I still have no idea how to review this book without giving away the plot. All I know is that KL is an evil genius whom I never want to end on her bad say in fear she kills me off in one of her books.😂😂
On a serious note, Boomer officially has a permanent piece of my heart! (Sorry, Donna!) This book picks up where Boomer's first story left off with him being the new president of his own chapter. He's still having detrimental thoughts, but in his new role of guiding his men, protecting his new city, and of course with Scarlett's unwavering love and support, he really transforms into the person we all knew he was. I love, LOVE his evolution!!
As for how hot the sexy scenes are, I have one word for you: bathtub. You are welcome.🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I don't want to spoil the actual storyline, but just know you will be laughing one moment and crying the next. These ladies are absolute savages on my heart, but I can't get enough of their words! I'm so obsessed with this series!!

Boomer is my favourite of all the boys we’ve met so far in the Ruthless Kings series (okay, except for Tongue, Tongue is my favourite little deranged cutie), so I was so excited to see that we have another book with him! This was a great introduction to a new cast of characters--the Atlantic City MC. Like with the Las Vegas chapter, we get some hilarious road names that hint at interesting backstories, like Teeth and Void. I’m looking forward to their stories!
We get to revisit Boomer and Juliet and their beautiful relationship, and this book isn’t without its heartbreak. All in all, this is a great first book in the spin-off series, even if it felt a little too short!

I’ve now read several books by this author, and this one was definitely not like the others. Not exactly lighter because it didn’t avoid some heavy themes around death, grief and mental illness, but there were some romcom moments–like the skating rink or the girls night. And instead of having a romantic suspense plot, the story revolved around building a new MC, with new members and new rules, and earning the trust of citizens. Hence it was less dark than usual.
It’s the continuation of Boomer’s story–introduced in the Ruthless Kings MC Las Vegas series–but you don’t need to have read it to understand what happened before. But that also means that the romance part is about an established couple; there’s a bit of seduction, but Boomer and Scarlett already are together. The romance was great though. Boomer is a devoted boyfriend, and Scarlett is quite lucky. Though I’d have liked to see it more developped, his mental illness and the way he lives with it, accepts it, and how Scarlett supports him, was interesting. I felt very detached from Scarlett though. Her character wasn’t developped as much.
As for all the other members of the club, they were barely introduced. But the drama happening in the background was quite an interesting way to make the reader engaged with some of them. It’s going to be a great club to follow, I’m sure. So much potential!
Between the light romcom scenes and the more emotional moments, the balance wasn’t great though. There was no definite mood, nor a compelling unique plot. It was more like a very long prologue to a new series, with various elements thrown in without a coherent direction. Not uninteresting though, and with fascinating characters. Definitely a new series to follow!

GAH The audio on this edition was beyond insane! I love the depth they add to the story. It was utterly brilliant. I felt that the narration gave more to the series as they really gives you the picture of these characters as well.
Words cannot express the joy that Boomer’s story is continuing. We get to delve deeper into his side of the MC with creating an improved chapter of what had lingered over Atlantic City. What I loved so much is that we see this journey that Boomer has to take to make things his own and forge his own path. Especially with Scarlett at his side, he turns things around to make people want to be around the club again. I loved the whole story from start to finish. We meet new characters, past ones and so much more. We also see Boomer deal with his past struggles as he moves forward. That intense connection between him and Scarlett is still there and I loved it so much. Not gonna lie, there are moments where I was a mess too!
Overall, I loved every moment of Boomer’s Rise because it really gave more depth to this crew and how much we are going to fall in love with them like the mother chapter. Each has their own unique tale and I cannot wait to learn more about every one of them. And just so everyone knows, Saytr is mine!

