Second Snowfall (Elton Hall Chronicles Book 2) Kindle Edition

4.1 out of 5 stars 33 ratings

Last semester, Annabelle fell in love. There are just two problems. Jason is her best friend…and he’s already taken.

Refusing to break up a relationship, Annabelle resigns to love him from afar—until a certain hot firefighter walks into her life.

Kingsley is the perfect catch. Rich, attractive, with muscles to boot, and he only has eyes for Annabelle. But things get complicated when he clashes with Jason.

With tensions running high and emotions spiraling out of control, Annabelle finds herself torn between her love for Jason, and her new desire for Kingsley.

The longer Annabelle tries to hold on to both men, the more she gets tangled up in a web of lies, secrets, and chilling revelations.

Now, things have gotten worse and Annabelle must do something—before things get ugly…

Sarah Fischer works hard fighting the good fight in personnel security. She graduated with a degree in criminal justice and married the calm to her crazy. Then Sarah had a health scare and needed heart surgery. While recovering, she finally had the time to write the stories playing out in her mind. Her college romantic suspense series, Elton Hall Chronicles, is now available in its entirety on Amazon. First Semester, Second Snowfall, and Third Wheel remind you what you loved about college, show you what you missed, and make you yearn for what could have been. Sarah also has a contemporary short story in the Craving Bad anthology. If you like sweet Christmas stories, she and Kelsey McKnight co-wrote two new stories, Cupid Claus and Royally Abandoned. In her spare time, you’ll find her with a book in her hand, at the movies, or watching just one more episode of reality tv.

This book has me frustrated at certain parts. I guess because it’s always strong from the outside in. In saying that, it was very realistic.

5.0 out of 5 stars First love is always the hardest to recognize
Reviewed in the United States on 1 December 2017

First love is always the hardest to recognize. Annabelle must decide if she is willing to hold out for a hero, or settle for a very flawed yet handsome suitor. Red flags in a relationship are especially difficult to see when eyes are clouded by the heart. This titillating tale will both entertain and enlighten. "Second Snowfall" would be a good catalyst to spark a group discussion concerning the pursuit of healthy relationships.
