Oh the Mighty O...Times have changed and we women have embraced our sexuality fully. We no longer must wait and hold out for a man to wield his power on our bodies to make us experience the satisfaction we were born to enjoy. No, in today's times, we are proud and happy to be in charge of our gratification. We do it by ourselves any number of ways and have no shame in our game.
But one thing has remained consistent... if the body/mind is not able to relax and connect the dots... for whatever reason...then the Mighty O will become elusive. No BOB, no fingers, nothing will bring it on.
Chastity is pissed. She is a woman who owns her sexuality. She has even become a very successful erotic filmmaker. Her films have ethical standards, more sensual, fully plotted and are hot. They are by subscription only and her business is extremely profitable. So she is no shrinking violet...she gets and understands sex.
She knows what her problem is...Flynn F@cking Phillips stole her O and no matter what methods she tries, it is in hiding. These two are like oil and water...not supposed to mix but if the circumstances are right...their blending is off the chain..Chastity is annoyed every time she sees him, yet she is thinking maybe she should give him another go...that way she will get her O back.
What is supposed only a means to the almighty O end, turns out to be so much more...as this Aussie Fynn has had a taste of Chastity and doesn't want to let her go.
This book was a hoot. Between all the Aussie speak and the bicker/banter/sexy times...I was all Effing In. There was lots of shagging and such...some times which were really quite panty-melting...but there was so much heart and thought too. Things about how society judges people and how heartache can stop you from living your life fully. But the biggest gift was to learn to trust after those before betrayed you. If you can be strong enough and love hard enough, you will see your way clear to do it.
This was my first Donna Alam book, but it won't be my last.

This was such a fun read!! I have loved Flynn's character since we met him. He is your typical Aussie larakin and the author captures the slang & general fun loving disposition perfectly. Chastity is an intriguing character - strong, loyal and smart. Though nobody knows her secret.
She's lost her orgasm. Well actually Flynn stole it and she wants it back!
Fantasies are explored, feelings are exposed and I found that I alternated between swooning and squirming at the banter/chemistry between these characters. Put it this way, hubby was a HUGE fan of this story. H.O.T 🔥🔥
Definitely recommend if you want your heat with a dash of funny.

In Like Flynn by Donna Alam a five-star read that you will want to be in the pages for a long time. Flynn, Flynn, Flynn what a man of mystery you are, you dark horse. (take the horse thing how you want) What a man. This book was so hot and funny, but it should come with a warning of DO NOT READ IN PUBLIC. I laughed so hard I spat coffee all over myself and then had to explain to a community of older people why I was holding a meeting looking like I had an accident. (I will give you a hint when you read the book you will get it, Taxi, and cat) I have had to promise to take the other books I have by the author in and show some of them how to download it as they though it sounded hilarious!! Mind they also like the idea of Aunt Camilla Wolf, who I am hoping we get a short story about her and a couple of the other older ladies across the reads. As Camilla is a character and a half, kind of like the lady you hope to become one day. Once again, the talent Donna Alam has shown putting words on a page, you will laugh and you may cry. But I promise you one thing, you will blush. Thank you for being amazing else stalkery mcstalkerton will come back and haunt you misery style.

This book was a riot of laughs. I enjoyed the main characters of Flynn and Chastity. Flynn has stolen something precious from Chastity and she can't find how to get that back. All I can say on what she wants back..OMG. I loved how Chastity went about trying to get her groove back because she couldn’t stand to have it affect her business or her life any further. Oh that Aussie Flynn. I love how he was just sizzling and alpha male in this book. His and Chastity’s relationship make for some fun times. It was also good to see previous characters from Ms. Alam’s books make an appearance in her latest.

I have read a few books by Donna Alam, and have never been disappointed with any of her books.
The start of this book is fabulous. Flynn has stolen something from Chastity and she can't find how to get that back. Hilarious!!! Then add in her unusual business and this is now a woman I wished I actually knew.
I loved Flynn. As a fellow Aussie, I of course could totally relate to all the Aussie slang that fell from his mouth throughout the book.
These two come crashing together, then bounce off each other and then come back for more.
Loved to see some of Donna's characters from previous books crop up in this story, it was like catching up with old friends.

