The Fellowship saga continues with Kieran and Westlyn's story in this standalone spinoff of The Sin Trilogy.
Captor becomes lover…
I’m a marksman. Mobster. Deadly assassin. My job is to protect my brotherhood, but that isn’t my only responsibility.
I’m Kieran Hendry, the up-and-coming leader of The Order, and a new duty calls. I must take a wife.
A wife I don’t know. A wife born into a position at the top of The Fellowship hierarchy. A wife who will forge a strong alliance between her brotherhood and mine. A wife I don’t want.
I knew next to nothing about Westlyn Breckenridge when I abducted her, but I quickly discover that she’s intelligent, strong, defiant, selfless. And beautiful.
One night with her is all it takes for me to see that she is no typical Mafia princess. I’m hopeful this arranged marriage won’t be the miserable union I imagined it to be. But convincing my intended to give us a chance won’t be easy when she sees me as the enemy. The brute who kidnapped her. The vile fiend who threatened to do as he wished with her body.
It’s true. I am all those things. I had cruel intentions. But everything has changed. My affection for her is unexpected. My love, unintended.
***Unintended can be read as a standalone novel although it is a novel accompanying The Sin Trilogy. It is best enjoyed after reading The Sin Trilogy and Endurance: A Sin Series Standalone novel.
I'm definitely the minority here and that's ok right? But Im pissed how the hero threatened to rape the heroine when he first met her. Yes he did change his tune when he finds out she's "untouched" but I still remembered when I finished it. Also he was obsessed with getting her breed but not because he wanted to but because it was his duty provide a son. I don't find it romantic being threatened with rape, No, you would find me plotting his death, a horrible and bloody death. #sorrynotsorry. He was an ok hero after his threatening but who wants a man who threatens to rape you and thinks of you being a whore if you are not a virgin? Are we living in the 1800s that we need to be virgins?

Unintended is a standalone and is part of The Sin Trilogy series.
A Necessary Sin #1 - The Next Sin #2 - One Last Sin #3 – Sinclair (Lawyer) and Bleu
Endurance #4 – Jamie (Doctor) and Ellison
Unintended #5 – Kieran (Assassin) and Westlyn
Gah, as much as I love the previous books, there’s a special place in my heart for Kieran and Wes. I love them so much! So Unintended is going back to its roots. It’s about duty and following orders. I love the writing flow of Unintended, because its lighter (not that the book is light) and it’s a little over the top (not that I have anything wrong with that) and it’s filled with romance (borderline cheesy, but I LOVE THAT STUFF).
I Love this series and I never want it to end. Yes, bring lots of people into this world and tell me all of their stories PLEASE! Never stop writing about all the wonderful people.
Kieran must choose a bride, it’s his duty and he has three girls to pick from, but he only wants Westlyn. The thing is, Westlyn doesn’t know this. So, he kidnaps her. Don’t you love the storyline? I was gobbling this up like MAD. I had a smile on my face from the first sentence to the last.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Kieran and I love Westlyn.
Westlyn is your total damsel and she’s in a prickly situation. I enjoyed reading Westlyn because she’s so different from the other girls. She’s compliant and malleable. She isn’t naive, but very innocent. She’s scared and I love her reaction to Kieran.
Kieran understands what he must do and he relishes it and why wouldn’t he? Westlyn is the girl of his dreams and more. Kieran is the over-the-top alpha male brute I love reading in romance novels. I also love that he is the Assassin, he kills but with remorse.
The relationship between Kieran and Westlyn is explosive and tension filled. I love the banter between the two and it adds just enough interest where I couldn’t stop reading.
I also love the side characters, it should be noted this story takes place at the same time as the previous book (Endurance). I can’t wait to read Lorana’s book, although I really can’t wait for Shaw’s book and there better be Shaw’s book or I’ll be at Georgia Cate’s doorstep begging for it.
Overall, I didn’t know what to expect from Unintended, but it was a happy surprise. I’m always surprised with Georgia Cate’s writing and I want the next book ASAP!
Westlyn Breckenridge is a gorgeous 23 yr. old woman who grew up in Edinburgh as part of The Fellowship. It’s the only life she known as the youngest daughter of a prominent family. When she’s suddenly abducted she’s terrified for her life. Then she meets the man who kidnapped her, & becomes defiant and angry.
Kieran Hendry is a 28 yr. old man who is the eldest of four sons. He was born into a position of power & is the future leader of The Order. It’s his duty to ensure the prosperity of his brotherhood & form an alliance with their rival, The Fellowship. After years of bloodshed they want peace. They propose two marriage treaties to bring together The Fellowship & The Order. He doesn’t want a wife, but is committed to fulfilling his obligation.
