Drunk on Love

Rate this book
From New York Times Bestselling Author, S.L. Scott, comes this downright delicious peek into the male anatomy... er, mind of Hardy Richard.

There are only two rules:

1. Don’t get too close.

2. Don’t fall in love.

Correction: Don’t ever fall in love. I don’t need the baggage of relationships. Life should be simple, easy, uncomplicated.

The problem I’m faced with is, if I really believe life should be that easy, that uncomplicated, and that simple, then why am I still thinking about a woman I met on a random Tuesday at the bar? A girl who was never a Gimlet, and always a Paloma. Yep, I called it all wrong last night and I’m starting to wonder if my heart is the one that will pay the price.

I might have broken rule number one, but rule number two remains firmly intact. For now. Sort of. Okay, maybe rule two hasn’t been broken, but it’s definitely been bent.

I finished this book at 1am, fully aware I would be a wreck in the morning from lack of sleep, but I just couldn't put it down! Drunk on Love left me feeling drunk on happiness. This book is fun, entertaining, and oh so romantic! It gives you the feeling of excitement, and a permanent smile on your face!

The character dynamic between Hardy and Virginia is full of passion and humor. I loved the fact that it was told entirely from Hardy's POV. The story truly captured the experience of a man falling in love...the thoughts, emotions and challenges a man takes to either accept or deny the fact that he has fallen, and fallen hard. And Virginia was a refreshing character to read. Her personality and kindhearted spirit was the perfect balance to Hardy's charismatic appeal.

Drunk on Love is a beautiful and charming love story. The comedic dialogue and the romantic essence of the story made this book very engaging. Suzie's writing was once again phenomenal, and the progression was effortless.

If you adore feel-good love stories, then you'll love Drunk on Love! It's a delightful and satisfying must read! 5 Stars!

"Have you ever seen something so beautiful that it takes your breath away? Tasted something so amazing that you almost can't eat it, read a book that was so incredibly well written that you're swept away in a fictional world and you never want it to end?"

"When she looks at me, she sees the person I want to be, the person she believes I can be, and damn do I want to be that guy for her."

"It's not about the story, the hows, whys, or wheres. It's about the ending. This is your chance to write the ending you want."

Drunk on Love is sexy, fun as hell and one entertaining romantic comedy.

When I heard that SL Scott was writing a romantic comedy, I was like hell yes!! Bring it on. I need this in my life!! As you can tell, I was a little excited to get my hands on this book. Well, let me tell you, Drunk on Love was everything that I wanted and then some.

Drunk on Love follows the story of Hardy and V. From the moment I met Hardy, I was hooked. He is sexy, confident and cocky as hell. He is all that and a bag of chips and he certainly knows it. When he meets V, his life is completely turned upside down. V is the game-changer. She is everything that Hardy needed, but never knew he wanted. She is the woman that will have him questioning everything....

Drunk on Love is incredibly well written and very entertaining. Hardy is by far, one of my favorite male lead characters. I could not get enough of the all male point of view and seriously wanted to live inside Hardy's head. His inner dialogue was a riot and left me shaking my head so many times. I couldn't wait to see what he would do or think of next. And don't even get me started on Big Richard!! --You'll just have to read it for yourself to see what I'm talking about on that one.

Drunk on Love was a fantastic and hilarious read. Once I started reading, I could not put it down. This book is not only funny, but sexy as hell. Yes, there a few moments in this book, that are just hotter than hot. I still blush from time to time, just thinking about them. Besides being sexy and hilarious, this story has a lot of heart to it. It's about finding love in the most unexpected places and being able to see what's staring you in the face. This story is about taking risks and being open to the fears everyone shares when it comes to love.

Drunk on Love is not only smart and sexy, but is also full of swoons and will give you all the feels. I just loved it and can not wait for more...

sweet and simple love story, just how I like them.

Hardy Richard is the owner and bartender at Hardy's Hideaway! People come for the cocktails and because of the cock tales. Don't misunderstand the men who work there are not bodies for hire, but if by the end of the night they end up with one of their customers, it wouldn't be the first time. Hardy has two rules; don't get too close, don't fall in love. He has a bit of a past that gave him those rules, and so far he's been able to follow them. That is until a certain brunette makes her way into his bar, looking for a cock tale of her own.

