    This is not normally my genre... I usually stick to pure romance novels - now I’m left wondering what I’ve been missing all this time!! This is a heart wrenching story of grief and loss and how love can pull you through. It follows Christopher and Arabella as they find their way back to each other after experiencing devastating loss and it left me with a serious book hangover when I could not put it down! There were twists and turns that had you sitting on the edge of your seat trying to work out what had happened and how it could possibly resolve.

    Alexandra’s writing is amazing and draws you into the story! I cannot wait for the next book in this series - and am now going to find myself some other reads from this author!

    This one really did tug at my heart strings.
    Arabella & Christopher went through one of the toughest and most devastating trials any loving couple could imagine. Both of them left broken and trying to right wrongs that were no fault of their own tears them apart.
    That wouldn't last long for this tenacious duo because the love they have can be destroyed by no-one. Two hearts, One soul. They are stronger together and along with those closest to them they embark on a hunt to destroy those who ripped their world apart.
    The deep connection and off the charts hot chemistry between these 2 amazing characters had my flipping the pages quick smart cheering them on in their quest to get the bad guys. Full to the brim with brilliant secondary characters this action packed tale will keep you hooked til the very end.

    Onto the next one I go. And I've got a feeling it's just gonna get better.

    Alexandra writes in a way where you are there in the moment, you are living in her twisted dark world. Scorch follows Burn (book 1) and inter links effortlessly, finding out more and more about the background happenings as you go. I cannot wait to re-enter this dark world she has created when we get to hear about the loyal man giant that is Casper. Write like the wind lady!! ❤

    This book has the feel of a second season of a fabulous suspense and thriller show. You aren't sure what to expect but hold on for the ride. I wasn't huge fans of Christopher and Arabella in book 2 to be honest. They both slowly grew on me especially Christopher. I do however love their epic love story and steamy hot chemistry. Can't wait to dig into Fleur and Casper's story in this intriguing world.
