Lila…
My father is one of the founding members of the Broken Rebel Brotherhood and my sister is with the current president. Needless to say, I’m overprotected. I’ve learned how to lie and keep secrets in order to have my fun but at nineteen, I had no clue what kind of trouble the real world would present.

When a monster rears its ugly head, I seek protection from the last person that should be giving it: my best friend’s brother. Little do I know, they have secrets of their own. Secrets that put my life in jeopardy far worse than I ever did. But I can’t seem to walk away from what I think Cooper can provide me and what I have no right asking him for: safety.

Cooper...
Living in Indiana wasn’t what I’d pictured for my life. Caring for my younger sisters when we had no one else to turn to definitely wasn’t on my agenda. But opening my own tattoo shop and building a life that didn’t revolve around drugs, guns, and chaos has always been my dream and now it’s my saving grace.

But when my sister’s best friend comes into the picture, my newly established peace is thrown off balance. My world shifts and I’m tossed head first into threats and violence that I never saw coming. I want to turn her away but I can’t. Every time she’s near, my heart skips a beat. I know that, no matter how many times I tell myself it’s a terrible idea, I will protect her life with my own. Even if it means going up against evil I thought I left behind.

I love Lila independence & she has her own Harley. She perfect for Copper. She grew up very fast in the MC for 19 and I love that she has her own Harley🏍

Cooper 25, He had to grow up fast to raise & keep his sisters safe from his old MC. Copper settled down and opened his open tattoo shop. YES he has tattoos & he all🔥

This had more suspense especially when...and then Copper is voted in to join Broken Rebel Brotherhood ❤🏍

I can not wait for Broken Mind !! This is Liams story the VP.

When you are running from your past, it never stays behind you. You can't keep running forever and eventually you will have to face what you tried to leave behind. In Broken Wings by Andi Rhodes, Cooper ran away to save his and his sisters' lives. Now, danger has caught up to them and his sister's best friend Lila is swept into the fray. Cooper wants to protect Lila - but he also recognizes the danger in doing that - because as his sister's best friend, Lila is off limits, and the closer they get to each other, the harder it is for Cooper to remember that.

Broken Wings by Andi Rhodes is book 2 in the next generation Broken Rebel Brotherhood MC series. I read book 1 beforehand and I think it definitely helped fill in context - but I hadn't read the Broken Rebel Brotherhood original member stories. I don't think you necessarily have to but I think I would have been more invested in some of the characters if I knew more about their parents. That being said, I did enjoy Cooper and Lila's story. It's a darker romance and deals with some very serious issues, but it kept me glued to the page. I really liked Cooper. His character is strong, even when he sometimes internally feels weak, he is a good man despite his difficult upbringing, and he cares a lot for his sisters. I found Lila to be immature, but I had to remind myself that she is only 19, and I think she does grow somewhat throughout the book. If you like MC romances, then this is a great pick for you. There is plenty of action that starts right off the bat - which I always appreciate, and the alpha males are pretty great. I'm looking forward to reading more from Ms. Rhodes.

Loved It!!

Who would think that a tough guy biker would put so much into loving and protecting his sisters?! That’s exactly what Cooper did. He had to protect his sisters from their father after what he had witnessed years ago and now they were on the run and hiding in plain sight. Lila was a club baby and at nineteen she had seen and heard a lot. Now she wanted to spread her wings and attend college and live with her boyfriend. She had to learn the hard way that not all is at it seems to be. After a terrifying event with her boyfriend she couldn’t go back home so she moved in with her best friend who happens to be Cooper’s sister.

Yeah, you guessed it because the chemistry between Cooper and Lila was definitely there but Cooper was fighting it all the way. He didn’t see himself worthy of Lila because of what he did all those years ago. Cooper’s life consisted of raising and protecting his sisters and running his tattoo shop. It was Lila who had to teach him that love, loyalty, trust and family is what life was all about.

There were so many twists and turns in this book that I had to read it in one sitting because I couldn’t wait to see what was going to come next for Cooper and Lila. This book pulled me in and didn’t let go until the last page was turned.

