Killer Vibes by Ash Marah is the First book in the AZ Demons Series. This is the story of Shaylinn and Baishan. Shaylinn is having to return home after being away doing dangerous jobs that involved killing people. Baishan is a deadly biker who is very much taken with Shaylinn. This was an exciting read and I can't wait to read more from this series!

Shaylinn was walking away. She was beginning to question whether she really worked for the CIA since all her assignments were on US soil. The man she was waiting for had just arrived, but he must have known his number was up because he used his unwilling passenger as a shield. Not that it would matter. She was the best and she only needed that one gap for her bullet to find its mark.
She packed up her rifle and changed into street clothes to merge with the foot traffic and disappeared in the crowd. As soon as she was away she called her handler and to tell her father that she was giving her formal resignation.
Yes, her father. Her mother had left when she was a toddler and her father had dumped her with his brother which was the best thing he could have done. King and Mary were who she considered her parents and their four sons, even though in reality were her cousins, were her brothers. She would burn down the world for them.
Then her father Duke kidnapped her when she was sixteen and put her through training worse than the SEALS making her one of the top mercenaries in the world. Now she was done... it was time to go home and protect the ones that mattered the most.
Baishan worked security at the AZ Saloon and he needed a beer and to spend time with his brothers at the AZ Demons' clubhouse. The Walkers owned the majority of the businesses in Hillvale. King Walker and one of his army buddies opened the MC club as soon as they got out of service and settled down to start their families.
He had stepped in to help one of the brothers in school who was being bullied and the Walkers had welcomed him with open arms. He was now the Sergent of Arms at the club and had found his family with his club brothers. As soon as his abusive father had died he had left the reservation to live with his 3 aunts and never looked back.
He was sitting at the bar when he noticed a commotion. Shaylinn Walker had just walked in the door. When their eyes connected he decided it was time to leave. He owed the Walkers too much and lusting after the princess of the family was asking for trouble.
This book is well written and the characters are fully developed. It took me a bit to relate to Shaylinn. It wasn't so much that she is a take-no-holds mercenary as much as some reality adjacent items. She is a 25-year-old assassin with over 100 kills but also has a law degree... when did she have time?
But the thing that really had me scratching my head was when she was wearing nothing but her undies and stockings and started unloading her weapons - a gun and six knives were tucked inside the top of her stockings. That was a bit much, but I got over the reality problems and really liked the family relationship. You know that they have each other's back.
Shay is aggressive and confrontational and not afraid to throw some punches. I was rather surprised that Baishan let her have 100% total control in the bedroom. This alpha male was totally submissive where Shay was involved.
If you like dark twisted MC romances you will enjoy this book. It is action-packed from start to finish. Looking forward to the next book.

Retired (well semi-retired) one of the top assassins has returned home. The Walkers are not only Pres and VP of the MC they are a well-known family to contend with. Shay is the most dangerous of them all. She's never had a relationship and been too busy. Still, the one man she's been drawn to is still here and a patched member of the club. Will he soon be attracted to Shay?
He can't take his eyes off her. Which is why he leaves immediately when he sees her. He's afraid (her father the Pres) or one of her five brothers will try to take him out—not that she couldn't. She gives up waiting and makes a move which is all it takes. Their romance is fun, steamy, and unforgettable.
The book doesn't have a lot of club activity other than the family which is a huge part of the club, however, the family is strong and hilarious. Their antics will keep you laughing when you aren't shocked by their power and actions.
Ms. Marah a new author she says in the afterword, I see a big future and look forward to more—many more books hoping this is the start of a series.

This is the first in a new series, as well as a debut from this author, and she is certainly a name to look out for in the future.

Shay had Baishan are drawn to each other, but he could lose everything dear to him if he pursues her, but she is a force to be reckoned with.
This is a well written story which has family, friendships, secrets, chaos, danger, suspense, intrigue, hilarious antics, challenges, romance, action, humor, witty banter, and love, which leads to an entertaining, fun, and steamy addictive page turner.
I look forward to reading more from this talented author whose work I highly recommend.

Shaylinn and Baishan are two very dangerous people. However, when it comes to romance, they are both a bit awkward. With all the fighting going it this did make it a little lighter in the beginning.
Shay is a little unhinged. She is a trained assassin. Her specialty is knives and she is an expert sniper. She will fight to the death for her family and has killed to protect.
Baisan had it rough growing up. He doesn’t like to be touched and is quietly intense. He is loyal and will die for those that matter to him.
As a debut it was done well. It has an entertaining story line with good characters. The brothers are a handful. There was a lot of action, suspense, humor and romance.

This is a very new author, recommended to me by another I regularly read. I dont regret giving this story a try.
Shay is who I wanna grow up to be. In her short life shes been put through the wringer by her bio dad, not gonna even try to say shes had an easy life.... it wouldnt be true. But due to her bio dad, shes got gun, rifle, and knife experience, which is perfect for her career. But now she wants a life with her family and she meets her soulmate.
I love the cheeky family banter. Would have liked a few more of Bai's scenes...

This is this author debut book, and she knocked it out of the park!! What a way to start off the series. The characters were well developed, and the storyline was entertaining, suspenseful, intriguing, and exciting. Shaylinn is returning home after being away doing dangerous jobs that involved killing people. Baishan is a biker and deadly in his own right. He is very much taken with Shaylinn. The only thing is he hast to contend with her overprotective father, who is his Prez, and her 5 brothers. Will they destroy Baishan for having interest in their family member?

Together they battle the Irish and with Shay’s connections and ability they come out the victors. What a read. From the moment that I started reading, I was hooked and could not put this book down. The pace is perfect for the flow of this story makking for a read that is easy to follow and read. The characters are so real that you feel as though you know them and no matter what happens you will love them. This book needs to be read, no doubt about it.

I was actually surprised this story grabbed my attention and kept it. The dark MC romances usually aren't my genre but the blurb was good enough to try it. I enjoyed this story a strong female lead and a man that understands she needs control at times. It was a great beginning and I am excited for more.