Out of the whole series this book literally had me bawling my eyes out. My heart strings were well and truly pulled. They just broke for Wolf. I just wanted to hug him. Take my advice and read this book with a big box of tissues at hand because trust me you'll really need them. My goodness it was sad but mixed into that were some genuinely sweet moments too. Scarlett and Boomers relationship although it was pretty steamy it was also a loving and caring one too. Even with all of Boomers anxieties they seem to make it work and still make time for the rest of the MC. My heart just melted for One Eye, Kimmy and Alicia. The ice skating part was just lovely between One Eye and Kimmy. It was a definitely a Awwwww swoon moment. This start of the Atlantic City Ruthless Kings MC series was so bloody brilliant i cant praise it up enough and with that ending i cant wait for the next books

Oh my word, this author’s MC books has become my new addiction. This one was so good… I loved reading how Boomer was getting the new club up and running, but also trying to fight his own demons. But with the help of his Sugar he was going to win this battle 😊
This one was more of a getting to know Boomer more and also the new club members. Some parts was sweet, some parts kept you on the edge and then I was feel some angst about what was going to happen next. I totally loved it. You will definitely fall in love with this book. Man I don’t know which one is going to be my favorite, but I’m leaning towards Arrow, lol If you haven’t read this author before do it now ♥ 😊 I can't wait for the next book... Whoop Whoop

Well it's official K.L. Savage you live up to your name. You my friend are SAVAGE 😂.
As I devoured Boomer's Rise one minute I'm laughing out loud, doing some hardcore swooning, and thinking hot damn I need a cold shower, and then next minute BOOM, I felt like Boomer had hit me straight in the heart with one of his cherry bombs. I was bawling my eyes out like a baby and needing a shot or 10 of something strong.
Boomer has demons, an enemy inside his mind that tries to pull him out of the light and into the darkness. He questions can a man with dark demons be the president of the newly formed Atlantic City Chapter?
With the support from his 'sugar' Scarlett, the hilarious grandfather figure Homer, and the new club members, Boomer begins to 'RISE'. Members are straightened out, the clubhouse gets up and running, and they begin to figure out side businesses.
This is Book 1 in the Atlantic City and hot damn this story not only had me laughing, swooning, crying, and a little on edge, but it has me invested, intrigued, and already obsessed with these new rugged bikers. I mean a biker that can figure skate, and one with a juice box addiction, heck yes I am all in and already claiming ARROW. That big hilarious, juice loving brute is MINE!!

I was pulled right into this story. The story is kind of crazy lots of action and edge of your seat crazy.
This is a spinoff of the Ruthless Kings MC series so if you want those books are listed here I would recommend reading those books(s) first:

But with the trust of the MC has to come trust of everyone else. As Boomer finds out he can’t trust everyone. He is going to have to figure out who can be trusted and take care of all the people under his protection. Can he do that? What will he lose in the end?
I loved these characters and the side characters. I felt I could connect with the characters and the story was a great read. Can’t wait to learn more about all the MC brothers in this series.

Loved it. I will warn you that it does have a sad part. Don't let that dissuade you from reading it. It's life...the good, the bad and the ugly.
This book has several running themes that are going in each book. A little bit of Boomer and Scarlett's relationship... some of Wolf's and Abigail's relationship...the club trying to show the town that while they carry the same name as the last Ruthless Kings MC, they are not the same as they were. The new president and the members want to show that if they need help or protection or anything, they can come to them for help.
There's always the weird ending to make sure you come back to read what is going to happen next and we got a hint of what's going to happen.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. This was my first book by this author and my first listen to the narrators, loved all of it. Fantastic story and for me a different look at an MC. I’m not usually a fan of MC books (I haven’t read that many) but I was completely invested in this story from the first chapter.
Really loved the connection and relationship between Boomer and Scarlett (and I’m absolutely going to read their first book).
Both narrators did a fantastic job of making me feel like a part of the story. They both really brought the emotions to this story as well.
And I am definitely wanting to read more by this author in this MC world and luckily they are in Kindle Unlimited. I really didn’t want this story to be over when the last word was spoken. I’m really anxious for the next book.

