I was fortunate enough to win an ARC of Until Tennessee. Sarah O’Rourke did an amazing job carrying on Aurora Rose Reynolds’s Until series. Marek, who is Cobi Mayson’s partner on the force, comes to the rescue of Clarity who is running from her abusive cop husband with her two children. Marek is absolutely on par with the Mayson pack. He is an alpha who stands up for his woman but also is willing to do whatever necessary to win his Boom. The only disappointing thing about this story is that you will be left wanting to spend more time with Marek and Clarity!

    Escaping an abusive ex husband, Clarity is trying to make a new start in a new state along with her two children.

    It’s a struggle staying off the radar so her ex can’t locate her but she’ll do that and more to protect her babies. Living in a rundown trailer behind the place she works as a cocktail waitress, it’s a far cry from her life before.

    When Detective Marek Haws sees Clarity for the first time he can’t explain this overwhelming feeling that comes over him. The need to protect her and her children. His fellow partner Cobi simply says Boom!

    Now that Marek has finally found his one he’ll move heaven and earth to protect his woman and the children he’s come to love as his own.

    Until Tennessee was wonderful!!!! I am a huge Sarah O'Rourke fan and once again they do not disappoint. This was a short but well done story about Clarity, her two children, Marek and their Boom. This story is a standalone, but features Cobi (and Hadley) from Until Cobi (by Aurora Rose Reynolds) as he is Marek's partner on the police force. You do not have to read Until Cobi to enjoy the gem that is Until Tennessee, but if you have not read it, I recommend that you do so as it is a great read. If you are new to Sarah O'Rourke, I highly recommend all of their books. I frequently re-read their books because like Until Tennessee they include hot alphas, strong and sassy heroines, great stories, characters that you fall in love with, and hot smexy times.     Clarity gave up everything to escape her abusive husband before he could hurt her kids as much as he was hurting her...but since he was a police officer, she had to be extra careful. She makes her way to Tennessee...she is having one of THOSE days...we have all had them, when her car quits in a busy intersection. Marek is just getting off of his shift as a detective and is the closest to help...and with all of the books with this theme..BOOM! He knows she is it for him. But he has to tread lightly, because Clarity is obviously cautious with her kids and her heart. Marek is a perfect caring Alpha. Great novella that ties everything up leaving the reader satisfied.

Marek and Clarity's story has clear ties back the original Until Series by Aurora Rose Reynolds through Marek's connection to Cobi Mayson. Until Tennessee is well-written short story making it is a quick easy read at 75 pages. Relatable characters dealing with true to life issues and toddler who provides moments of levity create the foundation for a story that is both poignant and entertaining.

    As Always, I am pulled in from the get go with Marek and Clarity’s story that I couldn’t help myself falling just as hard for them as they did themselves. I love how Marek was alpha but also sensitive to Clarity’s plight. Clarity’s gave him as good a she got but love how she and him were slow to rushing. Gives more to the story!

    Detective Marek Haws was a single man that loved his job, family and friends. All he is missing was the ever elusive BOOM, little did he know it was a traffic stop away. Clarity is a sweet but desperate to survive mum on the run to save the very lives she cherishes, her babies safety come first, Clarity needs a new life off the grid. She doesn't trust the men in blue but little does she know when she runs out of gas she will meet the protection she has been wanting all along. There is going to be fireworks all over the place with these two.

    I would recommend this book and author to anyone who loves a beautiful love with a strong storyline. This author is definetly an author you want to read. This book is part of the Happily Ever Alpha world with Aurora Rose Reynolds and to be invited to be a part of this world you have to be extraordinarily talented.