I am loving the kids, from the original members, getting their own stories. Lila is 19 years old and tired of being treated like a kid. She is smothered by the overprotectiveness of the BRB and just wants a life outside of the club and the shadow of her older sister. She finds freedom but it comes at a cost. Cooper ran away with his two younger sisters when crap went down with his club. He has put roots down for them and doesn’t want to run it anymore. Cami, Cooper’s sister, is Lila‘s best friend so his protection extends to her also. When Cooper’s monsters catch up with them no one is safe and when Lila is hurt by his past Cooper decides to take a stand. Teaming up with the BRB, Cooper has brothers that are finally at his back and on the right side of the law. The chemistry between Cooper and Lila is off the charts but he fights it at every turn because she’s his little sister‘s best friend. Will all of this drama swirling around them break the budding relationship between Lila and Cooper?

This was another fantastic read ! Copper owns a tatt shop . He raises his younger sisters . He has a dark past .

Lila grew up in an Mc . She is trying to distance herself from her family because they try to protect her . I didn’t like Lila at all . In fact I thought she acted like an immature child . She is best friends with Cooper’s sister .

Cooper doesn’t think he’s good enough for Lila . She is his sister’s best friend and a lot younger than him .

I really loved the Broken Brotherhood members because they gave Cooper and his sisters the sense of family that they had been missing .

I really enjoyed this book and can’t wait for the next one .

Another fantastic book by this talented author.
With a gripping storyline that'll have you white knuckling your kindle from cover to cover, you won't be able to put this book down.
Every book by this author is exactly how I like it, non stop action that'll keep you guessing, and this book was no different, so yet again I highly recommend.

This MC story is one of the best I have read in a while. I enjoy reading about MC's. The story of Cooper and Lila shows that we can forgive someone even if they do something to protect us even if it hurts us to our very soul. I cannot wait to read the next book in the series.

Lila’s father is one of the founding members of the Broken Rebel Brotherhood, her sister is with the current president and because of it, Lila feels overprotected. When she gets in trouble she goes to her best friend’s brother for help and sparks fly. Can he keep her safe without destroying the life he has built for himself? Fast-paced read with loads of drama, action and steam. Great characters with lots of depth and an entertaining story. I liked it.

Broken Wings is the second book in Broken Rebel Brotherhood Next Generation series and a spin-off of Andi’s previous series Broken Rebel Brotherhood. It can be read as a standalone. It was written in the first person, dual POV. This was completely brilliant, compelling, raw, breathtaking, at times heartbreaking story which I devoured in one sitting. The characters are complex and resilient; the plot is strong with unpredictable twists and turns that will keep you guessing the whole time. It was enjoyable, steamy, a little dark, suspenseful, heartfelt and heartbreaking read with such cleverly and brilliantly written plot twist(s).

I love how Cooper and Lila’s story unfolded. Watching their relationship grow and develop into something beautiful was really amazing. They are passionate, swoony and heartwarming but also intense, emotional and sometimes frustrating. They have an emotional connection, pull and chemistry which allowed their relationship to develop naturally despite all obstacles. Cooper is instantly attracted and drawn to Lila. He can’t explain what exactly is about her that gets to him but he feels this unknown sense of protectiveness toward her. They know they shouldn’t feel attracted to each other, but they do, it’s unavoidable. Maybe they don’t make sense but when they are together – they are just perfect and exactly what they need in order to move on from the scars of their past. I love their moments, banter and dialogues which were the highlight of my reading. Lila saw that there is so much more to him than what meets the eye; that he is a good man and brother. Separately they are beautiful mess, together they are perfectly imperfect. Their love story is not perfect. It’s layered, fast paced, real, emotional, with depth, lies, secrets and edge. The pace of the story added to their romance and to them figuring out place in life and new circumstances of situation. It was flirty, fun, touching, heartbreaking and heartwarming. The epilogue was just beautiful. I wanted to last forever and to never let go of these amazing characters and world.

