    Pippa Grant has hit it out of the park again with a super funny, sexy rom-com.

    Chase and Ambrosia have a brother's best friend, childhood enemies to lovers and workplace romance. There are so many tropes really that you have to fall in love with one.

    Ambrosia knows who just bought the company she works for and knows him very well. So well in fact that she's now deciding on how she will seek revenge before she leaves. This starts the whole plan of sabotage and she will not go down without a fight. As her plans start to unfold so do her feelings and what was just revenge sex now turns into something more and not just for Ambrosia.

    As much as Chase finds Ambrosia's game infuriating, it's also the highlight of his whole week and he always defends her corner whenever she starts to get backed up. Not only does he have to deal with coworkers and the board but Ambrosia has brothers. Twin brothers. Famous football brothers with no brain between them.

    Mix that all together and you have one super funny, steamy read with a really good elevator scene.

    This is a wonderful romantic comedy where the two characters are former adversaries and Chase was one of her twin brothers best friends growing up.

    I loved the practical jokes that are played, the dynamics between the friend groups and the families. Chase was actually a good guy with a love of fun and jokes and play fighting with Ambrosia and the chemistry between them was intense.

    Once the misunderstanding of their pasts was over, it was great to see them actually getting their HEA and still having that fun chemistry where they play pranks on each other.

    I hope they give Zeus and Ares hell when they find their forever person. May there be many more pranks to follow.

    OMG OMG OMG, this is one of the craziest hot romance I ever read.
    I needed some times to adjust to this new author’s writing style, as a non English native, it was overwhelming at first for my poor read skills.
    But once my brain was able to process (thanks to Mr Google and some kindle aids) all the crazy hilarious banters between the characters and insane mind talks, it was pure joy to read this story.
    I do not know it there is one sane person in this book, and it is probably why it is like a concentrate of chocolate, yum and yummy.
    The blurb summarizes perfectly the storyline, Chase and Ambrosia/Bro/Sia have known each other’s since they are kids, and they spent their childhood fighting anyway they were able until this night which changed everything for both, for the worst and the better!
    Now ten years later, they meet again and sparks fly as for insults and name-callings. But one thing is certain, their angst is channelized in their steamy passionate sexual encounters until they realize they want more than wild public displays.
    And the characters surrounding them are so much more than simple stooges, each one adds its brick to the edifice is this story. Can’t wait for Ambrosia’s brothers stories.
    Plus without looking like an activist, the author underlines some actual true problems in our modern societies.
    I now have all her other books loaded in my dear kindle!
