No Tomorrow Kindle Edition
Carian Cole brings you a unique angsty love story that will grab you from the first page and keep you in a chokehold.
They say you never forget your first love, and that’s true. But some loves wrap themselves around your heart and never let go. They’re not just your first love but your forever love.
That’s what Blue is to me. My first, only, and forever love.
I'll never forget the day I first saw him. He was playing the guitar in a park with his adorable dog at his side. His smile made my heart race, and his eyes stilled my soul. I was completely captivated by his alluring melancholy. We fell hard and fast, and I dreamed of a forever with him.
Then he disappeared without a trace.
Five years later, I found him. Famous. Charming. Still just as in love with me as I was with him.
But behind the fame and the sexy smile, the quiet, tortured soul I met in the park years ago still lived. I was naive. I didn’t realize that Blue, my love, was fighting a battle no one could see.
Not even me.
He called me the keeper of his heart, and I guarded it fiercely. He promised me all his tomorrows, and I cherished every single one.
I never wanted or needed a perfect love. I only wanted his love. Our love.
This is our story. It’s raw and sexy and beautiful and sad and filled with endless ups and downs.
They say love conquers all, and I hope—I believe—that’s true.
* Authors Note: No Tomorrow will take you on a rollercoaster of emotions but has a guaranteed happily ever after.

- Reviewed in Australia on 13 July 2022Verified PurchaseI love this story, came back for seconds and appreciated it more the second time, too.
It's easy to read between the lines that something isn't quote right with Blue, but Piper falls for his qualities and loves him regardless.
This is a story filled with happiness and sadness - you'll likely need tissues at least once, and you'll probably want to knock some sense into both Blue and Piper a few times, but you also feel that their love for each other runs deep and just 'get it'.
For once the angst isn't over another woman, but involves mental health and loyal lovers.
A well written story with no cheating and a HEA.
- Reviewed in Australia on 10 March 2023Verified PurchaseThis was a beautifully written story about love, and the affects of mental illness. Blue was such a sad, lost character. The demons he fought always hovering. Piper was such a caring loving person, never giving up on him. The suffering and pain she endured to love him was heartbreaking, but also a a wonderful story about the strength of people and the hop that never giving U will lead to the life you deserve. HEA
- Reviewed in Australia on 13 September 2018Verified PurchaseCarian Cole has done it again with No Tomorrow. This book has been worth every second of the wait.
Piper and Blue's story is as beautiful as it is heartbreaking. From the start there is a beautiful bond between them, one that we should all aim for. They really are soul mates in the truest way.
It was wonderful being on their journey of falling in love for the first time. Beautiful, addictive, would do anything for you kind of love.
However, being a Carian Cole novel we know things are never going to go smoothly for our lovelies.
As much as their love is beautiful, it is toxic too. I don't want to give anything away, however just know that you are going to be taken on a rollercoaster of a ride.
I never knew what I was going to get as I turned each page of this book. Would I be laughing? Would I be crying? Would I be throwing my Kindle across the room? Sometimes it was all in the same page!
No Tomorrow does deal with some dark issues like addiction and mental illness, and it is done well. As someone who suffers from depression, this cut right to my heart.
It is a day since I finished reading this book, and it is still with me. I am still thinking about our lovelies.
I have read everything by Carian Cole to date, and I have to say, No Tomorrow is right up there at the top as a favourite. I already feel like I need a reread, and I am jealous of everyone who gets to read this for the first time.
I can't wait to see what Ms Cole brings us next.

- Reviewed in Australia on 17 September 2018Verified PurchaseI didn’t hate this book - but unlike every other CC book, I didn’t love it either. It read young to me and the weird infrequent chapters from Blue/Evan jarred. I didn’t really buy an emotional connection with them - just a physical one and I certainly wouldn’t put up with all Piper did for really good sex for 12-13 years. Again, not the worst book I’ve ever read but I certainly wasn’t immersed in it like Carian’s other work.

- Reviewed in Australia on 25 January 2023Verified PurchaseWow, was this a book a roller-coaster ride or what!?
It is raw, hard to read in parts, devasting and so real. From someone who deals with mental health and understands it, it was nice to see the compassion, understanding and patience that most of the characters had for blue.
I loved the character building throughout and that love prevails!
Always a sucker for a little blonde taming a bad boy, with serious demons.

“But what we have is a real love. It’s dark, and ugly; raw and passionate. It brings pain and it brings happiness and everything in between.”
So I’m not entirely sure how I feel about this book. While I did enjoy it, I didn’t love it like I thought was going too
I should also note that this love story is not all rainbows and sunshine, it’s dark, it’s real, it’s toxic and at times heartbreaking. This story does deal with addiction, in a very in your face way, so please check the TW before reading.
I personally felt I enjoyed the second half more than the first half. Don’t get me wrong it was written really well I just don’t think I connected with the characters as much as I normally do. I do know I definitely liked the hero more in the second half and honestly my heart breaks at everything he’s been through.
And I’ll say that I did love the relationship between the heroine and hero, they were definitely soul mates. But man was their journey to happiness rough 🥺 And the chemistry between them was 🔥🥵 though I’m still unsure how I feel their first time together, it was hot but also a bit uncomfortable
But I still recommend it if you’re in the mood for a second chance, rockstar romance
- Reviewed in Australia on 28 January 2024Verified Purchase5⭐️This is such a different and unique story from lots of others that I've read and I’m loved it. It was a really hard read for me though, because I really wanted her to make different choices. I understand why she made the choices she did, but it a was really hard journey.
Gah this book destroyed me. First book of 2024 to obliterate me. It was like this constant ominous feeling the entire time. The blurb says it all, an emotional roller coaster. I was enamored then I was angry and distraught and then I was sad and then I was angry again. Goodness! This read. Wow.
I loved every minute of it. I hated every minute. It was everything all at once.
This depicts a really honest view of substance use, mental health issues and loving someone who has this dual diagnosis, so I’d really encourage you to check yourself if that’s a trigger for you. It was beautifully done. I work in this field IRL and it was really honouring the people and their stories in this world. I loved it.

ITS ALMOST CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS SO GO GET YOUR HOT CHOCOLATE, GRAB THIS BOOK AND GET READY FOR AN UNIQUE RIDE FULL OF TEARS AND THE MOST HEARTBREAKING RELATIONSHIP U CAN EVER FIND.
Blue and Ladybug are, them. I can't describe what they are in only one word because its impossible. They are so unique and hold a special place in my heart now. You can only understand it if you read it. They love each other so purely, yes they have a messed up relationship, yes they are both messed up, but you know what? They fcking love each other so much like no one else. It was so beautiful to read this, to picture it in my head.
I've read a lot of romance books, this is definitely not my first one but believe every word when I say I never cried so much with a book, FOR a book. I felt so much for this book. It made ME hurt. You know when your chest hurts and you can hear your own heart beating? Yep it hurt that bad. You know when your heart is floating and this heat invades your body and makes your skin burn? Yep it was that good and wild.
I finished reading it days ago and I’m still thinking about them, I’m still thinking about their story and I feel like crying for the rest of the year.