Secondary characters have stolen my heart. They play really important, key role and add to the storyline. Andi portrays wonderfully the relationship between parents and their children, then between siblings and brotherhood.

BEAUTIFUL AND HEARTBREAKING! It kept my attention at all times and I could not put it down. With an effortless writing, awe-inspiring details, and a journey of revenge, forgiveness, acceptance, love, secrets, mystery, self-discovery, the author takes us on an emotional and beautiful journey of the characters and their struggles. I highly recommend this book, whole series and cannot wait for Liam’s book.

A girl that wants her family to treat like the adult she believes she is and a man that wants to protect his sisters and keep his family safe from their past. She’s the youngest of the Broken Rebel Brotherhood children and in college. Lila wants to be independent and have her parents, sister, and the rest of the BRB original members treat like the other older kids, but she goes about it all wrong and finds herself in heap of trouble, but is really her fault?

Cooper did what he had to in order to save his younger sisters and now they are making their own way in life. They have their own place to live, he has his tattoo shop, his sister Cammi is in college and his youngest sister Carmen is a young teen and in school. Cooper knows that they will never really be safe, but they are safe for now and he’s happy with that, until things start happening and their lives are disturbed again. His only hope for safety and protection is to ask for help and that means bringing the BRB into their lives, but they are already involved in a way since Lila is part of their lives.

This is a wonderful story of two souls trying to find a way to be happy and have the life they want. There is danger and tragedy in this story but it’s also a story of finding a family and place where Cooper, Cammi, and Carmen can be safe, happy and loved by a family by choice not by blood. There are some obstacles that will need to be overcome with Cooper and Lila but if they can just communicate and figure out that they are meant for each other their lives will be so much better. I know that BRB is a different kind of MC than 1% MC’s and some others, but I love that they include all of the family in the meetings and decisions that affect the MC and that all of the girls have their own motorcycles as well. I love the characters and the story lines of this series; I give this story a 5-star review and look forward to more of the BRB: Next Generation to come.

I love the Broken Rebel Brotherhood and Broken Wings is an excellent addition to the series!

Cooper would do anything to protect his sisters. He's already done the unthinkable but they've put it in the past and started a new life, ever hopeful they've left the evil behind them. Despite being constantly on guard, he's made them a good life. Cooper hopes the biggest problem he has now is avoiding all the feelings he's having for his little sister's best friend. When she comes home bruised and broken, he realizes two things 1) the past has caught up with him and 2) there's another girl he'd do anything for.

Lila's a club princess as the daughter of one of the founding members of the BRB. She's been sheltered and protected to the point of running away from it all. She just wants a normal college experience and to live with her boyfriend. But as much as she thinks she understands the dangers of the world, she wasn't prepared to be thrust into it. After a horrifying ordeal, she also must come to terms with the fact that the people she trusted, her best friend and his brother, have been lying to her all along.

This was a fantastic read! I've always loved the BRB and Cooper was a fabulous, and hot, addition to it! His honor and commitment to his family made him even hotter in my eyes and I certainly see why Lila was so drawn to him. This story was packed full of twists and turns and I love how the brotherhood came together to, not only, protect one of their own but to embrace these new additions. Excellent read!

Cooper will never forget the night that sent him and his sisters running from the only home they had known in Nevada. Nor will he forget that the reason why they ran was his fault. He builds a wall around his heart while trying to build a normal life for his siblings, but things don't always turn out the way you plan.

Lila just wants to be seen as an adult by her family. Her sister is overprotective, and it feels like she's being suffocated by both her parents and the Broken Rebel Brotherhood. She doesn't even know who she is or what she wants, unless it's Cooper.

Broken Wings is the second book in the Next Generation of the Broken Rebel Brotherhood. While it doesn't have to be read in order, I would recommend that one at least read the previous book in order to understand the characters and past of the Broken Rebel Brotherhood. While the story deals with several different aspects of abuse, it does so in a manner that is not gratuitously violent or explicit.