All I know is that I absolutely LOVED Hardy and Virginia's love story. It was pretty low angst, and I really felt their connection. This story is told from Hardy's POV, and Scott wrote him so well. Hardy Richard has definitely scored a permanent spot on my book boyfriend list. The banter between this couple was not only funny and sweet, it was natural. It wasn't forced or over the top at all. It was simple and sweet, sort of like both of these characters. An absolutely testament to how great of a writer this author is! Hardy is a bit of a playboy not in the sense that he's a player, just that he gets a lot of action because of his reputation. The women actually know the score though, and go along with it. He loves his life and he lives it to the fullest, because not too long ago he was living a life he didn't love so much.

This read is funny, sweet, and has plenty of naughty bits. Hardy is so swoony, that I wish there was more of him. I really enjoyed Virginia has well. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a swoony male MC, and a sweet romance as well. Highly recommend!

Honestly? this is my LAST "virgin" story. I'm fed up with heroes wooing the virgin heroine, for 75% of the book.
Who the eff cares hearing what the hero WANTS to do to the insecure and clueless heroine for three quarter of the story??

And don't let me start with their names..
HARDY and VIRGINIA.
Ludicrous.

4 *I love Hardy Richard* stars!! <3
Very few authors in the romance genre manage to get the male protagonist's voice and POV right. And very fewer have books completely written in the male character's POV alone.I loved that S.L.Scott managed to nail it!
Ladies, meet Hardy your new book boyfriend! Bartender, playboy and an expert when it comes to women. ;)
He's always down for a good time, unapologetically honest and sexy as hell.No women has managed to tie him down and he's had two rules.Dont get close and don't fall in love. But, when Virginia enters his bar and his life, both the rules are thrown out of the window.
There's just something about V that reels him in.She is confident yet vulnerable, sexy and unsure! But, she wants him to teach her how to land a guy! What's a guy to do when the woman he is falling for wants you only for lessons?Or does she?

Lol!I loved Hardy's voice from beginning to end!Even though in the beginning we're told he is a manwhore, he isn't overbearing, rude or controlling. He is super sweet and just perfect!!His interactions with V and their chemistry was amazing!I loved how he slowly fell for her, tried to deny it in the beginning but then he owned it! :D No running away like a coward.
Both V and Hardy were witty and sarcastic. The exchanges between them were really well done. And though it's a little bit insta-love-ish in the beginning, it doesn't feel rushed. The development and slow progression of their relationship could be witnessed.Hardy' friends and parents were also amazing and added a lot of humor to the story!
I just wish we could have seen little glimpses into V's head at times. But then that would have spoiled the enjoyment of the book.It was so funny to see Hardy guessing at her feelings!
Maybe we could have a companion novel from V's POV?That would be awesome!*wishes for it*
This book had the perfect mix of humor, romance, steam and emotion in it!!Just perfect!!

With a name like Hardy Richard and as owner of a business that’s motto is - “The customer is always right, they always come, and they always come back, it makes perfect sense that Hardy loves an uncomplicated life full of booze, beauties, and his Big Richard. He’s all about enjoying bonding physically with women, satisfying himself and his partner and then sending them on their way. Hardy has a pulse on every customer who enters his Brooklyn bar, and his gift for knowing what drink his female patrons order allows him to know exactly what they want after he delivers their beverage.

But when Virginia Ryan walks into his bar, she becomes an exception to more than just the two rules Hardy lives by, messing with his simplistic lifestyle and his hideaway antics, turning him into a Professor of Romance who ends up taking on the role of student more so than teacher when it comes to lessons in love and romance.

The fact that Drunk On Love is told exclusively from Hardy Richard’s perspective allows readers fresh insight into a sub-genre of romance - the heroine needing lessons in love from the hero in order to get another guy - that can be too formulaic and overly frustrating. There were times in Drunk On Love that were a bit problematic for me, especially the idea of Hardy believing in always being honest and then lying to Virginia numerous times throughout the storyline, but I thoroughly enjoyed being inside Hardy’s head because his internal monologue and musings illustrate just how much Virginia throws him off his game and what he’s willing to do to have a shot at not just her body but her heart as well.

There’s no doubt that Virginia complicates Hardy’s life and forces him to take a closer look at what he wants his future to look like, but Virginia is forced to do the same thing because even though readers don’t get her point of view, we can tell how much Hardy affects her by her flirty words and honest impressions…it just remains to be seen until the end of the story what will happen once the lessons are over and Virginia’s ready to graduate to the big leagues.