OK,even if i didn't really liked in the first book how insta-love they were i did love and adored how they are now! i love Boomer, i like how adoring and absolutely obsessed he is with her and making her happy. Love the way he loves her. Again, i love the way he is, and his problem.
I think it's strange of him being a Prez as young BUT ok. I love seeing a new group and chapter.
I'm really intrigued by Arrow right now and of course poor Wolf.
This book was good as intro for this new chapter, and mostly funny. Well, even with the sad part about Abigail . Anyway. 🤩

This is the backstory of Boomer becoming President of the Ruthless Kings Atlantic City chapter. The original members had been involved in human trafficking and Boomer is starting fresh with some of the old members who weren’t involved and some new guys who have come to join. Boomer is still dealing with some of his past issues but with Scarlet and his new brothers he is battling his demons. I can’t wait to see where KL Savage takes this charter!

I am so in love with the Ruthless world that KL Savage has created. And now that it has expanded to other chapters with the same hijinks as the mother chapter, it just gives me the warm and fuzzies all over.
I love how one of the steady themes with ruthless is they normalize mental health issues in a safe and subtle way that just brings so much joy to me. As I am a person who did struggle with a lot of self doubt and negative thoughts about myself. Even though it is a fictional world, it lets you know you aren't alone. If they are writing about it, it's because their research or self experience has given them some insight into that matter.
I love that there are a whole new group of men for me and my Ruthless sisters to fight over....
Also Silla if you read this... And since we are grounded for saying it in the group....
Arrow is mine... I will fight anyone who wants to take him and juice boxes away.
This book is an expansion of what we love about the king's, it give us insight on Boomer and Scarlett whom we already love. Gives us small bits of what to expect from other newer members to the Ruthless family.
I can't wait to see what they guys get into, and see if there is anymore cross over between chapter.

This book is an expansion of what we love about the king's, it give us insight on Boomer and Scarlett whom we already love. Gives us small bits of what to expect from other newer members to the Ruthless family.
I can't wait to see what they guys get into, and see if there is anymore cross over between chapter.

Yay, I've been dying to see what comes of Boomer, Scarlett, and the rest of that group. Looks like the start of a whole new set of stories, and I think you totally can start here if you haven't read the series before this. This book introduced a bunch of characters and shows them coming together and starting from scratch basically.
I totally love how Boomer will do anything for his woman. There were some sweet and funny moments. And near the end some things happen that are sure to shock you or maybe pull a tear from your eye. I'm so ready for all that's coming up.

This is the first book in a new series . If you’ve read Ruthless Kings then you will remember we met Boomer there . He also has a book in that series .
This shows Boomer after he left Reaper’s chapter of the Ruthless Kings. I loved seeing more of him and Scarlett. They were made for one another .
This book had me crying, big ugly crying, by the end . It ripped my heart out . Bring the tissues and don’t miss this amazing book . This is just another layer on the amazing Ruthless King’s story .

OMG!!!!!! I LOVE this book. It's a very emotionally charged story. I laughed so hard at parts of Boomer's Rise and then in other parts had my heart ripped completely out of my chest. The couples in this book just took me from one extreme to the other emotionally. Just when I would think my poor heart couldn't take anymore I'm slammed again. The characters in this new chapter will bring LOTS of great stories and no doubt will be full of emotion too. I'm excited to see where these are taken. They're ALL interesting in their own rights and I know as spectacular as Boomer's Rise is these others are going to be equally amazing.

Boomers Rise was way more than I imagined . He has come such a long way , overcome his demons and made his own family with a band of misfits as lost as he is , all while rising to the top of the Ruthless Kings Atlantic City Chapter .
Together Boomer and Scarlett work to make a run down hotel a home for themselves and the men in their chapter. They are a raggedy bunch of misfits that somehow fit ! Boomer and Scarletts love is one that will span throughout time ... it’s hot , steamy and incredibly sexy !
Ride along with the Ruthless Kings Atlantic Chapter as they make you fall in love with each character. You will feel their pain , misery , fear and love for one another. It’s going to be a hell of a ride !

K.L. Savage has done it again! If you have not read any of the Ruthless Kings book you are missing out! Savage takes the term "Brotherhood" and "Loyalty" to a whole new level! I love that Savage always has stories within the story. AND the secondary are awesome also! I have three words for you, Arrow and Juice Box! Definitely a must read!

