    For those of us in the mature/sexy silver/over 50 crowd, I do believe Brenda Margriet has the series for you - The Silverberry Seduction.
    In this book we meet Aubrey and Philip. They were high school sweethearts who married young but when tragedy strikes, they are unable to navigate the dark waters and part ways.
    Fast forward 30 years, each has started anew but alas Aubrey is now a widow and Philip has divorced a second time but on good terms.
    Their paths intersect once again but some new secrets arise, a mystery that needs to be solved, along with all the old feelings for each other and some new ones as well, feelings for the mature adults they have become.
    The questions to be answered are - can these two find a happy place for the mature adults they have become and can they work together to solve the mystery that has fallen in their laps.
    I loved this story despite the tears it brought to my eyes. It was touching and warm while still adding that heir of mystery and suspense and yes even the eventual heartache.

    Loved this story that is several layers deep. GREAT characters. Loved the older generation love story as well as the love story diverge fifty-year olds. The bookclub friends are unique. Enjoyable read.

    What I’m Starry-Eyed Over:
    🤩 Second-chance romance—but make it a double.
    🤩 Unique and interesting meet again.
    🤩 Fun & spunky older generation.
    🤩 I love The Silverberry Book Club because of the community building, found family, and supportive friendships. “This is Aubrey Windt,” said Natalie. “She wants to know what kind of books we read.”
    🤩 Fresh start for Aubrey—buying a fixer-upper house (inside and out).
    🤩 Phillip is amazing—so kind, loving, and attentive. He’s a good dad. He's the landscape architect Aubrey needs. And, he’s learning to leave work early.
    🤩 I really appreciate that the problem/issue Phillip and Aubrey are working through is not their own personal one as they are getting to know each other again. It has a mix of family drama added in with the romance.
    🤩 Good, healthy interactions with young adult children (balm to my mama heart).
    🤩 Steamy thoughts, desires, and actions of the MCs are gorgeously and thoroughly described, even with mature MCs (45/50ish). I love the sweet steam!

    What I’m Wishing/Dizzy About:
    💫 I wish there would have been more in the 5thquarter make-up scene since the breakup was tough. I’m greedy for that deep connection to help me trust in the HEA.
    💫 I either didn’t like Aubrey or didn’t feel connected to her. I enjoyed her intimate and steamy thoughts and actions. But, emotionally, she seemed stiff and stubborn.
