Romance addict. Hopeless daydreamer. People watcher. Total romantic at heart.

That's me. When I'm lost in a good book a nuclear bomb could go off next to me - I wouldn't flinch. I'm not afraid to read in public and laugh until my eyes water and my sides hurt. I'll cry at a tender moment. Dab my eyes when a couple finally realizes they're in love. Race with my heart pounding to the end of an adventure. Give me a little mystery – now I'm really intrigued.

I'll fall in love with a hot, witty hero any day of the week. Shhh. Just between you and me? My biggest turn-on? A man with a sense of humor. Let me melt now. I'm hooked.

Give me billionaires, modern-day dukes and royals. Give me hot, witty nerds, and intelligent men.

Marriages of convenience? Fake relationships? Second-chance romances? I'm in!

I write books that I want to read. That make me laugh. That make my heart race. If any of this sounds good to you, join me! If you want to be sure to hear when I have a new release, visit me at www.ginarobinson.com and sign up for my newsletter.

Simply Austin is Book 4 in the Jet City Kilt Series. I, myself, am not going to believe this is the conclusion to Blair and Austin's story. I just want it to continue. I'm really hoping we see a Lazar's story in the future. This series must be read in order.

Book 3 end with the guys rescueing Blair from the beach under Nigel's nose. Wahoo!

Blair and Austin are now back together and she has regained her memory. They continue on their previous planned journey. We get to witness a very romantic engagement proposal and beautiful, perfect wedding.

These two just connect on such a deep level that it's wonderful to watch their story unfold.

If not for what felt like either a cop out or lazy writing at the end wrap up for the Erica story, this would've been 5 stars.

This novel was read and reviewed for My Timeout Book Blog.

This is the final novel in the story of Blair and Austin. I have been waiting for what seems like forever (even though it has only been a few months to find out the conclusion of there journey). It has been said by the author that you can read the two Almost (Almost Jamie and Almost Elinor) books together and then the two Simply (Simply Blair and Simply Austin) books without reading them all. I personally feel that you should read the books in order from the first Almost book to this one. It is my belief that you will enjoy the whole story by doing so and not just the beginning of the end of it.

I have been having a hard time trying to figure out a way to talk about this novel without giving to much away. So here goes my best try. This novel we find ourselves back with Austin , Blair and crew heading back to after the guys "saved" Blair. Thankfully she has regained her memories and is back in the arms of the man she truly loves. We follow them though their journey to Scottland to tape the promos for Jamie. There is some drama a long the way, which is to be expected with both of the Randy and Nigil still out there lurking. This novel follows the path of the others. There is some excitement with conflict, some steamy scenes, and of course some wonderfully romantic parts. I will say that two scenes will stick out with me as wildly romantic: the engagement and the wedding. I have to say I might of "awwwed and ohhed a few times reading them."

This novel did not disappoint. It was everything that I had hoped for in cluing up Blair and Austin's story. I am not in withdrawals and am going to have to hope that we will get the stories of the rest of the guys and I am going back to read Ashley and Lars story to tide me over.

We return to the Jet City Kilts series, this is the 4th and last in this current set of books and I know that Gina has said there’s no need to read part 1 and 2 to enjoy 3 and 4, but to be honest, to have the story fully rounded out in your head you really do need to start with part 1. Becoming Jamie. There’s so much in it that book which explains a lot in this one. But, that’s just my opinion.
In Simply Austin, we jump straight into the action which is set immediately after the ending of Simply Blair and the high jinks that had ensued. Blair and Austin are relieved to finally be back in each other’s arms, with Blair’s memory coming back in leaps and bounds. They both hope it will be plain sailing from now on after having escaped from their respective captor’s.
But, as we soon find out all in not calm in the turbulent life they are leading. From Tintagel Castle in Cornwall to the rugged beauty of the Scottish Highlands, with an Irish stop-over in between this story takes you on a spectacular ride of mystery and romance. Hot sexy scenes coupled with more suspense than you can throw one of the guys’ hand knives at.
Crazy ex’s and demented bosses are just some of the things to look out for. A string of hot, sexy bachelor’s letting loose and having fun is another.
Add in the maddest of ceremonies and you have just about got it all.
I loved so much in this last book and was seriously emotional as I read the last words.

I hope you did NOT bother paying for (or reading) the middle two books of this series. Simply Austin is by far the best of the last 3 parts, unfortunately that’s not saying a lot.

In this last book, we finally get Blair back with the boys, have a little more of the witty banter we’ve been missing since the first book. Unfortunately, it seems like M’s. Roberts ran out of steam before she ran out of story.