Drunk On Love is a seductive and sassy romantic comedy that illustrates just how easy life can change when the right girl enters your bar, even if neither of you know it until you almost lose one another with past beliefs and behaviors. Hardy Richard is a witty and tantalizing hero who may know the art of seduction but Virginia teaches him that sometimes rules are meant to be broken regardless of how important they seemed.

I have always loved a great S.L. book and this romantic comedy definitely was one of my favorites. It was flirty, extremely hot and filled with a lot of laughs! This book will take you from laughing out loud to panting from the steamy scenes.

Hardy is the owner of Hardy's Hideaway, a bar in Brooklyn. Its a place where people go to meet, hook up, and just let loose. Hardy is quick witted and doesn't hold back when he is talking. He's got a playful attitude, a big heart, and does not apologize for things he's done in his past. Hardy has a way of "reading" women for their drinks. He has rules about women and tries to stick to them.

Virginia (Constance) is a financial analyst in Manhattan. She is gorgeous, tough, and sassy. But she also happens to be a virgin! She's trying win the attention of a%&hole from her work. But she isn't quite sure what to do.

Hardy and Virginia meet at the Hideaway. Things get hot and heavy quickly for them. Then the brakes are put on when the guy who stood her up , actually shows up. Hardy figures he will stick to his rules and let this one go. But only problem is his mind will not let him! Virginia apologizes for the way things abruptly ended between them, then asks him for a favor. Hardy is wary at first, because she wants help to get the guy from work. Eventually Hardy caves and helps her. Along the way feelings between them develop and all things change.

Does Hardy forgot about his rules for Virginia? Will Virginia want to be more than just friends with Hardy? Do we get a happily ever after or will they go different paths?

I absolutely loved this book! One of my favorite things was it was all told from Hardy's POV! It was refreshing to read a book from a male's perspective. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for some good laughs and fun!

There is just something about a well written romantic comedy that makes me so happy. If you are a fan of sweet, feel good love stories then this is it. Get ready for your next book boyfriend ladies, because Hardy Richard is it.

As a bar tender/owner of The Hideaway, Hardy has a knack for being able to craft the perfect cocktail for his female customers. However it's the cock tales that keep them coming back for more. He lives by two rules, don't get too close and don't fall in love. When the sweet Virginia Ryan comes in looking for the perfect concoction and a lesson in love, everything he knows goes flying out the window.

I can't recall how long it's been since I've had such a good laugh reading a book. There are times when I read that I want a happy, warm fuzzy kind of story. This fit the bill perfectly. Hardy's character was just so damn sweet and funny. I loved that this was completely in his POV. He's a guys guy with a heart of gold. The tangents he'd go off on while explaining something had me constantly cracking up.

The banter and friendship between Virginia and Hardy was genuinely sweet. I love it when a male character is a good guy from start to finish. He completely wore his heart on his sleeve which made for a lot of swoon worthy moments. The fact that he wanted to be there for Virginia in any way he could, even if that meant keeping his feelings hidden from her really made me fall for his character.

"When she looks at me, she sees the person I want to be, the person she believes I can be, and damn it I want to be that guy for her"

This book was charming and light hearted. I was completely smitten with these characters from start to finish. I really hope we hear more about The antics of The Hideaway crew because I could not get enough of this story. Thank you to SL Scott for writing a book that left a smile on my face long after I finished it.

Who says you can’t get drunk on love, I know I was!

In this fun, sexy comedy we have Hardy, the hot and lovable owner of Hardy’s Hideaway tucked in Brooklyn, NY. With his charm, good looks and witty banter Hardy is very popular with women that frequent his bar. He has two rules about the women he meets:

1. Don’t get too close.
2. Don’t fall in love.

In comes Virginia, or as she introduces herself to Hardy as Constance. She is a financial analyst in Manhattan desperately trying to get the attention of a man she works with. She is beautiful, tough and sassy in a man’s world.

The two meet at Hardy’s Hideaway and he can’t keep his eyes off of her, their attraction is mutual and things heat up between them quickly. However, after finding out that Virginia was there to meet a man from work she has a crush on, he decides to abide by his two rules….the only problem is he can’t stop thinking about her! Virginia comes back to the Hideaway hoping that Hardy will teach her the art of seduction so she can show the man at work what he’s missing. Hardy agrees so he can spend time with her, but where does that leave things between them?!?!

I absolutely loved this book. My favorite thing was the story being told from Hardy’s POV. He was so lovable, heartfelt and funny at the same time. I found myself laughing out loud while he talked to himself and swooning over how sweet he is at the same time.

