    This author didn’t pull any punches bringing disturbing reality to the forefront in this book. All Ruby wanted to do was follow in her father and Uncle Dusty’s footsteps and join the military. She had no idea that after joining the Army that she would be used, discarded and broken. Now all she had was her beloved dead uncle’s bar that he left her.

    Liam was friends with Dusty and had taken on the responsibility to keep the bar up and running until Ruby was out of the service and was ready to take it over. Ruby and Liam were bed buddies only because that is all that Ruby would allow for them. I really loved the storyline between these two. It was Liam who stood by the woman he loved while she dealt with the aftermath of what had happened to her. He was just glad that she was finally letting him in.

    There is so very much more to this story that will have you reeling. The author did an amazing job telling this story. I can’t wait to see what comes next in Broken Rebel Brotherhood MC series.

    I have enjoyed reading all the books in this series, but I think this one is my favourite. It tackles some pretty big topics (which I'm sure are triggering to some) but I think it was really well written.

    Liam and Ruby have been getting together for years, but they're not in a relationship, as Ruby is scarred from her time in the military, and a certain man who made her life a misery. When another woman comes forward, after being targeted by the same man, Ruby decides to tell her story and try to take down this man, once and for all - with the help of the Broken Rebel Brotherhood.

    I thought this story was really well done. Not really a pleasant topic, but unfortunately a real one. I liked both Ruby and Liam, and enjoyed seeing their relationship evolve from what it was, to an actual relationship. Another great read in this series!

    Ruby is a pistol. She wanted to serve her country. It was all she's ever wanted, until th betrayal. She came home, as she promised her uncle she would, but she'd never be whole.

    Liam is feeling a bit less than everyone else, because the men in the BRB are mostly ex military, he's not. One thing he does know is he wants Ruby, but she continuously pushed hmmmm away.

    Can he save her from her past? Can he make her love him? What will happen if her past doesn't let her go, can she survive? Great read.
