Fast is a two worlds collide biker story. Our heroine, Hope is the daughter of the MC President of a 1 perenter club. The hero, Ryan is with a more morally safe biker club, who also happens to have their own reality tv show for the bikes they build.

Hope is not what you would expect from a 1 percenter club and that's only because her dad is a recent figure in her life. She isn't aware of what kind of man and his club are like until he thinks she "disrespects" him when she hooks up with Ryan.

Hope is a sweet heroine and has a heart of gold where children are concerned. She's a pretty likeable character. Ryan is also very likeable. There is mention of his anger issues but you don't really see too much of that in this book. He's very respectful of woman and I really like how he handled the news of Hope being pregnant.

Who wasn't likeable was his brother Nathan. I haven't read book 1 so I'm not sure if his character is always that way. Overall this was a good book and I would consider this a safe biker story since the main focus is on Hope with Ryan and not too much on her dad.

I received a free copy via NetGalley in exchange for an honest review.
Ryan works in Badass Builds with his brothers. And the West Coast Kings MC is one of their most important clients. In one party, he meets Hope. And after just one night, she gets pregnant. Will they be meant to be together even if they don't really know each other? And there are more surprises to come...
I was super excited about this book. And I kind of liked it although I was a little bit disappointed. Honestly, I don't think I will read the rest of the books in this series.

Fast is the second book in the Burns Brothers series by Gillian Archer. It can be read as stand-alone though so don't hesitate to one-click it!

I got mislead from the cover and I thought that Ryan and Hope would have a baby that was actually born before their main story began, but the events of the story are happening from the time these two met then when Hope finds out that she is pregnant and we see her pregnancy and how her and Ryan's relationship is evolving. I was a little surprised about that at first, but I accepted it as we were moving forward with the story.

A certain thought popped in my mind many times while reading the story. Wanna know what it was? If Ryan and Hope could stop reading some situations so badly, they would have gotten their happy end so much easier. For example, Hope sends a message to Ryan that he should stay away from her family and he thought that she also meant her (it happens very early in the book which is why I don't consider it a spoiler), which made him back off and not pursue her.

Hope and Ryan had a beautiful relationship. Both of them though the world of the other and they made me feel like they would cherish each other. One of the best points of the book was their relationship.

Nathan was a douche for most of the book which made me wonder if he could be book boyfriend material, but after some point, he redeemed himself and I loved him. The Burns family is filled with hard-headed, stubborn and rude men. I was wondering how I managed to read Austin's book considering everything he did in this novel. Their cousin Sabrina is the most level headed and I can't wait for her story, which is probably going to be in the next book since we were kinda teased about it in the epilogue of this book.

Loving Ryan!!

How can you not love a guy who stands by the woman who is having his baby?! Sure they met at a biker clubhouse since Ryan and his brothers build specialty bikes for some of the club members even the Prez, T-Bone. His eyes drew to her even though she was by T-Bone which should scare anyone away. Hope had those same eyes for Ryan along with fangirling on the famous reality star. Well, all it took was one night of stepping out on the wild side for Hope and the little stick turned pink.

This was just the beginning for the couple especially with T-Bone shaming his daughter and having Ryan as his target. Insta romance at its best. We finally have a “good” guy in Ryan whose attention is only on Hope and their baby…even with all the family drama surrounding them.

I had not read the first book but I do not think this matters as it reads fine as a standalone.

Ryan and Hope were a great couple and an unlikely one. I liked that Ryan stood by Hope, there was never any doubt in his mind. It was sort of insta love but I didn't mind.
There was light MC interaction with Hope's dad - who was not a nice guy at all. There was not any angst but there was drama. What is the boys dad up to? Will he get his comeuppance - I expect we will find out in future books. Dylan is also up to something but who know what. The family dynamic was great for the brothers and their family.

What a great story. I had trouble putting this one down. Ryan and Hope were the best mix of hot and awkward lol. I really liked how strong Hope was. She had a backbone and stood up for herself. I may have cheered for her a couple of times. And Ryan was swoony with his dimples and charm.

