    OMG I cannot believe it has taken me until now to read this book. It’s a little taboo but oh so cute, fun and hot!

    Claudia is Owen’s little sister and followed her brother and his friends River and Bram around, whereas her brother and River always treated her like the annoying little sister she was. Bram always treated her with care and looked out for her. These two characters has a special bond with each other. Its years later and Claudia is all grown up much to Bram’s surprise he cannot believe how much she has changed and the feelings he has for her are definitely not brotherly.

    Claudia has loved Bram for as long as she can remember and now that he has settled back in town and she’s all grown up there is no way that she is not making her move. He is everything that she has always wanted all she has to do now is convince Bram that they are meant to be together and he will not push her away.

    This is a new author for me and I can promise you that it will not be the last book of hers that I read. It’s a great quick read that’s got an alpha male ready to claim his woman. I am hoping that Owen and River also get books….

    Sweet Torment is a great novella by Georgia Cates. I loved it, it's a light hearted falling for my best friends sister romance that's hot and so very sexy. Bram and Claudia are super characters with a deep connection who fall in love but have to wait until she's eighteen to truly be together. There's lots of sneaking around, stolen kisses and cold showers. Would definitely recommend.

    Fairly quick read about a 17, nearly 18 yr old girl , Claudia who is in love with her older brother's best friend and has been for all her life. Bram is six years older than her. He has feelings for her but refuses to act on them until she is legal.

    This was an ok read. The language felt a bit out of place at times. Lots of sex but not much else to the story.

    Another great read from Georgia Cates. This was a great sexy forbidden romance story that I really enjoyed. Claudia has always secretly been in love with her brothers best friend Bram- however she thought he only saw her as a little sister but Bram might also be hiding his feelings too...

    There was great chemistry between Claudia and Bram a strong attraction. They were both great characters. This story is well written and is fast paced and I quickly sucked in and wanted to keep reading. Overall a great sexy, fun forbidden romance story.

    WOW this was some dirty read!! Looking for a short smutty forbidden romance? Look no further. This book was filthy and I loved it. I knew Georgia Cates was a good author but I dint know she was this good at the smut. One thing I didnt like was the word Bae being used. It made me cringe. HARD. Other than that I loved it.

    I really enjoyed this quick and sexy as hell read. That had the sexual tension amped up from the very first paragraph. I really enjoy these all out friends to lovers novellas that just deliver everytime.

    This book is everything that you would expect from this sort of book and then some. The secret attraction that Claudia and Bram have is unmistakable and this book is about them and there battle to hold off from hurting everyone around them. Sometimes you just have to think of you and forget the rest.

    I really recommend this great book. I love a quick steamy read and this book does the trick just nicely.

    Georgia Cates always knows how to deliver an excellent story. This book was no different.

    I love her storylines and she always delivers lovable characters. Her books always suck me in and I never want them to end.

    Sweet Torment is a standalone novella told in Dual POV. It's a forbidden Friends to lovers story. What makes this story forbidden is the age difference between Claudia and Bram. I love that it felt natural between these two friends and that Georgia waited until Claudia was of legal age. She made Bram a responsible male which is truly refreshing for a 23 year old Hero.

    So what happens when you fall for your Best Friends little sister and she isn't quite 18 yet?? Well read Sweet Torment to see how Bram and Claudia handle it. This was a sweet, sexy and entertaining Friends to lovers story. It's a quick read but it lacked for nothing. I thought the storyline was well thought out and the characters were very well developed. The flow and pace of this story was spot on. Even though this is a novella, nothing was rushed.

    I would love to see Georgia write another book for Owen (Bram's BFF & Claudia's brother) and for Rivers (Owen & Bram's BFF). I think they could each have an interesting story to tell.

    I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who loves a forbidden Friends to lovers story. If you are a fan of Georgia's books already you don't want to miss this gem!!!

    Sweet Torment by Georgia Cates is a standalone romantic & sexy novella about loving someone your whole life and finally being able to do something about it.

    Bram and Claudia have known each other nearly their whole lives. Bram is the best friend of Claudia's older brother and has always been around for as long as Claudia can remember. She has also loved for him about that same amount of time. Despite their four year age difference, as she gets older she begins to notice him in a way that is less sisterly and more womanly.

    Bram has always gravitated toward Claudia. Initially as a protector and brother-like figure, later as a friend, and now that she is just months shy of turning 18, as a woman. Despite everything he tells himself about how wrong it is, how she is too young, their chemistry cannot be denied.

