    I have had this series on my kindle for a while and with all that is going on in the world decided that I wanted to keep reading Mafia stories.

    I like Fallon and Luca together. I like how they fall in love and are devoted to each other. In order to protect Fallon, Luca does not tell her that he is in the syndicate and therefore he can not share all of himself with her. Fallon, comes across as someone who would not be able to handle Luca's lifestyle regardless of the fact that they love each other.

    When the truth comes out Fallon cuts ties with Luca because she said he broke her trust. However, we find out that Fallon had secrets too that she did not share with Luca that has a knock on affect that impact both their lives.

    Definitely worth a read.

    This book took me so by surprise i cannot tell you. What started off as a romantic story took a turn for the suspense filled romance books i have a deep passion for. The initial meeting between Luca and Fallon was fun and flirty and so like could happen on a normal girls night out. However, the intensity Luca then shows in his interactions with Fallon take this story onto a whole new level.
    At times i loathed Luca and what he was doing to Fallon, and i could totatly see where Fallon was coming concerning her thoughts for Luca. But then my loyalties shifted like a seismic earthquake - yeah i know that sounds dramatic - but what happens in the last 10 or so chapters changes how you will look at Luca and all that he has done beforehand. I do not want to spoil it but you will be left at points with your mouth hanging open wanting to scream at the characters and what they are going through but in a great way. My only issue was i got a bit lost on the hierarchy concerning Luca and his colleagues and i wondered at times if Fallon understood what Luca was saying to her in the other language he uses in his job. Soraya has wrote a book that kept me guessing right up until the end and then left me bereft when the story was finished.

    This was my first mafia type romance novel and I thought this story was brilliant. It had just the right amount of romance, passion, mystery and suspense to make a great book. I downloaded the second instalment straight after I’d finished the first, as I couldn’t wait to find out how Fallon and Lucas story would end. The character development and chemistry between Fallon and Luca was spot on and their personalities just jumped off the page. The authors writing flows perfectly and easily. A great read, I would highly recommend.

    I loved this story.

    I really enjoyed the interaction between Fallon and Luca, they really seemed to fit together.
    The whole premise of the story was interesting, it kept you wanting to read on to see what would happen next and when the secrets would finally be revealed. While there are quite a few maffia style books out there, Soraya managed to still keep it unique in a way that made it a good read.

    The only thing that bothered me a little was that at some times the descriptions and metaphors seemed a little long-winded to me and at other times I felt like the scenes needed just a little more, but that could easily be just a personal preference.

    Can't wait to read the next book in the series!

    Recommend this to everyone looking for a good maffia story and loves their suspense.

    I enjoyed reading this book but I did struggle in the middle as the story went on it took a while for anything to really happen it's difficult sometimes not to skip some pages. I liked the story and the main characters although Falon needed to be more vocal with her feelings something's she needed said I wouldn't be able not to.

    This series of two books left me gasping. Bound to be one of the classics in its genre. To say I could not put this book down is only the truth. Where would it take me - how could it work out without falling short somewhere. Oh no - it did not do that - the entire story captures the imagination - the characters erupt into life and grab you by the throat. One can't wait for the second book to follow. So glad I bought the two together as I would have been devastated if I'd had to wait. I advise any readers to make sure they have For Fallon and For Luca together to prevent heart attacks while waiting for the next half of the story. The best duo I've read in a while.

    Now THIS is what a romantic suspense should be! "For Fallon" is the story of fun, loving, intelligent, yet naive, Fallon and dark, gritty and oh-so-sexy mafia kingpin, Luca and the fireworks that ensue when their two worlds collide.

    Fallon Michaels is going about her normal life and, without even realizing it, is cast into a dark world that she never even thought about as existing. And by the time she realizes that nothing, NOTHING is as it seems, I was hooked, and from that point on, my guts were so tied up in knots, there was no way I could put it down!

    Soraya Naomi weaves a tale that allows the reader to really get to know the characters so that whatever they are feeling, the reader feels just as passionately. I don't want to give any spoilers away, but I will say that by the time Fallon realizes what she's gotten herself into (and by the time Luca realizes what he's brought her into), they're each in so deep that there doesn't seem to be any way that either of them can pull themselves out. And by that time, I was so captivated by both of them (especially Luca), I didn't really even want them to!

    As Fallon was faced with one horrific dilemma after another, and her heart was twisted every which way until she didn't know which way was up, my heart was twisting right along with hers, and I couldn't wait to turn the page to see what Luca had in store for her next.

    I LOVED this book! It's intelligently written with great character development and just enough build to reel you in and take you along for a wild ride, and it (and Luca) are so hot and sexy that I was fanning myself at times!

    I'll be waiting with bated breath for the next book, "For Luca" to release in the fall. The title alone guarantees it--yes, MORE Luca, please!! Please write fast, Ms Naomi!