Never having experienced one of Donna Alam's fictional worlds, I wasn't quite sure what I was in for, but it wasn't long until she drew me in and had me falling head over heels for her Aussie and Brit and all their sexy innuendos and hilarity. Flynn and Chastity kept steam rising and laughter erupting throughout their story and brought so much more than just hours of entertainment into my life.
Flynn had me from the moment the cocky Aussie was introduced. He charmed me with his sardonic nature, “melt your panties” accent and startling good looks. What I truly loved about Flynn was along with his alpha hole persona, he also wore his heart on his sleeve. When a book boyfriend does the chasing and committing early, it just makes me putty in their hands. I enjoyed immensely every moment of Flynn and Chastity's cat and mouse game and couldn't wait for her to finally admit she was his.
Chastity wowed and impressed me with her “take charge, business woman” personality. I love a heroine who is head strong and doesn't let anyone tell her what to do and boy did it make her and Flynn's attraction even more explosive and entertaining! Watching the sparks fly and Chastity's defenses crumble hit me in the emotional solar plex and left me singing this couple's praises.
Donna Alam delivers a love story full of witty banter and downright naughtiness that takes you along for the ride and leaves you smitten. I highly recommend In Like Flynn for a romance full of zest, humor, and passion. Now that I have fallen in love with Donna's writing, I might just have to go back and read about her hotties in kilts to hold me over until her next book is released. Ahem... fans self... this book was sexy. I’m not gonna lie, at first I was a little like eh but then one scene/chapter 🔥 🔥 🔥. Excuse my language but I am and mother fucking fan of Flynn 😍😜. In the beginning Chastity was getting on my nerves because of her reluctance to give Flynn a shot. Although not yet revealed, I knew there had to be a reason for her reluctance, but still lol. A few of the English and Australian idioms were a bit lost on me but I still really enjoyed this book. It wasn’t just fun and sexy times (although there were ample amounts of both). It was well written and I liked the characters and found myself wondering if the supporting characters had their own books because I was interested in their stories. I don’t know if I found this during a goodreads search or amazon kindle unlimited but I’m glad I did and will defiantly be reading another book by this author.

I love her Scots, but laid back Australian hunk Flynn (is it coincidence that she named him after Erroll Flynn, another Aussie heartthrob?!) is fierce competition and fits in well with Alam's already-established circle of couples. Chastity and Flynn, the main protagonists, sizzle!
There's humor (once again, Ella's alcohol-fogged brain draws some chuckles), some sad moments related to Chastity's past, lots of jaw-dropping cavorting, and some male rivalry that turns pretty nasty. I truly enjoyed Chastity and Flynn's story and can't wait to see them reappear in future Alam novels.
Recommended for the romance, passion, humor and feel-good camaraderie that graces this well-written series. Although it's a standalone romance, I recommend reading Alam's Scots series, and Easy and Hard as well, to get the full scoop (and a lot more fiery romance) on the circle of friends and family.

Honestly, this was heading to 4 star territory... it was pretty cute...

Ah..mazing. There is no other word I would use for this book. Funny, no actually hilarious. Alone the blurb right? Add the gorgeous cover and all characters in the mix and you've got perfection. And let me tell you Flynn Philips .....le sigh. He is mine. He has stolen my heart with his cocky attitude, his persistence and his Aussie slang.
I can only recommend this book to everyone who loves RomCom and belly laugh.

This is my first book by Donna Alam and will not be my last, I love discovering new authors, especially ones who write hilarious romance story with a wild couple like Chastity and Flynn.
The beginning lead me to believe that there is a book before this one, that I'm now dying to get my hands on. The secondary couple characters, friend of Flynn and Chastity were a riot and I really want to know how they all got together and more insight into Flynn and Chastity before this book. So even though I don't know about the duos first meeting this story was easy to get sucked into and I enjoyed every minute of it.
Chastity is a tough as nails, hard working and full of sass woman, she run a classy "adult" movie studio and enjoys the heck out of her work. But for someone in her work field she is having a big problem, her "O" is missing and Flynn Phillips is the man who stole it. After they got together she hasn't been able to give herself and orgasm, but one touch from this man and boom! It's Os for days. Flynn is all about giving Chastity what she needs, the Aussie hottie enjoys pushing her buttons and giving her all she needs. Neither seem to be able to get each other out of their heads and are about to go into uncharted waters in the "relationship" category.
This was such a fun read, I loved the humor, the friends and family interaction and of course the steam, panty melting moments with Flynn and Chastity. Another stupendous book by Donna Alam. As with her other books, In Like Flynn is full of laughter, strong characters, and heated chemistry. If you like the rom-coms, it will not disappoint.
Although a stand-alone story, characters from and references to previous books (Hard, Easy, Single Daddy Scot especially) do make it feel a part of a series that reading it after those books adds more to the experience.

