I've enjoyed reading this book.The story line was interesting and entertaining.
Liz, is a nurse and Jason, is a singer, they met at a club during a concert and the chemistry between them is amazing from the start. They spent some steamy hot moments together then go separate ways but they can't stay away from each other for too long.
Their relationship won't be always strong and steady because there are some unfinished business in the past that will cause some turmoils.
Will they find their happily ever after?Or their past will definitively ruin their future together?

Liz is exactly as the description says sxtra extra and wow is her personality fierce and slightly out of control. Her and her best friend together is definitely a dynamic duo. This book is hilarious and some hot moments. When Jason and Liz meet there are definite sparks they have one hot night. But then he gets hurt and bam she's his nurse but holy crap he's married ... y'all that was a hot mess. I was surprised by the sudden visit which threw me off. The bathroom parts were a little much but overall I would read another book.

I enjoyed this book from beginning to end. It was great having characters that are well developed and engaging and have plenty of chemistry. The flow of the storyline was steady and smooth.

Hot like Nashville Hot Chicken Hot!
Normally I read books on Kindle, but I recieved a paperback copy of this book as part of an author's swag prize pack. I had never heard of Kat Addams, but reading her bio and the description of the book had me curious. But first I had to read her first book, Grit and Grind, and it did not disappoint!
I was not prepared for this book!! It had me laughing and in tears at once because it was just that funny! And that Nashville Hot Chicken reference at the beginning? Let's just say it's a preview of what happens to Jason and Liz.
This book is hot, sweet, and sultry like a Southern Summer Night!
One more spoiler: Jizz. Team Jizz!

This story is a story of second chance romance with a new romantic interest, a sexy, sassy redhead, and a sexy Nashville singer who is stuck in his past.
Dorothy “Liz” Elizabeth Prudence is a sexy, funny, sassy redheaded nurse who is afraid of commitment. She has her best friend from birth who is always there to help her out of the bad decisions she makes. They are late 20-year old’s who still enjoy going out on the town and having fun and finding trouble to cause. Luckily for them, Liz’s best friend, Jess’ husband is always close by to keep them from too much trouble, listen to their crazy antics, and be the sound of reason for both of them. These two are crazy, funny, and very close.
Jason Jones is a Nashville singer who is stuck in his past. He works as a barista during the day and sings at bars during the nights. He is working as a barista to get experience for his own business. His best friend, Deuce, his ugly dog, live in a nice house outside of town. Deuce is Jason’s only consistency in his life. Jason is compassionate, sexy, and working very hard to find a new normal and move on with his life, but he needs some closure before that can happen, but one night with a sexy redhead may be his chance to move on.
I really liked this story. I laughed at the antics of Liz and Jess and how Jason described his past experience with a redhead. I loved chapter 8 and was glad I was home alone reading this section because it had me laughing so hard out loud that I had tears in my eyes. I also love the Spotify playlist for this story. I’m a redhead and some of the antics and comments about redheads were pretty spot on. My husband has made the comment about crazy redheads to me as well. I give this book a 5-star review and recommend it to readers who are looking for a laugh out loud read with some angst and crazy women. This was my first read by Kat Addams, but it will not be my last, I’m going to one-click Grit and Grind to read as well.

Nashvegas Nights was so much fun to read! Best friends since birth, Liz and Jess, better known as team jizz, are a riot! Jess makes it her mission to get Liz some action and break her out of her dry spell. Enter Jason Jones, the hunky, tattooed crooner that ends up serenading Liz at the bar. It’s obvious that Liz and Jason have an immediate attraction. Swept up in a whirlwind affair, feelings start to go deeper than just sex, but will Jason let go of the past once and for all and give his heart to Liz? Can Liz take a chance and give her heart to the coffee house crooner and his sweet dog, or will her heart get broken when a secret from his past threatens their budding romance?
I really loved the relationship between Liz and Jessica. They are the type of friends that all of us women need. They would be so much fun to hang out with! They had me giggling at their antics. I seriously enjoyed this hilarious read, but really wished it had been a bit longer as it seemed to be wrapped up a bit too quickly. Liz is an extra type of girl, who can't seem to find a good man to take a chance on a relationship, until she goes out with her bestie, as Team Jizz has a girls night. It just so happens that Jason, a super hottie, is playing that night at the establishment they go to, and Liz catches his eye with her no filtered self, so they hook up that night. It's the hottest night that Liz has ever had, and Jason can say the same thing, so they keep seeing each other, but there's some big baggage that Jason is carrying around, and Liz worries that he can't have a real relationship with anyone until he takes care of it. However, that baggage comes back to bite him in the boohiney to throw his world into chaos, and not only was this a big, f-bomb dropping twist, but it also brought on some HUGE drama. Luckily, no matter how depressed Liz gets, she has that bestie, Jess, who can make her laugh like no other, and I'll be honest, the two of them together are comedic gold, as I never stopped laughing either. So, does Liz give Jason a second chance?! You'll have to check out this hilarious story to find out, as I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Nashvegas Nights (Dirty South #2) was a laugh-out-loud enjoyable read. From two ridiculous best girl friends being hysterical to the steamiest of steamy love scenes I loved this book. It was just the perfect recipe that I needed right now: laughs, steam, passion, a tiny bit of drama and love. Liz and Jason were so likable, had great chemistry and this book just flowed so well. It had enough drama to keep the story intriguing, without going too angsty or dark.
Honestly, I just really really enjoyed this book and am going back to read Dirty South Book #1 right away. This is my first book by Kat Addams but it won’t be my last. I highly recommend this book. Nashvegas Nights releases on 11/8.

