    I loved the first book Heartless in this series, but Cruel was even better if that's when possible and oh yes it is. This series keeps getting better and better and I honestly can't wait for book three in January.

    We pick up where we left off from Heartless, Lila is in a predicament she has been kidnapped and is naked in the back of a truck and no idea where she's been taken!!! All she realises is that she's to be sold off thanks to her twin sister and her gormless sidekicks. Once again we are plunged into this war at being the head of the family between Lila and her twin sister Chloe! Parker and Hunter are back once again 😍 honestly these two make me laugh out loud with what they get up to and then you bring back Slade from the first book too and OMG 😍 these three guys look after their Queen and they want revenge after Lila is trafficked!

    I honestly can't wait for book three to see what happens as this left us on a cliffhanger AGAIN!! I'm salivating at the thought of getting my hands on number three Vengeful!!! Bring on January already lol.

    When Lila is taken by her twin Chloe, and being sent off to br traffickednits doen to Parker, Hubter and Slade to save her but will theu get to her in time? Well written engaging read a great addition to the series with a cliffy for more!.

    This is the second book in this phenomenal trilogy, and this story continues straight on from the cliffhanger at the end of “Heartless”.
    Lila is in a predicament after being kidnapped by her twin sister Chloe, who is intending to sell her, but will Hunter, Parker, and Slade be able to rescue her in time?
    This story ends in another cliffhanger, and I cannot wait for January to read the conclusion!
    This is a well written story which is an action packed, emotionally charged roller coaster, with unique and complex character, a dark reverse harem, and with secrets, revelations, twists, family, friendships, humor, vengeance, suspense, danger, intrigue, tension, and love, which leads to an entertaining, tragic, unpredictable, and steamy addictive page turner.
    I look forward to reading more from these talented authors’ whose work I highly recommend.

    This book is a must read. Book 2 in the brutal academy series. This book has dark themes like murder, violence n all the good stuff u expect from mafia kids. The mfc is treated like a queen there is no bullying though there are plenty of murder plots n drama. It has lots of spice to go along woth a great storyline.