Book 4 is all about the wedding, and there are a lot of wonderful moments leading up to the big day. But, by the time we actually get there, we are reduced to being told what happens rather than being shown what happens. To the point where Austin’s voice is just being used to say, this happened, then that happens, then this other thing happened. Oh wait, let’s have a quick scene with real dialogue...and then Blair’s voice does the same.

“Here’s your hat, what’s your hurry, don’t let the book cover hit you as you finish reading.””

Also, the final scene is still bothering me; Dr. Blair in an ‘the end justifies the means’ mentality’, essentially says “If I told the police what I know, the hospital will lose a lot of funding. So what if (character) murdered her husband? He was terminally ill anyway.” I beg your pardon, but that is condoning MURDER. Not a very good parting thought in such a light, fluffy romance book.

"Simply Austin" concludes the Jet City Kilt Series in a Steamy, Romantic, Over-The-Top "Outlander" resplendent manner. All characters are on deck and every stop is pulled out for Austin and Blair's Happily Ever After. Gina Robinson packs every page of "Simply Austin" with thrills, romance, fun, and steam. Blair and Austin are finally reunited. Blair has regained her memories and Austin is cleared of Treason. They and the merry band of bride-hunting geeks are bound on their Scottish adventure. The water's still aren't smooth as the duo make their way to film their promos for the time-traveling Highland show. Blair's ex is making wild accusations and on their tails. The man who framed Austin for Treason escaped and is dangerously out for revenge. Lazer and his lady love, Ashley are from "Lazer Focused" are on hand. Austin's fellow Hottest Eligible Cos-Playing Geek posse are ready for action.
Jet City Kilt Series is a fabulously fun romance and "Simply Austin" a satisfying and gratifying ending. This book must be read last, following: "Almost Jamie", "Almost Elinor", and "Simply Blair".

I have always enjoyed Gina Robinsons' stories. She hooked me with her Spy School stories and her Agent X series.

Now she writes primarily romance. She has a real gift for creating characters in an ensemble style that can hold their own and situations that do not seem cliche or old hat.

But sometimes I wish she would go back to writing full blown novels instead of the novellas that have become popular. The Jet City Kilt series being one of them. The up side is that you get a new story a bit quicker but the down side is that you are constantly left with cliff hangers. In the end, you will get a satisfying pay off with a Robinson story and the premise (matchmaker Ashley is matching her partner/fiancee Lazer's closest friends) works wonderfully.

It is always fun to see how the next match will be plotted and Robinson has firmly established a city within a city with the Fashionista, Pair Me, and other businesses she has produced for her established characters. I love the way she weaves those elements throughout her series.

There is a lot to like in her books, especially if you are looking for snappy dialogue, interesting locations and a bit of mind candy to help unwind from your own personal stress. I just miss her old style of writing.

In this book it picks up right where book 3 left off. I would highly recommend reading this series in order. Blair is rescued from Nigel (her ex) he was trying to keep her to himself. But Austin and all his buddies come to her rescue. As soon as she is back with Austin she knows she is where she belongs. Nigel doesn't give up easily though. He try's almost everything including reporting her to the authorities as being kidnapped. Then there's also the threat of Randy "Dickless" Dixon who has been evading the authorities as well. He resurfaces towards the end and is handled properly. The chemistry between Blair and Austin is as strong as ever in this book. It does have an HEA but I cant help but feel like their story shouldn't end here. I hope that if there are future books i. This series but spin offs from the characters that Blair and Austin make some cameos. Lol. This series has been such fun to read and I've been hooked since book 1.- By Mandi

I had an ARC but I had to buy this book! I always buy Gina's books. They are so re-readable. This series about Austin and Blair has been so much fun to read. It was easy to get involved in the story from their beginning, actually way back with the first Jet City Billionaires books when we met Justin and we just had a glimpse of Lazer. This is the conclusion of Austin and Blair's story and I wanted it to tie up loose ends. At the end of book 3, Austin and a couple of the guys rescue Blair from Nigel right off the beach! This book picks up as they boat away! There are still threats surrounding Blair and Austin and the guys. Will they be resolved? Can Blair and Austin simply be? Read this delightful book. Can't wait to see who is next!!

I voluntarily read this book, and my comments here are my honest opinion.

What does this book not have! It has a daring rescue, crazy ex, and crazier nemesis, Scots in kilt wielding swords, hot romance, and unexpected love and out of this word proposal. It has everything you need for amazing and unforgettable story.
Blair’s memories come flooding back as if the dam holding them bursts. She’s falling in love all over again with Austin. Austin is such a romantic and he’s wooing Blair like no one can. Austin is making a point to hit what’s on Blair’s Scotland bucket list. Austin and his buddies are truly the funniest guys when they are together with their bantering and they’re loyalty to each other. This is one of my favorite stories of the series.