If you are looking for a fun, lighthearted romance that will make you smile, look no further. Hardy is your guy to swoon over!

Oh lord! I love this book. S.L. Scott does an amazing job with her new Romantic Comedy book, Drunk on Love. I love how she casually mentions The Resistance a couple of times here and there. Yes you know it, the sexy band that you may have read of hers. I love Hardy and V. Hardy is a nut basket. I mean he makes you laugh out loud. And that kind of makes you look like a crazy person when you are reading in public, and people stare at you like you're crazy. Ok back to Hardy. Not only does he have a great and funny personality, but he has a good heart and soul. Like any single man, he enjoys some play time here and there. Did I mention he owns a great bar! Hardy's Hideaway is the place a girl can let her hair down and have a great time. That is exactly how he met V.

These two people were a match made in heaven! I knew that they were suppose to be together. Then we get friend zoned a few times, and I am sure they can make it as just friends. I actually felt bad for Hardy a time or two. I sometimes wanted to shake V and have her wake up and smell the coffee. So what are they? Lovers or Friends? They are a sexy couple, and make this story hot a few times over. I love a romantic comedy and SL Scott rocked it! She always does with her books and that is why I am over the moon this one! Get your copy of Drunk on Love! It's a fun, flirty, and sexy kind of story that is great for the holidays... and make a perfect gift for a fellow bookworm. Happy Reading!! #MFEO

SL Scott does it again. Drunk on Love made me giddy while reading. Scott mixed a cocktail of sweet, funny, beautiful with a double shot of sexy. She chased it with all the feels and not a drop of bitter aftertaste. Scott left me a happy drunk with her delicious and smooth words.
Drunk on Love is one of those books that you want to curl up with your blanket, the quiet and read from start to finish without any interruptions. The characters have real life problems that readers can relate to but the romance and the angst is the perfect balance to take the reader away from the real life grind.
I absolutely loved the chemistry between Hardy and Virginia. It was scorching hot without them even having to take their clothes off.
The secondary characters were equally as funny and sexy. Put all of that together and I guarantee you'll be laughing out loud. It's impossible not to.
I've read many of SL Scott's books and I'm going to risk saying it but I think this is her best yet. it was one of those books that had it all without being over the top. I couldn't get enough and by the time I came to the end, I had one of those "Sunday happy" kinda feelings. Much like when you take the first few sips of our favourite drink and you can feel the warmth take over and the beginnings of a buzz.
Drunk on Love will give you that high without the hangover.

Drunk On Love by S.L. Scott
is a standalone romance novel.

Hardy has two rules:

1. Don’t get too close.
2. Don’t fall in love.
Correction: Don’t ever fall in love. I don’t need the baggage of relationships. Life should be simple, easy, uncomplicated.

Hardy, the owner of bar " The Hideaway " in NY; evaluates women and their characters by their hairstyle- no joke.
Constance-Virginia is a not so hard nut to crack.
Virginia is a financial analyst and a virgin. With Hardy´s and Big Richard´s help she wants to change this.
Hardy falls from instalust to instalove. Virginia needs a little more time till their HEA.

Favorite Quote: " Risks are just daers you were brave enough to take." Yes I agree.
I really liked this book. It´s a fun sexy read and I laughed out loud on more than one place.

I absolutely loved this book! Hardy Richard was fantastic, and so was Big Richard! Smart sexy banter, and HOT love scenes made this book so enjoyable to read. Hardy owns a bar, and he lives by 2 rules-number one-don't get to close, and number two-do not fall in love. This all goes to hell when he meets Virginia. Told from the male POV, this story follows Hardy and Virginia through his helping her get noticed by a lawyer at the place she works. They both have such chemistry, and Hardy blows his 2 rules right to hell! Funny, sweet, hot and a fun information on cocktails, this book should not be missed.

What a fantastic read! Hardy, one of the top ladies man, can really give you a run for your money. He starts off as cocky and arrogant, giving us a show that he'll do anything that has two legs. But after meeting Virginia that starts to change. S.L. Scott did a great job writing in a man's point of view and showing us that it is possible for a real ladies man to fall for someone. I'm in love with Hardy myself. I could definitely use someone like him! What an awesome read.

I feel as though I'm glowing. Maybe it's because I'm drunk on Drunk on Love. Maybe because this new release from SL Scott was so light, fresh and fun. Not to mention really sexy and oh so hot!

Hardy & Virginia are just so likeable. So easy to connect with. From the first meet they have a very strong, very intense, passionate connection that just SIZZLES and BURNS!

