    Another amazing and sexy book from this author. The Upside of Down is a best friends/marriage of convenience romance with a ton of heart, laughs and two friends who would do anything for each other…except be honest about how they feel.

    Sorayah and Cristiano were perfect for each other. How they cared and shared their lives was incredible. This was also a train wreck waiting to happen because how could two people who were secretly in love with each other get married and it not become a mess? They fought their feelings so hard…even when it was obvious to everyone else.

    Nicole always writes the sexiest books so the steam is 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥! But something about Cris and Roya made it even hotter (maybe it was that sexy Portuguese accent I kept hearing in my head).

    Overall another amazing book that I highly recommend!

    Cris & Rayah have an intense love, but don't tell each other, which made this story a bit more angsty than I was expecting. There are also a few things throughout the story that are on my "no" list.

    Still, the characters are well thought out & the writing is solid. I love the banter & friendship they have!

    This story has laughs & tears, steam (🔥) & some 😮 twists up its sleeve!

    It's been an interesting reading year, one filled with a slew of new authors who've graced my bookshelves, both the digital and actual ones. Nicole Rodrigues clearly knows how to put together the kind of romance that piques the curiosity of her readers. The Upside of Down had a couple of creative touches to it, making for an entertaining twist on the whole friends-to-lovers trope. Both Sorayah and Cristiano have had feelings for each other since they were teenagers, and maybe it need a twist of fate for them to not only act on said feelings but to also deal with issues. This was a good first read from Rodrigues, and if another couple gets their own story told, I would not say no to reading it. 3.5 stars.

    I loved the connection between Sorayah and Cristiano! You felt their love through every word! The only reason I didn’t give this book five stars is simply because she got on my nerves at the beginning of their marriage and again when she found out his secret. Other than that, loved the story!