That beginning was the perfect hook. Finding our group traveling to Scottland on Lazer's rented yacht was every woman's dream. The stops along the way as the two muddled through the memories and the difficulties that came to light with each moment made the story that much better. I only wish I had my own friend like Lazer. It helps to have someone with some pull in your corner. And what a bunch of great friends Austin had to help him claim his woman. Blair and Austin belonged together and watching them fight through everything that was thrown at them was a testament. It was filled with tongue in cheek humor, and I had a hard time putting the story down. It was nonstop action, and the ending was perfection.

Okay, I have a problem. I just spent my evening binge reading this series, and I still want more. It's a condition, really, it must be. I really hope Robinson gives us the story on everyone else, especially Cam. Really interested in his story, and can't wait to see him or Lazer play Godfather one day. Erica is a little cut-throat, not that we didn't already know that about her, but I'm surprised that it didn't bother Blair more than it did. All in all an amazing series, and I can't wait to see what's next for this group of friends.

I was quite ready to plow into this one since also having read the previous ones. Austin and Blair on trying to move on with things speeding up just a bit. Things need to get wrapped up in this one with the romance level also escalating. Her aunt will have a bit in here that I also wished she had more though I liked her. The wrongs fall to the way side with them growing deeper that I just plain enjoyed reading this. I think too some of it was since I had read the others this was one that wraps it all up for me like the icing on the cake.

This book is the fitting end to the 4 book series. It finally provides the Happily Ever After to a series that included nerds, Comiccons, cosplay, cyber-attacks, jealousy, revenge, and celebrity. I was disappointed when I got to the end of the first book and saw that it wasn't finished but I immediately had to read the remaining 3 books in the series.
I had never read anything by Ginda Robinson before but loved this series and will look for more of her books like this to read.

I've really loved this series, and this book was no exception. I was happy to see how everything turned out for Austin and Blair, and enjoyed reading the last of their adventure (for now, anyway, I hope there's more from them in the future!). I'm always sad to see a series end, but I'm looking forward to seeing what the author has in store next. I was gifted a copy.

Great end to an awesome series. I loved every page of it. Austin and Blair get their shot at happiness in Scotland after all the drama in book 3. Love the romance and the rush of adventure. Great deal of research went into this book - all the details with sights and places and history in Scotland. Great work. If you did not start reading this series you should soon. Gina never disappoints.

Great Series

Loved the suspense and mystery along with the description of all places visited. It made me feel like I was in England and could feel the breeze coming of the water or standing in a Scottish castle. Thanks for the images and great stories. Read all 9 books in a few days.

Lovely end to their story.

The books are well written and characters you really can believe in. The only down side to these books is that they seem to have been split for purely commercial reasons.

Loved the characters, the link to Outlander, the writing style, just wish the commercialisation wasn't so blatant!

An unconventional wedding to remember

This book wraps up all the dangling plotlines from the beginning of the series. It is romantic, funny, exciting, and even a bit swashbuckling.

I received an ARC copy of this story from Booksprout and voluntarily chose to share my review.

The final bloc of Austin and Blair delivered an amazing story and a wild ride. Starting the book we meet these two at Comicon dressed as characters from a new tv show. We had seen them they promo stress and work issues. Now we have revenge plots being thrown at them from all angles. Blair has her memory back after her accident and rescue by Austin and his friends. We get back to the promo stress and the wonderful proposal at Merlin's Camelot castle site.
With wedding plans underway, dress being held under wraps in secrecy, and Randy on the loose, it's anyone's guess what will happen.
Sword fights, trash-talk, and interest are no match for their wild ride romance story from Gina Robinson. You get it all from great characters, suspenseful plots, and wonderful cliffhangers too the end with a great happily ever after.

This is definitely not a stand alone book, you need to read 1-3 first to really enjoy this. I totally enjoyed the series, but this lost a star over the other 3 books for me from the way the murderer friend's (I believe it was Erica) situation was handled. I didn't appreciate that Erica didn't end up in trouble for killing her husband with the Foxglove flower.

Loved Austin & Blair, great characters, well developed, and you could feel their emotional bond building. The flow wasn't as great in this book as the first 3, but not so bad to ruin the book. The whole story (book 1-4) had so many plot twist & turns & unexpected things going on, it was riveting for me as a reader. I'm glad they ended up with the HEA, they earned it! LOL