When Kieran lays eyes on the woman who will be his mate, suddenly his burden isn’t so heavy. She’s breathtaking, & he’s instantly attracted to her and her smart mouth. They make an agreement, but after getting to know her better he decides he wants a real marriage. He made a bad first impression & now wants a chance to show her a better side of himself.
Westlyn feels such intense sexual chemistry with Kieran. He’s intoxicating, & she’s never felt so wanted or desired. She should hate him, but she’s desperate for him. He’s a strong alpha male who takes what he wants, & he’s decided she’s going to be his wife. He wants her to be his future & has quickly become obsessed with her. He’s showing her respect & working hard to earn her affection, but can he win her heart?
-“I’d take you any way you’d give yourself to me.”
-“You’re going to love all the things I make your body feel.”
-I crave Kieran. I want everything he plans to do to me.
-This kiss... I could live a million years and never forget it or the way I feel right now.
-He has a way of touching me that makes me forget every logical thought in my head. It doesn’t make sense to me how I can despise him and at the same time respond so strongly to his touch
-I freely choose to be yours...
I loved this book so much! I’ve read the entire Sin Series, & this was my favorite. It was so damn hot, & I loved how crazy Kieran was for her. He was completely captivated & enchanted with Westlyn from the moment they met. She brought out a vulnerable, tender side of this sexy, tough guy. The captive falls in love with her captor as this arranged marriage becomes very beautiful and real.
Oh, Wow, talk about an intended mate becoming full on unintended FOREVER LOVE!!!
Well, like everyone who’s read and loved this series and specially after Endurance, I’ve been dying to know all about what happened in those days after Westlyn and Ellison’s abduction and the agreement of marriage between The Order and The Fellowship. Unintended can be read as a standalone, but to fully enjoy and understand all this Mafia universe – and because the rest of the series are MUST READS – I advise reading all the previous books, where we got to meet not only Kieran and Westlyn, but the rest of gang.
Kieran and Westlyn have been raised in the ways of the brotherhoods since they were born, and knew of their fates weren’t really their own, and obligations they would have to fulfill, but that is very different from having to face that reality instantly, and having to accept that in a matter of days they will have to marry someone they don’t even know for the peace of their brotherhoods. Two marriages between their leaders families to seal a peace treaty between two enemy brotherhoods.
Wouldn’t it be a wonderful thing to tell our children one day that the brotherhood they’ve grown up in and their mother’s brotherhood were once at war, but our marriage and their existence brought peace to the two of them?”
Kidnapping his future intended may seem like a OTT measure by Kieran, but for the man that will be the future leader of The Order, nothing is too much if it insures his objectives are fulfilled and he gets what he wants. To claim his mate.
This woman has the power to affect me. Affect my actions. My emotions. It’s a weakness I can’t afford.
Oh, yes, Kieran never expected to be so affected by his intended, and I loved how sucker punched he was by his reactions to Westlyn, given his cocky and asshole attitude, specially in the regards of required female purity *insert eye roll* – yeah, yeah, I know it’s a brotherhood/culture thing, but damn, I hate one sided expectations! If the leaders want pure brides they should keep it in their pants too, argh… – made me slap him silly a bunch of times, lol. Ok, rant over, because like I said, it’s a culture thing, and the women, given how they were brought up, are fully aware and understand. And, boy did the man make up for his initial asshole attitude! I did love how Westlyn reacted to him instantly, but never lost her focus of the situation, that she was a captive to The Order, her brotherhood enemies, and that though she was incredibly attracted to Kieran, she remained strong, and true to herself.
No man has ever spoken to me the way Kieran does. Telling me that I’m beautiful and that he wants me and that I’m going to be his. Feeling desired and wanted… it’s intoxicating, even if it is coming from this brute.
She may have been melting on the inside, and her body begging for all that Kieran was offering, but she knew all that was at stake, and made the man work for it! The sexual tension was off the charts and Kieran was beyond HOT and swoony in every way after their initial confrontation. It was full on ‘seduce Westlyn’ game on!
“Even if I say yes to your marriage proposal, I won’t belong to you. I am my own person.” She’s delusional if she believes that misconception. “That’s where you’re wrong, Westlyn. When you take my last name and my cock, you will become mine… my property. But that also means you’ll become my treasure to protect. I will place myself between you and whatever danger presents itself. No harm will ever come to you or our children. That’s my vow to you.”
See what I mean? WOW!!! From that point on he really was the PERFECT book boyfriend, and made me swoon and sigh often and constantly. Him revealing his true self, his hidden pain and fragility, to her was just the perfect culmination of their courtship. They were indeed the perfect match.