Wow what a fantastic hilarious sexy story about Jason who’s a barista during the day and a singer at night. Dorothy (Liz) is a nurse who doesn’t do commitment add in her best friend Jess who when they get together cause more trouble than anything else. One night at a bar Jason is singing when he notices Liz and he starts to serenade her the attraction between them is instant and they spend a scorchingly hot night together but Jason has some baggage from his past that Liz thinks Jason needs to take care of before they go any further. I loved this story and I want a best friend like Jess the two of them together were absolutely hilarious and I highly recommend this book it’s definitely well worth the read.

This was a great story. I thought the story was very well written and flowed well. The story kept me glued to the pages to see how everything would turn out. I loved the characters and had this read in one sitting.

Liz has been out of the dating scene for a good while. Her best friend Jess is trying to change that for her, and drags her to a club. where she meets Jason. He's got a lot going on, but at night, he sings in a band at the club. They have a really hot one-night stand, which turns into more. Until his past comes crashing into the present. This was a really nice book to read - a lot of humor, some drama, steamy scenes, all heading to the happy ending. And every woman needs a best friend like Jess!

Let me first start off by saying this book is ahhmazing!! Its a second chance rom com that you won’t want to put down. The sexy and sweet going on with Liz and Jason was pulling on my heart strings. The friendship between Liz and Jess was nothing short of fantastic. I laughed so hard I cried. The bond they shared was just beautiful. This book has everything a romcom reader needs. I really can’t recommend it enough.

This is the 2nd book in this awesome series, and is Jason and Liz’s story. The antics between Liz and her best friend Jess are hilarious, and I loved the chemistry between Liz and Jason. This is a well written story which is fun, humorous, entertaining, and with a tad secrets which had me intrigued and hooked throughout. I highly recommend this talented authors’ work for all readers.

Liz calls herself a slow work in progress. Unfortunately, that is all too true. She is annoying through more than 80% of the book, constantly whining to her friend, Jess, who enables her. Both of them seem to think Liz's problems can be solved by having sex with a stranger and getting drunk, not necessarily in that order. Jess' husband, Luke, who is a very minor character, shows more common sense in the few lines that he's given than Liz and Jess combined. Liz's one redeeming quality is her sense of humor, and I have to admit that one scene, when she and Jason are in bed, is really funny. After meeting Jason and falling for him, Liz wants to dump him when Jason is put in a very difficult position and acts with kindness and compassion. Jason's only fault was his terrible taste in women. Two-thirds through the book I couldn't understand why he wanted to stay with Liz, so I really wasn't invested in whether they got back together or not. In my opinion, both Jason and Luke could have done a lot better.

As Jason tries to get his life together and relationship with Liz his past shows up and challenges their relationship. There are some laugh out loud moment and some sweet (aaaaw) moment. Engaging read from beginning to the end. Recommended read.

Loved the book, the story was well written and the characters were intriguing. Once I started I could not get enough, from the start till the end I was engrossed I was even on the edge of my seat with twists and turns, lust and passion, strength. The story of love of sensation. Do yourself a favor and buy the book you want be disappointed.

She may have been against relationships in general but she did not meet the right person to change that attitude. He changed it but messed up when he wasn't honest with her about everything. She had to deal with some personal issues just to move forward with him. She was right to be sceptical but not so much that you ruin a good thing. Take a chance on it. You wont know until you try.

She was looking for a good night's entertainment, and encounters a would be rock star. Their charisma is off the charts.

Up on the stage singing is Jason - biceps going on from miles - Liz's pants melt and Jess gets her up on stage. The passion flares and Liz's pants melt and WAM she gets her wish. THE END

4 Hilarious and fun stars!!! I can't even begin to tell you how hilarious and amazing this book was!
This book is a laugh out loud riot!! It's been awhile since I've read a book that had me bent over in laughter! This is the first book I've read by Kat Addams, but after reading this one I can say I'll definitely be reading more in the future! I can't even begin to describe how amazing this book is! The steaminess and hilarity that occurs in this book is just so fun! I dare you to not fall in love!

So the story and writing in the book was really good, 4.5 stars but some of the inner dialogue read like a YA book. The author used a bit too much poop and fart humor...once made me laugh, but the whole “shit quilt” and skidmark dialogue was just a little overboard in my opinion.
I liked that there wasn’t the usual immature drama of overhearing a conversation or running out half ways through a story. I felt it was realistic and the characters were really likable. Looking forward to reading more from this author, hopefully with less toilet scenes.

3.5 stars *** Boy meets girl and there is a sizzling connection. He’s just starting to date again after his wife disappeared on him four years ago with no explanation. He looked for her a long time but never filed for divorce. That’s a problem when that situation comes to light. She is a bit high strung and is constantly fighting with herself about dating and falling for a married man. It’s a nice story with some real life thrown in. It’s got some steamy stuff. The best character is the farting dog with bladder issues. No, not really, but he is ugly cute. It was entertaining but a little slow in the beginning.
