Lucia Franco resides in sunny South Florida with her husband and two boys. She was a competitive athlete for over ten years - a gymnast and cheerleader - which heavily inspired the Off Balance series.

Her novel Hush, Hush was a finalist in the 2019 Stiletto Contest hosted by Contemporary Romance Writers, a chapter of Romance Writers of America. Her novels are being translated into several languages.

    Daddy james riveria comes out to play and I'm HERE for it.

    This was such a good storyline. You don't get a lot of sexually confident fmcs especially to the extent Aubrey was. I loved how she knew what she wanted. And wasn't embarrassed about anything.

    Her and James met by cruel fate but the ending is so sweet.

    Hush Hush is a beautiful, heartfelt, hard to comprehend (as it is beyond perfection) story by Lucia Franco. I was not prepared for all that was this story and it's unforgettable characters. I did not know the powerful impact this book would have on me. I cannot stop thinking about it. I recall so much of what unfolded, which is uncommon for me, as I read so many books, one after the other, so one story can bleed into the next. Not so with Hush Hush. The content is not for the fainthearted. It is confronting and not for the lover of soft  and sweet, but I swear that if a reader takes a chance on this, they will never regret it. If this is read with an open mind, you will experience something so special, it will leave such a beautiful and unforgettable memory. I will never forget these characters or the feelings invoked. I cannot fully describe how profoundly affected I was, but I know I will forever remember this out of this world feeling I got from getting to know Lucia's characters and falling hopelessly for every word written. The very soul deep essence of the story was captured brilliantly. Their every thought, feeling and movement was delivered with precision, substance and flair. The story was brutally emotional at times, but what it gave me was a total sense of satisfaction and completeness. It was electrifying. Saying goodbye to these colourfully complex characters was the hardest thing to do. I think  I read the last chapter 5 times before I could close the book. I instantly fell into this story. Completely. Mind, body and soul this story owned me. Their story will be a heart filling, neverending memory. I only bestow the highest of praise for this incredibly special author. This book is literally why I have this insatiable love for reading. I don't even know what can top this, and I am a little scared to find out, as Hush Hush ruined me beautifully and anything better may just be my demise. 5 stars for perfection, beauty and everything in between.

    How do I start,
    This is one hot, steamy, emotional, raw, heartbreaking story.
    Every chapter sinks you in and you hold your breathe waiting to see what's going to happen.
    There is an age gap that is so damn hot it has you dripping. Prepare for sexy scenes that will leave you heated.
    Aubrey and James are perfect for each other their banter, the sexiness and rawness to them makes them one steamy couple and leaves you wide eyed at times.
    Not everyones cup of tea but I feaking loved this book James had my hooked, line and sinker and I had to fan myself a couple times his mouth is so dirty you feel like he's taking straight to you.
    Fall in love with this epic romance of hate and love and all things complicated.

    Holy moly. What a ride this was!

    4.5 stars.
    3.5 spice.

    This was my first escort/client and age gap book, and it did not disappoint.

    I laughed, i was heartbroken, and there may or may not have been tears. Ok yes i had tears of joy and heartbreak!

    This book started off with so much spice, a good friendship and laughs. I felt the middle just lacked something that i can't quite put my finger on. But, the ending, OMG. I couldn't have thought of a better ending.

    Looking forward to reading the sequel.

    I loved this book and it solidified my view that I’ll read anything Lucia Franco writes.

    Franco once again writes on a topic, escort/prostitution, which won’t resonate with all readers. She also explores loveless marriages and shows the side from the male perspective, which I think is fantastic.

    On the surface the leading couple appear to have questionable characters, but Franco has delivered so many layers to their characters that I couldn’t help but love them.

    A must read, if you can look past the sex.

    𝐇𝐮𝐬𝐡 𝐇𝐮𝐬𝐡 was unlike any other story I’ve ever read. Aubrey is a really refreshing, fierce and confident character and I really liked Natalie and her friendship. James and Aubrey together were fire; their chemistry was intense and for some reason they screamed expensive. They had that Lucia Franco marked ‘forbidden’ trope which I have come to love so much ~ like seriously I’ll read anything by her at this point.

    Despite having an intense couple, I think the story had a feel-good vibe and an empowering feel to it which I think goes very well with the high end escort profession that Aubrey & Nat pursue. Seeing a confident FMC who owns her body was also very inspiring. Overall, I had a really good time reading this book and highly recommend checking it out*.

    {P.S. imo this is one of the best age gap romances I have read - the MCs energy just match perfectly. Also my edits here are very glittery lol cause this books screams sparkly to me okay?}
    *keep in mind that this is an extremely steamy book and I really think Franco writes the best spice 🫠

    La storia di Aubrey è di quelle che mettono alla prova il giudizio del lettore. È difficile immedesimarsi in una protagonista così spregiudicata. Immaginate una Pretty Woman del 2019. Una ragazza di ventuno anni che piega la propria moralità non solo per sopravvivere ma anche per dare una svolta al suo futuro. Non posso dire di avere amato molto Aubrey. Mi è piaciuto decisamente di più il protagonista maschile James. Quello che mi ha convinta e' stata la scrittura dell'autrice che avevo già apprezzato nella serie Balance.