“I don’t know how it’s done in The Fellowship, but we are faithful to our partners. When I claim you, you also claim me. Just as you owe me your faithfulness and loyalty and devotion, I owe you the same.
Yep, I’m adoring this Syndicate men! You know how much I worship loyalty and faithfulness in my characters, so you can imagine why this Sin series is one of my favorites, because, so far all the characters have been incredibly loyal to their mates, and Kieran and Westlyn are once again fantastic on that matter. From the start they don’t settle, they show and demand that loyalty and discover that have the same view on their marriage. They want a real marriage, they are each others, and only each others!
Westlyn Breckenridge is mine. I will go to fucking war with The Order, The Fellowship, or whoever for her if I must.
Kieran stole me… and I liked it. He told me I was beautiful… and I liked it. He took my virginity… and I liked it. A lot. He calls me wife… and I love it. Captor becomes intended becomes lover becomes husband.
OMG! They were fantastic! I completely feel in love with these two, and their love story. And Kieran surprised me in the most wonderful ways in how he treated Westlyn. Like she really was his whole world, not only the woman he was obligated to marry, but his life. His salvation.
This woman. She’s the light to my dark. The angel to my devil. The quiet to my storm. The key to my prison.
“You’re the angel who possesses the power to ease my hell.”
Georgia Cates managed to capture all the blossoming of Kieran and Westlyn’s love story, in the most beautiful, organic and realistic of ways, and still maintain all this incredibly and well constructed Mafia universe, that makes us live all this intense emotions right along with all these characters.
“Love is like a rose. It blooms at the perfect time when it’s at its most beautiful, but only after being nurtured. That’s what our relationship needs: to be nurtured so it can bloom when it’s at its most beautiful.”
“Please, Westlyn. I can’t recall in twenty-eight years ever hearing those words said to me. You’d be the first to say them.” We are so much alike, he and I. Both of us yearning to be loved.
Unintended really was so much more romantic and heartfelt than I could have imagined, and I couldn’t have loved Kieran and Westlyn more than I did. It was fantastic to live and go through all these feelings with them. Georgia Cates couldn’t have created a more perfect story for this Mafia arranged marriage, we got all the emotions of the love story plus an enrapturing side plot that is giving us so many potential main characters and interesting plots for the series future. This series keeps getting richer and more and more enticing, and after some considerations pointed out by Kieran himself here, I now hope – PRAY – that Lorna will get her own HEA with another that not Leith, and if that teaser is any indication, I’m hoping she does indeed get her own fresh start and a brand new H, that is the perfect man for her! Fingers crossed and counting down the days!!! <3 <3 <3 <3 <3
She is my other half. My better half. And that is why I will never let her go. I was her kidnapper. I may have taken her as my captive, but she’s the one who captured my heart.
When I stole this beautiful woman, all I had in my heart was anger and rage and malice. I had cruel intentions. But then everything changed. My affection for her was unexpected. My love, unintended.

I've been not so patiently waiting for Westlyn and Kieran's story, and it did not disappoint. It was hot. It was suspenseful. It was romantic. It was sweet. It had that hot and witty banter that Georgia Cates always seems to weave into her stories.
If you've read Endurance then you've read the outsiders POV of their story, and let's just say that not everything is as it seemed in that version. I really loved seeing things unfold from Westlyn and Kieran's POV's! Their romance starts unconventionally to contemporary romance standards, but turns out to be such a sweet and hot combo by the end. I really love their story, and all the ups and downs that are included.
In true Georgia Cates fashion she does a fantastic job showcasing this couple while still making all of the side characters interesting. We get another romance that was hinted at previously, and even more questions concerning a few new and old romances. There are a few I'd love to get the story on, and one is teased at the end of this book. Yay!
I truly love this series, and would read any couple that is written about from this world! If you like alpha males who are bossy, and contemporary romance with sassy heroines, and a brotherhood trope story line... then this is the story for you.
I had been patiently waiting on Westlyn's story and stalking Ms Cates FB page when BAM it was announced that her story was coming soon!!! Ms Cates you have outdone yourself and I could not get enough of Westlyn & Kieran's story.
They were both put in a position they were not happy about-an arranged marriage but one that would benefit both families. Kieran being the oldest went with it because of duty but Westlyn, well she didn't have a choice at first.
As these two begin to know each other, because that first meeting was anything but "wonderful" they realize that maybe, just maybe they will be able to love each other with time.