I'm looking forward to the next book, which is Sabrina's. But I am really aching to get Nathan's story.

So I don’t really remember the first book in this series but I remembered that I enjoyed it and had every intention in reading the next one but my TBR got in the way. Then I saw the sign up for the third book and figured I better get to it since I was intrigued by the sound of that one. So I jumped on in feet first without reading the blurb and remembered the basics of the story line.

So each of these can be read as a stand alone but obviously since they are brothers and they all work together they are also somewhat interconnected. And although it vaguely came back to me I did read it as a standalone and enjoyed it.

Ryan was the younger middle brother in this dysfunctional family. He felt like he wasn’t sure of his place in the family or the world. But I really liked him. He was so intrigued with Hope from the first time he saw her but not knowing where she stood in the club he kept away. And I think the fact that he had such a solid moral compass and even though he was all about doing the right thing he wasn’t ruled by it. He wanted to be the best version of himself for the people he loved and it just made me value him more.

Hope was a sweetheart through and through. She felt the connection between her and Ryan and she went after it. And I loved that she didn’t have any stupid doubts or play any games. She just said what she was thinking and talked through her concerns and she did everything she had to do without any additional drama. She was one of those characters that you just immediately like and would be friends with if she popped up in real life.

The two of them together were so sweet and when the natural drama occured it all was so perfectly written that I just knew it was going to all be ok in the end. Because there was no way Ryan was going to let it be any other way. I am so glad I read this book and I really can’t wait to see all of the brothers and Sabrina find their HEA’s. God knows they deserve it.

5 star review of Fast (Burns Brothers #2) by Gillian Archer

Gillian Archer is a new author to me and I have absolutely no idea why. I fell in love with the blurb for this book and I knew that this was going to be a great read.

The path to happiness for Ryan and Hope is certainly a rocky one. Attracted to one another their passion ignites and the chemistry that sizzles between them is scorchingly hot.

Complications arise when Hope learns that she is pregnant. Ryan already has a lot to deal with thanks to his recently paroled father, his tv show, his business and then he discovers that Hope is the daughter of the President of the West Coast Kings motorcycle club.

I loved how loyal Ryan is to his family and to Hope. The Burns family have captured my attention and I was captivated by the story that Ms. Archer wove and although this was my first book it will not be my last.

This is the second book in the series but can easily be read as a stand alone. I LOVED Ryan! Talk about a guy who just needed to find a purpose in life. He didn't know what he was missing until Hope fell into his life. Hope and their baby became his focus--his reason to do better.

Loved the interactions with Ryan and Hope. Sweet and funny at times. Super steamy at other times. They built their friendship despite the situation they found themselves in. Loved how Hope quickly sorted through the family dynamics.

A bit of tension and some pretty violent MC moments. Great read over all! Looking forward to the other two brothers finding their HEA.

Ryan is just the sweetest man, “want to join me on the balcony while I grill these up? Is chicken okay? I should’ve probably asked, but I didn’t know what you’d like. Can’t go wrong with chicken though. Right? Unless that wouldn’t sit well with your stomach? Do you want something else?” Ryan doesn't really like to ask, "Ryan snorted. “There’s no asking here. You’re doing it.” I liked this book, I loved Ryan.

Ryan and Hopes journey started very unconventional and set the tone for their relationship! It definitely wasn’t easy but they both overcame it all together and with the help of Ryan’s family! This is my first book by this author and I can assure you it won’t be my last! I find myself loving the burns and I want to know more about this right family and see what else unfolds!

Not my first read by author, in fact I read Book #1 in this series so I was ready!! Biker Romance is something dear to me and I fell in love HARD with after reading KA’s books. So anytime I get a chance I jump on it, plus I already read Book #1 and so, I was excited for Ryan and Hope!!

Ryan saw Hope for the first time at one of the events from his biker-client(s). Her laughter is what drew him to her, but quickly he realized she must be biker property with whom she was standing and being around. Forward three months and he finally learned her name but that’s about it, well they are back again fro a party and…she finally got the chance to talk to him but Ryan being a bad-ass he is, IS an asshole! Since Ryan was part celebrity from the realty show and all, poor Hope was a freaking mess trying not to make a fool of herself!

