I had read Kick previously as part of an anthology I had bought and really enjoyed it, although it was a lot darker than the other books I was used to. I have read all of CD Reiss' other books and loved them, so I thought that I had to get this too.
I started again from the beginning as I found that I couldnt remember much of the detail in Kick. Im so glad I did, I loved this book! All 3 parts were brilliantly written. I was gripped from the start and didnt do much else other than read until it was all finished. Use and especially Break were just excellent. Fiona is a great character and I loved her even though I didnt agree with a few of her decisions thoughout the story. Elliot and Deacon are both hot in totally different ways, for me. I loved them both. I was glad to see so much of the young Jonathon in Break, you can never have too much Jonathon! The epilogue was a perfect way to end the series. Gave a great insight into what has happened to all of the Drazen's.
This is definitely a 5 star read!

I loved this read, it was a struggle at first, but i soon couldn't put it down. Love Fiona and Elliot's story, I think the ending could of been laid out with more detail, it just kind of finished from Elliot's, I would of loved to of read Fiona's PoV and how she coped.

This series is truly amazing. It's very emotional and sometimes hard to read because of the content but it's so worth it. Another well written series by the author.

This is not a book about hearts and flowers that's for sure. I sometimes wonder how writers devise these stories in their head. It's brutal at times and the sex is hard but underneath there is a love story.

This is the first book/series I've read by C.D Reiss and was instantly obsessed with Fiona and her story. I'm not completely sure whether I should have read the previous Drazen books before this one but it didn't stop me from being completely sucked into their world.
I found myself fascinated by all of the Drazen's and their family dynamic. Elliot was interesting too, I do wish we had learnt a bit more about him- he was obviously in the book a lot but he was a professional for a lot of it and although I liked him (and was actually rooting for him!) I feel like I know a lot more about Deacon.
I love nothing more than a good epilogue so the ending was perfect for me.

A fairly hard hitting story about being in the media and having too much money, Fiona is rich, popular and sexy and uses sex and money to get what she wants in life which is usually drugs, ending up in a facility to help her get clean can be classed as a good or bad thing for her, Deacon is he lifeline and he isn't there, he is her MASTER but can she get clean of him too and have the normal life she realize she deserves! I did enjoy this book, it has a message to it which is good otherwise it would of been just pure hot steamy sex ;)

This story is amazing! Fiona is maniacal & living her life in that way puts her in a situation where one day she's waking up w/ no memory of how or why she is where she is. As the story continues you can begin to relate to her & understand her.
You can't stop reading and it keeps you on the edge of your seat. I felt so many emotions and at times felt conflicted about certain characters almost angry with them, but loving them at the same time. It's so hard for me to write reviews after reading story's by this author because she's a genius and I can't even find the right words.
It's very straight forward and there are no limits in this story. I loved all of it! I loved being able to find out about other characters in Fiona's family that appear in this Authors other series.
The ending was perfect and I had a huge smile on my face with an appearance from my favorite CD Reiss character (Spinelli) I love that fictional man! Amazing as always more then 5 stars I'll never get tired of reading about this family. Very addicting!!
