We thought the games were over, but they've only just begun...

She was the puppet.
He pulled the strings.
Now the death toll is rising, what could this mean?
It was all a game.
Of feelings.
Of pain.
Death is just an illusion, or so they say.
She was just a pawn on a piece of his demented board. But there's only one question left to settle the score…Can dead people really stay dead?

‘BLOOD AND CHAOS' is the second book in S.M. Soto’s ’Chaos’ series. It picks up where the first book left off.

After pulling myself together over the first book and how it ended I was ecstatic when this landed on my kindle. My heart was in my throat wondering if the characters I’d fallen in love with in the first book had survived reasonably unscathed in this book, but the death toll is increasing, body by body.

49895832-606647586462402-4350741092765794304-n

Sophia has been taken by a man she considered her friend, a man who had set the ball rolling in getting what he wanted many years past. Now he has her, a man obsessed, unhinged.

Now the ghost is back doing what he does best and is on a race against time to find out where she is.

❝This is what I was good at, killing and spilling blood. Vengeance oozed from my pores, and until I had my girl back safely in my arms. I was going on a killing spree, drawing blood.❞

Adrenaline races through my body when an opportunity arises where she might be able to get away, my heart rate spikes up, begging her to run faster, harder, but just like that dread holds me captive. Because that’s not how this story goes.

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

❝ I was good at being The Ghost before because I was a cold, heartless bastard who didn't have emotions. I didn't have anyone I cared about or anyone I'd lay my life on the line for.
But now I do ❞

If you enjoy gritty, dark, raw, an unconventional romance with a sexy alpha male and a strong heroine then look no further than this series..This author went darker, she went grittier, she played on my emotions, it's definitely not for the faint of heart..Whilst reading this my heart was damn near beating erratically, my palms were clammy, my eyes devoured the pages at record speed, I couldn't get enough, I didn't want to put it down, couldn't put it down, I feel like I've been through the wringer with all the happenings going on in this book, unpredictable, unexpected, unputdownable, unique. I can not wait to see what she brings us in the next book, can she do three, five star books in a row??

When the author sends this to your kindle it KIND of makes you forgive her for throwing you over that cliffy in book #1 I take that back BECAUSE this also ends in a cliffy!! But we don't have long to wait for the last book in this series!!

description I adored book one in this series, so you can imagine how very excited I was to get my hands on book two. Especially with that epic cliffhanger! And while I did very much enjoy this one, it wasn't quite as good at book one for me. I am chalking that up to the fact that the main couple spends VERY little actual time together in this one. I found that a bit disappointing, to be honest. I am hoping book three is different in that regard, but after this second cliffhanger, I am a little worried...

description

The above issue aside, I still thought this was an excellent read. The writing was fantastic. It was well paced. The plot kept me on the edge of my seat. It was quite a violent book (I'll admit I did get a little tired of Sophia being beaten up over and over again). There was a blip of (pointless) OW drama. If you have read book one then you know there is OM drama in the form of the "baddie." As I mentioned, this couple doesn't spend very much time together (maybe 48 hours) until very late in the book. That said, we still get some smokin' hot sex scenes. This installment also brings in some new (and intriguing) secondary characters, and I can't wait to see how everything plays out in regards to them. Both Sophia and Creed remain solid and likable main characters. I am a HUGE fan of anti-heroes, and I loved seeing Creed's darker side come into play. Last, it wraps up in yet another cliffhanger that made me groan a little. I hope we are not going to have a repeat of events that are similar to what took place in this book...that is all I will say about that.

That is about all there is to say. I had a couple of small issues that lowered my rating a smidge, but I am still super excited to get my hands on book three. February can't come soon enough! description

Blood And Chaos by S.M. Soto is the second book in the chaos series and it just keeps on getting better.
This one is much more violent than the first, it also has much more bloody gore and torture (but Creed is a man on a mission) 😬
I said the first book was a romance suspense type of book but this is a fully blown Mafia romance ( there is still a great deal of naughtiness to) but what fun it is to read 😉, It definitely keeps you on the edge of your seat with a ball of nervousness sat in the pit of your stomach with every page you turn.
But just like the first your left with a cliffhanger and yet again the famous words
To be continued.....

