    The first half the book i liked. I thought if went a little fast. The second just seemed to drag on, but by the end I liked seeing them grow closer like that.
    I didn't mind the writing style it grew on me. I would totally recommend it, if you like the author. Even if you haven't read her stuff before give it a go.

    This has to be the first Mob romance that I've read in a while and maybe one that has the most involvement of the Mob integrated into the storyline compared to other novels where the Mafia/Mob is just a brief mention.

    This novel is HOT. I can understand where some people may not like how the couple got together but I think it depends on a reader's personal preference. I even questioned Finn's character in the beginning of the novel but as I continued, I got the sense that he really did love the main female character.

    Surprisingly (for me), I really liked how the Mob was involved in the story and the politics behind it. Even though this is a fictional story, I find it so unreal that there actually is a semblance of truth to families like this in reality. It's mind boggling to me.

    As much as this novel does give closure, due to certain revelations, it kind of felt like a cliffhanger to me. I'd like to know if some other things get revealed in future novels or if a certain revelation continues to be a secret.

    I absolutely loved this book. It was hot right off the bat and kept its steam levels high most of the book. The relationship between the characters was beautiful. They both grew so much with help from each other. I loved that there was no cheating/breaking up/big fights between the main couple, they just got stronger and stronger as the story progressed. I kept waiting for a shoe to drop and trust me shoes dropped but not within their relationship, exactly. A very intriguing, steamy read.

    The only issue I had is that it got really wordy and extra explainy at parts, I’d find myself occasionally skimming. Especially after the second half of the book things got really slow but picked right back up for the last chapters.

    This is a definite must read, on to Nyx!

    ohhhhh the IRISH MOB !!!!! well i'm now a big sl*t for them ! That book was sooo good, it was dirty, spicy, hot. I was hooked from the first chapter ! I already knew that I was going to love the series because I already read the Valentiny Family and they are in the same universe but damnnnnnn I can't wait to get to know each and everyone of them and now I want me a Daddy Finn !

    Welcome to the Five Points, Hell's Kitchen, the Irish mob, the Filthy Feckers. Where the men are sexy, hot, large and in charge. Finn O'Grady is part of the O'Donnelly family, like an adopted brother. As the money man, he is in charge of acquisitions and he wants to acquire what Aoife has, her tea shop. Finn will stop at nothing to get what he wants. Aoife can only fight so long before Finn gets what he wants, namely her. Join this couple as they face off against enemies of the family to get their story told. Serena Akeroyd at her best!

    OH MY, OH MY! Finn and Aoife have fantastic chemistry, and I could not get enough of them. Finn is sexy and loving, and Aoife is innocent, curvy and is anything but a pushover. This Irish mafia romance is drama-filled, with twists and turns that keep you intrigued.
    Filthy is definitely a pageturner. The suspense will have you incapable of putting this book down. Finn is one of the top men in the Irish mob in New York, and he is a man that always gets what he wants and what Finn wants is Aoife.
    I highly recommend reading this book; it's intense, gripping, and so exciting.

    I am so enamored of Finn! Filthy is such a great story and the perfect introduction to the Filthy Feckers/Five Points universe! Oh, Serena Akeroyd knows how to create the perfect hero! Finn is YUMMY!

    So, confession time here: I didn’t exactly ready Filthy in order. Please, no judgment. You see, when I came to discover Serena Akeroyd and her wonderful characters, this story, originally published as the Screw You/Screw Me duet (and later as The Air He Breathes), I placed it on my TBR. Then I started reading the Satan’s Sinners MC that intersects with this series at different plot points but I wasn’t able to get back to it until recently.

    Now I can’t believe I waited so long. Finn is fantastic. He is equal parts dark, dangerous, cocky, self-assured, sexy and sumptuous. In essence, Finn is your ultimate walking, talking, sex on a stick book boyfriend. I love that Aofie describes him as a satisfied puma. He totally gives off the sensual predator vibe.

    And Aoife is so sweet. She is seemingly innocent and kind, but also stubborn and strong. I love that she’s one of those heroines that doesn’t fit the typical mold. She’s curvy and bold. And I love her quirky sense of humor. I mean, she described herself as plump prey and then calls herself out on the thought.

    The heat between these two is instantaneous! I mean, combustible level heat and steam. I already said Finn is sexy AF. Well, for Finn, Aoife is his kryptonite. She’s exactly what gets him hot and bothered. And this, my friends, leads to incredibly steamy scenes.

    This story has it all! Action, sex, fantastic characters, great dialogue, an intriguing plot, and most of all…heart! I feel like I understand Finn and Aofie so much better now! I’d gotten to know them peripherally in Filthy Rich (Eoghan’s book) and Filthy Dark (Declan’s book). But now…oh Finn! (I’m still totally a Declan girl!)

    So my recommendation: read this book! Whether you are starting fresh with this series or, like me, you might have gone a little out of order, you need to get to know Finn and Aofie. This series is incredible and Filthy is the perfect way to get started with this story.

    P.S. I also recommend the Satan’s Sinners MC series to get the full experience.

    I read this book because the teaser was put at the end of another duet I read. At first, I wasn't sure I would read much more, as romance isn't usually my genre, but I couldn't get the opening of this out of my head! After a while, I just had to read it. And, man, I am glad I did! Aoife's strength of character made me hoot as she interacted with the brothers. Finn overcoming his guilt was great. And the steamy scenes were on fire. Ooh la la! While it definitely isn't for everyone, it was a lot of fun for me!
