You have to suspend reality and just strap in and enjoy the chaos that is a book that involves kidnapping, nuns, stilt warriors and all the crazy characters from this world.Sweet Willow and Dax the rockstar are a cute couple. Pippa flips the switch with Willow and her need to be who she truly is that she can only acheive with Dax, who makes sure she is safe when she ventures into this crazy world. It was sweet how Dax slowly falls for Willow as he realizes she really is a nice person who doesn't want anything from him, but wants to help him.If you are ready to push reality to the side and enjoy wacky fun, this book is for you!

    I LOVE Pippa Grant’s books. All of her characters are amazing, and her books always make me smile.

    This one, however, takes the cake. Both Dax and Willow are SO cute, but Willow especially is amazing!!! She’s such a good girl with a hidden bad*ss side, and I love that she takes charge of her kidnapping. I genuinely wish I could read this again for the first time! I highly recommend all of Pippa’s books, but this one especially!!!

    Once again we return to the wild, wonderful, wacky world of supersized and royal hockey players, an all girls boy band cover band and emotional support monkeys, with the addition of stilt fighters, nuns and affectionate farm animals. Truthfully, we all knew Willow wouldn’t really marry Martin, but who could have foreseen what would happen next? After consuming too much mead in the company of the royal sheep, Willow finds herself handcuffed to the world's biggest rock star, stowed away below deck on a stinky fishing boat. Instead of a hostage stolen away from her wedding at the royal castle, Willow turns the tables and spends her honeymoon taking Dax, her rock star kidnapper, on the adventure of a lifetime through Europe. Now you're probably asking, “Why would a rock star kidnap a pre-school teacher related to royalty?” That’s actually quite an entertaining story you’ll have to read to believe.

If we're honest, we read fiction to escape real life for a little while, and who wouldn't love to ditch the day to day routine and go on a crazy, fantastic adventure of a lifetime? But along with all the madcap antics and zany situations, the changes and growth in both Willow and Dax as their relationship develops is a beautiful, heartwarming delight to watch. Willow breaks out of her pre-school teacher mold and let’s the bold, courageous, risk taker loose. As Dax tags along and observes Willow, doing his best to keep her out of trouble, his perspective on his life and career changes. He realizes not everyone is after him for his fame and fortune, and most of all, he learns to live in the moment, have some fun and actually laugh, which he hasn’t done for a very long time.

    It’s always a bittersweet experience when I’ve finished a Pippa Grant book. I’ve laughed till my side hurts and tears are running down my face. I’ve possibly cried but definitely had my heart squeezed within an inch of its life. I’ve lived a grand, exciting adventure that I never want to see end.     The night before Willow's long awaited, elaborate royal wedding, her step brother princes offer to help her escape. After seven years with fiance, Martin, she is having second thoughts. She goes out for some air and wakes the next morning on a fishing boat handcuffed to rockstar Dax Gallagher.

    Dax's band, Half Cocked Heroes, recently became the source of speculation when their tour was abruptly cancelled.     If there is one thing to say about Pippa Grant is she is awesomely talented to create each time a new story with crazy characters, laughing out loud moments and incredible storylines, each new story is a whole new world even with already known characters.
    I do loved this insane road trip.
    From the worst kidnapper ever to the craziest kidnapped world known to a big monkey attack, a stilts battle, nuns breaking free and more and more.
    Dax and Willow are both very attaching characters, he with all his flaws, failed marriages, but also his love for his friends and his pop. She for her insanity when she lets it free, also her cute and careful side to not hurt those she loves.
    This journey will see them growing up, Dax will understand money is not all, Love is as if not more precious while Willow will for once revel her true self hidden under her usual so prim and proper appearance.
    Impossible to sum up this book but if you’re in for keep a smile au day long in your face ride, this one is for you.
