    I couldn't wait to get my hands on For Adriano, and the author did not disappoint!

    Mafia Romance is up there as my fav kind of read, dark, gritty, violent, action packed and lots of hot sex, Soraya Naomi's Chicago Syndicate Series, has all this and more.

    I enjoyed the first two books in the series (For Luca and For Fallon) but For Adriano is my favourite so far. The authors writing has gotten better and better with each instalment in this series. Adriano and Cam's story flowed well, (Man! That dude is Smoking HOT!!!!) through Flashbacks between 'present' and 2years previous, giving us, the reader, a detailed insight into how the characters came to be where they are today.

    For Adriano, is Adriano and Camilla's Story. Adriano is the super hot, filthy, flirty Capo (Captain) of the The Chicago Syndicate, Camilla, is the sassy, sexy, sharp daughter of the Capo Crimine, James. (The Syndicates boss man)

    The book starts with flashbacks giving us incite into how Camilla came to be involved in the Chicago Syndicate and how her and Adriano first meet. Camilla is in a dark place and desperately wants to be loved, she's lived a lonely isolated life and it's very obvious she wants Adriano to be her knight in shining armour, he secretly wants that too, but as part of the Chicago Syndicate, it's just not that simple....

    As the story progresses we see the tug of war between the two, and for a while I was convinced that they were never gonna make it into 'coupledom'.

    The chemistry between the two is absolutely electric and I was fist pumping with relief when Previous playboy Adriano, stepped up to fight for his girl!

    I loved Luca and Adriano's relationship too, their friendship is very real, and despite the fact they are major players in the dirty world that is the Chicago Syndiate, their friendship is always paramount. Luca always has Adriano's Back and vice versa.

    Instead of cracking a joke, i say, 'She's my Fallon, Luca. I'm not letting her go. I'll lose her forever if I back out again' - Adriano. (Swoooooon)

    I kinda loved James too, and was glad he came through for Adriano and Camilla in the end, despite being tough and unreadable it's apparent he also has a softer side and I hope Soraya gives us his story too.....

    Anyway, I don't wanna say too much more and spoil the story but it's 5starts from me, a definite must read as are the previous books in the series.

    This story continues on with Cam from the first 2 parts in this series. And while this could technically be read as a standalone, there's still a lot of back story that's in books 1 & 2 of this series, so if you can I'd recommend reading these books in order.

    I have to say, I wasn't sure about Cam when she appeared in For Fallon and For Luca, but she definitely grew on me big time. I loved reading about her struggles and the way she came at everything with her head held high. Her relationship with Adriano might've been a little tiny bit toxic at a few points, but when you're part of a crime family, you take what you can get. It was an interesting read, different from a lot of other maffia/crime family books I've read. It kept me reading and I didn't want to put it down.

    The only thing that bothered me a little was that they could’ve solved so many things with just a little bit of communication and I felt like Adriano was a little stuck at a few points personality-wise. He would seem like he was changing a little bit and then fall right back into the same pattern. But I only had that like twice in the whole book, so I’m putting that down to him being a little bit of an a hole.

    I do definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a good well-written Crime family story!

    Camilla and Adriano chemistry is way off the chart. They are super hot for one another but they have so much in their way. This story is sooo romantic but very ugly in places.
    Being part of the mafia, family is everything but it also has its draw backs which Adriano needs to work out to be with Cam. But will it be enough
    I couldn't put this book down. It's a brilliant read.
    A very easy 5 star rating. You won't be disappointed.

    I read this book after reading "For Fallon" and "For Luca" which were great. But this one...not so great. I liked Adriano in the previous books but he come across as rather cocky in his own story and I still didn't feel like we truly got to know him. The sexual chemistry between Adriano and Camilla was great but that’s about all these two had. I didn't get the feeling that beyond the physical there was anything more to them, maybe because their characters weren’t developed enough...I’m not sure but something was missing for me. The plot was good, and a couple of twists which bought the whole thing together nicely but like I said it wasn't great. Would I recommend, Yes because the story is a good follow on from the first two books, but on the romance side of things, don’t expect too much.

    I was intrigued by Cam as a side character in the first two books. I really love how strong she is in this one. She’s tough, smart, very strong and values herself. I love her character so much more than Fallon. Adriano and Cam are toxic together and while she knew early on how she felt about him, she also knew that she deserved better than the way he keeps treating her. Adriano (and for the most part the men in this series) can’t commit to a woman for longer than 5 minutes but will pledge their whole lives to the mafia. Adriano spent most of the book being clueless as to what is going on with Cam. There’s a push-pull to their relationship, mostly from him. He tells her she will never be part of his life then gets all butt hurt that she turned to someone else. He tells her she needs to disappear when he fears he’s starting to care too much, so when she does disappear for 9 months, he’s annoyed and doesn’t understand why. He’s all over the place with his emotions and this book takes you to everything he’s feeling.

    It’s well written, characters are great and Cam is one kick ass heroine. It’s dual POV, there is OM drama and cheating is mentioned. After all, these are adults trying to find their way back to each other, they all have serious trust issues and cheating happened. How they handle it is well written. Cam and Adriano do find their HEA but it’s a long tough way to get there.

    Love this series and love, LOVE this book! 'For Adriano' continues from where 'For Luca' left off, but this time, we get to enjoy my favorite Mafia bad boy, super sexy Adriano Montesi! And although it's not necessary to read 'For Fallon' and 'For Luca' first (Soraya does a wonderful job of getting us caught up on the important highlights of the previous books), I think it definitely enriches the storyline to have experienced the other two books first, so I highly recommend reading them.

    'For Adriano' is full of the perfect balance of romance, angst and action (boy, is there action!) with a bit of darkness thrown in (it is the Mafia, after all) and plenty of super steamy sex and Adriano's dirty talk that about set my Kindle on fire!

    The writing is rich and intelligent, and the characters are well developed without being overdone. Many times, in romance books we get lots of steamy sex with a storyline that's lacking, but not here. Soraya develops the story at the perfect pace with the perfect amount of details and the perfect number of characters so that even if the sex wasn't there, the story would still be an awesome one (this is one of those books that I'd love to see made into a movie).

    There's no cliffhanger, but when you get to the end (and WOW, what an ending it is!), you will NEED Cam's book, 'For Cam', as soon as possible! To me, it takes a special kind of author to be able to wrap things up well enough to make you feel satisfied and happy yet make you crave the next book at the same time, and Soraya has done just that! I absolutely CAN NOT wait to see what's going to happen next with Adriano and Cam!

    Adriano and Cam’s (Camilla) story is absolutely amazing! He ranks third in the highest order of the Chicago Syndicate which is the most powerful Mafia organization in Chicago. Falling for Cam, the bartender at their organization’s strip club, was never part of his life’s plan but fate happens. This is a beautiful story with a surprising twist that I never saw coming. It’s thrilling, riveting and full of suspense. It’s hot and spicy too. Highly recommended.
