Cowboy is book four in The Black Ops MMA Series by D.M. Davis. This series just keeps getting better, there are some trigger warnings that shouldn't be ignored for sensitive readers. But the book has a wonderful second chance romance and great really world issues that the characters deal with head on. The also have each other the group of misfits, of found family and loyal friends. If you haven't started yet grab book one today, No Mercy. If your all caught up what are you waiting for this book is so good. I have voluntarily left this review.

    Another great book in the black ops MMA series. I love this series! I will say although each book is a standalone, there are crossovers in story and characters. It's best enjoyed if read in order, so start with No Mercy. I love the big bad alpha males that simply melt for their women and take such good care of them. This is well worth the time it takes to read it. Enjoy!

But it is also filled with hope, love, passion and family… lots of family. I’ve loved this series from beginning to end… but thankfully this isn’t the end of the series. You’ll want to read from the beginning to get the most out of it and all the characters. Looking forward to Jess’ story next. This is one of those series I’ll read again and again…

    This is Landry and Taylor’s story. They have history going back to when they were teens. However, only they know about it, and carry it like heavy baggage. It’s heartbreaking and beautiful at the same time. However, the wonderful and supportive family they’ve got helps them get through anything, and that is amazing and beautiful.     I struggled to get into this one. I have read all the previous books in this series and I was so confused in the first few chapters. I felt lost. It also didn't help that there were no chapter headings so I had no clue whose POV we were getting each chapter. But I eventually recalled everything and was able to get lost in the story - was able to eventually connect and fall in love with the characters. Cowboy and Taylor did not have an easy road but I guess none of these Black Ops characters did.