When they found out that she is pregnant, all hell brakes lose. Secrets, danger and lies. They both have to try and figure out how to be a one while adding a one along with her being who she is and him being the person people think of TV he is.

I think i felt a little conflicted about this book, the beginning was good and the middle portion, but once I got to about 70%ish it kind of went a little all over the place for me. The time line still worked but I think I was missing the alpha-ness from Ryan and the whole incident with Hope’s dad just didn’t sit right with me. Sometimes the characters felt forced to me, but over-all I actually enjoyed it, maybe even more than Book #1.

Something is wrong with my book-stars these days. I can’t seem to find a book for which I can truly sing some songs of praises. This will be a short review as I really don’t have much to say about this book.

Hope is the daughter of West Coast Kings MC President. She is star-struck when she sees Ryan for the first time. Hope is sweet, innocent and far from a girl who's the daughter of MC club president and so is Ryan, a sexy, charming, considerate guy with an overall pleasant personality. Their chords get aligned and soon Hope sees a positive pink on the Pregnancy test after a one night stand. Ryan is a supportive guy, which I did not expect out of someone from a motorcycle building business. They both get freaked out at the good news but support each other with the pregnancy.

Now, Hope’s father is an asshole and obviously doesn't approve of Hope getting involved with someone like Ryan let alone have a baby with him. He puts up all his efforts to create those obvious obstacles but those were resolved pretty soon. Everything went on at a nice smooth pace with no excitement whatsoever, just like your everyday routine life. And routine is not something to be thrilled about. Even the ups and downs in this romantic ride went on like nice little bumps in the road. So, we were left with those nice family moments, some rough childhood stories and a lovey-dovey happy ending.

It failed to stir even a drop of excitement in my ocean of boredom. Everything was just nice. This book obviously didn’t work out for me.

This is a sweet, sexy accidental pregnancy story with plenty of familial drama and a bit of motorcycle club thrown in. Hope and Ryan were each kind of sweet, insecure and uncertain. They struggled a lot with just being comfortable around each other and this story revolves around them getting to know the other better as well as when and how to let their families know they were having a baby.

description

Despite all the family angst, this felt like a low angst read to me. There are plenty of sexy times as well as a nice dose of humor. The hero is endearing in his ability to get a bit flabbergasted over the heroine. While he definitely stands up for her, I wouldn’t consider him to be an alpha hero. Nevertheless, I did enjoy reading this book and seeing more of the Burns brothers and all their family dynamics.

Ryan and his brothers own a shop that designs motorcycles and they have created quite the reputation. While attending a party of one of their largest clients, West Coast Kings MC, he meets Hope and the chemistry between results in a steamy evening.

Hope has recently become part of her father’s life so although she knows he is the President of the West Coast Kings MC she isn’t aware of their activities. When her night with Ryan has unexpected consequences, they must navigate what this means for them and their future.

I liked how both Ryan and Hope handled the pregnancy as well as all the family obstacles that went along with it. They were steadfast in their loyalty and love for each other so even though it was a surprise baby that brought them together there was denying that they belonged together.

I didn't love it but I liked it. It was sweet and managed to surprise me a bit because I expected it to take a little bit different road, but this way it was probably even better. I liked the first book better as it was more like my type of book. I'm not a fan of secret or surprise baby trope but as it was a Burne's brother's story, I just couldn't say no. Gillian Archer is a wonderful writer and she managed to keep my interest throughout all the book, which is not that easy with contemporary books for me. There were some plot holes and things that kind of clashed in my opinion but I enjoyed this romance read. 3.5 stars.

I was given this book for an honest review by Wicked Reads.

Hope just wants to know her dad. She misses her mom, brother and step dad, but believes that something might be missing. So, she picks up and heads off towards her biological dad. What she isn’t quite expecting is his lifestyle.

Ryan loves his job. He loves making bikes and seeing the look on people’s faces when they see the finished product. He has always kind of been the brother who is in the middle. He doesn’t really take sides and he likes to keep the peace. When his long lost family member starts coming around, Ryan is skeptical. But, he also wants to support his family.

