Christmas might be coming, but that doesn’t mean everything is merry and bright.
Someone isn’t happy about Santa’s impending arrival and has decided to shake things up in town.
Fortunately, in the years since the last member of the Cunningham Security team got his happy ending, the guys haven’t stopped doing the work they’ve always done: cracking cases, bringing fugitives to justice, and rescuing those in need.
Now that they’re all married and have their own families, the men are having to find ways to balance family life with work life. But if they work together to get this case unwrapped and uncover who’s trying to destroy everyone’s Christmas spirit, they just might be able to save the holiday and join in the festivities.

If you wanted a feel-good catch up with the Cunningham Security men and women, but also craved a dash of mystery and a hint of “will there be danger?” this is 100% up your alley! Not only do we spend some time relishing the chaos and love of the holidays, it helps to build anticipation for your own holidays. The time together, the love of family and friends, the whirlwind of things to get done, and the time taken to create or savor traditions with both young and old family members makes for the pick me up I needed.
Add in the mystery that is solved in a bittersweet way and you’ve got a great way to pass an afternoon. I promise.

"Unwrapped," the latest instalment in the Cunningham Security series by A K Evans, is a heartwarming journey that feels like unwrapping a delightful Christmas present. Returning to the beloved world of Cunningham Security is like reuniting with old friends, as we delve into the lives of the couples we've come to love over the course of the previous nine books.
Set roughly 10 years after the events of the last book, we are given a glimpse into the characters' lives as they navigate the joys and challenges of parenthood, relationships, and the passage of time. A K Evans once again masterfully weaves a tapestry of warmth, laughter, and familial bonds that had a feeling I was right there with them. Unwrapped is an entertaining chance to catch up with all the men of the Cunningham Security series by A.K. Evans with some Christmas chaos, holiday fun, family togetherness, steamy scenes, and yes, a Christmas caper to solve before the holiday is ruined for many innocent small business owners. I have a unique perspective as a reader who hasn’t read this series yet. I found this author about a year ago and have been exploring a couple of her other series. I thought a catch-up book might be too much for me to start with, but I really enjoyed it! I’ll admit that there are MANY couples and even more kids, but I loved the different dynamics of the different families. It always warms my heart to read about a strong, alpha man being sensitive and loving with his children and his wife. Then when they get their wives alone, the spice went into overdrive!!🥵🥵 The suspense case was interesting throughout, and I enjoyed the way the guys worked together to help their town, but the outcome was felt a bit off to me. Like, the reason behind it didn’t fit the severity of what had been done, if that makes sense? Anytime you include families and longtime friends, you have the potential for witty banter and just the joy of friendship, which was evident here. Overall, I loved getting to know all these characters, and I’m now sure that I need to find time to go back and experience their full stories!! So many books, so little time, but what a wonderful problem to have!!

This story takes place a little ten years after the first book in the series. I couldn’t really figure out the exact timeframe. Unwrapped reads like an extended holiday book with a grinch case to solve. Each chapter is a character from the previous nine books with no repeating POV. I lived that we get to see more if each couple’s HEA while the guys and their families get ready for the holidays while helping the local PD solve the case of a recent string of burglaries to small, locally-owned store. You don’t need to read the first nine and there are no spoilers but obviously it’s better if you do since you’d be familiar with the couples and how they got together. I’ve only read the first two books in this series but will definitely be reading the rest. As for the case I definitely wasn’t expecting the outcome or the why if it which is always fun. The Cunningham Security Gus and their families was a fun way to kick off the holiday season. I loved tat these dominant, over-protective guys were big softies when it came to their kids. I devoured this book with a smile on my face the whole time.

For quite some time now, my heart has been taken by the men who make up the Cunningham Security team. Each story in this series is unique, but what remains the same is the intense focus on each woman's situation and the desire to protect them. I enjoyed this series immensely when I read them (as they were released), so reading more about characters I already love was a treat!
It was wonderful catching up with these couples, getting a glimpse into their relationship and parenting dynamics after so long. The chapters highlight the best features of each pairing, and reminded me why I related to each couple so strongly in the past. The mystery of who wants to ruin the town's Christmas spirit is intriguing, and I liked how the guys teamed up to make sure everyone had a happy holiday.
Any fan of this series and this author absolutely needs this one in their life and on their shelves! The steamy scenes and undeniable chemistry between each couple is so enjoyable. The deep affection and respect between each character and their children brings me joy and satisfies my longing for their strong, loving relationships. Absolutely perfect HEAs!!
I sincerely appreciate the craftsmanship and originality of this author. I recommend reading this series in order for the best reading experience, and before reading this one.

