    Sheridan and Camilo had me hooked from the start! I felt, cried and loved every moment of their intense story. I was excited seeing K was going to be writing in this collection, I adored Playboy Pilot so was excited to dive in. I loved that Sheridan was so complex, sassy and reserved. I loved that CZ was able to break down her walls and allow her to break free from what she thought she wanted and needed. CZ, I cried for but adored him throughout. K did a fantastic job, I cannot wait to read more from this club.

    Sheridan had a plan. It was a perfectly considered and put together plan. Unfortunately, the weather did not factor Sheridan's thoughts when it developed a hurricane in her flight path. Delaying her and totally messing up her timeline.

    The changes also put her right in the path of the sexy and obnoxious copilot Camilo Zaragoza. A heated first encounter have the pair sparing from the get-go. Watch the sparks fly.

    Cocksure Ace – K. Webster – 3 stars

    Cocksure Ace by new to me author K.Webster is a standalone novel that is a part of the Cocky Hero Bookclub Cocksure Ace follows uptight, control freak Sheridan and cocky, laidback, fly by the seat of his pants pilot, Camilo. I struggled with this book initially as I really didn’t like the main characters, the heroine was a whiny, co-dependent that was a b**** for no reason and the hero was boring and flat. What saved this book overall was the secondary characters. They were hilarious and added a much-needed comic relief to the story and broke through the hard exterior of the heroine. The main characters had some chemistry, however, once more I found this lacking in intensity. The author recovered the book well after about chapter 12 as the layers of the hero and heroine were unravelled a bit further, however, it was almost too late. Overall, this book was a good read and it flowed well, the storyline was interesting, however, I found the characters for me fell flat. I wouldn’t rave about this book, but if a light-hearted romance with minimal smut or drama is for you then you will enjoy this book.

    This was certainly a fun and entertaining story. But why did I only get halfway and skim to the end? I really didn't like Sheridan. At. All. Camilo was hunky and cute and really nice and I felt sorry that he fell for her. There were steamy scenes and insta-sex. This book is pure escapism, but I'm afraid I like K. Webster's 'dark' books better. Lots of readers really loved this book and it is well written, so don't let my review put you off reading it, as it is pure escapism.

    Holy Cow!! Camilo and Sheridan’s story was EVERYTHING! This book had me rolling! It was hilarious and sexy and original. I could literally go from fanning myself from the heat of these characters' connection to cracking up. It was slap full of these one-liners that had me dying, seriously I was like “and now I’m dead” lol

    Sheridan is gorgeous and focused. She is weathly and super successful. She’s also snobby and somewhat entitled. She’s on her way to her dads wedding in Costa Rica. While there she plans to get her dads BFF to once and for all finally stake his claim on her. One measly little category two hurricane and a super hot pilot that’s too concerned with everyone’s safety managed to derail her plans. Camilo is this smokin hot playboy pilot, and oh my god y’all is he ever hawt! He loves his family and is a total ladies man, tending to hook up wherever they have a layover.
    Both of them are dealing with some internal emotions and that just gives them more fuel to add to their fires, Hers in the form of her rigidity and him is his playful no seriousness towards attachment attitude. From the moment they meet sparks fly and you're never sure what you're gonna get. They are at each other's throats. For once Sheridan finally found someone that can stand up to her verbal spars and give back to her as good as she can throw out and it’s.freakin.hilariously.hott!!
    I adore every character in this book and would love to have ALL of their stories. The humor and fun of this entire book just brings fun and excitement. It’s such a hot quick read that’s perfect to break up the seriousness of everything that’s going on right now in the world. Let this book come and give you an escape, because it will and it’s fantastically epic!! I love the fact that from one minute to the next I don’t know if they are going to start fighting or well… you know🤫😏

If you haven’t read funny K.Webster you are in for a treat. You laugh your bonkers off, I know I did 😏

Cuando aterrizan y Sheridan se da cuenta de que no va a llegar a la boda de su padre, ni ver a su supuesto amor David( mejor amigo de su padre) entra en cólera.
    Pero según pasan los días se va abriendo cada vez más a ese grupo de personas y a Camilo. Y cuando llega el tiempo de despedirse se da cuenta de que una parte de su corazón se quedará con ellos.
    La recomiendo encarecidamente, os va a encantar.

    I doubt I will ever read a book by Mrs. Webster that I won't love. I loved how this story played out, the characters were written flawlessly. Camilo is a hero that you will fall in love with, his huge heart and way with Sheridan is everything. Sheridan is the harsh heroine that goes from hard to loving with the love from Camilo that she didn't know she needed so much. Two guarded characters that needed each other more than they ever knew. I loved seeing Carter (Playboy Pilot) made his presence known too. Oh my sweetness...the side characters - I can't leave them out. Damian and Estefania are pure gold for side characters. I want Damian to have his own story!!!
    Webster once again proves her writing abilities with this rom-com. I devoured it, laughing and tearing up multiple times thru my reading this... I will be reading it again in the future.
