    Yep, I started laughing right from the beginning. Preston's prologue was super funny. He is super funny.
    There are so many layers to Kit and Preston's story and I loved every minute of it and seeing it unfold right before my eyes. Sure their story is complicated, messy and so much drama but who wants to read a story that easy to figure out the ending. Give me a slow burn, angsty, drama filled read any day.
    Sure it's not a smooth ride for both Kit and Preston. Things happen but it's how they handle all those Complicated Parts that made this first part in this duet an awesome read.

    Ms Jade has out done herself and I'm waiting with bated breath for the second book.

    I downloaded this one based on the reviews.. it sounded really promising.. and while it’s wasn’t BAD, I didn’t overly enjoy it. And the entire book left me scratching my head asking “what the heck did I just read!?”
    It has a lot of potential but literally didn’t go anywhere or went in multiple directions. HOWEVER it is noted on Amazon that This book, although full-length, reads more like a prequel for the following two books in the series.

    I just finished the Complicated Hearts duet and was very happy to find this series that feature Preston & Kit who were secondary characters in the duet.

    This is definitely a slow burn romance between 2 people who didn't expect to feel what they feel for each other. Kit is broken, strong, loyal, feisty and just wants someone to love her for her and Preston well he is a cocky alpha that has many layers to him but deep down he is also vulnerable that wants someone to understand him and accept him.

    This is going to be a long journey between these two who can't even see themselves that they belong together and I can't wait to read the rest of their journey.

    Complicated Parts really is the absolute perfect name for this series. Preston and Kit from the start of this book are not right for each other. There is too much pain from the past and way too much drama in the present.
    Other people's lies and selfish actions rip their hearts open and while they are in the middle of all the chaos a connection and an addiction is formed.
    Kit may not need a man for anything, relationship's included, but when it all comes crashing down she may just have the one guy who would do anything to save her.
    This isn't your everyday romance story. It's extremely complicated. But I am completely hooked on this story and can't wait to read what happens to Preston and Kit next.

    Complicated Parts is a fitting title for this story cause boy is it complicated. This is the kind of book that steals your attention right away and leaves you desperate for more.

    This story is unique but still 100% Ashley Jade, the way this author puts words together is simply beautiful. The characters are flawed but this just makes you love them and their story more. And for once I am at a loss of which character is my favourite Kit and Preston both made me love them.

    Complicated, emotional, humerous, gripping and unique, this story has been one of my favourite reads this year. If your looking for something different and your not afraid of a**holes, flawed characters and a story that will consume you then this is definetly the book for you!

I just got so much love for Complicated Parts Book 1. Seriously, this book was a roller coaster of drama and I swear my mind took so many twists and turns. If you look up in the dictionary for the definition of complicated, you will find Complicated Parts. This book is messy. This book is not easy. There are no hearts and flowers. You will hate it a bit. You will get frustrated. But it is a book you will remember forever. It is romance that will etch in your soul. Ashley Jade you are a magician of words. I do not know how to do it but you make me go gaga over your books. Your words lift me up. Your words move me. Your words are lyrics for my heart. Complicated Parts Part 1 was definitely worth the wait.

    Man, the characters made this story. Seriously, there are the most interesting characters ever with messed up lives. I am telling, Preston and Kit are something else. The angst between them destroyed me. The chemistry between them raised my eyebrows but it worked, They are truly unique and atypical. I felt their emotions. I was intrigued by their thoughts. I was charged by their electric chemistry. Wow. Just wow. Preston is frustrating. I hated him. Then I loved him. Then I hated him again. Man, this dude played with my emotions like a yoyo. He was bold, a gambler, alpha and the biggest jerk on earth. But he hid so much pain. I felt for him sometimes. But his actions made me so ragey. Kit was different. She was a lesbian with the world around her shoulders. I felt for her at imes. I understood her character. I was truly skeptical of her but I loved her a hell lot more than Breslin.

    This review is already past its length. All I can say is take a chance on Complicated Parts Part 1. It’s not a normal book. Heck it is even its own genre. But who need normal when you can get a bit complicated. Join the ride. Yes, it is going to bumpy but it is a hell of a ride,

    Well what can I say Ashley has smashed it again?
    CP is a slow burn romance that gives you all the feels and leaves you wanting more. I cannot go into details with this review because I will just end up spoiling it so I am going to be vague.

    I loved two characters Kit and Preston I am so glad Ashley wrote their book. I would suggest reading Complicated Hearts Duet. As you get some insight into these characters in these books too, and they are also great reads.
    Kit is such a fascinating character to me I always wanted to know her story.
    Preston well he is in a league of his own, you cannot help but love him he will win your heart over she is that Arrogant. The story flows perfectly and you cannot but help fall in love with the characters’ they are so well developed Ashley has brought them to life. Again thank you, Ashley, for another amazing book I am in awe of your writing and the way you write a book that just draws you in and has you hooked.