Hope sees Ryan for the first time at a party that her dad’s club throws. They hit it off and end up spending the night together. What follows is slightly cliche, but it’s a sweet story about family and choosing who you want to be your family.

I really liked seeing both of these characters grow up. They learn a lot of each other and from their family. I can’t wait to see who comes next.

Fast was the first book that I’ve read by Gillian Archer and also the second book in the Burns Brothers series.

I absolutely loved reading this book. The story of Ryan and Hope was filled with angst and plenty of bumps, but it kept me intrigued from start to finish.

Ryan works with his brothers building custom motorcycles and also starring in a reality tv show. When he goes with his brothers to deliver a motorcycle to the president of the West Coast Kings MC he spots a gorgeous woman that even after leaving, he can’t stop thinking about.

Hope recently discovered that T-Bone is her biological father and is trying to get to know him better. When she finds herself pregnant with Ryan’s baby after their one time together, she doesn’t know what to do. Ryan wants to be there to support her through the entire process and truly is a beautiful soul. Hope doesn’t want to lose her father after only just finding him, but when certain things come to light she finds herself questioning her loyalties.

I truly loved reading this book and am super keen to read the other books in the series!

I received a free copy of this book to read and review for Wicked Reads, so here is my review.
When the Burns brothers deliver a bike they finished to the West Coast Kings, Ryan sees the girl again that has him feeling things he never thought he would feel so soon in life. After a night together his world is about to change.
Hope knew Ryan from the show he and his brothers were on TV. Even though she was fangirling a little, she really liked him for the person he was. And after a night together he was even more of the perfect man.
A month later Hope finds out she is pregnant and Ryan is right there by her side. He wants to be there for every doctor's appointment and everything she goes through. She never expected this tattooed bad boy to stick by her. But when her father finds out he goes crazy.
Will Rayn or Hope convince her father they are in this together? Will Ryan's brothers accept her? What happens when Ryan's father is released from prison?
I really like this series but I think Ryan and Hope are my favorites so far, they are the perfect couple. It is a sweet, sexy and brutally painful story with a HEA. Author Gillian Archer has a way with bad boys and the women who tame them. So grab this series and enjoy it.

Fast is Ryan and Hope's story and as you can see from the blurb, there's a surprise pregnancy.
Only Ryan didn't just knock up some club girl, he knocked up his biggest clients daughter.
Now it's a struggle for them to get to know each other outside the bedroom and keep her father off their backs.
One tragic even threatens everything and leaves Ryan recovering.
I love the Burns brothers, but in this case there's more of a mystery surrounding one or two of them. Honestly their behavior had me looking forward to reading their stories before I was halfway in this book.
Fast was a bit slow moving for me, not my absolute favorite but I finished it. I'm really hoping to find one of these books that just floors me, makes me love this author but so far I'm struggling to like this series and if it weren't for the secrets other brothers are hiding I may not read the next in the series. Hopefully it changes my mind. 3.5 stars

