    I loved how different this book was! I loved plot, the characters and pretty much everything about it. It hooked me from the very beginning! I just wish we saw more of Ridge and Kendall's sexual lives, it was hinted a few times that they explored each other and we as an audience didn't get to experience that with them which was a shame (but I liked how they waited to go all the way) I also hoped for a bit more drama, it was pretty clear Cal was going to make a return at some point, and when he did I was disappointed. Kendall had mentioned he was physical abusive a couple times when they were together, so I think there could've been a lot more to their reunion to give the story a bit more of an edge. I really did love this though, it's become one of my favorites and it was a joy to read.

    Wow what a great book! This was such an amazing and awesome story. It made me cry and laugh. This couple will tug at your heartstrings so much. What starts out as a one time thing between two people who connected, all be it for different reasons, becomes an unexpected reality for both of them. Altho in different ways. When life throws you a curve ball it’s how you respond that can determine how life goes forward. These two characters Ridge and Kendall meet when life is extreme. Their connection is beautiful and the way the story pans out is amazing. So many twists to this book it stayed with. E for a long time after reading. I love rereading this book already. Highly recommend this book.

    UNEXPECTED REALITY is a standalone read with a happy ending. This story does have sexy scenes and some colorful language. NOTE to author. The cover nailed this guy. I could see him all through the story and it helped me see him. OMG what a great hero. He was just a guy until he became a father and then it was a whole new ballgame. I Loved Him...great guy.

    Ridge owns his own construction company and his 4 best friends work with him. He inherited the company from his dad. He is a guys guy. He is big, tattooed, and a big hit with the ladies. He is single and enjoying the life of a single guy that can have his pick of the ladies and he doesn't have to work for it. He and his best friends are all good looking guys that attract the females.

    One night there is a beautiful lady at the bar, she looks lonely and sad and she is drinking alone. When Ridge spots her, he invites her to come back to the table and spend the evening with his friends. She goes and finds herself very attracted to Ridge. She is in town for the evening and she decides to invite him back to her room. He goes. During the night when he is asleep she gathers up her belongings and leaves. He never hears from her again and he was a little upset that she left like she had never been there. His ego suffered a little bit. And the next week he was a little off his game.

    Kendall is a nurse. She was in the same class as Ridge's sister but she knew of Ridge and his friends. All the girls knew the 5 guys. She knew he would never give her a second look. However, when they finally do meet again it is instant attraction.

    This is a great story. I really enjoyed it and found it to be very entertaining. I loved the hero, he was such a great guy. This is a great single dad story. It takes a little bit before you actually get to the meat of the story but once you do there is no putting it down. Great story, great read and I definitely recommend it.