What Kieran didn't realize was that Westlyn was not a doorknob, being turned whenever he wanted. He showed him her feistiness and loyalty. He in turned realized how lucky he was to have her as his future wife. I loved how in sync they were with each other.
Kieran's love is shown not only in his actions but his words as well...he had me swooning big time! 5 Sexy Stars
I've been waiting for Westlyn and Kieran's story, and it did not disappoint. It was romantic and steamy and super passionate! These two were perfect together. I loved their banter, their sweet and sexy moments. Heroine was virginal and feisty and hero was uber possessive and alpha my favorite combination. Epilogue with their 2 kids plus pregnancy and birth of their third baby was so adorable I melted! I'm a big fan of this author! :)

Sexy, fast paced, and utterly addicting!!!!! Georgia Cates has me swooning and smiling like a fool with her newest installment to The Sins Series.Unintended was everything that you could have wanted and expected Georgia Cates to deliver.
You’re beautiful… and I’m incredibly attracted to you. I don’t think that’s a bad start for an arranged marriage.”
When you think of The Fellowship and The Order, brotherhood, honor, family, and loyalty are the center stone of their organization. Kieran Hendry is the next leader in The Order and in such he is expected to marry someone from The Fellowship in order to merge the two organization. And in such, it would make their syndicate a much stronger force.
So when Kieran kidnaps Ellison and Westlyn from the Fellowship, he must decide which of the two he wants as his bride. Right away, he knew he wanted Westlyn when she opened her mouth. She was feisty, independent, and fiery. And also she was pure, innocent, and gorgeous.
Kieran Hendry makes me feel like a woman. A desired woman . His words, the way he looks at me, his body language. Everything he does is a huge turn-on. Yet, I hate this man. Loathe him. But damn, he has a way of touching me that makes me forget every logical thought in my head. It doesn’t make sense to me how I can despise him and at the same time respond so strongly to his touch.”
As Kieran informs Westlyn that she will be his, he slowly shows her his intention that she will be the center of his world. As they spend more time together, Westlyn submits to him and gives him her heart. But what happens when outside forces tries to ruin the plans of their upcoming marriage? Can The Order and The Fellowship come together as a united front?
Unintended was one hot read that I could not put down. This book was sizzling, steamy, and sinfully sexy. So if you are looking for a mafia theme romance where the heroes are total alpha male and the heroines are feisty and no wallflower then this book is for you.
Unintended is a standalone in this series, and you can very much read it without any confusion. I have not read the first 3 books in this series, but I read Endurance where we first learned of Kieran and his intentions and let me tell you, I did not like him at all. So I was wondering how Georgia was going to pull this one off.
Well Georgia did not let me down at all; she made me fall in love with Kieran. She made me love Kieran and Westlyn, both individually and as a couple. In their worlds, things must be done a certain way; they must follow their families paths and continue onto with their heritages.
Kieran must a choose a bride as part of his duty and become future leader of The Order. But his family wants to form a treaty with The Fellowship; they want for Kieran to choose a woman from within The Fellowship to bind this treaty of peace and bring these two powers together for the greater good.
If you read Endurance, you know that Kieran kidnaps Westlyn and forces her into this marriage. And that is all we know, until now. And Georgia has given a new side of Kieran that I never saw coming. He may be The Order's hitman, but he also has a soft side, an enduring side. And this is the side that he needs to show to Westlyn.
Westlyn was stolen from her family and is now being forced to marry someone she met, they very man her took her without permission. Westlyn isn't some pushover; she refuses to become a weak submissive to Kieran. And if Kieran wants to show Westlyn that he's not the ruthless man who stole her away, he's got a lot of making up to do.
I love how Westlyn and Kieran's relationship pans out. Watching these two grow together, shows their strengths and what they bring to one another. They knew when to push and when to pull back. I fell in love with these two so much.
“Love is like a rose. It blooms at the perfect time when it’s at its most beautiful, but only after being nurtured. That’s what our relationship needs: to be nurtured so it can bloom when it’s at its most beautiful.”
I love that we got to see what happened when Kieran captured Westlyn. For those that didn't read Endurance, you won't miss anything; but for those of us who did, it's like a behind the scenes of what happened in Endurance. I was sucked into this story from beginning to end. There was a small part where we skipped a few months and I would loved to see what happened with Westlyn and Kieran then, but that's truly my only gripe about this book.
If you love a great love stoy with an amazing HEA, this is the book for you!!
Unintended is an incredibly fast and filthy spin off from the Sin trilogy. I love The Fellowship & The Order men, they are super, duper hot!! Kieran is no different. It did, in all honesty, take me a while to warm up to him but once I did mannnn did he make me swoon! He's dirty and sinful, strong and protective. His relationship with Westlyn is scorching hot!!