Ryan was part of the Burns Brothers and had Badass Build and made motorcycles. Their best customers was the West Coast Kings MC. Ryan had first seen hop at the unveiling of the bike they had made for Tbone who was the president of the MC three months ago. Ryan didn’t know that was her father. Than he seen Hope again when they revealed the new bike to the VP of the Kings-Hawk. Hope came over to talk to Ryan when he was outside and said her name was Hope and than when he asked what they had been talking about before she turned to leave. He touched her shoulder and a zing went up his arm. She was interested and so was ryan. Than Dylan-his younger brother- where they were and that she had been with Tbone. Last time he had seen her. She said she was two blocks away from her apartment but this was a really bad neighborhood. Hope said the apartment was close to her work. They were outside and ryan kissed her but when a motorcycle started up she sprang away from him like a woman who didn’t want to get caught. Than Hope said Tbone wasn’t her boyfriend but her father. She had just found out he wasn’t dead after all six years ago. Hope had a crush on Ryan since she’d seen him on tv. Ryan’s father had just been paroled out of prison for killing his mother, that had been on tv also. Hope was attracted to Ryan because he looked vulnerable and badass at the same time. He looked like a guy who wears his heart on his sleeve but didn’t mind beating the crap out of anyone who made fun of him for it. She wanted to soothe him and have sex with him at the same time. Hope had never had a one night stand before, she only had sex with boyfriends after they got to know each other. Hope made Ryan feel things she had never felt before, emotions and sensations. Hope was dangerous and she didn’t even know it. The burns Brothers weren’t built for happily ever after and white picket fences. We were so damaged we screwed up everyone and everything we came into contact with. Hell it was practically Ryan’s brand. Ryan didn’t do relationships. He hadn’t since HS and that worked for him.
I loved this book. It wasn’t really about an MC but one was involved and the President wasn’t a good man. I loved Ryan and Hope together and how they interacted. Also how Hope and Ryan grew throughout this book. I loved Ryan and his family’s closeness especially his Aunt and cousin Sabrina. I don’t understand why his brother Dylan was so determined to be close to his father who was a bad man and hurt his and Ryan’s relationship. I loved the pace and plot. I read this in one setting as I couldn't put it down . I lost some sleep but a great book is worth it. I love how Ryan treated Hope. I loved the characters and the ins and outs of this book and I highly recommend it.

Ryan Burns and his brothers own Badass Builds where they design and custom build motorcycles and their latest job has them working for T-Bone, the president of West Coast Kings MC. When he attends a party at the club he meets a woman that he goes home with but when their night ends with a ripped condom things are about to get interesting.

Hope Stephens grew up with her mom but is now living with her father. She is shocked to discover she is pregnant and isn't sure what she is going to do.

With Ryan's own father just getting released from jail, their reality show about their business about to start filming and now with a baby on the way will Ryan be able to handle everything on his plate?

When Ryan discovers who Hope really is will he be able to handle the wrath of her father?

This is such a great book that left me wanting more!

I thought Ryan was such a great character as he was extremely dedicated to Hope and was ready to be there for her no matter what happened. I gave him credit for that and although he wasn't always completely upfront with his family, he did the best he could.

I really liked Hope and I did get why she decided to live with her dad but I was shocked at how he treated her and that she stayed for as long as she did. I was sad in a way that she didn't let her mom know what was going on earlier as she really did need her mom by her side.

I liked reading how much Ryan was there for Hope and how he was doing his best. I hated the interactions that he had with his dad as you could tell that his dad was going to cause problems and that his dad was not ready for life outside of prison. I hated how this began to cause problems between him and his brothers on different levels.

I loved the change in Nathan in this book from the beginning to the end in regards to Hope. It was such a refreshing change and really important in the book.

I was absolutely shocked at what T-Bone did to Ryan. In no way was I expecting that or what ends up happening because of it. I was super proud of Hope for standing up and removing herself!

I am really intrigued by Sabrina and I am hoping that we get a book on her as well. The end left with a little insight into a possible story and I do hope we get more as it is clear she has a story and is quite broken.

The end was awesome and I can't wait for the next book in the series!

5 Ryan Swoon-worthy Stars

This is book two in the Burns Brother series and I have to say, I think I loved this one better. I read the first book and that is where I got a little bit of insight into Ryan and his character. I loved Ryan. From the very first moment, I read about him. This book gave me everything I was looking for in a read. The people are likable and I love the disfunction of the Burns brothers. All of them.

Ryan is a gruff, sexy and family-oriented man with an anger problem. That isn't all he is though. His is part of the Burns Brothers show and he builds motorcycles. After having his father be convicted of killing his mom he is raised by his aunt. Family is so important to him. He loves his aunt and cousin Sabrina. His Aunt Wendy is the only mom he remembers.

Hope has left their home with her mom and went to college. Then while she is there she meets her father and forms a tentative relationship with him. It felt like she was missing something, although her mom loved her she was kind of absent. She then marries Cal and they have a child, Sage.