Blood and Chaos is the second book in the Chaos series. Deception and Chaos ended in a cliffhanger. The story picks up just where its predecessor finished.

Sophia has been taken by Finlay. He reveals to her all the planning he did to be able to kidnap her. We learn how deranged he really is. He's unstable and quite crazy. Sophia is devastated and she believes she has lost it all. Although, she feels like she still has a part of Creed with her.

For his part, Creed is going to his mobster family for help. His father Mateo agrees to help him find Sophia but at a price. A price Creed agrees to pay. Anything to find Sophia, the woman he loves.

Will Sophia and Creed reunite? Will Finlay cause trouble for this couple? Will being part of a mobster family scare Sophia away? Luckily all these questions will be answered in this book. The only problem is that this one also ends in a cliffhanger.

Blood and Chaos had multiple points of views. We have Sophia's, Creed and even Garrett has a small one. There is more action than in Deception and Chaos. There is romance, violence, deceit and danger everywhere. I enjoyed parts of it but other parts of it left me disappointed. I just don't think Sophia's character is realistic. She has been tortured for months, almost sold as a sex slave and later on kidnapped AGAIN. She has been slapped, punched, verbally abused and she doesn't look like a woman who has gone through all of these. She's ready to have a romance and move forward without any issues. Yes, she mentions she can remember everything that happened to her but it doesn't show in the way she behaves.

Cliffhanger: Yes

If you like your dark romance to be raw, gritty and brutal, you're going to love this one! Picking up right where the author left us on the proverbial cliff, Sophia is in danger and Creed is the only one who can save her... again.

One of the things I loved most about this book was the fact that readers get Creed's point of view. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you! I wasn't only hearing how amazing he was, how dangerous he could be, how cold he could feel, or imagining how his still waters ran deep... I got to feel like I experienced it. His voice was much appreciated and I loved everything the author did with this lethal character.

The kill. The bloodshed. The torture. I lived for it. I thrived on it. Making someone bleed and beg for life is what I fucking lived for.

Finlay was determined to keep Creed and Sophia apart. More of his craziness was revealed and I was horrified for what Sophia was forced to endure. The author did an amazing job of capturing the cruel beatings she suffered, the insidious nature of Finlay, and Sophia's desperate attempts to escape her situation. On the other side of things, Creed was dealing with what he agreed to do in order to get his father's help in finding and rescuing Sophia -- taking back his place in la familia as The Ghost. He had to take out those who messed with the family, keep Sophia's importance and her pregnancy away from rivals, and ferret out a rat.

Amidst all the gunshots, blood and pain, the love between Creed and Sophia didn't suffer at all.

I kiss her like my life depends on it. I kiss her like a man starved. I kiss her like a man in love.

And...

Even with all the chaos surrounding us, the same chaos that seems to follow us, she’s all I see. All I ever feel. All I fucking want.

Blood and Chaos gave me an adrenaline-filled, terror-inducing continuation of this story and I was on edge from beginning to end. Right when you think you have everything figured out or that the couple will see some calm, the author would shake things up again. I love how Soto doesn't shy away from delivering the ugly and terrifying and exhilarating journey she intends for her characters. After another tortuous adventure and a kindle-throwing cliffy, I'm excited to find out how things conclude in the next book.

I'm not sure where to start with reviewing this one. I finished it a few days ago but couldn't contemplate writing a review til now. I'm more than a little obsessed with Creed and the journey he's on. Yep, more than a little obsessed.

This story is gut wrenching, it's brutal, it's action packed and it's a roller coaster of emotions. SM Soto manages to make me question what I felt certain of from book 1 and she also makes me hate a character so much I want to kill him with my two hands. Major cliffhanger had me throwing my Ipad and yelling Noooooo!!!!!

I might have sent her more than few very angry VMs while reading this story and I'm not even sorry - she seems super sweet but she's really not. She laughs at my pain. Gah!