This book catches us up with the families of Cunningham Security as they deal with a Christmas Grinch who is targeting small family businesses.
This book was enjoyable in that we finally get everyone working on a case together in order to solve things so every one of the guys can spend time over the holidays with their families which have all grown in the years since the last book takes place.
The book is nice that you get to see how each family is doing and learn more about their traditions for the holidays. Everyone had time in the story so you didn’t feel like the author was leaving anyone really out of it.
One thing is that of course you have the sex scenes between each of the couples to catch us up on how everyone seems to be doing great with no real problems in their respective marriages showing us that this indeed fiction. Lol
I found the mystery Grinch a little disappointing as I didn’t like that there didn’t seem to be a viable reason for their actions and it wasn’t necessarily someone you would have expected to commit the crimes. I wish that there had been more thought into a real reason behind the actions.
It was nice catching up with all of the families and not sure if this means this is indeed the end of this series.

Welcome back to the Cunningham Security Team! While they are all married with families now, the cases they work haven’t stopped over the past 10 years since we last saw them. With the holidays approaching they are finding it harder to balance work and home. When a case lands in their lap that is putting a damper on the holidays for local businesses owners, they jump into action to find the culprit!
This was a fun holiday themed catch up read. We get to see each couple and where they are now with their families. It was really sweet to see all of the guys now as dads. They all really get into the holiday spirit and we get time with each family. We get to see all their holiday traditions and I wasn’t surprised that a few of them are total pushovers when it comes to their kids. But the book isn’t all sweet, we also get some good spicy scenes when the kids aren’t around!
I also enjoyed the added suspense of the case they were working on. I liked seeing them all come together to solve the case!
If you are a fan of the Cunningham Security series you are going to really enjoy this book!

They all really get into the holiday spirit and we get time with each family. We get to see all their holiday traditions and I wasn’t surprised that a few of them are total pushovers when it comes to their kids. But the book isn’t all sweet, we also get some good spicy scenes when the kids aren’t around!
I also enjoyed the added suspense of the case they were working on. I liked seeing them all come together to solve the case!

Cunningham Security assists the town police with special cases in addition to their private client cases. The whole office is sharing a case where the culprit is stealing from local stores as some vandalism. So little evidence is left that the police pleaded for help. The team divided into small teams to hopefully solve the thing so they could have the CHRISTMAS week off with their families.
We get to follow their case with them and the amazing family time together. And let's not forget the amazing heat still strong with the couples and their love for their children. Touching, emotional, steamy—a real feel-good read!

They are all looking forward to the Christmas plans they have made with their families however they have asked by the police to help investigate and number of robberies from local businesses and they decide that if the entire team worked the case their plans would not have to change.
This story is sure to leave you with a happy heart as the love and romance between the couples has only become stronger, it was wonderful to see them as parents and the camaraderie between the team shows they are closer than ever. Sit back and enjoy this holiday story as it doesn’t disappoint.

This is the 10th book in this phenomenal series, and it is great to catch up with all of the guys at Cunningham Security and their families.
Christmas is coming and someone in town is determined to create havoc by targeting the small businesses in town. The guys all need to work together to solve the mystery, to reveal who is the culprit, and manage the time between work and their families.
This is a well written story which has determination, family, friendships, intrigue, mystery, suspense, danger, intrigue, humor, witty banter, romance, and love, which leads to an entertaining, unpredictable, and spicy page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

I tried to read this story as slow as possible because I didn't want it to end. I thoroughly enjoyed catching up with the Cunningham Crew. I loved learning how the couples have grown over the years, expanding their families, living their lives.
* After sitting and thinking for a while, I do wish that we knew the outcome from the covo Lexi overheard in chapter 1 at the coffee shop.
I know other businesses were hurt during the robberies, but that seemed significant.
It was also mentioned Ekko was doing a funraiser/donation drive that was never mentioned later...
Also, how did nobody at the homeless shelter question where all the new stuff was from and how were the comb pieces dropped? Was he carrying broken combs around?

Although I'm not ready to say goodbye to the guys of Cunningham Security and their families, this was the perfect ending to an amazing series. It was an absolute pleasure catching up with the guys and their families and seeing all the little ones they had. I loved that they were all still so close. The alternating chapters with each couple was perfect! Of course, they had a case to solve, and at Christmas no less. The guys are forced to deal with the grinch who's breaking into small businesses, all while tending to their families during the holidays. This is the perfect book to curl up by a fire and get wrapped up in. I absolutely adored granny and was so happy to see her feisty self still around. I'll miss the Cunningham Security team but am so happy that I can revisit them any time.

Unwrapped is a wonderful holiday book with all the Cunningham Security families. Ms. Evans delivers a story that is full of laughs, love, steamy scenes and some suspense that is caused by the Grinch. What I love about this book is that it is set in the future and we get a glimpse into the families of the men and ladies of Cunningham. Seeing how each of the families prepared for the Christmas holidays had me smiling but what would a Cunningham Security book be without a little suspense and danger.
This book is a definite feel-good, get ready for the holidays romance that is such a joy to read.