Hope and Ryan are very much alike. Both didn't have the greatest fathers but Ryan had a very hands-on AUnt and she made the brothers feel loved. They are the biggest most dysfunctional family I have read but those brothers have each other's backs. Hope has a sex bucket list and she wants to check things off. A one night stand is one of them. I loved the relationship from the start between Ryan and Hope. He was her biggest supporter and fan. He was by her side and never doubted her. Hope was just as much invested in Ryan as well. These two were great. I loved reading about them. As I said up above I liked Ryan better than the first book.

There is drama and love and friendship. The secondary people are great as well. Not only do I get to read about the brothers but I think Sabrina is going to be having a book as well. I got read Austin and Ryan. I don't know who I want more now Nathan or Dylan. I think Dylan. I want to see if he ever comes to his senses. Then even Sabrina.

Again I loved this book and Ryan and Hope made me happy. Ryan was such a swoon-worthy male alpha lead just trying to better himself. I look forward to more in this fabulous series.

I don’t request many ARCs anymore and it’s even rarer for me to put my hand up for one from a new to me author. But, I’ve heard so much good stuff about Gillian Archer that it caught my attention. Plus, it had a biker and an unexpected baby so I just couldn’t pass it up. Thank goodness my gamble paid off as I ended up enjoying reading it.

There were a couple elements of the book that could have spelled disaster for me. I tend to avoid new adult books and this couple was firmly in that category. I ended up getting caught up in their reactions both to each other and the fact that they got pregnant. As young as they were, nothing was glossed over when it came to their situation and I loved it. How they stumbled and stammered their way through their predicament brought out all the feels for me.

To say their families were dysfunctional is an understatement, especially Ryan’s. Half the time you didn’t know if he was going to hug it out or slug it out with his brothers. His determination to do the right thing had my heart going all pitter patter and oohing and awing over just how freaking adorable he was. And Hope was perfect for him.

As for Hope, she was naïve and completely out of her element when it came to her father. I think an opportunity was missed by not giving us some of the beginning where she found her dad so we could understand how she ended up in the situation she found herself in. As much as I liked her, and I really did, I just had a hard time figuring out how a girl who seemed to have such a good head on her shoulders got roped into that whole mess.

Despite that, I was thoroughly enjoying the story, the characters and the plot but when we hit the big finale we’d slowly been lead up to, things fell a bit flat for me. View Spoiler »

That one last section knocked my rating from a five star read to a four star one. That being said, I thoroughly enjoyed almost everything about this book, including the side characters and I can’t wait to read more about Ryan and his brothers. .

Fast by Gillian Archer is the second book in the Burns Brother world. I did not read the first book, but this book can be read as a stand alone.

Family means everything to this tattooed bad boy--good thing since he's about to start his own. I wanted her the first time I laid eyes on her. But what starts as a fun time, quickly gets serious when the stick turns pink a month later. My life is already chaos with my recently paroled father popping up and the usual drama at the family business building custom motorcycles. Plus our reality show just got picked up for a full season. But it really hits the fan when I discover that the new woman in my life is the daughter of the President of the West Coast Kings, the baddest motorcycle club in Sacramento--and our biggest client. Think he'll like being called Grandpa? Life just got hella complicated.

Fast is a contemporary romance that deals with some hard issues, but felt sweet and heartwarming. Ryan is an alphamallow- all hard edges and tattoos on the outside but a softy at his core. On the surface Hope is sweetness and confidence, but she has a core of steel. The compassion and care for others is something they shared, and something I loved to see expressed by each of them so differently. They each have huge father and family issues, but I loved the way they found comfort together and worked things out. The surprise baby was done very well- I liked how honest and realistic the complications of that were handled. The switching perspectives helped keep track of the worries and fears they each had, and the circumstances that made things more complicated. The heat is on high, but so is the danger and the sweet. I liked how well balanced the different elements were, and there were a few times that characters surprised me and took an unexpected path. I was never bored, and am looking forward to going back to read the first book and continuing to follow this series.

Fast has a nearly perfect balance of danger, sweet, and heat. It is a must read for fans of the author.

Each other’s everything!

