    I continue to be blown away by this series. It's just...WOW! It's action packed and teaming with tension, it's dark and dirty, it's sensual and steamy, it's gritty and raw and real. It's everything you want in a dark romance and then some. With one foe down, an even more deadly one revealed lurking in the shadows, and a supposed ally out to get her, the explosive ending certainly leaves you wondering how the hell Mercy's going to overcome everything. Guess we'll find out in Ruthless Queen. 😍

    This one picks right up where Scorned Princess left us, with our heroine in a precarious position.

    There was plenty of action in this one, some of our questions were answered but a lot more remain with a big dollop of intrigue and mystery thrown in.

    Our Claws Princess is an amazing resourceful character and I really like her budding friendship with Anthea. I think it's the highlight for me and I just want more. Things progressed a bit more in this one with regards to her getting her harem...no spoilers tho, but there's some steam!

    We got to know Gideon and Wylder a bit better and saw another side of Kaige (I think he's still my favourite), I'm hoping to spend more time with Rowen in the next one. I feel like I know him the least and there has to be so much that happened since he and Mercy last saw each other prior to book one.

    All in all a great second book in the series and I cannot wait for book three.

    I believed the story was going to be amazing, but I did not expect anything like this!!
    It’s clear that the enemies are in the unknown and Colt it’s just a pawn. The guys have to read the situation better, Mercy has to see beyond her own revenge and Wylder has to become the true leader that he is. Defy his father for what he believes and at the same time protect the ones he love.

    Another amazing book in Crooked Paradise. I love how each book in its own way can be a standalone with a plot that finishes....not the entire plot but a small section of it that the author gives you something you want.....then drops a cliffhanger harder then a mic drop moment.

    Chance and King know there way around kick@ss heroines. Blood gore and spice....the hang life is even more enticing. The authors twist a perfect world into a chaotic symphony that is sweetness to read.

    Mercy is a strong willful and smart woman who knows how to survive. She also always seems to slip right through the hands of whatever comes her way.

    The guys are all unique and perfectly made to match each whim of the fmc. I love the twisted darkness and the playful banter between them all. Take the four hot gang leaders, roll em up and put that in your pocket to use later.

    Overall, great book. Super excited for book 3 and yes I recommend!

    This book was really good! There is non-stop action from the beginning to the end. And the spice is a nice counter balance to all the action too 🖤 mercy and the her men go through somethings that make you want to throat punch a certain someone in the group…. But he eventually pulls his head from his a** lol I also love Atheas relationship with mercy now that she has seen what kind of person mercy is and makes sure she is taken care of especially when Ezra starts being shady af. The end of this boom will have you saying wtf who is this and where did he come from. And then have you asking what does this mean for mercy!?
