Isabella’s Submission (Fate Harbor Book 3) Kindle Edition
Their Story
Isabella has a purity that Leif and Caleb are immediately drawn too. Combined with her obvious submissive nature, they are sure they have finally found the woman they’ve been looking for. But when Isabella disappears, will these two former special forces operatives be able to find her, let alone save her? And if they do, can they convince a woman who has led a secluded life that she is really meant to have a loving, permanent relationship with the two of them?
Isabella
A dedicated teacher of homeless and migrant children, Isabella receives a midnight call that has her rushing across the state of Washington to save a family of kidnapped migrant farm workers. But what she finds is worse than anything she could have imagined.
Caleb
As a retired leader of special forces teams, Caleb Samuels is used to making snap decisions. When he first meets Isabella, he knew he had finally found the woman that he and his best friend had been looking for, to create a permanent triad relationship. Now he just needs to ensure his partner doesn’t screw it up.
Leif
Leif passed up a career that would have eventually led to the Pentagon because he wanted a relationship like his mother and two dads have. Even more, his dominant nature demands he find a woman who will allow him to be in control. Finding Isabella was a dream come true, but would this head-strong, feisty woman admit to having a submissive soul?
After all, in Fate Harbor, Love Comes in Threes.
This is a small town, triad (MFM), stand-alone novel.
This is the second edition. The original book was published in 2014. Now, in May 2023, it is being published with new edits and new material.

About the author

Caitlyn O’Leary is a USA Bestselling Author, #1 Amazon Bestselling Author and a Golden Quill Finalist from Book Viral in 2015. Hampered with a mild form of dyslexia she began memorizing books at an early age until her grandmother, the English teacher, took the time to teach her to read -- then she never stopped. She began re-writing alternate endings for her Trixie Belden books into happily-ever-afters with Trixie's platonic friend Jim. When she was home with pneumonia at twelve, she read the entire set of World Book Encyclopedias -- a little more challenging to end those happily.
Caitlyn loves writing about Alpha males with strong heroines who keep the men on their toes. There is plenty of action, suspense and humor in her books. She is never shy about tackling some of today’s tough and relevant issues.
In addition to being an award-winning author of romantic suspense novels, she is a devoted aunt, an avid reader, a former corporate executive for a fortune 100 company, and totally in love with her husband of soon-to-be twenty years.
She recently moved back home to the Pacific Northwest from Southern California. She is so happy to see the seasons again; rain, rain and more rain. She has a large fan group on Facebook and through her e-mail list. Caitlyn is known for telling her “Caitlyn Factors”, where she relates her little and big life’s screw-ups. The list is long. She loves hearing and connecting with her fans on a daily basis.

- Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2023Isabella's Submission by Caitlyn O'Leary is a nail-biter. This book is a M/F/M romance and may not be for everyone. Isabella is a teacher who goes one step farther than teaching and lands in trouble. Caleb and Lief are best friends and don't hesitate to step in to protect their woman. This is book 3 of the Fate Harbor Series but can be read as a standalone. This is a complete book, not a cliffhanger.
I read a print copy of this book. All thoughts and opinions are my own.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 12, 2023I always enjoy reading MFM romances because of the deep and abiding care that the men have for their female partner. When reading them, the two things I always look for are character development and balance in the relationship.
I actually felt like the character development was overdone, making the book much longer than it needed to be. This was evident with the FMC, Isabella. She has a tragedy in her past that makes her unable to trust that others won't eventually leave her. In real life, those instances of rehashing feelings may be accurate, but in a novel it causes it to drag, and in the end, it made Isabella very child-like and unlikeable. Having said that, I did feel that her heroes, Leif and Caleb, were well developed in their desire to care for Isabella both physically and emotionally. They certainly were frustrated at times with her, but they were always able to tamp down on that frustration to whittle away piece by tiny piece at Isabella's concerns. The two men were diverse enough to keep them apart as two separate entities, never allowing the reader be confused as to who was who, and the development was consistent without the author accidentally head-hopping from one to the other and reassigning attributes.
As for balance, I did feel that despite Leif being the Dominant man in the relationship, it was really Caleb who pulled all the strings to make the relationship work. He seemed much more in tune to how others were feeling and how to defuse situations. The two men held equal time in the book, but Caleb did slightly edge out his partner in the area of balancing the triad.
The writing was smooth, and I loved the storyline. I just wish it had been shorter, with less having to build up Isabella so many times.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 20, 2023Isabella’s Submission is the third book in the Fate Harbor series featuring another MFM triad between Leif, Isabella, and Caleb. Isabella is a dedicated teacher determined to save several migrant children from a nightmare situation. She gets injured trying to execute her solo rescue mission, but luckily, Leif and Caleb are on her trail and find her in time. She is surprised and overwhelmed by their interest in her, as she has far less experience in relationships. Can three people from such diverse backgrounds and upbringings come together to form a lasting bond? Or will the danger they are trying to save people from shatter their future before they get a chance?
I was so excited to return to Fated Harbor, and this book did not disappoint! The characters were compelling, showing authentic emotions and witty banter at times. I loved how Caleb and Leif can read each other and balance each other out. Their long-term friendship really shines through, and helps them reach Isabella, when she’s struggling through things. She was a bit harder to connect with at times, the way she would push them away without communicating, but at least she had a good reason. The suspense plot was intriguing, with great action scenes. And, of course, the triad, had super hot chemistry!! One of the best parts of the series is the interaction of all the townspeople. I can’t wait to read Kara’s story next!!
I received an advanced review copy for free, and am leaving this review voluntarily.
- Reviewed in the United States on August 1, 2023I have read all three books in the Fate Harbor series and have enjoyed them all. Bit thus one was a little more disjointed.
Kara and Quinn were both particularly difficult to like at times in the story. Ben was a sweet guy through and through and I loved that he understood both his brother and his lover.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2023This is the third book in this series, and this is Isabella, Caleb, and Leif’s story. Isabella is a teacher for the homeless and migrant children, and from the moment that retired special forces Caleb sees her, he knows she is the one for him and his best friend. Leif has always yearned for the relationship which his mom and two dads’ have. When Caleb and Leif discover that Isabella is in grave danger, they will do whatever they must to keep her safe and protected. This is a well written action packed, emotional roller coaster journey, with humor, witty banter, danger, suspense, intrigue, romance, and love, which leads to a steamy and entertaining page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.
- Reviewed in the United States on July 4, 2023Once again Caitlyn has surpassed the original edition of this book in her newly revised edition! I usually can’t reread books as I will lose interest in the story. Not with this book or this series! I found myself unable to put this book down. Isabella, Caleb and Leif’s story continually drew me in and fascinated me. I loved it! I strongly recommend this book!
- Reviewed in the United States on May 20, 2023This series just never disappoints. Isabella, Caleb and Leif's story is another heartstring tugger, that makes your pulse race as it steals your breath. I loved the complexity of the emotions in play as well as the thrilling excitement and sultry heat. I am posting an elective, candid review.