He has the love of Scarlett, the support of his club and the backing of Reaper. Boomer grows with his club and within himself to be the best Prez that the Atlantic City chapter deserves.

This was a wonderful, reintroduction to Boomer. He has grown and matured and come into his own. We have seen small snippets throughout the Ruthless Kings books but this was a phenomenal jump back to him and Scarlett and the KIngs of AC.
The beautiful spirit and tragic mind of Boomer is still something he is struggling with throughout his story and I have missed seeing his strength and love. This was more than i could have hoped for.
We get to see Boomer and Scarlett and meet his MC members and watch the growth of that MC with the leadership, loyalty and love to become the Atlantic City chapter of the Ruthless KIngs.
As a spin off series, this could be a stand alone, however I would recommend at the very least reading his story, book 2, in the Ruthless Kings Vegas series. This story takes starts at the end of his book so the background is important for character development and history.

Boomer is back as the President of his own chapter and it was really awesome getting introduced to his start and his guys! You see new sides to Boomer and see how much he has grown as a character! I laughed so hard, couldn’t put it down and cried. K.L. always takes us on amazing journeys and Boomer’s rise, this ride was definitely INCREDIBLE!

Boomer is all grown up and President with his Sugar at his side and some cherry bombs he's remaking the Atlantic City chapter into what the Kings should have been. I can't wait to see what the Kings of Atlantic City are like. We get a good glimpse into what the dynamics of the club will be like and so many of the members are already so entertaining I can not wait to hear more about them. As with all Ruthless Underworld books you will be taken on an emotional rollercoaster that will result in laughter and tears.

I loved loved this book it was amazing. It was steamy it was sad and it was hilarious. I loved how a grown man drinks juice boxes instead of alcohol. I loved how a grown man loves his ol lady so much that he does girl time with her because there is no other women in the club house. Any man that would do this would be amazing in my book. K.L. Savage has done it again she will leaving you on the edge of your seat reading dying to find out what happens next. An amazing book and a very amazing author

This was an awesome story, this is the first book for this Ruthless Kings MC Atlantic City. There was some funny scenes that had me cracking up and then there were some sad that had me bawling and don't get me started on the sex scenes! So it covered the emotions. You have to read this story it is just that good, I can't wait for the next book to come out. I received an arc of this story and I am leaving my honest review.

Boomer is fighting daily battles with his own head. He left Las Vegas to find his place in the world and when he landed in Atlantic City and found that the Ruthless Kings MC Atlantic City chapter was a black stain on the Ruthless Kings MC’s he did something about it. He cleaned up the trash and is now trying to fix what was broken in Atlantic City. Their numbers are climbing, and the club is growing, but there is still a lot of work to do. They still have to get the city to see them as an asset instead of the trouble that was lurking before. They started out with a mismatch of guys that were the outcasts from the original Atlantic City Ruthless Kings MC with Boomer rescuing them along with the women that were found in the basement. Now they’re a club that is trying to show the city that they are a better club than the old one and they are there to help and protect the city, in any way they can.
I so love the Ruthless Kings MC books, and the addition of the Atlantic City chapter makes it so that there are more stories to come. The connection between Boomer and Scarlet is strong, beautiful and healing for both of them. Boomer has a lot of baggage, but Scarlet sees the man beneath the baggage and makes him a better man. The men of the of the Ruthless Kings MC are dangerous, loyal and entertaining. While there is a seriousness to them, there is still the family connection these men have and their ability to drive Boomer crazy just like the men of the Las Vegas chapter does to Reaper. The Atlantic City chapter has a battle ahead of them to show the city that they are they to help, but when a snowstorm hits Atlantic City their chance arises to show the city they can help by opening their doors to anyone that needs a safe, warm place to go during the storm.
This book was a fun read, but it was also a tragic read. The characters are finding their own strengths and coming into their own. Boomer is showing the club that he may have issues, but he can be a strong leader and is a good man. All of the guys look to Boomer for help, strength and guidance and are showing him that he is needed and worthy. I love this story and the battles that are fought in this story are tragic, but they show such a strength amongst the club that I can’t help but fall in love with the characters.