From start to finish Georgia pens an addictive, fast paced story that is intense and thrilling and sexy. I love this world of books and can't wait to read more!
This whole series is so good, even if I didn't like Endurance as well as the others. I loved Kieran and Westlyn's story. There was passion and possession and love and heat.
Kieran is the new leader of The Order, or he will be, and Westlyn is a member of The Fellowship. In order to establish some type of peace, Kieran and his father decide a wedding to a member of The Fellowship is the only way to stop the violence. Kieran has three different women to choose from. Despite that, all he wants is Westlyn.
This is their story as they fall for each other. It's a very sweet yet short story.
Quotes and Faves:
♥ "But that also means you’ll become my treasure to protect. I will place myself between you and whatever danger presents itself. No harm will ever come to you or our children. That’s my vow to you.”
♥ Kieran cradles my face and kisses my forehead, just as I’ve seen Sin do with Bleu a thousand times. It feels very affectionate. I like it.
♥ “I was already going to kill them, but something snapped in me when I heard that fucker threaten your life.” Kieran cradles the side of my face and caresses my cheek with his thumb. “I’ll never hesitate to kill for you.” In the normal world this is all sorts of wrong but this is fiction. LOL And a bit swoon worthy.
♥ “Mo chroí. That’s what you are to me. My heart. And I love you. I. Love. You. Don’t doubt that for a second.”
♥ “This is what happens to anyone who dares to harm Westlyn. I will never hesitate to kill for her… because she is my heart, and I love her.”
♥ When I stole this beautiful woman, all I had in my heart was anger and rage and malice. I had cruel intentions. But then everything changed. My affection for her was unexpected. My love, unintended.
This read was quick and decent, not great; which is disappointing because Wes and Keiran’s story was one I was interested in reading since Endurance. The sin trilogy has been slowly declining for me. The author does a great job of snatching my interesting, but something changes and the story doesn’t reach its full potential.
Both characters were interesting, but there didn’t seem to be any true connection there besides sex. I mean... what did they really love about each other? It was all superficial. The pacing in this book was off, it wasn’t meant to instant love- but really it’s what happened sorta of. All of sudden Wes loves him- but based on what? That no one from the Fellowship wanted her or she was craving male attention? Or because he was her first? There wasn’t any deep revelation that helped me draw the conclusion they were in love.
Even after the attack it was so predictable that he would express his love. Ugh! So disappointing... because I didn’t get connection from them. I got the feeling they both were in lust. Even the sex scenes were lacking for me.
Keiran is suppose to be this bad ass assassin- but nothing support that characterization besides the author stating it a time or two. It just came across like a ‘B’rated movie. You know... good content, but poor acting?!
There was good potential here, yet it miss the mark for me.
I loved the first 3 books of this series and the Beauty series was excellent. But Endurance and Unintended have not been well crafted IMO.
Having said that I will read Lorna and Leith’s book. And I’m damn sure interested in reading Shaw and Mitch’s. It would be great is the latter came first. Or close to Lorna’s. Since I find Mitch and Shaw to be more interesting after the consistent focus on them in this book.
This was the story I really wanted & waited for & I was not disappointed. We were teased mightily by what was going on behind the scenes with these 2 in the last book, but never told & this fills in all the blanks. Thank you!
I loved both leads. I love the family building of the Fellowship & Order. This book might not be for everyone, the equivalent of the Italian Mafia basically is the only way I can explain how these ruthless families interact and operate.
But, this was pretty romantic for a couple caught up in all of it. Watching them fall in love was spectacular. There’s a bit of Insta in it, but Westlyn our h is no pushover. She’s known the rules & her fate for a long time. Kieran on the other hand surprised me. I loved the way he loved her. It was swoon worthy for the situation.
This whole series has been pretty great but I’m all on board for this couple. They’re my new favorite couple. I guess Lorna and Leith are next....but I really want to read Shaw and Mitch’s story! I’m totally enamored by him, lol. Great supporting characters, well written, high steam. Recommend.
'Unintended' by Georgia Cates is the 5th book in "The Sin Trilogy". This is the story of Kieran Hendry and Westlyn Breckenridge. Westlyn is a young women who has grown up with privilege but also under The Fellowship gang. Kieran has grown up as the elder son in The Order gang. The Order and The Fellowship have been enemies. It is spoken that Kieran and Westlyn should marry to calm the two gangs and to bring order of sorts. Kieran and Westlyn try to strike their on deal between the two of them. But when they start to get to know each other feelings are starting to come forward. Really enjoyed this book!!! Can't wait to read more by this author. https://www.amazon.com/gp/profile/A2H... https://www.goodreads.com/user/show/1... https://twitter.com/soapsrus68 https://www.facebook.com/RomanceBookR...
