Force of Gravity: An Enemies to Lovers Romance Kindle Edition

4.2 out of 5 stars 607 ratings

Arrogant. Egotistical. Playboy.
Three words that perfectly describe Atlas Keaton. My twin brother’s best friend. The absolute bane of my existence. And my new college roommate.
It wasn’t by choice of course. The last thing I wanted was to be forced to endure a full semester living under the same roof as him and my brother. But when a housing mix-up leaves me three thousand miles away from home with nowhere else to turn, I don’t really have another option.
It’s only four months, how hard could it be, right?
Wrong…
Because when you’re dealing with a man like Atlas Keaton, nothing is off limits. Including me…

Force of Gravity is an enemies to lovers, brother's best friend, complete standalone romance.

After reading the blurb to this book I knew I wanted to read it based solely on the trope alone. I most definitely wasn’t disappointed. The barbs and the bickering between Atlas and Barlow is simply outstanding. But what had me on the edge of my seat was when both their feelings started to change. Hate started to morph into tolerance. Then tolerance turned into sort of like. You see where I am going with this. It was so, so good to read. I can only hope that Barlow’s brother ends up with his own story as well. I voluntarily reviewed an advanced readers copy of this book.

🇺🇸 I love both tropes “enemies-to-lovers” and “brother’s best friend” so it sounded perfect… but something didn’t click, for me.

Atlas at the beginning was an absolute jerk. Not in the bully way, he meant to be. He was cruel and his actions were mean. Maybe his attitudes didn’t change from many bullies that I’ve read but his thoughts did. Hi didn’t have that inner dialogue that was full of emotion. He was just a jerk.
B was funny and and even though Atlas kind of acts better, I never felt that connection between them.

The twin? I loved him. And his reaction as well.

Force of Gravity is a fabulous best friends sister romance. You are just going to love everything about this one. Barlow is fantastic. I love how she speaks her mind and has an amazing bond with her twin brother Brennon. Atlas is that arrogant playboy who thinks everyone leaves. He is a hard read for a while and will have you giggling along the way. You are just going to love the banter Atlas and Barlow have as they push each others buttons. You feel that underlining attraction as the jabs keep coming. There is just something about Atlas and Barlow that make so much sense for their hate for each other slowly drifts away into unknown territory. Atlas is a work in progress and the more you get to know him the more you understand why he is the way he is. There is such a force that pulls Atlas and Barlow together that you will not be able to put this one down. Barlow may think her life is full of bad luck but there is this force that pulls her towards Atlas since they were kids. I love Barlow and Atlas so much. I could not put this one down. YOU NEED TO MEE ATLAS AND BARLOW.

This was good. Atlas and Barlow had super hot chemistry. I'm not sure I could have as easily recovered from some of the things he said to her but I guess that's why I'm not a character in a romance book 😂

Great enemies to lovers brothers best friend romance. Loved all the cute moments between the couple. I was a little worried it was going to be a fade to black type of book when it came to smut. It wasn't overly graphic.

The banter between Barlow and Atlas is off the the charts!! This girl can lash it out like no other lol!

Barlow starts college and finds out her dorm room was accidentally over filled and ends up rooming with her twin brother Brennon who decided to live off campus. Who is there is well? His best friend and her arch nemesis since third grade. Atlas liked to always “tease” her over the years.
He was an epic d bag in the beginning I have to say. But I really did end up liking him once I got to his root of his issues.
Poor Brennon was always in the middle between these two. I think he found humor in it if you ask me.
I loved watching these two together. This was a nice light and quick read!!
