    This was the long awaited book of the famous Cooper Rock and what a book it was . It was endearing seeing the ever confident egotistical Cooper stammer and stumble in front of a female. He fell deep and he fell hard. He doesn't do things in half and he had a difficult choice to make.
    Both Waverly and Cooper's characters had alot of depth it was amazing seeing the ever fun Cooper be serious.

The last book in a series can be a bit of an anticlimax with all the little teases throughout the series and then just meh. But this one, oh this one, is pure joy. Cooper Rock, hometown baseball star whose dedication to the Fireballs has kept them alive for so long, has finally met his match in Waverly Sweet.     I'd been eagerly waiting for Cooper's story ever since he first showed up in Flirting with the Frenemy and I have to say that it was so worth the wait, I absolutely adored Cooper & Waverly!

    I already loved him just from his cameos in previous books but, after Irresistible Trouble, I am an even bigger Cooper Rock fan. And Waverly turned out to be an amazing character as well, and simply the perfect heroine for him.

    I also loved all the cameos from other Pippaverse characters and that the whole story's full of funny, sexy, swoony and heart-warming moments.

    Pippa Grant most definitely knocked it out of the park with Team Wooperly, and if you're looking for a great rom-com that will leave you a big smile on your face, then you won't want to miss out on this book!

    I read the other books in this series a few months ago but waited to read Cooper's story for a couple of reasons...
    1. I wasn't a huge fan of Cooper after the trouble he gave TJ and Max in their book.
    2. He was such a player, I couldn't even fathom him falling for someone!
    3. I knew Duncan & Addie's standalone book would be coming soon and wanted to wait until then so I could dive right into that one afterwards, lol.
    This book far exceeded my expectations and now surprise, surprise, Cooper is actually one of my favorites. He is pretty awesome (shhh 🤫 don't tell him that though!) and as the title says he is irresistible to Waverly. Or is he trouble for her? Superstar Waverly is absolutely lovely and very down to earth, and incredibly kind, and really steps into becoming her own person after spending some time with Cooper.
    The spice is nice and light, the pranks are unforgettable, and the family theme runs deep throughout their story. I highly recommend Cooper and Waverly's romance and the entire Fireballs series!!