Well that was fun...and hot!
My first read of 2020 and it was great! This book had me laughing and swooning! It’s full of the right amount of angst and f**k the chemistry is on fire 🔥 between Chastity and Flynn!
And perhaps my fave thing about this book is the fact that Flynn is an Aussie and he speaks like one-it’s not just a passing comment-I truly commend Donna on this. That being said I would have loved this book more if it was set down under instead. My first read of 2020 and it was great! This book had me laughing and swooning! It’s full of the right amount of angst and f**k the chemistry is on fire 🔥 between Chastity and Flynn!
And perhaps my fave thing about this book is the fact that Flynn is an Aussie and he speaks like one-it’s not just a passing comment-I truly commend Donna on this. That being said I would have loved this book more if it was set down under instead. I heard “Australian hero” on this one and I was sold. With visions of Hugh Jackman and Chris Hemsworth swirling through my mind, I 1-clicked and started reading. And honestly, the hero wasn’t a letdown at all. But the heroine? Well...that’s a different story.
But first, here’s the stuff about the story that absolutely worked for me:
1. Australian hero. Yum.
2. The heroine, Chastity, is a porn producer. It’s a nice change of pace to read about romance heroines who embrace their sexuality as fully as Chastity has.
3. Love all the English and Australian slang. It’s all very fun and exotic for a Midwestern USA gal like myself.
4. Flynn, beyond general yumminess, is a good hero. He’s funny and self-deprecating and hard-working. He’s a good friend, a great lover, and an overall super nice guy. (Both of the stars I awarded to this book can be credited directly to Flynn, in fact)
5. The hero’s Scottish friends. Yum.
As for what irked me, there isn’t really enough to list out. I just didn’t like Chastity. Like, at all. I saw no reason for her surliness toward Flynn. I really didn’t see why she thought he was an a-hole. He really wasn’t. He was nothing but hilarious and respectful and sexy throughout the entire story. The way Chastity treated him made her look like a horrid shrew of the highest order. I get that she’s been through things, but hell, who hasn’t? She hasn’t been through anything a million other romance heroines haven’t been through and they don’t treat eligible, nice guys like Chastity treats Flynn. I just couldn’t make myself like this woman, no matter how many times I tried.
There were a couple of other points I could nitpick. I mean, there was an “other guy” character that popped up at the last minute of the story to cause unnecessary drama. This dude could have been totally written out of the story and I think the story would’ve been better for it. There’s a point towards the end when Chastity is willing to believe horrible things about Flynn for no good reason and without any real proof, and that pissed me off. And there’s the fact that Chastity is so intent on pointing out how her porn is so much better than everyone else’s porn. (Chastity, honey, you film people having sex. I don’t care how you light the scene, it’s not arty. It’s porn, and it’s exactly like everyone else’s porn. Not that there’s anything wrong with that, but let’s call a spade a spade, shall we?) But all that stuff could’ve been easily overlooked if I would’ve liked Chastity, and I just didn’t. Sorry Flynn, but I think you can do better.
Long-story-short: it’s just too bad a great hero is stuck with this dud of a heroine. If I could fix Flynn up with someone else, I would.

In Like Flynn by Donna Alam was a fricking hillarious read.
I just loved both Chastity and Flynn’s inner voice so much. They were great characters. Both of them unique and loveable. And well, the sexual tension between these two! It was palpable to say the least.
I loved their banters with each other or with others from the gang. I especially liked Flynn with Sorcha. Their conversations reminded me of how difficult but entertaining is balancing what and how you say when little ears are everywhere, listening keenly. I was happy a few characters also made an appeareance from other books of Ms. Alam. I loved them then and they remained very well loved this time as well.
My absolute favourite was aunt Camilla though. She was larger than life!
I was frightened for a bit, afraid everything would be ruined…but I haven’t lost faith in Ms. Alam, I knew there was a happy ending in her pocket somewhere for this lovely couple.
This book made me laugh a lot thus leading to receiving weird looks from fellow passengers on the train. So proceed with caution if you want to read publicly. Do not eat or drink while reading, seriously.