    Wicked and crazy, this was a really good read full of fun, laughter, sexy times, and true love. Enjoy!

Bram realized he always loved his "little Dove" but as she matured his feelings became deeper. Because she wasn't 18 years old he keep his distance , graduated from college and returned to their home town. Bram is six years older then Claudia, he hadn't seen her in 8 months , he went over to Owens and she came in . She was more beautiful then ever before, when she jumped in his arm ( like she has for years) he became aroused . She was about to graduate from high school and having trouble in calculus, so Owen asked his best friend Bram to tutor his baby sister. They ended up confessing there love for each other but waited until was 18 to have sex and then tell their loved ones. But, Owen found out and beat Bram for touching his sister, Bram could of fought back and beat Owen but he took his punishment. He was determined to be with his Dove, she told Bram she wanted to be a photographer and wasn't planning on going to college. He proposed to her and they go to her parents for their blessing. Doves parents are both educators and want her to go to school first and then marry after she graduated. But things change during the summer when she becomes pregnant. A must read very well-written happily-ever after.

    I just loved GC Sin Trilogy so when I seen this one and read the idea behind it sounded a bit reminiscent of the series. My only hesitation was the word Novella in the title but if you look at the print length it shows 456 pages. I have seen this happen before and it usually means spacing is different or something like that either way I went for it. So with that in mind the book goes to about 26% on my Kindle and there is actually another book that follows by Cates called Tap. My rating does not reflect my misconception more so my overall believably of the novella working for me. The length does rip some of my enjoyment that I experienced with the Sin Trilogy. It did help that Claudia and Bram have known each other so long. It saves the author time of convincing her audience of their bond. I missed watching that with this one. Claud has an overprotective brother who is also best friends with Bram.

    You know this from the book blurb so that isn't a surprise but more detailing on B&C's relationship could have only helped strengthen my love for the couple. Maybe I'm just too old to get the angle on their relationship but I didn't feel as strongly drawn in with them. He was protective and possessive but two months prior to seeing Claud for so long he's out man whoring and his friends all know and expect no less from him. They all seem cut of the same cloth, refusing to grow up. Claudia changes the way Bram feels things he once believed seem different and she becomes his everything. Once that has been overcome and the couple confess how they feel it is the pair fighting their hormones and waiting until after her 18th birthday. I really think the couple needed more time to make the reader fall truly in love with the idea of them. It was all very simple with minimal conflict or any kind of competition. She is willing to do anything to please him and he is 6 years older and wants to protect her.

    Bram also set such high expectations for Claud. While he bounced around with 15 or more woman in his 23 years of life he twinges because she tried kissing another man. She is in love with Bram and because she is so young he looks at her like his little sister. It's painful to see him carry on with other woman so she reacts as any woman would and wants to know if what she feels is real. His reaction to me was hypocritical considering that was all she did, no touching or anything but a kiss. Him sharing his remorse for all his prior activity would have made him look better to me. This is a modern based book you'll know that because even though our h is a virgin she doesn't carry herself as one with Bram. She talks a little dirty at times and that too took some of the sweetness, imo, I wanted to see from the lovers. I still like the dedication the two had for the other and that there were no other scenes with Bram with anyone other than Claudia. A past lover appearance to cause some conflict would have helped make the book a bit more intriguing. Even another on Claudia's side would have been nice than he could have showed that alpha/ possessive side but that was not that kind of book. She did have 7 different guys wanting to take her to prom and the guy who she planned to go with is clearly nothing more than a friend. There is an epilogue that showed 5 years later and I liked seeing that. Love seeing the mini Abraham and his inquisitive nature was not fully supportive of the new babies choice of names. All I could think of is Tonto's horse from the Lone Ranger. Still I want to try to continue forward with Tap and see how my experience goes there. Enjoy!

    Claudia has been in love with her older brother's best friend Bram for years. He's always been there and he's always been protective of her. The only problem is that Bram has only ever treated her as a little sister and she wants to be so much more.

    Bram has been away at college and can't believe how much Claudia has grown up since the last time he saw her. He feels guilty and wrong for the feelings he has towards Claudia since he knows he shouldn't want his best friend's little sister the way he wants her. Once Claudia realizes Bram feels the same way, she isn't going to make it easy for him to resist.

    This was a short story told in dual POV with a happy ending. It ended on my Kindle at 27% and the story Tap: Men of Lovibond was also included with my purchase. I did not read the second story.
