Part II picks up right where Part I left off and it’s a doozy! Daniel Baldessari is even more of an enigma than ever.
I was still left with more questions than answers. Daniel only opens up so much to Twyla before he retreats once again. It’s so frustrating – argh lol!!
The smexy scenes are still off the charts H.A.W.T. and I will never look at a clothing store changing room the same way again. Oh frigging my! Lots of lip biting when I was reading that ;)
Twyla is definitely coming in to her own in this instalment. I loved ‘watching’ as she embraces her newfound confidence but she stills retains a naivety where I worry about her. A worry which proved founded when she encounters the sleazy Dex ~ Grrr!
I also had a mild rant at the cliff-hanger ending. I’ve got everything crossed that the rest of answers await me in the third and final instalment.

5 Camera Angles
Things are really heating up between Daniel and Twyla. Twyla is finding it harder to to stay away from Daniel. There is something between Daniel and his cousin, Elena that is just not right. When Twyla wins a contract with Dex Siegel, Daniel’s possessiveness reaches a new level.
I love the chemistry between Daniel and Twyla. The author gives us just enough glimpses into Daniel’s mysterious past to keep us on edge and craving the next book, just like Twyla craves Daniel. This is a short story filled with hot sexy escapades. A dominant alpha man with a hidden past. A mysterious woman that may be the route of Daniel’s secrets. As well as a beautiful girl caught up in the mix. This is a continuation of a series, if you have not read book 1 His Muse go read it now.

Book II picks right up where book I ended and WOW!! So, if you haven't read book I, go buy it and come back and read book II! They are both amazing books!!
Twyla is doing all these modeling jobs to send money home to her brother and is thrilled that she's able to do so!
Daniel and Twyla have a relationship (if you can call it that) and she's on a plane to his uncle's funeral. Which she's happy he asked her to go, but something just doesn't feel right about her and Daniel's relationship. One minute Daniel is totally into her and the next his pushing her away. It's so frustrating!!
Daniel has a cousin (Elena) that just makes Twyla feel as though something is up. Every time Twyla mentions her, Daniel clams up! WTH!? She shows up all the time, unexpected and Daniel is very tense when she's around. Personally, Elena creeps me out and I'm sure something is going on with the crazy lady!!
This is another short book, but packs a punch!! I look forward to reading book III and see if Daniel can get his act together and explain why he's so wishy washy and WTH is going on with creepy Elena!!

*You have to read the first book before reading this book* The author doesn't disappoint on the writing and uniqueness on keeping you hooked & focused.
The story continues in this book with Twyla & Daniel. This book picks up from the first story and more things are revealed. Things heat up in this book but also there are secrets being hidden. You'll want to know what all the mysteries are and you'll want to try and solve the secrets.
Twyla continues to do her modeling career and support her brother back home. She doesn't expect things to heat up between her and Daniel but they do. She knows that he is hiding secrets and won't share them with her. She just wants him to open up.
Daniel hasn't opened up to anyone and he doesn't think he needs to. All he knows is that he can't seem to stop thinking of Twyla. He is a busy guy and sometimes he goes MIA due to work. He just knows that he needs Twyla at every moment.
Some hot and spicy up in this book. It is a quick read but it will keep you wanting more.

This book starts off straight from where the last book left us.
And this is where I think the trilogy really comes into it's own!
We get to know more about Twyla and Daniel....though by the end of the book I still had so many questions about Daniel.
The hotness goes up to burning inferno levels....it'll have you reaching for that ice cold drink...or maybe jumping into a cold shower to cool down.
Twyla gets her first big modeling contract with a clothing company, Sheer USA and this is where you see that Daniels feelings towards her are more than he says. He is not happy....he loathes the owner of Sheer but won't tell her why. Although young and innocent Twyla is determined to earn her way and thinks Daniel is being unreasonable in his reaction to her news of her new contract.
When this part of their story ended I was like Noooooooo!!!! Thank goodness I could hop right on into #3
Again there are parts that I would have liked a bit more padding out of....a few little errors that bugged me but my oh my I enjoyed it despite those.

this is book 2 and book 1 must be read before this one.
this book makes me want to strangle Daniel and Elena. Gah... Daniel keeps up his broody, mysterious persona in this book and we get a little bit more of his protectiveness of Twyla when she takes a job with Sheer but yet again it's only a glimpse and not everything.
I need answers dang it!!! Daniel is all there one minute with Twyla and the next he's telling her to leave!!! He's giving me whiplash with all his back and forth.
Twyla is confused on where they stand and once again Elena shows up and I'm even more confused. Daniel and Elena are cousins but I feel like there is a whole huge story behind them... I need more...
what's going to happen? can Twyla just forget about Daniel even though he's always on her mind?

The book is full of steamy scenes and the mystery that is Daniel.
The writing is great and the story flowed seamlessly.
This is a quick read and has a cliffhanger.

Four Great Stars! This is the second book in the series. You should read the first book before reading this book. Twyla and Daniel's story continues in this book. Things heat up in this book but she knows he is hiding something. What secrets will be revealed? I can't wait to see what happens next. This is a quick read and definitely worth it! I recommend it.

I liked the interaction between Daniel and Twyla, but the constant mystery was making me a little crazy. The basic story is good but I would have liked a lot of more description on their feelings.
