    Wow! 😮😍 This book was....🤒😰😧...hooooot! Dess sorts her relationships out with her guys, at least, she thinks she does. There's a few thrilling, big action scenes, a few hot and steamy scenes, a couple of emotional, heart thumping scenes and a surprise or two to keep you on your toes. If you haven't started this series yet, do yourself a favour and start it. 😍

    Loving this series. It is taking me longer to get through as I do feel it's a little drawn out at times but that being said, I love the premise. Dess being a total bad*** and never relying on the crew solely is refreshing for me. It's giving Nikita vibes and I am here for it. I love that everything seems so planned out and researched. That being said, I am surprised that it took the crew so long to figure out the Maliks weren't up to par, I had it sussed in within a chapter or two (minus the child part.)
    The $mu4 again was a little lacking. Not very much at all and what we did get feels rushed, I wouldn't class that as being a negative but I would point out in any recs that it is a bit light.

    A great follow up from the first book. We get more answers and more action in this book. I can't wait to find out what comes from the bombshell of an ending in the next book. I love how the relationships grew in this book and how she just goes for what she wants. Can't wait for the next book!!

    Wow, I thought book 1 was fantastic this one was even better, Wow. This book hooked me from the start and there was no putting it down till it was done. I had to keep reading no matter what I needed to do. It moves along at a great pace, has characters to die for and you cannot help but love them and a story that will not disappoint. This book has to be read, you will not be sorry that you did. I can't wait to see what happens next.

    Book 2 fallows Dess and the Chaos Crew down a deeper rabbit hole to figure out who Dess really is and why the house hold wanted her. This book had my heart racing from chapter to chapter. There was some spice, but not in every chapter. This book answered a lot of questions that I had from book one. However it also ends on a cliffhanger.
    I'm loving the pace of the book and ready for #3

    5 stars - less than a day to read because I cannot put it down. I only give 5 stars if it has managed to engage extra emotions from me - extreme lol moments or real teary moments etc. A 5 stars book tends to have me raging about cliff hangers and (legally and not creepily) stalking the author for release dates.

    4 stars - 2 days to read or less. A book that I have quite enjoyed reading, feisty MC and some racy scenes with thier romantic interest. I would definitely follow a series and author for 4 star books.

    3 stars - takes around 2/3 days to read, usually because I have become distracted and less engaged in some sections but by the end the end I have enjoyed the overall story and would read any sequels.

    1/2 stars not given, as I have usually returned it without finishing as I'm not engaged. .