As a whole, the story was enjoyable, as well as relatable. But I have to admit that there were a few times I felt the burning desire to smack some sense into the main characters. The plot, and resolution, made up for those episodes of frustration. Truly worth the time to read. Plus, the ending was endearing.

Cooper & Lila

He'd left the MC world years ago to protect his sisters who were now in his charge. They'd started a new life including a Tattoo shop that was doing well. Everything was until his sister's college friend became a part of their life. Too young. His sister's friend. Someone he didn't deserve. Someone he couldn't resist.

He was like a father to her best friend. An older brother who was hot and affected Lila like no other man ever had. Then life blew up. Their past hit her too. She was part of a Brotherhood that helped others. Her father, her sister's husband, and a whole family. Lila resented their thumbs-on approach and wanted to live her own life. Taking chances and keeping stuff from her family put her in danger. Could the man who drew her protect her too?

A story of danger, fear, loyalty, love through blood and love through heart and loyalty. Would they get past the danger and find that love they needed and wanted? Would he find a brotherhood that was all he wanted to be and none of what he'd grown up living?

I love the series and wait impatiently for the next chapter. Always a great read with amazing characters. The series is wonderful and each book a delight.

Broken Wings is the second book in the Broken Rebel Brotherhood Next Generation series. I enjoyed it very much. There were lots of twists, turns, things going sideways, emotions and heat. Broken Wings fits in the age gap, sister’s best friend, and MC tropes. Although, the Broken Rebel Brotherhood MC or BRBMC, is very different than most MCs. BRBMC has female involvement, voting, and attendance in church is some of the biggest differences. BRBMC is all about “loyalty, acceptance, trust, strength, goodness, brotherhood, and love” as stated by Lila, the heroine of Broken Wings, to Cooper, the hero, when describing what he will find with the BRBMC. Lila and Cooper is very easy to love and empathize with. Andi Rhodes is a fantastic author that writes fantastic books with very strong characters and their resilience and their ability to not give up. I highly recommend Broken Wings and Broken Hearts, book 1, if you have mot already read it. Hope you enjoy reading all about Lila, Cooper, and all of the members of BRBMC. Can’t wait for Broken Minds, book 3 of the Broken Rebel Brotherhood MC series!

So this was the first book that I have read by this author. Might I just say it was amazing. This was the second book in a series that also has a first generation. This was easy to read as a stand alone, but now I want to read them all. Cooper has done the unimaginable, but he did so to protect his sisters. They have been on the run for years with the past catching up with them. Cooper’s sister Cami is best friends with Lila who has been attacked at her “boyfriends” house. The girls arrive back at Coopers with a note and a bloodied Lila. Cooper knows they have been found and his feelings for Lila are getting harder to ignore. Lilas not safe with them, Cooper and his sisters are gonna have to run again. Lila’s family is in an MC. But Cami her best friend kept the secret of being chased by an MC from Nevada she reached out to her family to help them. Can Lila and Cooper be together or with the clash of two MC’s bring death and destruction?

I really liked this book! This book takes on a different angle than what I am used to, with Lila being apart of the club and Cooper being an "outsider" in a sense.

Lila was born into the Broke Rebel Brotherhood. All her life she has beens surrounded by over protective males. She eventually puts some distance in between her and the club, only for a horrible event to happen that forces her to move in with her best friend. But that also means living with Cammi's older brother, Cooper.

Cooper has his own secrets. After his mother's death, he was forced to flee his home with his two older sisters. He has worked hard to create a life for him and the girls, which he is succeeding at with his own tattoo shop. But when Cammi's best friend moves in, he starts to realize he has feelings for Lila he never realized. Then the past comes knocking at their door, and he realizes he needs the brotherhoods help in protecting his family.

This book was a really good read, and I definitely recommend it. I would say read Broken Hearts before this one though.

