    Another fabulous book by Michelle Lynn, I've loved everything she written so far, she never disappoints.
    As usual the anticipation is there throughout, Piper and Tanner were so good together until it all went wrong and it happened in a blink of an eye, I couldn't workout what possibly could have gone wrong, of course we were given no clues, I couldn't stop reading because I wanted to know.
    After being apart for two years they both had to come home because Brad was getting married, the chemistry between them was as strong as ever and even though piper was with Curtis now she knew who she really wanted so as the story unfolded we witness all sorts taking place, it got quite tense in parts what with waiting for Tanner to finally tell Piper what happened between him and Brad and the altercation between Tanner and Curtis and it being recorded and exposed through the media so yes it was tense.
    I loved how all the characters are portrayed there's always a nice mix, Tanner got his girl, and it was a beautiful ending, even though there is no mention of another book there has to be, Brad and Dylan both deserve their story surely especially Brad we need to know what's going on in that mind of his and will he win Taylor back so come on this has to be another series ??
    Anyway it is a great book and I'm going straight onto the latest (The Invisibles) Let Me Go ..!!

    Really enjoyed this read, it's a lovely story about childhood friends turned lovers. Piper has been in love with Tanner since they were kids but he's forbidden as he's Pipers twin brothers best friend. Regardless of that they've always had a close relationship which sizzles to the point where they both give in but misunderstandings and lies will be the catalyst for things going wrong. Will they be able to resolve their issues? Or will things be too far gone to repair?
    I loved the story, plot, characters and writing. The character banter was good, the dialogue tells you how every character is feeling. The sex is hot, but it's also a very romantic story. I enjoyed how both characters tried to hold back their feelings but couldn't in the end. Overall a great read I'd recommend.

    I absolutely loved this book! The characters were amazing and I really loved Tanner and the way he flirts and is so charming to Piper. Tanner is Piper’s brother’s best friend. Tanner and Piper have always had aa connection but because of Brad, they have never acted on it but it’s beginning to get more difficult now that they’re older. The thing I like about this book is that they relationship isn’t basic. It is very complicated and they even part ways for a while which kept me gripped especially since I was rooting for them both to be together. I managed to read this book in two days because it was truly wonderful to read. Highly recommend!

    I had this book on my kindle forever and always meant to read it. When I received an ARC of the next book in the series, I knew I had to read it. And I wasn't disappointed.

    Piper is Brads twin sister and has been in love with Tanner for years but because Brad wouldn't approve, she doesn't act on it. Tanner loves Piper back, unbeknownst to her. But he doesn't care if his best friend finds out he's in love with his sister. The ultimate betrayal leads Piper and Tanner to be torn apart.

    This book had everything that I loved, best friends to lovers and second chance loves. I was rooting for Tanner the whole time when he returned to his home town. I loved Piper and Tanner together, their chemistry was undeniable. There was no way you couldn't love them. Nearer the end I wasn't to into Brad but in the end he won me over.

    Loved this book by Michelle Lynn and another 5 star read!

    Read this book to find out what happens from then to now.
    Love surfaced had me captivated till the very end and was worth all of the 5 stars. The characters and storyline suck you right in. Truly great read.

    I'm a bit ticked that the author doesn't seem to know about the word "too". Every instance the word is needed lacks it.
    I liked the story line, right amounts of sexy and right amount of angst when needed.
    I didn't like that the reason for the big blow out at the halfway point wasn't immediately clear and it took ages to fill in the blanks. From that point the angsty bits didn't make sense.

