I love Aurora until series I read CC out of order so I'm reading this one.
Mercy poor girl she picked a bf who was all wrong for her and dangerous so she does run away and keep running. Her ex has found her few times but she feels like she's safe now and she meets Kellen a man who shows her what love is. But when that ex comes around she doesn't want Kellen being caught in the cross fire so she leaves him. Few years have passed both are in the limbo of not moving on heartbroken Kellen gets a shot when Mercy case lands on his lap. He's had it all wrong so now he's going to show his girl he's there and no man shall take her away from him.
It has some angsty moments I'm so glad they had grovling and some of the men from Until series.

Quick read and it was just okay. I felt like overall it was missing something. I also needed more after the conflict was over, but it ended abruptly. I also wish she had reconnected with her parents, or we had gotten a better understanding why they were still out of the picture even when the dust settled? Especially since her relationship with her parents caused her so much sadness and grief.
They were separated for three years and both were celibate during those years and Kellan was absolutely obsessed with Mercy.

Mercy is such an incredible character. I loved her so much and wish I could read 10 books on her story before and after Kellan.
Kellan was the perfect lead man for me. Sexy and dominant, but also so loving, dedicated and loyal. I could not get enough of their love story.
THE PLOT: Holy moly this plot was all that and more. I love mystery and thrillers, so mix that in with a hot and steamy romance.... I didn't want this to ever end.

This story is deep, emotional and real. You definitely get a feel for the pain that the characters are going through and feeling. Mercy broke Kellan’s heart when she ran and he struggles with his feelings everyday. They are both living in there own kind of misery. Even when they are reunited their feelings are raw and there is a lot of anger to process through even though they still love each other deeply.

Lots of angst and a great reunion scene. Mega hot love scenes.
The h met the H on the run from evil/violent ex then had to leave him when the ex reappeared. Now 3 years later their paths are about to cross again.
Connected to ARR the H's parents are Sophie's friends from Until Nico.
Negs are the h is a martyr, but happy for them to get their HEA.

I absolutely loved this book!!! It was sooooo good.
Mercy isn't ur normal woman. She has a bad past and is in the run from some bad ppl. She falls in love with the perfect man. She can't trust anyone with her secrets not even her soon to be fiancé.
Yup that's right folks she got engaged. The next morning she was gone.
Nico had me for a minute when he was in the dinner with some scary looking dudes. I thought he had flipped on Kellan. But thank the gods I was wrong.
Kellan is the perfect character and I loved him. he was so much like a normal man when it came to agreements he let her stew in her issues before he nudged her to tell him the problems in the hotel room. Before she ran away he was very very patient with her and allowed her the space she wanted from her past.
I loved that Kellan ended Link it felt like poetic justice. Defending her honor and being able to be the one to reassure he Link is gone and isn't coming back. Her man protected her and it helped build their foundation back.
I loved that they ended up gettin married AND she was pregnant! I could feel the joy lifting off of the pages and it made me so happy!!!
I loved Shalya, Kingston Trey and Lana. they were amazing with their banter. It lifted this books spirits and I couldn't have asked for a better story !!!

I was super excited to read this story!! Love this author and her writing always pulls me in as a reader!
Mercy is by far one of my favorite characters. I loved her from the start. She had been through a lot in her life and she was just coasting through. Then comes alpha.. KELLAN! Man I loved him so much. He was so passionate and protective of her. He was super flirty and fun to read!! These two had explosive chemistry from the start. Then these two went through heartbreak...the kind of heartbreak that changes you. Their souls become disconnected but yet their hearts still wanted each other. But, sometimes fate has a way of helping you out. I loved the appearance of Nico in this book...loved him from Auroras books!! He such a good influence to Kellan. I won’t ruin the end of this book for the readers. You’ll just have to grab this one for yourself!
It’s a roller coaster of a book but man did this author give me the feels! My heart broke for these two. But I got so many other emotions too from this read. Can’t wait to read the other two stories of the couples from this book!! They sounded amazing to read as well!!!

Wow, what a rollercoaster ride of emotions! From the very beginning my heart was already breaking. Mercy has been on the run from a monster since she was 19. When she finally felt she found a home and love of a good man, she had to run again and this time to also protect Kellan. With a broken heart, Kellan tried to move on, but fate had a different plan. The chance reunion just showed how meant to be they were. When Kellan finally realized who Mercy was running from and why, he was willing to do everything in his power to keep her safe. I seriously loved Kellan, he was shattered when Mercy left him, and you were able to see him struggling with letting that pain go but with the help of Nico he was able to understand and concentrate on keeping her safe and moving on together.
These two love each other so much and witnessing the pain and suffering they went through when they were separated was heart wrenching, but once they were reunited and the way they worked together to move past it all was beautiful. And the chemistry between these two was off the charts hot! You definitely see the possessive alphaness of Kellan. The suspense portion of their story kept me on my toes and the way she was finally free from Linc was intense.

