Bad Boy Billionaire: A Hero Club Novel Kindle Edition

Dear Ida,

Never in a million years did I think I’d turn to an advice column for help, but I’m stuck. Moving to New York is my dream come true, but the big city is a tough place to navigate for a small-town, southern girl like me. Luckily, fate sent me my very own knight in shining armor.

Only Whitaker Aldrich didn’t ride in on his white steed to save me. He picked me up on his Harley Davidson, wearing a leather jacket and sporting a cocky smirk that doesn’t bode well for my man free diet. He screams one-night stand.

But there’s so much more to him than that bad boy billionaire persona. He's thoughtful and kind and his six-year-old son is his entire world.

That twinkle in his brilliant green eyes makes me weak in the knees and I’m terrified that I won’t be able to protect my already bruised heart. I should probably say no when he asks me to be his nanny, right?

Yeah, getting involved with Whit would be a huge mistake.

I should definitely say no. Maybe... Possibly?

Help!

 Yours truly,

The Billionaire's Babysitter

This book was just what my heart needed!

This book was just what my heart needed!
I always know I’m in for a good time when I have an Amie Knight book in my hands! Small town southern girl moves to the big city and meets a rich sexy man who sweeps her off her feet sounds very cliché, but trust me when I say that is not the case with this one...nothing cliché here! Grace is new to New York, having left North Carolina to follow her dream of being a romance author. Feeling like a fish out of water for the most part, she tries to get her bearings in a city that doesn’t feel anything like home. The one common denominator is her constant run ins with Whitaker. In such a large city, it seems odd that they keep seeing each other...maybe fate is involved! Whit is sexy as hell and not what she expected, especially when she meets his six year old son. Between her man ban, their ‘friendship’ turned employer/employee relationship and their age difference, it was a good thing fate was on their side! I laughed, I swooned and I was highly entertained...this was such a fun read!

This is such a sweet romance. I love their love together and with Andy. It's so sweet. Amy Knight did an amazing job writing a book that kept me wanting to continue to read right until the very end. I laughed, I cried....I had all the emotions.

Grace goes to the big city to follow her dreams of being a romance writer but she ends up jobless sharing a small apartment with 2 strangers qnd has a very tiny room.
Then fate happens she bumps into the hot sexy Whit not once, twice but 3 times. There's a connection bit she's on a man ban and fears being hurt. Then she goes to her cousins house for dinner and surprise guess who shows up to dinner? He offers her a job she can't refuse and from there they only get closer.

    I really enjoyed this book.
    Spoiler:
I would've liked a longer epilogue. Maybe a baby. I didn't like the way Whit gave Andy's mom the option to come back once she was clean. I think at some point that should be the kids decision.

Loved the relaxed style this book is written in. There is no over written drama. Just a cute love story that makes you laugh and cry. An enjoyable read and I'll be looking for more from this author.

I'm sad to admit that I am a Cocky Hero Club virgin...I have not read any of the books in that universe and I have not read the Cocky Bastard series by Keeland and Ward. I know right? This is a mistake I will shortly be rectifying, don't worry. I wanted to review Bad Boy Billionaire by Amie Knight mainly because the blurb sounded interesting - but now I really want to be a card carrying member of the club. Bad Boy Billionaire was a really fun book and I think I'm hooked on this world.

In BBB, we meet Grace, a sweet girl from North Carolina who has been in New York for about a month. She wants to be a romance writer, but let's face it, she also needs to pay the bills - so she is actively looking for a job. With no luck finding something, she is on the verge of having to move back home when - as luck would have it - her cousin's friend's friend needs a nanny. What's really interesting is that Grace has already met her prospective boss - three times. He thinks it's fate that has continuously brought them together. Grace is a bit more suspicious at first. But there is no denying that one of those occasions where they were brought together was the best night of her life. And now he is offering her a place to live, a cushy job with flexible hours - it's all too good to be true, right?

All Whit knows is that fate has brought him and Grace together several times - the signs are all there, and he needs to pursue whatever this is. And by offering her a job and a place to stay, he is making sure that she stays in New York a bit longer so that they can explore this thing between them. That doesn't make him a crazy stalker though, does it?

I loved some of the early scenes with Grace and Whit, some of which were laughably cringe worthy and embarrassing. And I loved how Whit came off as a bad boy, but when you read it from his perspective, he really thought he had no "chill". I loved that it really did seem as though the universe wanted them to be together. How else can you really explain them constantly running into each other in a city the size of New York? I thought their journey had a lot of heart, humour, and the chemistry between them was perfect. This was a really fun read, with sweet moments, and I'm so glad that fate had a hand in me picking up this book.

This story lured me in hook line and sinker. Whit Aldrich is a gorgeous man and he knows it. At first glance you judge him to be a player and a "one night stand" kind of man. Grace is a small town girl who wanted to have a fresh start. New York was the place to be to make her mark as an author.

When Whit and Grace's worlds collide, 3 times, you begin to believe it was fate. Whit rescued her and she became his nanny. She did not count on falling for Whit and his adorable son Andy. Her first impression of Whit was quickly shot down in flames when she saw him with his son. Grace was finding it more and more difficult not to care for Whit and Andy. This is a wonderful story and the dynamics between Grace, Whit and Andy was captivating. My first read by Amie Knight and I definitely will be checking out what else she has to offer.

If Whit Aldrich is a bąd boy then sign me up, because he's the sweetest, kindest, most amazing hero with a heart of gold and I couldn’t get enough! He may be rich and handsome but his mama's southern roots keep him humble and down to earth, cocķy smirk notwithstanding.

Grace Abernathy has left the safety and security of her Carolina home to give life in the bıg city a try. She may be on a man ban, but how many times does she have to run into the handsome guy on the Harley before she gets a clue? In a city like Manhattan, the odds of it happening are nil, but between fate, her friends, and the fact that she needs a job and Whit needs a nanny, she really has little choice but to become a part of Whit's world.

Holy skyscraper, I adore these two so much!! Grace has a way of making everyone fall in love with her and her relationships with Whit's mother and son, Andrew, were some of the best parts of the story. If you love a romcom that's clever and funny with lots of delıcious chemıstry and tons of heart, run to the 1-Click right now and start reading this phenomenal, funny, touching story.

An amazing addition to the cocky hero club. The perfect male lead, and a series of fated meetings. My first read from this author and I won't hesitate to read more. The novel was perfectly paced with relatable leads, a cute 6 year old and southern charm.

This was the perfect novel that will leave you swooning and grinning.

Whit is a swoon worthy single dad and Grace a sweet southern girl that just arrived in New York to make her fortune.

I love single dads like Whit who are so into their children. His mother helps him out sometimes but he otherwise does it on his own bringing Andrew with him to work or on business trips, because he’s the boss.

Grace goes to work for Whit when he’s already half in love with her. She makes the home and family he wants for himself and his son. The result is sweet and slow burn of a romance that you will enjoy if you are looking for something without a lot of angst.