Okay welllll.... not sure why I even thought this was a duet and this was the final book... but as I got closer and closer to the end, I started to panic, thinking there’s no way this story is getting tied up in a neat little bow. I am now DYING for Love & Chaos!
I loved this book. It is so intense right off the bat, and completely action-packed, just how I like it. Creed is EVERYTHING! He is so fierce, loyal, and totally lethal. Gahhh!! I have major book hangover now!!
If you like dark reads and romantic suspense, you MUST READ this series! These first two books have blown my mind!!

This is a strong follow-up to the first book in this series. There’s a lot of action and violence, just how I like my romantic suspenses. That said, the characters make some questionable choices throughout the novel. My biggest concern was with the, quite frankly, stupid decision that Sophia makes towards the end of the book, which directly leads up to the massive cliffhanger. I understand why it needed to happen, but Sophia acting so out of character was NOT the way to do it. To understand what I’m talking about, click the Spoiler link
While this decision bothered me a lot, there were a lot of good parts to the book, even though it felt a little like a filler book. I’m thinking this trilogy could have easily been a duet. I’m looking forward to the final book in the series, to find out just how all this wraps up.

Wow! I'm not sure where to start because I felt like so much happened in this book. This was a highly anticipated read after the first book in the series and it did not disappoint!

I fell even more in love with Creed in this book. We get so much more of his past revealed to fully understand the man he is today. I cringed several times during Creed's jobs he gets tasked with for the Outfit. This book is not for the faint of heart. The author paints quite the visual and there is no fading to dark during these horrific torture/killing scenes. This book brings to light the reality of Creed's life, his lack of choices and his duty to "la famiglia". This dark alpha of the underworld however is the same loving and adoring man who risks his life to save his woman. Gah! I loved his possessive and over-protective attitude towards Sophia. I'm a sucker for these type of men evry time!

This book is full of action and suspense. Poor Sophia! Lol! Every time I think she's safe, she gets into trouble again. It's really not funny but it was darn entertaining! I think I lost count how many times she cried in this book but I can't exactly blame her. To say she went through a lot is an understatement.

There are several plot twists that keep the intrigue going throughout the story. I felt like we didn't get a breather which I loved! This plot was obviously well thought out because there was so much chaos as the title implies but the story always made sense and there were no holes or inconsistencies. I felt like there were a few scenes that were unnecessarily long and could have been edited but that was a very minor issue for me.

Dark romance mafia lovers will love this sexy, gritty, suspenseful read that gives you an alpha male sure to make your heart swoon and a fully entertaing book that will have you on the edge of your seat. And yes there is HUGE cliffhanger!

My heart didn’t just break reading this, it freaking exploded! There was so much blood shed in this book so it’s fitting I shed just as many tears. I was left with my sanity in shreds after the turmoil and euphoria I experienced reading the first book not discounting the fact that the cliffhanger just about gutted me.

Sophia has been through so much. The only way she moved past it and learnt how to cope with it all was with the help of her brother and Creed. When everything started going as planned and she was finally happy especially finding out she was pregnant, Finlay happened. He is such a freaking psycho. An obsessed psycho. The pain he puts Sophia through left me with my soul shattered. What Creed and Sophia go through this book is heart breaking.

This book is told in dual point of view. I feel like this book was mostly about Creed. You get to see how dark and savage Creed truly really is. You get shoved straight into the brutal life of a Mafia man. I loved the dark and dangerous aura around Creed. His point of view made this book all the more alluring. The sex scenes....Oh My, Oh My, Oh My.

I went through an emotional roller coaster reading this. Just when I thought everything was fine and dandy then BAM you get hit with something else. I don’t think there’s anything of me left after that cliffhanger. I’m a puddle on the floor. I’m a mess. I’m broken. I need some fixing. Preferably in the form of Love and Chaos.

5 “Bring the Chaos” Stars

WHAT IN THE ACTUAL F@&%!!! Just as soon as I’m getting all comfortable and anticipating the next course of action, BOOM, I’ve reached the end. S.M. what even woman, you’re going to do me like that?! Why must you play with my emotions like that? My feelings are all over the damn place and I’m still trying to settle my heart.