Immediately I have to say I LOVE Kellan Ford. I love his personality, I love his Alpha nature. Everything about him is just absolute perfection in my opinion.
And Mercy Daniels 🥺🫶 oh my heart Mercy. She's so sweet and adorable and I love her and wish I could climb in the book and hug her and tell her everything is going to be okay.
So many things about this book drew me in, the writing 🤌🏻 the way we get to see both her and HIS POV 🤌🏻 there are too many books out there that show mainly from the female POV and I LOVE that CC shows so much in Kellans POV 😍
The way they love each other, trying to protect each other. I love their relationship 😍 I love the way they grow together and (spoiler alert) grow together again when they finally come back together.

I fell in love with the characters in Until Mercy immediately. Within the first chapter I was hooked and needed to finish. It was one of those books that I could have read in one sitting if I had the time.
CC Monroe has a way of hooking you with her characters and bringing their feelings to life in tangible feelings for the readers.
And the angst! I knew, I just knew that there was something big happening and I was waiting for it. I knew it would a huge part of the story! I just had no idea how it was going to happen! While I was surprised on how it happened and shocked at a piece of it. It was not as in depth as I thought it was going to be, but it was still angsty.
Overall, I loved this story and while I haven't read all of CC Monroe's books, I have loved every single one that I have read! Definitely an author that I feel grows better and better with each book and will be a must-read for the masses one day!

Kellan & Mercy: (triggers: child abandonment, domestic abuse, kidnapping, stalking) Wow, I have to say that this book is one of my favorites from the extended series. It is a second chance romance and there's an element of fear and danger from start to finish. Kellan and Mercy meet at a time when Mercy is running from something. He knows she's hiding something but doesn't know what it is. Until one day when he wakes up and she's gone. The book does have a lot of memory jumping which helps explain why Mercy is running and why she left Kellan. Years later, Kellan is hired as a P.I. to help characters from other books in the series find their friend who just disappeared. What he doesn't know is that friend will bring him mercy… and help him move on. Really good, plus the author includes not only members from the main “Until Him/Her” series but also from the extended “Until” series in ARR’s Happily Ever Alpha world. I enjoyed this book.

Holy devotion that was another delicious BOOM story! It had a bit of a different feel due to the MC’s being apart for the first 50% of the story. I know this sounds horrible, but it really isn’t. In that time we learn about their past, the feelings they still have for each other and the loyalty even after 3 years of separation. Kellan is a super alpha, possessive OTT man that is completely devoted to his Mercy from the first moment he sees her. Mercy is strong, independent and fierce. You can feel the heartache of these two having to be apart. This makes the reunion all the sweeter and I loved the side characters and what they added to the story. This was instalove done differently and I was totally here for it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I loved until mercy! Mercy and Kellan’s story was heart wrenching, beautiful, and just amazing to read. Not wanting to bring Kellan into harms way, she runs again, breaking both of their hearts.
Throughout the book, you learn more about Mercy's history with both the devil who is hunting her and the angel who is the only person who made her feel safe.

Perfect addition to the Happily Ever Alpha World! I adored this story! CC Monroe has this beautiful way of bringing out all of your feelings in the most beautiful way! Mercy and Kellen do not have a perfect relationship, but it was beautiful - love like theirs does not come around very often! I cried a lot while reading this book, but I do not regret one single tear! The tie into the Until world and the Always and Forever world was seamless. This can be read as a standalone, but I suggest reading all the other stories first! FIVE HUGE STARS!!

CC has written another winner! She’s got a way of twining a tale so that your head & heart get caught up in her words and can’t get out until you finish!
I enjoyed seeing Mercy & Kellan find each other again, and to have to work their way past their pain to find happiness with each other again! There’s just enough drama (& a bit of angst) to keep the book moving without overwhelming you.
I loved how she connected Mercy & Kellan to the Until series, and how she connected it to her Always & Forever series!! Love an excuse to see more of Trey and Shayla!! (& Lana and Kingston)!!!

Wonderful read!! Love everything about this book.

Mercy is running from a dangerous past and while running falls in love with a wonderful man.
Love how in love Kellan was with Mercy and how determined he was in finding her.
Omg the suspense and angst had me on the edge on my chair.
Very good book and read.

This book is Badass and so my kinda book. This story was Capturing and just fucking awesome.
Mercy is running from her dangerous past and Kellan does everything a Protective Alpha male should. This man is Swoon anf Hotness personified.
CC did an awesome job writing theor transition with such ease. She managed to keep us on edge and then smile like a loon when these two were working to break each others walls.

Really good
First I loved that they stayed loyal to each other the years they were apart. Loved that! She was very traumatized by her ex and when he found her she ran and left her love behind. That’s the minus 1 star that he was scared of the reason of why she ran & stopped looking for her. But when they found each other, they worked through the pain and she resolved to never ever run from him again. It was a sweet story.