I didn’t think Georgia Cates could introduce another couple in her Sin series that could compare to how much I adore Sin and Bleu, not only as a couple but as individuals as well…But, she sure comes close with the introduction of Kieran Hendry and Westlyn Breckenridge in her latest release, The Unintended, partly because of who Kieran and Westlyn become as the Marriage Treaty Alliance is put in place and partly because of the way they provide each other with exactly what they need despite how tenuous their relationship started.
The title of Kieran and Westlyn’s story speaks to all of the things that neither of them were prepared for nor ever wanted to contemplate how it would become their reality. Both of them have certain roles in their respective brotherhoods and while Westlyn has no desire to align herself with someone from The Fellowship, she is seen as a bargaining tool when it comes to a treaty between two lethal and powerful organizations. Kieran will one day be the leader of The Order, which means that his fate was pre-determined as soon as he was born, but while he understands it is his duty to follow the dictates of his brotherhood, he doesn’t find it the least bit appealing to be forced to marry a stranger, claiming her immediately as his spouse and the future mother of his children.
The way that things first transpire between Kieran and Westlyn does not offer the best first impressions, but as their relationship proceeds and a connection develops, what’s between them becomes about so much more than fulfilling an obligation…it becomes a lifeline for both of them - one that allows Westlyn to feel cherished and respected and one that gives Kieran a beautiful angel who lights up his rather dark and deadly existence.
The evolvement of Kieran and Westlyn’s relationship illustrates just how much these two strangers misjudged each other at the start. Both of them were playing a role that they felt would help them, but all it ended up doing was making an already difficult situation that much more stressful. After that initial interaction, though, both began to show one another their true selves…maybe even parts of themselves they didn't know nor had anyone else been shown.
It’s crazy to think about who her parents were/are because she is nothing like them; her selflessness as well as her kindness and strength are illustrated throughout the course of the story and the more that she feels comfortable being herself with Kieran, the more he sees just how blessed he is to be ‘forced’ to marry this beautiful and devoted woman.
Kieran Hendry is 100% alpha male and he makes no excuses for how he handles things and the actions that must be taken to show everyone the type of leader he will be. But he shows a different side of himself when he’s with Westlyn and it’s that Keiran that she could easily fall in love with if she ever managed to let down her guard and give into her inevitable claiming and union.
I love that Georgia Cates allows readers to catch up with past main characters. All of readers’ favorite Fellowship couples and characters make appearances in Westlyn and Keiran’s story, which is always an added bonus when it comes to multiple stories in a series. And as other treaties are set in motion and other endurance trials are taken, it’s clear that a new generation of leaders are ready to take over and carry on the traditions of the brotherhood and perhaps even implement some more modern ideas - ones that include women having more of a say and maybe even using their skill set for more than just producing bairns and making their house their home.
At the beginning of Unintended, it seemed like Westlyn was simply a sacrificial lamb - one who had to enter a lion’s den and make sure she didn’t get eaten alive, but as the story progresses and the sexual chemistry between Westlyn and Keiran is heightened, it seems like the capturer becomes the captive because it’s easy to see just how impressed Kieran is with how Westlyn handles herself and how she knows exactly what he needs in certain situations, and as much as he vows to protect and shield her from the darker sides of the kind of life they live, he also allows her light and her softness to ease the storm within him, which indicates that even though neither of them intended to give themselves fully to one another, it happened because they were meant to be each other’s other half.

An unconventional meeting turns into an unintended love. “Mo Chroi”
The Sin Saga gets better with the spin off with Westlyn and Kieran’s story in Unintended by Georgia Cates. Remarkable and addicting addition to the Sin Trilogy. Ms. Cates has delivered another scorcher love story of when enemies must come together for the greater good.
Georgia Cates does not disappoint! EVER! Her stories are flawless, intriguing and powerful. Capturing you from the first word until the last.
After being dismissed by all men of The Fellowship thanks to her father, Abram, no man will ever look or touch Westlyn. She still holds pure until Keiran Hendry, the next leader for The Order, grabs her for a truce treaty. Will he sway her to save The Order and The Fellowship, in which to be a claimed woman for the greater good? Or will Kieran’s possessive, dominant nature unravel her ten fold and ignite fury? Will The Order brotherhood welcome her gracefully into the family or will it cause unnecessary drama?
