    It’s a happy day for me when I find a new-to-me author that ticks all my many boxes, and This book definitely ticked them all and then some. Wicked didn’t even try and push Paige away, he waited for her, loving her through her grief and loved her enough to help her fight her way to him.( I Also must say best justice handed out ever)

    I thought that a brothers widow was off limits. Not for Wicked who I don't think I have come across before. Paige is fiesty but still grieving 2 years on from Ransacks death.

    Things come up, documentation appears, questions get asked and threats are made. The MC comes out swinging in defence of their own.

    Paige has been gone out of town for two years since Ransack, here husband died. He was hit by a pick up truck when he was on his motorcycle. They thought it was an accident.
    Wicked has been friends with both of them for years. He has always loved Paige but he would never step over the line while Ransack was alive.
    He wants to take her as his girlfriend. He admitted to her how he has always loved her and thought of her. But wouldn't do anything while she was married to Ransack.
    But she gets in jeopardy after she finds the police report in the storage area she reads who was driving the truck and decided to look him up. She reads he committed suicide a while after Ransack death. She found out he worked for a competitive Electric company that put in a bid for work at the court house. Ransack had won the bid. After he died the other company got the job.
    Robin the other man's wife told her about her husband's death and that Carl was responsible.
    Carl kidnapped Paige. Wicked and his club brothers go after her and then they go after Carl.
    There is nothing these men wouldn't do to protect the woman they love.
