I had this series recommended to me on instagram cause some fan art was wanted.By the end of book 1 I was hooked!I love the O’Donnelly family! Where can I get my own?Can I start with holy hot dog on the bun…. I need me a Brennan! Where can I get one! This man is pure sin. I loved that Camile Thought she had tricked him into marrying her. These men are always one step in front at all times.Now I didnt read the universe series, I am just reading Filthy Feckers series atm, so I know there will be a a lot of cross over when I start the Sinners mc series. So we don’t know a lot of Camille background at the start, Im im eager to find out when I get to that series.I love the way Serena Addresses important life topics in her books, without them being A. Glosses over and B. Spoken about like a self help book. Very very impressed:)Highly Recommend

    I loved the first 2 books and enjoyed the third. I was really looking forward to this book from the lead up mentioned into the last one.
    But this one felt so plot heavy, giving us so much info into the overarching story (which I assume is to set up the next booksin the series) that the relationship between the two Main Characters was side lined. There was so much potential to explore their relationship but ultimately we didn't get much. Overall a good read but disappointed for the main characters.

    Frickin' loved this story of Brennan and Camille...5+ stars....without proir knowledge both Brennan and Camille want to marry the other. Not for love but as part of a promise and protection. As Brennan digs deeper into the New World Sparrows, it seems they have more people than was known and when one is practically family, Brennan loses his shit. Camille is trying to be everything he needs while rebuilding a relationship with her sisters. Things come to a head when Camille and Victoria are taken.

    After reading the first three books you would, understandably, expect either the same quality or for it to be better.

    It would be a sad day of Serena didn't keep her usual high standards, by ensuring that happened.

    Plus if you've been reading the Sinner series as well, it's ok not to just expect it, but to demand it really.

    So did she manage that with this book?!?!

    Did you NOT notice the five stars at the beginning.....sheesh

    Serena not only maintained her usual standards, but blew this book out of the ball park!! Yes it's just that good.

    Regardless of how their relationship begins, it doesn't take long before Brennan and Camille, slowly start to have feelings for each other.

    Aiden Sr, isn't happy at the fact that Brennan married her. In fact both his parents actually told them not to turn up for the Sunday roast, which is gathering of the family you don't dare miss!! On pain of a beating should they not be there, straight after church.

    So yes, upset might be a tad bit understated, but it was to be expected that they'd be angry and hurt.

    Add to that, betrayal within the ranks, both high and low. Kidnappings, torture, rats including one that truly came as a surprise.

    Also murder and the unexpected and yet very funny castration of some one. Deaths are delivered, and agreements are made. With all of that, how could you not enjoy this book!!

    Trust me when I say you'll love this book.

    But do you also want something that will bring the story and characters alive, while you're reading it??

    Then my advice is to buy the audio book along with the ebook, so you can listen to the amazing Connor Crais and Samantha Cook.

    Both narrator's did an excellent job in bringing all of the characters to life and helping you to really envision just who Brennan and Camille are, as single entities, until they evolved into a strong, supportive and loving couple.

    Now fighting for each other as a united front. As opposed to two singles fighting just for themselves or their family. While also giving voice and personality to all the other supporting characters.

    They both......Connor and Samantha, (not Brennan and Camille).....work flawlessly together as they tell the story from beginning to end!!

    So if you want something to read and listen to, this is the book and audio that you need to buy.

    Well then off you go and buy them both as I recommend 100%