I adored this book. A sassy Australian who steals the “O’s” of a British porn producer? Can’t lose! And if you want to know something else...this doesn’t follow the typical trope. There’s also a mysterious guy who’s also a neighbor and he may or may not be all he seems to be. Give this one a shot, you’ll love the realistic characters and witty banter.
For those familiar with her works, you’ll recognize some of the characters from previous works as they grace the pages. While I recommend reading ALL her books, it’s not a requirement to have read these books in order. (It helps you to have a full view or this universe of friends the author has created, but each book is technically a stand alone book.)
Always one who’s breathes life into her characters, she’s a master at showing their strengths as well as their weaknesses. She’s been making better and better characters with each read.
Except for one part that made me wonder WHY someone would believe something so obviously FAKE, I realize when someone is afraid, he or she will grab onto any reason to NOT face those fears. There’s no cheating nor anything triggering, maybe a moment where it’s a little scary, but it shouldn’t trigger anything.

If you’re looking for a perfect sexy, laugh out loud romantic comedy to escape with this summer, look no farther than In Like Flynn. Donna Alam always rights super sexy, hysterical romances and this newest one was perfect escapist reading. Chastity and Flynn had me at turns laughing so hard I cried and heeding several glasses of iced cold water to cool down.
Chastity is a new favorite romantic lead for me. She is strong willed, independent and hiding a secret - she’s lost her ability to orgasm, or as she puts it, it has been stolen! The culprit? Flynn. One night with him and now even BOB (battery operated boyfriend) is failing her! She won’t take this laying down. She plans to confront him and make this horrid situation right. Flynn was fabulous himself. He’s a sexy Aussie and he is more than willing to help Chastity her her groove back. As these two explore fantasies and all kinds of fun between the sheets, feelings begin to develop and that’s when the real entertainment begins. I can not recommend this book highly enough. After the first book, I thought I had a handle on who Chastity and Flynn were. Boy was I mistaken. Both are so much more than I was expecting – and I was expecting a lot. I know there’s a really easy ‘down under’ joke I could go for with Flynn’s Aussie heritage. Heck there’s probably more than a dozen I could pick from, but I’m going to resist. There’s something so very authentic and vulnerable about what happens between Flynn and Chastity in this book, in spite of the bad puns and biting sarcasm, that the cheap shot doesn’t feel right. I’ve come to the end of the book and I don’t really know what to say about it. I seem to have this problem a lot with the books I enjoy the most. Maybe it’s because I try to put my thoughts into words while I’m still working my way through the story hangover or maybe it’s the warm fuzzy feeling don’t lend themselves to words nearly as well as righteous indignation does. Whatever the reason, I loved this book and I don’t know what to say about it. It left me gasping for breath, both because I laughed that hard and because it’s just so bloody hot. I have no idea whose story to hope for next, but I can’t wait to get my hands on it.

DON'T ROCK THE BOAT!!!
If you're looking for humor, wit, a little light hearted banter with enough steam that can double as a fat burning, tummy tuck with those high priced salons. You just stepped off in it. Donna is no stranger in this thing we call life. She can stand center stage and command attention. Wow! Donna totally rocks this one all the way. The characters are intriguing, off the wall wit, realistic and relatable. You'll laugh and have a fantastic time doing so. As long as you keep the naughty out of your expression and not yell out in public places. With her talents in full display you get a look at what makes her tick. Not really, geez, just kidding. The scenes were so vividly detailed and descriptive that it gives the illusion you were right there in the middle of ground zero with them. They roll in true to life form with enough flaws to make it glow. This is one page turner you'll want to read again. I know I have. Fantastic job Donna bringing this read to life flawlessly and smooth as silk. Thanks for sharing this remarkable read with us.