Not as dark as the other books of the series, lighter, but still full of romance and swoon-worthy moments from Kieran that will get your heart pumping for sure. Explosive chemistry once Kieran unravels Westlyn’s true bravery and the way he unravels her is heartwarming for the assassin that he is. He is one possessive, alpha male that once his sites are on his woman there is no turning back. Who knew a marksman could have a soft spot for the woman he becomes infatuated with! Westlyn has a heart of gold and even though she is in a sticky situation she sees the good in Keiran, starts to feel the love that she has been missing all her life.
“I’ll never hesitate to kill for you.”
Unintended is told at the same time of Endurance. There are some overlapping scenarios, which I am grateful for as within Endurance I wondered what truly happened to Westlyn behind closed doors. All the secondary characters make an appearance, making it a show stopping addition. Little secrets are unraveled about other Fellowship romances that had me interested to say the least.
I am a huge fan of the Sin Trilogy and I don’t want to see this series end. I am hoping that Lorna and Leith’s story is next in the line up, however, I want to know what happens to Shaw and Mitch. Both tales will be doozies, full of banter and brawls that I am predicting!
4.5 Stars I just can't get enough of this whole Fellowship world. GAH! Man and I thought Bleu and Sin were addicting. Westlyn and Kieran's story just had me so captivated. I don't know they may be my favorite couple yet.
From the very beginning I was consumed with this story. I couldn't put it down. This author always blows me away with the men in her stories. So strong and possessive yet always so tender and gentle when it comes to their women. And I absolutely swoon hard for Kieran.
We get glimpses of other characters so of course Ms. Cates keeps you wanting more. We get some answers in this book but left with curiosity on other things. A great story line, exceptional writing and of course phenomenal characters. I am absolutely looking forward to reading more from this series.

This fabulous standalone romance from Georgia Cates’ Sin Series is sexy, seductive, and swoon-worthy!
The Sin Series is based upon the machinations and lifestyle of some very exclusive Scottish criminal organizations called The Brotherhood. The men who run these brotherhoods, like longtime rivals The Fellowship and The Order, operate in an extremely territorial “survival of the fittest” fashion. They also have archaic yet chivalrous ideals of placing women on a pedestal of protection and purity. They are used to taking what they want, and using lethal force to keep it.
Westlyn Breckinridge is the niece of the Fellowship leader. She’s not in direct succession for the Fellowship Leadership since that falls on her cousins and brother. So, she’s hoping to escape the out-dated and restrictive expectations of her family and someday marry for love, outside the Brotherhood.
Those dreams come to a startling halt when she is kidnapped by Kieran Hendry. He’s big, scary, harsh, yet delectably gorgeous. He’d easily have women fawning over his looks and power. But he has captured Westlyn, sight unseen, to make her his treaty bride. Truth be told, he doesn’t want an arranged marriage any more than she does, but lucky for him, he is instantly attracted to his pretty captive and he intends to enjoy her.
Not the perfect setup for a love story? Guess again. Georgia Cates is masterful at bringing us such irredeemable cads and making her readers wish they can claim them. Her characters are thoroughly developed, multifaceted, and beautifully realized. Kieran is an assassin, an enforcer, an enemy - yet he has a conscience and a tenderness that he shows only to Westlyn. Westlyn is obedient, loyal, agreeable- but she reserves some sass, guile, and insight for her new lover.
Their story was so good, so scorching hot, I had to read it twice! I love the Sin Series and reading about The Brotherhood. Unintended is a real treat, well worth the wait.

The books in this series keep getting better and better! I was stunned by how much I loved this book. At the end of Endurance Westlyn is kidnapped by Kieran the leader of the Order. I could not imagine a relationship between him and Westlyn after the initial kidnapping. But boy did he win me over! Kieran is stunned by her brazen attitude and smart mouth. He is on the hunt for a wife from the fellowship and Westlyn is everything he is looking for and will stop at nothing to make her his wife. Their chemistry was explosive and I couldn’t get enough of them. As with the rest of the books in this series I devoured it! Georgia’s writing is gripping and suspenseful and I cannot wait for Lorna and Leith in Redemption as I have been dying for their story since they very first book. 5 STARS

~ 5 Intended Stars ~
Long Live the Brotherhood…….
I absolutely LOVE this cast of characters that Georgia Cates has introduced us to in this Sin Series. These books just keep getting better and I am completely captivated by their stories.
Unintended is the 5th book in the Sin Series, but it is a complete standalone novel. I would however recommend reading these books in order. I think you get a better understanding of who each characters is and you’ll understand the premise of the storylines better. I don’t a reader would be lost if they read these books out of order, because Georgia does a great job filling in the blanks, but to get the full enjoyment of this series, reading them in order is best.