    In diesem Buch geht es um Piper und Tanner. Da Tanner der beste Freund ihres Bruders ist, traut sich Piper nicht, mit Tanner eine Beziehung zu haben. Vielleicht habe ich das ja überlesen, aber so richtig erklärt wurde dieses angebliche Problem mit einer Beziehung der beiden nicht und am Ende juckt das auch niemanden. Wieso das also überhaupt ein Problem war, habe ich bisher nicht verstanden.
    Miteinander reden wäre -wie so oft- hilfreich gewesen.
    Dann gibt es da einen Drogentests im Schwimmteam und absichtlich vertauschte Urinproben und schon wieder fragt man sich wieso reden zwei Personen, die von sich behaupten fast schon Seelenverwandte zu sein, nicht miteinander. Ja, trennen sich sogar, weil Tanner Piper in Zukunft ja anlügen könnte und mal ehrlich, wer von uns könnte auf so einer Basis schon eine Beziehung fortführen? Wenn Sie ihn endlich mal erklären lassen würde, wüsste sie, daß er nie gelogen hat, aber das wäre ja zu einfach....
    Dann treffen sie sich wieder am Tag vor der Hochzeit des Bruders und schon wieder reden sie nicht miteinander.
    Am Ende dieses Tages wird auf magische Weise alles gut, innerhalb eines Tages wird allen Beteiligten klar, daß diese beiden sehr jungen Leute, trotzdem sie 2 Jahre nichtmal miteinander telefoniert haben, unendlich in immerwährender Liebe vereint sind, gemeinsam nochmals das hochkochende Thema Drogentest bestehen und damit ist dann natürlich die ewige Liebe bestätigt :-)
    Mir ist das ganze Buch ein bißchen zu seicht. Im Grunde wäre das gesamte Buch überflüssig, würde die Hauptpersonen mal miteinander reden. Es gibt Bücher, die echt gute Gründe haben, wieso sich zwei auf einem recht komplizierten Weg finden, aber dies ist mir persönlich etwas zu lieblos gestrickt.

    Der 2. Teil ist dann vermutlich über den Bruder von Piper. Nachdem er das mit dem Drogentest beichten mußte, fiel ihm außerdem einen Tag vor der Hochzeit ein, daß er viel lieber eine andere heiraten möchte und so macht er sich nun auf den Weg Taylor zurückzuerobern.

    Der 3. Teil müsste dann Piper's Freundin Bea sein, die sich am Tag vor jener oben erwähnter Hochzeit von Piper's Bruder Brad (damals noch mit der falschen Frau) in Tanners Bruder Dylan verguckt, dies jedoch rein sexuell meint.

    Diese beiden Bücher spare ich mich, weil es da draußen in der großen schönen Welt der Bücher weitaus spannendere Geschichten gibt ;-)

    I've been a huge fan of Michelle Lynn's for what seems like forever, so I was excited to read her latest read Love Surfaced.

    Love Surfaced has to be my favorite of Michelle's books so far, I dived right into this book and could not put it down. The story is engaging, the chemistry between the characters is hot, and the characters are all likeable (for the most part).

    We meet Piper as she's at a party, and trying to get Tanner's attention. We soon find out that Tanner is best friends with Piper's twin brother Brad, and there is definitely something between Tanner and Piper, even if they haven't admitted it yet.

    When you think things will work out quickly between these two, Brad being the ever protective brother finds a way to stop it. Brad doesn't stop these two for long though, and they definitely find a way to be together, and the beginning of their relationship is funny, sweet, and hot! I loved their game of truth or dare in the pool, and as much as I hated that they hid their relationship from Brad, it did make for some hilarious moments!

    Tanner definitely is a book boyfriend to add to the top of your list! You will fall in love with him, fall out of love with him, and then fall back all over again. There is something about his character that just draws you to him, and the way he treats Piper, and how he knows what he wants is HOT!

    Piper is an amazingly written character as well, you feel her torment between being with Tanner, and letting Brad find out, your heart breaks with hers, and you can feel the indecision as she tries to figure out what she really wants.

    I loved the two year span that this book took us on. We have an amazing story while these characters are in college, and then we flash forward two years, to try to figure out what happened all those years ago, and what is now going on with all of these characters and watching Piper and Tanner bicker, and try to figure out if what they had before can be saved.

    The path this book takes us down is definitely an enjoyable one. I fell in love with Tanner, Piper, Dylan, Bea, and Taylor. Granted there were a few times that I really did NOT like Brad, but he redeems himself. I hope we will get the secondary characters stories one day as well, as they all have an amazing story to tell, and I didn't want to say goodbye to them just yet.

    This book will have you laughing, conflicted, and feeling the heartbreak of the characters right along with them. This is a definite must read and I highly recommend it to everyone looking for a stand alone with a hot swimmer book boyfriend!
