    It's my 2nd time reading this, at times I didn't like Eden I thought she was being a little one sided and did take it to extreme and over the top, you could see Mason was at his wits end with everything lucky for friends or God knows where it would have ended....they got there HEA but it was a long grovel for Mason

    I really enjoyed reading this book. It was great to read about a married couple with issues, most books I read are always about two people getting together so to read about an already established couple trying to save their marriage was different.

    This is not a romance. This is a story about the breakdown of a beautiful marriage through secrets, lies and half truths. While reading this story I felt heartache and anger not only for Eden but for Mason as well. The whole time reading I still had a small kernel of hope that they would make it back to each other full circle but as I got to page 230 out of 260 I was starting to get worried!! That's how long the angst went on. This isn't the type of book you want to read all the time but sometimes you want a book that is raw and gritty and well just real and relatable and this is that book. Sometimes I need a female lead to not give in and I loved how even though it was killing her inside she stayed the path. It certainly made the ending worth it and you will not regret reading this story.

    When a books blurb states 'I want a divorce' you know it's going to be an interesting story. Eden has had her heartbroken by the lies, Mason isn't ready to give up on his dreams until he realises he is currently facing the biggest fight of not his career but his life. This book was angsty, emotionally charged and pure addiction. These two souls fight, for themselves, each other and their love. Kathy you broke me, I cried reading this book, I became angry at certain points and I also smiled while loving the overall story.

    Of all the stories I have read in the Cocky Hero Club, this is probably the most intense one so far. If I’m being honest, the cover of the book steered me to think there would be some heaviness to the story-line. I don’t know why, but the pose and the punch pose just screams intense to me and I am super glad the story delivered on that standpoint because I’m the worst cover snobs of all cover snobs LOL so this is a huge plus for me!! :)

    This is a unique story because this couple has already done the romance journey, now they’re in a battle for their HEA. The story is very real and incredibly relatable. It is raw and passionate and does not hold back nor does it pull any punches. I wouldn’t say the story is heavy but it is intense. The passion that poured off the pages had me hooked from the very beginning. I honestly had no idea how this entire story would turn out until it did. Amazing story that has put this author on my radar!

    First time reading a book by Kathy Coopmans and I completely enjoyed it. Mason and Eden's love story began when they were children. They understand each other and have an incredible bond. They have created their life together from humble beginnings. The book highlights their life together and their friendship with Chase and Aubrey from Cocky Bastard. You are taken on their journey of love, broken promises, heartbreak, and redemption. HEA with lots of Alpha heat.

I vowed to be there for him when he needed me, no matter what. I made a promise to support his goals and ambitions, to stick by him through hardship, and to celebrate his triumphs and defeats.     It's an ok read. I wanted to like this book but I couldn't get into it.I liked the premise when story but it fell flat. The h Eden was to wishy washy and was all over the place. Sadly she annoyed me, and Mason was just oblivious to everything. It could have been so good.