I ADORED that this book was written from Hardy's POV, the all male outlook was so refreshing and powerful. He dragged me so deep into his story, into his heart and now he's fully in mine. SL writes such good male characters that you can't help but fall for, although this has a bigger comedic feel from her other books, the standard of the male character is still just as strong. Just as loveable and oh so adorable.

Drunk on Love is so uplifting, the storyline so different from many others. SL writes the whole thing so fluidly, so flawlessly, so beautifully. Everything about it, from beginning to end made me smile and it gave me all those warm, fuzzy feels.
Drunk on Love is an outstanding read that is worth so many more than the 5 stars I can give!

Drunk on Love is a beautiful book that I could hardly lay out of my hands.
Virginia is shy and still a virgin. She would like to change this and choose the bar owner Hardy as a teacher in romancing. He accepts the deal eagerly because he finds Virginia irresistible.
Very quickly he, who does not do relationships, falls in love with V. He fights against his feelings, as Victoria does not seem to return them.
This book is amusing, humorous and enchanting!

I give Drunk on Love 5 stars for providing me with a light hearted romance. It was a cute, quirky and fun read.

S.L. Scott has written a comedic romance told in the first person. It's Harry's view of what is happening to him and Virginia. Well written and easy to read.

Hardy and V go through the ups and downs of establishing a friendship which began with an agreement to help her learn how to get the attention of her colleague. What will happen with these two?

Hardy Richard is the owner of Hardy's Hideaway bar and quite the ladies man. He's sexy, confident and lives by these rules. There are only two rules: Rule number one: Don’t get too close. Rule number two: Don’t fall in love. Life should be simple and uncomplicated. Can he get her out of his head?

Virginia "V" Ryan is a virgin with a passion for numbers. She's sassy yet quiet, sexy yet shy, and she wants to get her man. Will she get her man?

Drunk on Love is a romance comedy novel that is light and fun. Guaranteed to lift your heart.

Do you ever hear a song and think of a book or vice versa? Once we meet Virgina, my head kept singing the song "Meet Virginia" by Train. I'm not saying it makes any sense but it just needed to be said.

Meeting Virginia was enough to knock Hardy off his path onto a road he had never traveled before. Looking out for signs didn't help. He's so completely in uncharted territory.

Though Hardy is smart enough to realize he's in trouble, he still can't figure out his next move. Come along and see if this story ends with a beginning or an end. No rewriting necessary- just ask Barry, but bring some Bourbon.

This was a refreshing book that I have to say I enjoyed tremendously.

I was a gonner and a complete sucker when it came to Hardy. I was laughing at his antics throughout the book.

Hardy and Virginia were certainly quite a catch together. I loved how he was teaching her the rules of seduction and how she was so willingly learning from an experienced man. Not only was Hardy experienced, but he was definitely doing it because he felt something for this woman. He might have been a player at a time, but he certainly fell when he least expected it.

Hardy and Virginia had such beautiful chemistry between them and even though she wanted to learn the rules of seduction to seduce a man who certainly didn't deserve her, she was learning from the best. Things certainly turned out differently than she expected in the end.

I have to say that S.L. Scott really blows my mind with her books. I am always intrigued and ready to read her sexy romcom's. I've had my fair share of different emotions with this author and I have to say that I love to experience different emotions so I'm happy she gives us a little something different every time. But it never fails to have a little humor in her books, which I totally love because we all need a little laugh in between.

4.5 stars for this great RomCom Book!

This was a very fun read! The main character’s name is Hardy Richard (I have a hard time not thinking of Dick when I see the name Richard. However, in a completely non-sexual way! Seriously! My uncle’s name is Richard but we all called him Uncle Dick.) He is the owner of a bar where the motto is: “The customer is always right, they always come, and they always come back.” The combination of name and business moto had me laughing and hooked right away.

This was such a fun, light, and easy read. Just what I needed during such a crazy, busy, and a bit stressful holiday season. Hardy and Virginia were perfect opposites of each other. They were so likable straight from the beginning. Their romance was sweet straight from the start. The attraction is mutual straight from the get go. However, things heat up quickly and they can’t seem to stop thinking about one another.

This story revolves around laughter, friendship, and most importantly love. I’m starting to love, more and more, books written solely in the male POV. I loved getting in Hardy’s head. And BOY is Hardy swoon-worthy?! He’s definitely on my ever-growing list of book boyfriends!