I didn’t think it was possible to fall even more for Creed. But here I was, falling and falling and falling more irrevocably in love with him. And that’s saying something because of who Creed is. But my gosh there is so much more to who Creed is other than his profession. The way he’ll go to the ends of the earth to protect the one person who has brought light to his dark world speaks volumes. He’ll do anything and everything for her no matter the consequences.

I have a little bone to pick with Sophia. Don’t get me wrong I like her, but sometimes girl just needs to listen. I get she doesn’t like to be told how things are going to go, but more often than not it’s for her own good and safety. We’ll see if in the conclusion things change or not.

Blood and Chaos is full of suspense. Action at every turn of the page that’ll have you on the edge of your seat. Your heart will be stuck in your throat. A whirlwind of emotions that had me feeling every single thing.

Don’t mind me, I’ll just be over here biting my nails waiting for the conclusion to this dark and gritty goodness.

" 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠. 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠"

Blood and chaos was a breathtakingly, mind-boggling book, seriously author s.m.soto you broke my heart once again!
I have been waiting for this book & let me say that I wasn't disappointed she hit me with her words HARD!
This was really a very different book from the first one & I LOVED it, even though it ended once again with a cliff hanger😭
Now I need LOVE & CHAOS!!!
Gimme more Creed love!!!!
I need this Italian man😍
_____
"𝐒𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐦𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐚 𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐭, 𝐚𝐧 𝐢𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐚 𝐦𝐚𝐧’𝐬 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭."

Creed & Sophia's story started where book 1 ended. That cliffhanger was just the start. S.M.Soto had so much waiting for us, I swear that women has a twisty mind & I freaking loved getting myself Tangled up in this Chaos that was set for us to read.

"𝐈 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝 𝐦𝐲𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐟𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐧 𝐥𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐡𝐢𝐦. 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐲 𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐤, 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭, 𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐡𝐢𝐦."

This one was little darker as we got to see the real dark side of Creed and also the Italian family of Creed & man it was like a bomb being exploded BOOM!! We all know creeds relation with La Familia & seeing everything unravel bits by bits was mesmerizing, it was a rush that you need when you love mafia and dark romance😍

"𝐒𝐡𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐦𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐞. 𝐏𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐭, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐯𝐢𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐝𝐞𝐩𝐭𝐡𝐬."

Apart from that we saw the relationship between Creed and Sophia getting a lot deeper and intense.

"𝐇𝐞’𝐬 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐚 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐚 𝐟𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭𝐲 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈’𝐦 𝐣𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐤 𝐭𝐨 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐛𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐥𝐞 𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬."

Their love was painful, rip-roaring & intoxicating but the beauty of it was the small moments, the deep love instilled in their soul that was mesmerizing to read.

"𝐖𝐚𝐫 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐈 𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐧’𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐡𝐨 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫𝐬, 𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐬 𝐒𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐚."

Deception and Chaos was like dipping a toe in the water but Blood and Coast was liking getting your leg pulled in the water and gasping for more. It was that good.

"𝐒𝐨𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐚 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐝𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐩𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞, 𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐮𝐩 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐥𝐝 𝐨𝐟 𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞."

I loved this world of Chaos that the author created for us and I can't wait to see what the third book has in it.
The game of Cat and mouse will finally come to an end or something more drastic is going to happen in Creed & Sophia's relationship?
We'll have to wait to get all the answers and I'm so ready for it!

⭐️ 5+ "Diavolo Unleashed" Stars ⭐️
I’m speechless… blown away! I’m trying to find the right words to express my love for Blood and Chaos and it’s so difficult! I literally just finished my read and I’m still under the intense adrenaline rush it gave me. S.M. Soto enthralled me with the first novel of this series, Deception and Chaos, a few months back. She succeeded and transfixed me again with this dark, suspenseful, heartbreaking, consuming sequel.

"Even with all the chaos surrounding us, the same chaos that seems to follow us, she's all I see. All I ever feel. All I fucking want."

