping our authors will write a story for him after their next book, Her Two Men in Sonoma (which looks intriguing from the sample chapters at the end of this book - I can’t wait). Every time the triad engaged with the band, it added depth to the story and the characters. Then, add Tahiti to the mix, and it makes it sexier. I found myself googling the places mentioned, so I could better experience the book.
    3. I simply liked the story more. In the first book, the struggle lay with Riley, mostly, and his inability to let go of the past. I didn’t care for him in the first half of that book. With this story, we see the true struggle of a polyamourous relationship especially within a cultural context. Dev must decide to forgo family and culture or live in denial of his love for Rod and Sky. At times, your heart hurts for his struggle. That struggle is the jewel of this book along with its character development. Yes, this book is sexy. However, that isn’t its core strength, and that’s its power.

    Overall, I highly recommend this book.