The writing is flawless, and the words are so captivating, the plot had so many twists and turns and none that I was expecting, and many shocking moments. I absolutelyLoved the interactions with Ryan and Hope.Sweet and funny at times. Super steamy at other times... Great read overall. I really enjoyed this book and it kept me engrossed throughout. I really loved the characters and the way they interacted with each other. This is a fun, hot, romantic must read book and I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.

Well let me start by saying
This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

Thanks Netgally for letting me read and review.📚💕

Gemma’s Review

Fast was a sexy and sweet romance read that was fast paced. The story had a really enjoyable storyloien that I enjoyed form the start to finish. The characters in the srtory were enjoyable and the two main characters were great for each other. I loved the unconventional start to their relationship and the way their relationship progressed throughout the story.

Ryan was a sweet character that really stepped up when it came to hope and the baby. I loved the way that he was with Hope and the relationship he had with his family. It was obvious how much he cared for his family and how he was there for them.

Hope was a strong character that was trying to get to know her father. I enjoyed the way that she stepped up when Ryan needed her and the way she grew throughout the story.

This story was fast and i would have liked to have read more about the couple together. But I enjoyed the story and the secondary characters within the story. Im excited to read what happens in the next book in the series.

Jessica’s Review

I love accidents pregnancy story lines and this book hit the spot. Hope and Ryan were great characters who kept me engrossed from start to finish. There was drama that ensured, but I like the most of the main focus was on the couple, their pending parenthood and just getting to know each other in a deeper level. It was a progression of the couple coming together but also had that instalove feel to it which I really liked. It has some Mc stuff thrown and I think the author did great with that aspect. I liked this book more then the first one and I plan to read the next in the series. I don’t want to say too much but if you a lightish drama read with an “ooops pink line” plot then this book will be perfect. 4 stars #2OCCJD

I enjoyed the first book in this series 'Build' but I loved the 2nd book in the series 'Fast'.

I know that this is sort of classed as an MC but it isn't - the Burn's brother build custom bikes and one of their top customers has been an MC - the West Coast Kings and that is really where the MC bit comes in - the difference with this story is that Hope is the daughter of the president of the Kings - but she hasn't know her dad long so the story doesn't centre on that at all.

The Burns brother have made a name for themselves so much so they now have a TV series. Ryan is the 3rd brother raised by his eldest brother an aunt the Burns haven't had a good start in live as their father killed their mother when Ryan and his brother Dylan were tiny.

Hope and Ryan meet at an MC party - Hope was smitten with Ryan from the first moment she met him and hoped he could help her with her bucket list - she was tired of being the good girl and she wanted to have fun and she could think of nobody better to help her with her wish list than ruggedly handsome Ryan.

One night was all it was suppose to be - but one broken condom later the tiny patter of little feet is on the horizon.

As this two try and decided what they are going to do and get to really know each other - family dramas are about to open a whole lot of pain for both of them. Hope begins to release her dad isn't what or who she thought he was - and Ryans dad now of jail is making waves that he could do without.

With a baby on the way these two don't have long to figure out what they want and if that means the two of them making a life together or apart to get each other safe!

I love this authors books, the only thing i dont like is that i have to wait so long in between books, lol

Hope sort of fell in love with Ryan or should i say she was infatuated with him when she saw him on television on the Burns Brother's reality show. So when she met him in person, she couldnt stop herself from going up to him and talking to him. The first time she was star struck, but when he came up to her again at the next party, they hit it off. Hit it off a bit too much... Now there was a baby on the way and did i mention that Hope was the daughter of a MC president. An MC president dad that she is only starting to get to know now and maybe she doesn't know him as well as she thought she did.

Ryan was just too sweet for me. If you read the previous book, you will know him and his other three brothers have a reality show. A show where they fix cars/build bikes etc. And with that comes a lot of other things. Fame, fortune, but also some things he didn't like about himself. So when he met Hope he couldn't help but fall inlove with her. And now that she was having his baby, he will do whatever it takes to make her fall in love with him, and prove to everyone that he is not the wild brother they all thought he was.

This book was sweet and some really tense moments. But you really can't help but fall in love with Ryan and Hope and keep on rooting that they will sort out their issues and get their happily ever after. I am excited to see which brother is next...