I need to reiterate my love for Creed! This hero is the definition of complicated! He has a darkness inside him, but Sophia is the light in his life. He would do absolutely anything for her, even going back to his heartless persona to protect her. It was previously mentioned he was a bad man, a monster and it’s more than apparent when he unleashes the beast: The Ghost! Diavolo! A pitiless killer! Seeing this side of him is so epic! He’s callous when the woman he loves his missing and his revenge path, bloody and deathly. The suspense and action are powerful, never-ending and addictive. I was on the edge of my seat most of my read, rooting for this multifaceted hero.

Sophia isn’t the same girl we met in the first novel. She now knows what lurks in the dark more than anyone. She displays courage and an unknown fierceness when put in a dangerous situation. She has a lot to lose and she fights back! She doesn’t want to be a puppet and controlled and she expresses this desire with strength and determination.

While this story is prodigious by its electrifying plot only, the romance level is also truly compelling. Creed and Sophia have a magnetic pull that produces so much sexiness. Under all their passion also lies a powerful bond that you can’t help but swoon over. The tangibility of their love is breathtaking and shows through every single interaction.

"He's raw, untapped power, but he's also gentle and at times, a sea of calm. He's a walking contradiction, and I love him for it."

Blood and Chaos is assuredly a winner! The intrigue is absolutely hypnotizing and brings the reader into a crazy ride paved with unexpected danger! The passion, the explosive action, the thrilling yet obscure moments and the incredible supporting characters make this story unputdownable and unforgettable! An absolute must read I can’t recommend enough if you’re not afraid of the chaos. S.M. Soto undoubtedly crafted another intense romantic suspense that will stay on my list of most favorite read of the year I’m sure! With that unforeseen ending, I’m now dying for the next installment in The Chaos Series that promises another wild journey.

This is part 2 of The Chaos trilogy.

I liked this instalment, but I don’t think I am enjoying this trilogy enough to want to read another full length book about this couple, at least not yet.

This second instalment is filled with action and violence, which makes a welcome change from the slow pace of the first book. We also start to explore Creed’s back story and we do get his POV in this one.

It is revealed that Creed is the son of the Boss of a Chicago Mafia outfit. When Sophia is once again captured (rolls eyes in amazement at how many times one girl can possibly be stolen) Creed has to go to his estranged father, Matteo for help in tracking her down but in turn for the help, he must return to the Outfit. This is where we are introduced to the Mob (I knew I didn't make this part up!).

Whilst I did mostly enjoy this instalment, I did have frustrations with the characters and mainly with Sophia. She verges on being very annoying and at the end of the book, she does something so stupid and avoidable and this *something* ultimately leads us into a cliff-hanger, and it honestly made me want to scream.

So I now have a dilemma, I am now exhausted with all the twists and turns and Sophia’s actions and I would have been happy if this could have been wrapped up in a duet, but I have come this far, and do really want to find out what happens to Sophia and Creed.

Sigh.

I may read something else and come back to the final instalment soon.

Let me just start off by saying that S.M Soto has made my top 5 one - click authors list..
Her writing is impeccable, she knows how to tear your heart out and then mend it back together, only to have it ripped out all over again.
Blood and Chaos is the 2nd installment in the Chaos series, and it picks up right where Deception and Chaos ended. If you haven't read Deception and Chaos first you will need to do so before proceeding. The book may also contain triggers for some...
I've been dying for this since I finished the first book and it didn't disappoint one bit.
Blood and Chaos is full of action, suspense, you will be taken on one hell of a ride. I devoured this book, I just couldn't put it down.
Now CREED oh my CREED, he's mine! Yes I claimed him in the first book and still feel the same. The darkness within him is diabolical, he will stop at nothing to protect what's his.
I Need more and can't wait for the 3rd book love and Chaos.

This series is a must must read for all your dark romance lovers.

I had been waiting for this book, what it seems like forever. And let me tell you this book did not disappoint! I freaking loved this so much. We do pick up where book one leaves off. And we get Creed’s point of view which was good! He is such a hard man you can never know what he is thinking/feeling. He did make me irritated some in this, but I do realize he is just looking out for his love. But I still love this man so hard! Sophia is such a strong character, that I am in love with, even after everything she has gone through. She fights hard for her life and her man, what’s not to love. I won’t give any spoilers, but just know if you loved book one, you will book two. And dare I say there is even more that happens in this one?!