Lila's father is one of the founders of the Broken Rebel Brotherhood, and now that her sister is with the current president, she is protected to the point that she feels like she's suffocating. It leads her to making questionable choices to prove she's an adult, but honestly?! It does her no favor since she comes off immature, but at 19 years old, I kept that in mind because I was 10 feet tall & bulletproof at that age. Cooper is taking care of his sisters, and one of them is Lila's best friend. He comes from a dangerous past that he's trying to keep his sisters safe from, but he didn't count on Lila, the girl who couldn't stay away. To be fair, she's one of his sister's best friends, but since she doesn't know the world because of the over protectiveness she's experienced her whole life, her immaturity will have life taking a turn. Plus, there's Cooper's past, as we all know that the past never really stays put. This story had me on the edge of my seat as I turned pages as quickly as possible. I CANNOT WAIT for more, and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!

Have you ever been reading and the female characters are much younger than you? Like half your age younger and you just can't... You can't ever remember acting the way they/she does? That's me post Broken Wings. Don't get me wrong
good storyline and I liked my time in the pages but good God that not a teen but truly not an adult age is obnoxious.

So Lila is very outspoken and reckless and quite the hothead. I'm not sure what really causes her to have such a case of second child syndrome though. We don't really get a feel for the reasons behind her attitude with the club.

Cooper is, older/wiser beyond his years and definitely finds himself in a place where there's choice a or b. Thankfully he chose the right choice and got some serious backup from Lila' s family. His acceptance of the chemistry between he and Lila went from absolute denial to 20 in the turn of a page so that was a little bit of insta-love there.

Interested to see what Ruby and Liam bring us next.

Broken Wings is the second title in the Broken Rebel Brotherhood Next Generation and features Lila, the younger sister of Tillie, the heroine in the first title in the series.
Lila wants nothing more than to be treated like an adult. Growing up in the MC was quite stifling and the members a tad overprotective.
Unfortunately, Lila is quite outspoken, strong willed and reckless and her behavior comes across as quite obnoxious and childish, and her choices show the opposite of maturity.
On the other hand Cooper the older brother of Lila’s best friend Cami is was intrigued by. This hero is raising his two younger sisters. He’s protective, caring and will do anything for those he holds dear in order to keep them safe from harm.
The chemistry between this pair is undeniable, but their relationship evolves quite rapidly and there is a great deal of push and pull between this pair of strong willed characters.

Coop and Lila’s story was an Amazing read full of angst, and passion, both Coop and Lila’s world is teetering on the explosive side of passion, both running towards the same goal, Freedom, but can they overcome what they truly want and see what is right in front of them?
Can they see the wanting need to be accepted not just within themselves but in the Brotherhood that is there to help pull them out of the proverbial fire that is licking at their feet. With broken wings can Coop learn to fly or will he crash and let everything burn?

Some pasts come back to haunt you, while the future is knocking to be let in.With broken wings can Coop learn to fly or will he crash and let everything burn? And will Lila be the one to finally set him free?

I have loved the BRB by Andi Rhodes and the world that she has created for us.Family is everything in this MC World, and each one of the BRB fights to keep it that way. I am ready for the Next book in the BRB.

This is the 2nd book in this next generation series and is Cooper and Lila’s journey. Cooper owns his own tattoo shop, and he looks after his little sisters who he is determined to protect by any means necessary. Lila was brought up in the overprotective world of an MC, and all she wants to go is attend college and live with her boyfriend, which does not go well. Lila is Cooper’s sisters’ best friend, and the chemistry between them is off the charts. No spoilers: this is a definite must read you will not be disappointed. This is a well written seamless story which is raw, gritty, action packed, and with danger, suspense, intrigue, emotions, twists, trust, forgiveness, and love. I was completely enthralled throughout this addictive and riveting page turner which had me on tenterhooks throughout. I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I recommend for all MC lovers. Be aware there may be triggers for some readers due to the sensitive content!

Cooper is the epitome of protective. He is doing everything possible to keep his sisters protected and safe in their new life. He doesn’t have time for anything else but then Lila is always there. He is fighting a losing battle. She is his sister’s best friend so the protectiveness covers her as well. He just has to convince himself that’s the only reason why.

Lila is done living in everyone’s shadow in the MC. She wants to be on her own. Her deception in those lies to everyone around her lands her in trouble. Cooper steps in and shelters her. She is attracted to him but knows he isn’t interested.