This was my first S.L. Scott book but I can assure you it won’t be my last. If you like as story that is sweet yet steamy, with a touch of angst this one is for you!

Drunk on Love by S.L. Scott
My rating 4 of 5 stars

Hardy Richard, owner and bartender of Hardy’s Hideaway. Hardy lives by two rules, don't get too close and don't fall in love. He is a successful business owner and enjoys the single life. The women flock to the bar for the cocktails and the cock tales. He is confident, witty and funny.

Virginia, comes to the bar seeking Hardy out. She has heard of his reputation and feels she needs to experience to impress a coworker she has crushed on for years. Virginia is beautiful, but not very confident.

Virginia convinces Hardy to give her lessons in seduction. Little does he know that she will be a game changer for him. What happens when feelings develop and the lines in the newfound friendship are blurred? Will he be able to continue helping her so she can seduce another man or will he own up to his feelings?

This is an intoxicating story that is full of laughter, friendship, and love. I was drawn in within the first few chapters of book This story is told in dual POV. The characters and plot are well developed. Drunk on Love was my first book by S.L. Scott, but will not be my last. I look forward to reading future books.

I was so incredibly happy to read S.L. Scott's newest release!!! It seems fitting that I started 2016 while reading my first book of hers, and now I'm closing out 2016 with another one of hers. It doesn't feel like I've only known her and her books for only a year.

Drunk on Love became one of my favorites of hers. It was a CUTE and SENSUAL romantic comedy that was unlike anything I've read by S.L. It made me laugh-out-loud too many times to count. Virginia and Hardy were so adorable together that you couldn't help but root for them. There were other characters too that I'm hoping S.L. will eventually write their story.

Here's to reading more by S.L. in 2017!!!

S.L. Scott has done it again with the funny, smart, and heartwarming Drunk on Love.

Hardy Richard has two rules he lives by; don’t get too close and don’t fall in love. Hardy, don’t you know that rules are made to be broken?

Hardy and Virginia’s story starts at Hardy’s Hideaway- a bar I wish I could get lost in (and trust me, you will too). I love stories written from the male point of view- there needs to be more of those! The flirty banter between Hardy and Virginia is epic, and laugh-out-loud funny. You’ll never look at cock tales the same way. I loved watching these two and their relationship develop to the point that I stayed up until 3:00 am! The supporting characters are equally fabulous, and I’m holding out hope there will be more in this series.

S.L. Scott always draws you into her stories in a way that is authentic, and she’s definitely achieved that again. This is a wonderfully written, steamy story that you are not going to want to put down.

I love a good romantic comedy and one told from the guy's POV, even better! I was so excited to pick this up right before the holidays and have a good laugh with Hardy and V. This comedy is well written from Hardy who is admittedly kind of a male slut. When he meets Virginia, there is something about her that takes him by surprise and the appeal of other women goes away. What Hardy wasn't expecting was for V to ask him to tutor her on how to be with a man. This had so much fun and humor in it as Hardy falls head over heals with V while she thinks she is trying to hook another man. I loved the friendship and the relationship that develops between Hardy and V. This was a really fun read and I loved watching Hardy struggle with the feelings he was having. And I have to say the cover of this book....that is exactly how I pictured V! Great read!

The title of this book is PERFECT! You won't be able to help but fall in love and be drunk on love with Hardy. It is light, fun and sexy. I literally read this book in one sitting.

S.L. Scott NEVER disappoints, I've read 16 of her books and Naturally Charlie was my FAVORITE for a long time and now has been replaced with Drunk on Love.

You will laugh, maybe shed a tear, I did. It is a beautiful story. If I could give it more than FIVE Stars I would.

I love the banters and innuendos especially the sexual innuendos. I was Laughing out loud throughout the book. I love Hardy, the cocky and arrogant bartender with the BIGGEST heart who lived by TWO rules: Rule number one - Don't get too close and Rule number two - Don't fall in love! See how he struggled to live by his rule after he met V!

Drunk on Love is a romantic comedy that will leaving you feeling happy, bubbly and carefree....just like the perfect cocktail mixed by a hot bartender.

Hardy is a hottie that is breaking all of his rules and can't stop it from happening since Virginia walked into his bar. She is everything he didn't know he wanted and more. Their banter will fill you with a buzz of laughter and their chemistry will leave you tipsy.

This book was a fun, uplifting read that I needed to lift my holiday spirits. Hardy and Virginia will give you plenty of laugh out loud and swoony moments and leave a smile on your face.