Completely devoured because I was simply captivated from the very first page. The story is so intense I was hooked and on edge all the way through. I felt sick and rad the majority with bated breath.

It's fierce, raw and brutal and this only dragged me in deeper. Creed is more dangerous yet even more lovable, we rally get inside his head this time you get the feel of just how deep his love for Sophia really runs.

Selena's writing goes from strength to strength and had me hanging on to every word. The thoughts, ideas and dedication gone into this story is clearly shown with every stomach twisting chapter.
As well as delivering a mind-blowing instalment, the emotion runs deeper and there were times I read through blurred eyes as I sobbed my heart out.

And just when you think you can finally breathe, things seem to be going right bang the cliffhanger comes....

If you're waiting on this read i can guarantee it is worth it, if you're yet to start this series I highly recommend you go get book 1 now because this story is one hell of a ride that takes you on an unbelievable journey!

This Nail-biting story continues to consume me !

OMG! So dang good! There is so much action and suspense. I can’t get enough of this series! I devoured this book, finding every possible moment to read even just a few sentences.

This book picks up right where the first book left off and my heart was racing from the first word. I continued to worry that the characters I fell in love with would be the next name on the body count list.

I don’t want to spoil anything for this book, you need to read book 1 first, and then dive straight into this one! You will feel absolutely every emotion you could possibly think of. This story was a roller coaster and my heart raced, dropped to my stomach, felt full and empty. Because of that, I couldn’t read this fast enough!

After this second cliffhanger, waiting for book 3 is going to be the death of me! I’m already waiting, very impatiently, for the conclusion to Creed and Sophia’s story. I’ve fallen in love with some of the secondary characters in this world and am so happy the series will continue and focus on some of them!

Grateful to have received a complimentary ARC copy to honestly review.

This is book two in the Chaos series so make sure you read Deception and Chaos before reading this one.

After the ending of Deception I couldn’t wait to read this story and I wasn’t disappointed.

I’m not going to go into the storyline as I don’t want to spoil this for anything. I will say this book had me on the edge of my seat. I felt as if I was either holding my breath or ranting at my kindle. It was that kinda read. Sophia and Creed are awesome characters.

Dark lovers this is a brilliant read. Once I started I couldn’t put it down until I’d finished it. Can’t wait for book, three as I really do need it now.

Whaaaaaaat? 😱😱😱 Another cliffhanger??? You're killing me S.M. Soto!

But I devoured and loved this story. After book 1 in this series, Deception and Chaos, I had to read Blood and Chaos. Now I really need to read Love and Chaos and can't wait to get it into my greedy fingers.

This story is fast, twisted, full of action, tears, love and emotions. There's this villain I really, really hate. And then there are Sophia and Creed and there unbelievable love for each other. Gimme more.

I definitely need more Creed😍

This was book 2 in the " Chaos " This book picks up where book 1 left off. Finley has kidnapped Sophia and has left Creed and Garrett for dead. This was a really good book action all the way through it. Sophia has to fight for her life and the life of her unborn child. After being shot Creed knows what he has to do and he is willing to do anything to get his girl and unborn child back so what does he do he goes to his father the Mafia boss to ask for his help. At first I didn't like Mateo the head of the Italian mafia turns out he taught his son well. They call Creed The Ghost he is the underboss he agrees to return although he doesn't go up punished by his father and what he does Creed takes it. With Creed on a killing spree Sophia continues to fight and when the doctor that Fin takes to he tells him that he got rid of the baby. In this book a lot of blood was spilled. When Creed gets her back he lets her go to protect her but it doesn't work they have another traitor this time one of his father's men when his enemies find out about Sophia he will do anything to protect her. I was glad that Creed found her friend Alexis and I hope that the author writes about what's going on between her and Jose who is wanted by the Mexican Cartel. This was a good read that I liked better than the first book although Sophia doesn't listen and continued to put her life and her baby in danger this book left off on a really big cliffhanger. This book was well written with no errors in grammar or spelling. I am looking forward to reading the next book in this series.
