The Billionaire Series Collection: Books 1 and 2 Kindle Edition
Sexy Australian billionaire Grant Devlin is ruining my life. He exercises shirtless in his office, is notorious for his lunchtime hook-ups, he even yawns sexily. If I didn't need this job so bad, I'd take his black Amex and tell him where to swipe it.
He doesn't even know I exist, but why would he? He jets off to Paris with supermodels, I spend Friday nights with Netflix and a chunk of Pepperidge Farm frozen cake—waiting for his call. Because every time he crashes his yacht, or blows $500k on a single roulette spin in Monte Carlo, I’m the PR girl who has to clean up his mess.
But this time, it’s going to take more than just a fat charity donation. This time, the whole company is on the line. He needs to show investors that he’s settling down, and Step #1 is pretending to date a nice, stable girl until people forget about what happened with the Playboy Bunnies backstage at the Oscars.
My plan is perfect, except for one thing:
He picks me.
Contains The Billionaire Bargain and The Billionaire Secret.
The Billionaire Series:
1. The Billionaire Bargain
2. The Billionaire Secret
3. The Billionaire Game
4. The Billionaire Prize
5. Billionaire with a Twist
6. Billionaire on the Rocks

- Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 14 October 2018A hillariously funny story of à very handsome billionaire Grant Devlin, a PR assistant Lacey turned his ailling company from going under. This story has all the ingredients for a great read. It's sassy, gutsy in as much as this smart underestimated young woman could turn this company from certain oblivion with à playboy at the helm, who needed straight talking by Lacey to save the company from certain death. And in doing so, fall madly in love, but neither one of them utters the L word and get engaged to save the company. Which is not an ideal situation especially when Lacey's feelings are real, but thinks Grant's are not. But are brought back together as Portia, Grant's godmother is trying to take over the company at the n'est shareholders meeting. And trying to stol her, Lacey and Géant announce their love for one another., winning the company back with the shareholders backing. Great read.

Grant needs to turn a corner and stop his play boy ways and he persuades Lacey into a fake engagement so that they can win an important company. Lacey starts to fall for him and when things get too much she flees. Grant is then sharp with her until she finds out that his godmother is plotting something.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fun Read
A very enjoyable read. Lacey Newsome is a down-to-earth, hard worker trying to keep her boss, Grant Devlin, from ruining the company entrusted to him by his grandparents. He’s extremely, handsome , wealthy and constantly making headlines with his escapades. He’s a PR nightmare and he is now causing the value of the stock in his company to drop because his investors don’t know if they can trust him. It’s now Lacey’s job to clean up his image and show that Grant can be a responsible leader. Read the book to see how far they go to save the company. It’s, funny, steamy and I couldn’t put it down til the end of the series!

4.0 out of 5 stars Buy as one set of all 3 rather than 3 separate books
I liked this story overall, but I didn't understand the need for it to be separated into 3 books. It should have been one book and would have flowed better. There were some typos that disrupted reading at times but nothing so botched that I couldn't understand the intention. I dislike, however, when an author forgets what she has written; SPOILER: Lacey wrote a goodbye note and in it said not to contact her. Later she seems somewhat upset that Grant hadn't tried to contact her. And I didn't find it overly believable that they could break up so quickly without talking but just a few days later she shows back up at work and, though he gives her a frosty reception, they continue right into work without talking about anything. I guess that's as believable as Grant manipulating the situation for his own benefit, and expecting Lacey to play along without explaining his plans first. Lacey was obviously naive and blind if she couldn't see Grant's feelings for her as plainly as the author laid them out via his actions. I really did like the story, but some of the basics were hard to look past. I will say I definitely enjoyed the author's writing style; she literally had me laughing out loud at certain scene descriptions.

4.0 out of 5 stars Fluffy but Entertaining
Glad I bought the collection, as it would have been frustrating to just be left hanging after the 1st book. Had to deduct a star since (1) it's hard to imagine Grant not even knowing Lacey's name, then becoming enamoured after giving her a ride home, and (2) for a supposedly intelligent Stanford grad, Lacey abandons Grant without giving him any explanation; but without these plot points, I suppose there wouldn't be a story.