When under the same roof there is no hiding what they are denying. They are it for each other. However sacrifices have to be made to keep people safe and it tears them apart. It’s gut wrenching to see.

The author keeps you in anticipation of if there will be a HEA until the very end but the suspense was worth it.

Lila has been guarded and watched over as part of the MC life. She wants to go to college and spread her wings. There is an incident with her boyfriend and she leaves school but does not want to go back knowing that they were a little right with the protection. Cooper has taken his sisters away to start a new life without all the drugs and violence. He thinks they are safe for now. He opens a tattoo shop and is caring for them. Then his sister brings Lila home since she has no where else to go. Cooper takes an instant liking to her but she is his sisters friend and off limits. There are secrets and now danger is at their door. Cooper knows he will give his own life to protect Lila. This is a fantastic story and the characters are wonderful. I really liked Cooper and Lila I came around to liking. This is a fabulous story. Recommend this and I am going back to read the first book.

Broken Wings by Andi Rhodes is the second book in the Broken Rebel Brotherhood: Next Generation series.  The youngest child of the original BRB MC members, LIla has lived sort of sheltered by overprotective "family" and overshadowed by her strong and confident older sister.  Sadly her reach for some freedom finds her in the crosshairs when she gets mixed up with drama with her best friend's family.  Cooper will do anything to protect his sisters, and that also extends to his sister's best friend... the one woman who gets under his skin and he has marked as off limits forbidden.  The chemistry between Lila and Cooper is electric and their story is full of angst, suspense, drama, danger, and steam.  I was anxious and addicted to this story and definitely satisfied.  Can not wait for next book!

Your next book boyfriend, Cooper. He is young but takes care of his younger sisters with absolutely no hesitation and owns his own business. No pretentions at all. Lila is the typical younger sibling – feels they are always looked over so kind of does crazy things. Except Lila is way smarter and insightful than anyone I would have known at her age. Every time I pick up Andi’s next book I am never disappointed. The characters are brought to life and I cannot help but love every one of them. Now, this book did break me up several times and yes, I had to get the tissues out because I was a blubbering mess at some points but don’t those stories make the best reading. And again the family is always the focal point of the stories, just fabulous. Absolutely loved this story – enough gushing.

This is the second book in the next generation of the Broken Rebel Brotherhood, and in this book, we follow Lila, Aiden’s youngest daughter, who falls for her best friend brother, Cooper.

Cooper has a dark past and tries hard to resist Lila, not only because she is younger than him, not only because she is his sister best friend but mainly because she could be in danger because of him.

I liked this book better than the previous one mostly due to Cooper and his sisters, they gave the brotherhood some fresh and interesting air.
I would have like that Lila’s character would have developed a bit more, she started as a very feisty with understandable issues towards her sister and the brotherhood but at the end it just stopped there, it kind of still left her on the sidewalk.
As always great to see old character interacting with the new ones.

This is the second book in this series by this author and this is one amazing read. This is an age gap romance story. This story follows the characters Lila and Cooper. These two characters have intense chemistry between them which sets the pages alight as you read. This story is drama filled, fast paced, gripping and filled with danger and suspense. This is one page turner of a read which will keep you reading long into the night. This is a fantastic addition to this series.

I was given a copy of this book and this is my honest review

We had Tillie in book 1, now we get her little sister Lila in this story. I vaguely remember Tillie & Isaiah story but when if I didn’t I had no problem going into this story. Triggers- women being tied and beaten up and bloody & murder.

Cooper has a past that is violent and is present is keeping his little sisters safe and keeping a distance from Sprite aka Lila.
Lia was raised in a protected bubble that her father and his club plus the wife’s kept her from knowing the hurt and evil in the world but basically they kept loads of things from her. But college brought her Cammi, her little sister Carmen and their big brother Cooper but it also brought her ex boyfriend into her world and that’s where it’s starts. With her ex and her wanting him back while secretly crushing on Cooper.