Oh, how I love a good Donna Alam book!!! Well, really, they're all sooooo good & there's no thinking twice about it..click! Don't even bother to read the blurb 'cos I know it will be super sexy, smoking hot, funny and with an interesting keep me up all nite story behind it.
Donna Alam's stories are all part of an exciting intertwined world that I am thrilled to read more about to see how my other favorite couples are getting on with their lives. I loved Flynn's happy, silly & suggestive sassiness with Chastity, who needed to loosen up a bit even if she did run a 'classy' porn movie studio! He is quite a keeper but she needs to believe it! She needed a good man with a dirty mouth to show her how to live a big life. Who knew that 6 months after their off the charts hookup at mutual friends wedding that Flynn & Chastity would rekindle their unforgettable connection. Will he surprise her & be able to give more than a couple nites of mind blowing sex? Read this book to find out for yourself. This is a goodie!

This is such a fantastic read and it was good to read about a character who is Australian and our Aussie slang. This is the story of Chastity and Flynn, Chastity runs a porn company called Fast Girl Media she films people having sex. Now Chastity has lost her ability to orgasm because of a man named Flynn Phillips. Chastity and Flynn met at their friends wedding their attraction was intense and Chastity kept saying that she was going to stab Flynn with an umbrella. They ended up sleeping together that night and it was the best sex that she ever had and now no matter what she uses like her BOB etc she can’t have an orgasm and she blames Flynn for that and now she wants her orgasm back. This is a fantastic read I also had a good chuckle, it’s good to be able to have a laugh with a romance and Donna Alam has done a brilliant job with this story. A 5 plus ⭐️ read and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

I received an arc of In like Flynn for an honest review. This is not the first Donna Alam book ive read and I have to say Flynn is just as hot as her other male characters but with an Australian accent. Flynn and Chastity have a one night stand at their friends wedding, since then Chas can't find her 'O' and being a adult movie cinemographer she has plenty tools at her disposal to give a hand but with no joy. Although they both think each other totally hot they don't particularly like each other very much and therefore there is alot of funny banter between the pair. This was a hot book with lots of great and varied characters you'll fall in love with and want to learn more about especially Chastitys aunt Camilla. A great read x

The start of this book is fabulous. Flynn has stolen something from Chastity and she can't find how to get that back. Hilarious!! Then add in her unusual business and this is one woman I wished I actually knew.
I loved Flynn. As a fellow Aussie, I of course could totally relate to all the Aussie slang that fell from his mouth throughout the book.
These two come crashing together, then bounce off each other and then come back for more.
Loved to see some of Donna's characters from previous books crop up in this story, it was like catching up with old friends.

In like Flynn
I voluntarily received an arc of this book for a fair and honest review. Chastity is the owner of an ethical porn site that hasn’t had an orgasm in the last six months. She lays the blame at the ahem feet of Flynn Phillips and their “wild and crazy” night,, six months earlier at Chastity’s best friend’s wedding. I hate when that happens. It doesn’t help when Aussie Flynn resembles Henry Cavill (circa The Tudors...sigh). What I love the most is that Chastity is not some young, dewy eyed woman/child..she’s a woman and at 29 years of age. Brava Ms. Alam! I have a pair of much beloved Land’s End green suede ballet flats that are older than the heroines in most author’s books. I love those shoes, not so much pre-pubescent female leading characters. This book reads like a dream. Mostly because of this author’s ability to streamline her dialogue and doesn’t add to her word count by describing a dinner menu or what someone was wearing. This book is all story and clever. In 847 reviews I don’t believe I’ve referred to an author’s work as “clever”. But this book is. In Like Flynn is about frustration, aggravation, temptation with some arrogance and extreme hotness. If I had this book on paper it’s destiny would be my keeper box. It’s already on my...need to reread list.

Chastity is the owner of an ethical porn site and since her hook up with hot Flynn Phillips she can't achieve an orgasm on her own. She blames him for this problem. Running into him again at a BBQ a friend is having sparks fly between them again. Flynn hasn't forgot his wild night with Chastity and would love a repeat however he knows he'll have to work for it because of how he left things. They end up reconnecting and having sexual romps in various places but will Flynn be able to show Chastity he can be in it for the long haul?
This was a great story once I started it I couldn't put it down. The chemistry between Chastity and Flynn is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this to any of my book friends.