This book is an enemies to lovers type story. It is told in Dual POV and there is NO cliffhanger. The timeframe of this story overlaps Endurance (4th book). So after reading Endurance you get all of your questions about Westlyn answered in this book. I will say this book was slightly different from the others, in that, it was a little bit darker than the other books. Now don’t get me wrong, when I say darker, I just mean that the Hero of the story isn’t like her normal Heroes. This in no way will take a reader out of their comfort zone. This is still a romance story.
I was looking forward to this book since I finished reading Endurance and I am happy to say I was not disappointed. I loved every second of Westlyn and Keiran’s story. Two people who normally wouldn’t be together and are forced to be, see how they cope with the situation. I loved watching these two grow together and learn how to love. And the chemistry between them was off the charts HOT!!!!
We do get to see other characters from the previous books in this book. I loved catching up with them and seeing what happens. I also liked that she sets up the next book so we kind of know where the story might be going. I look forward to reading that book!!!
I would 100% recommend this book/series to all readers. These stories are captivating and ones that will suck you in. If you haven’t read a Georgia Cates book, start with this series….you won’t be sorry!!!!
The Sin Trilogy continues with Westlyn Breckenridge's story in Unintended by the ever talented Georgia Cates. Powerful, intriguing and raw with every turn of the page! I couldn't wait to get my hands on this latest addition to the series and I am so elated that Westlyn finally has her HEA.
Westlyn knows what it's like to live in a family with no love. She yearns for the connection; intimacy. She, however, is dismissed by all men of the Fellowship, thanks to her father, Abram. It's not looking too bright for her future of finding her one true happiness.
Kieran Hendry, the next leader of the Order needs a wife to claim to follow in the footsteps of his hierarchy. What better way than to a truce treaty and bed a Fellowship daughter. Kidnapping Westlyn and breaking down her walls wasn't the best plan to claim her, however, finding out a secret might just help the process along. Has Kieran already ruined his chances with his over bearing self, dominant ways or can the pure, heart of gold in Westlyn mend and see the light that hides within the darkness of Kieran?
What happens when the truce treaty goes into play, are all players happy, all brotherhoods welcoming?
Ms. Cates has always produced flawlessly craftsmanship and with Unintended I feel like she is getting better and better. Even though this novel was not as dark as the previous, it still holds true with suspense, explosive chemistry and drama!
I can't wait for what is store next. Will it be Lorna and Leith's story, that one will be like watch fireworks exploding. Or will it be Mitch and Shaw? All I know is I don't want this series to end. I love the characters, the storylines and the romance that concludes each story. I need more Georgia!
I was a Sin Series virgin before reading the Unintended but I definitely won’t be depriving myself any longer. Georgia’s writing is flawless and intriguing, pulling you right into the dark and chaotic world she’s created with this series. 5 capture me stars for Keiran and Westlynn!
The hero was a MCP (Male Chauvinist Pig) of the highest order
The heroine was a spineless doormat.
The misogyny and sexism in this books got my head spinning. I almost lost my shit when the HEROINE decided to find ways and remedies to get a MALE child. I was truly disgusted reading that part. I stopped reading after they tried to have sex using positions she found could help get a MALE child.
Wow. what a fantastic addition to this series. This is a gripping hot and steamy read. The characters are fantastic and they have electric chemistry which just flows from the pages. I just couldn't put this book down till I'd finished the book. I was hooked from the first page till the very last one. This series is so good, I love how all the characters from pervious books are involved with the story. I definitely can't wait for more in this series, each book just keeps getting better and better. Highly recommended I voluntarily reviewed an advance reader copy of this book
The Fellowship saga continues with Kieran and Westlyn's story in this standalone spinoff of The Sin Trilogy. Unintended by Georgia Cates is the fifth book in the Sin Trilogy. Unintended can easily be read as a standalone. I recommend to read the books in order. While every book is about another couple, there are cross-over. Kieran Hendry is 28, mobster, marksman and the "enforcer " of the Order - former Syndicate. After his father he´s the next leader to be. He has to marry and is not amused. Until he meets his bride to be. Then he wants her, like Wants Her. Kieran is blunt. He tells exactly what he wants and how he wants it. Westelyn Breckenridge, is 23 year ols young woman, daughter of the late Fellowship leader. She grew up very sheltered. She leads a quiet life ´til she gets kidnapped... by , right, Kieran. He makes her his. This book contains sex scenes, A Lot of them. Spicy, scorching hot sex scenes. I loved the writing, I loved the characters and I loved the story. I give 4,5 scorching hot stars and say thank you, Georgia Cates!