Looking for something fun to read this holiday season? Well this book brings us back to the Cunningham security men and their family. If you haven't read the series, it's best to do that before catching up with them in this book. This book gives us little snippets into some holiday traditions and memories with some naughty adventures along the way. It was great to revisit these characters and their families. However, if they want to be able to celebrate with their families and have a great time they have to catch a Grinch who is running Christmas for some people. A great fun read! I definitely recommend this book.

A.K. Evans gives us a little early Christmas gift this year by heading back to Windsor, Wyoming and the gang at Cunningham Security. This is so friggin’ special. I can’t think of any other way to describe it. I’m a sucker for a sequel and all those “Where are They Now” kinds of things, so it is no surprise that I ate this one up. All the steam and humor and the elements of a good A.K. Evans story with the opportunity to see years into the future and catch up with the Cunninghams, De Lucas, Moores, etc. I love the way she gave us a chapter from each adult’s POV, and Evans spares no steam in this story. Love love love love LOVE this!!!

This latest and last audiobook of this wonderful series is more of a WRAPPED up story than “unwrapped”, because even though there is a little of a suspense with the mystery of who is the Grinch that is breaking into the local stores and robbing their goods, it’s a story that gives the listeners a recap on how all the operatives of Cunningham are doing now that the all have families of their own.
The love these men have for their wives has not diminish but rather grown.
This one was a lovely way to end the series.
Both Ava Erickson and Stephen Dexter do a wonderful job with the narrations.

OH how I loved delving back into the Cunningham Security world. This is a great catch up with what has happened since the last installment of this series and doesn’t lack in the twisty suspense that Evans is known for. From the craziness of the holidays to that someone trying to shake things up, this story gives you all the good feels of a holiday story with all the twisty goodness I expect from this author. I laughed but also gripped my ereader trying to figure out what was going to happen next. Great holiday story of friends, family, love and intrigue!

A great revisit to the Cunningham Security Families. A sweet & spicy holiday re-visit to one our our favorite families. A slight dash of drama. I loved revisiting these families and catching up with them. A.K. Evans writes fabulous multi dimensional characters, and great little towns and you get that here. I found this book missing the intense drama and rescue scenes that usually come with her books. It was there just less intense & while I missed it, it made this holiday so much sweeter for the families.

Glimpses of the team (yes, all nine couples and their families) during the Christmas season well past the end of Revived, with the team working a case of break-ins at small businesses around town. Too cute, fluffy and light for my taste, this reader wanted more substance, it may deserve a better rating than I gave it.

This is such a cute holiday romance! I love going to back and seeing what the crew of Cunningham Security has been up to since the end of the series. Plus the holiday vibes make it such a sweet story. The guys are working on a case, and at the same time you get to see their wives and children enjoying life. I really enjoyed this book. If you read the rest of the series, you definitely want to check this out. Perfect to put you in the holiday spirit!

A reunion of sorts for Evans’ Cunningham Security fans as we got a glimpse of how they are doing. It was nice to see the team still working together and how much they care for their wives and children. With a bit of suspense as the men try to solve a series of break ins, they take the time to be with their family as they get ready for Christmas. This was a good book to start my holiday season as it left me with a smile.

This was a great catch up with the guys and families from Cunningham Security around the holiday times all while working a case. You get a great chance to hear from them and their wives about how they are and their Christmas traditions. The story more focuses on the families than the case and that is actually ok. I kind of enjoyed that more. I think its a good read to get you into your holiday spirit.

Get ready for spice!! This book is packed with it!
The team is dealing with a grinch in town who is hitting small businesses and cleaning them out. This is devastating in itself but during the holiday season those small business owners have families and that’s making it so much harder.
We get to see where each couple has ended up the abundance of children they’ve all had and just get an overall happy ending to each of them.

What a great book! The ability of A.K. to write a story featuring nine couples, that is 18 characters, along with their families and children was just astounding. She kept each couple with their special thing and showed married couples enjoying their happily every afters in spite of normal family issues and the looming case that has the men scrambling to solve before the holiday so they can enjoy it with their wives and children. The audiobook narration was great.

I recently finished reading Unwrapped by A.K. Evans and I have to say, I really enjoyed it. The story was engaging and kept me hooked from beginning to end. Unwrapped is a Cunningham Security Christmas delight. Catching up with our wonderful characters we grew to know and love like family. Add in a touch of danger and suspense and yup get just the right amount of anticipation for this wonderful story. I adore this authors writing style and she never disappoints with any of her books but this was extra special and a real feel good book.

It was so nice to visit with the Cunningham Security guys again!!! I didn’t know how much I missed all of them.
This was such a good holiday story that gives us a view of the lives of each couple and a peek at the holiday season and how each one celebrates. Of course the Grinch shows up and has the guys working to find out who isn’t happy about the Christmas holiday.

Loved hearing what life was so many years later with the whole crew and all their children, many many children!!!! They all have so much love and attraction to teach other and the best parents to their babies!!! Of course, they had to have one more crisis in their town, but they finally figured it out, and were all able to enjoy Christmas with their families.
